Abstract

The model's ability to optimize student learning, particularly in pencak silat programs, is strongly tied to students' physical education achievement. This study will examine how mastering the bare-handed standard single move affects direct interaction learning model utilization. This study examines direct contact learning model use. A single group was tested pre- and post-testing. This study included elementary school children from Bandung's Soreang District. We randomly selected 80 students as our representative sample in this investigation. According to the results, the direct instruction style improves students' performance on the preliminary and final exams for the bare-handed single stance in pencak silat (4.13>1.73). Abstract

Pass accuracy is one of the factors that can affect the success of a team in soccer and there is a correlation between the accuracy of the passes and the victory. Therefore, this study aims to determine the total passes and accuracy of passes of Indonesian national team soccer players based on their position when competing in the SEA Games in the group stage. The research method used is quantitative using a descriptive approach to Indonesian National Team soccer players in the 2021 SEA Games group stage. The results show a total of 1601 passes and an accuracy rate of 76.57%. The conclusion of this study is that defenders have more passes than midfielders and forwards and have a higher accuracy of passes than midfielders and forwards. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for further research on match analysis by assessing other technical components in soccer matches.

Abstract

Increased sports achievements are inseparable from the role of the scientific approach. A person's body structure is determined by bones and muscles. High-bodied people automatically have a long bone structure and vice versa. Factors related to body structure, body posture, and genetic ability to move in particular are one of the determinants of success in achieving achievement. A good level of physical fitness is very helpful for athletes in maintaining their achievements, especially in taking physical tests. Athletes will be able to do optimal physical tests if they have excellent physical fitness. One that describes a person's physical fitness level is VO2Max. The length of the limbs or one part of the body posture can also affect the level of VO2max. This type of research is a quantitative research using data analysis techniques using correlation analysis techniques and coefficient analysis of determination with the method used, namely descriptive. The number of samples in this study was 69 people. Consists of 41 basketball junior athletes and 28 volleyball junior athletes. Based on the results of the data analysis shows the magnitude of the correlation coefficient between the length of the leg and the VO2Max is (r = 0.28409). This it can be said that there is a strong correlation between the length of the leg and the VO2Max. From the results above, it can be determined that the limit of the leg length to the VO2Max is 8%. Abstract

Abstract Self-confidence is a feeling of confidence in one's abilities without fear and being able to solve all life's challenges without comparing them with the abilities of others. This statement does not apply to people with HIV-positive because the stigma attached to them by society, such as groups of sinners, guilty, recipients of curses, and even torment, lower their self-confidence of people with HIV-positive. Physical activity through football has an important role in changing stigma and is a way for people with HIV-positive to be accepted by society regardless of their status. This study aims to determine the effect of physical activity through football on the self-confidence of people with HIV-positive. The research uses causal-comparative or ex post facto research methods. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 5 people with HIV-positive who participated in football activities. The instrument used is a closed questionnaire using a Likert Scale. Based on the validity test of a valid questionnaire as many as 28 items out of 50 statement items and reliability test results obtained 0.722021 and included in the reliable criteria. Processing and analyzing data, it was found that the score of people with HIV-positive who took part in football activities was 514 from a maximum score of 700 after the percentage of the results was 73.43%. Thus, researchers can conclude that physical activity through football can affect the self-confidence of people with HIV-positive. Keywords: Physical Activity, Football, Self-Confidence, HIV-Positive

Abstract

Setting goal setting is a motivation that can help someone understand their goals and develop the skills they want to achieve them. This study aims to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the literature on goal setting interventions in measurable sports. This study uses a systematic method of literature review by searching for the topic of Goal Setting Intervention on Measurable Sports Athletes using international databases, namely Google Scholar, Scopus, Elsevier, Researchgate and the national database, namely SINTA. This study uses keywords in two languages which include: Intervention (intervention), goal setting, athlete (athlete), athletic, rowing, swimming, weightlifting. The criteria are the year of publication in the period 2000-2022 and the research participants are athletes in measurable sports such as swimming, rowing, athletics, rollerblading, weightlifting. The third criterion is that researchers do not include articles whose sports are not included in measurable sports. Selection of articles for review using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines, which include: (1) defining topics and criteria, (2) determining sources of information, (3) selecting relevant literature, (4) collecting articles and (5) analyzing articles (PRISMA, 2015). Results from this study 385 outcomes were identified, of which 9 were eligible and the eligibility criteria were fully reviewed. It can be concluded from this systematic review that goal setting in measurable sports athletes has a positive influence on athlete performance both in completing training programs, dealing with fear of failure, reducing anxiety, and also in a competition.
