The purpose of this study is to test and determine the performance, and the factors that affect the performance of a solar water heater. The collector type is a flat plate and the configuration of collector pipe is serpentine. The results show that the important parameters are; the intensity of solar radiation, the sun's position for every hour, and the speed of the wind. The average efficiency of the solar water heater is 40.02%, while the average of the biggest losses due to heat loss occur in the upper area of the collector box is Ut = 2.09 W/m2.0C or 67.11% of total losses. Cooling Machine for eggs Storage are needed to keep the quality for storage for a long time. The purpose of this research is to design egg storage machine to be guaranteed Nutritional Value, Quality and economic. This plan begins by calculating the coolant load, determining the storage design and the component of the refrigeration component. Based on the results of analysis to store eggs with a capacity of 20 Kg with the dimensions of Length (P) x Width (L) x Height (T) = 70 cm x 70 cm x 80 cm, Found that the Transmission load is 32.1195 Watt, Infiltration load is 1.3853 watts and Product load = 18.692 watts. The required compressor capacity is 21.796455 W. The required Evaporator capacity is 0.1021338 kW and the required Condenser capacity is 123,930255 Watt. Modern Water Purifier uses the main drive, namely a water pump with a power of 15-30 watts, a voltage of 220 volts AC, a frequency of 60 hertz with an absolute pressure from the pump 10-100 psi (Pond Square In). The working principle of this equipment is the water pump as the main water drive or diverter that is connected with filters which then will flow through the hose which then comes out through holes (pores) that are on the sides of the filter. From the water that comes out it will go to the Reverse Osmosis (RO) membrane and then it will flow towards Bio Ceramics which will last through Post Carbon so that the water that comes out after the process will become water that can be consumed by humans. With the price of R ranging from 0 ÷ 1, it can be seen that water that has been processed with a yield of 0.9 can be said to be feasible to drink or contaminant substances in water are perfectly retained by the membrane. Water supply is a basic need for life. Water management that requires a large amount of cost and energy is needed alternative solutions to produce a cheap process. Research on the distillation process was carried out to find solutions to these problems. The research was carried out by a experiment method to produce a distillation process for water purification.The experiment use an effective fresnel lens of 0.785 m2 and the receiver volume was 200 mL The results of the study explained that using a fresnel lens concentrator was able to generate steam. The steam can be condensed to produce fresh water. Data from calculation obtained average direct solar radiation is 531.98 Watts/m2 and the power received by the receiver is 346.61 Watt. The average normal solar radiation in tests is 515,7 W/m. The average temperature of the focus point on the cone receiver is 520,4OC.The wet steam generation process is obtained when the water temperature in the receiver shows 95OC. Experiments of distillation for 200mL sea water needed 10 minutes to reach 4 bar of pressure. Steam is flowed into the condenser so that distilled water is obtained 150 ml. A plant (PLTGU) to operate with the maximum is to maintain the effectiveness of equipment used to keep clean of the pollutant factor. In a PLTGU, one of the cooling aids is a Plate Heat Exchanger (PHE) plate heat exchanger that uses water as a cooling fluid, the use of unclean water can decrease the effectiveness of the equipment due to the impurity factor. Here a study has been conducted to determine the effectiveness of the plate type heat exchanger before and after cleaning due to contamination by the cooling fluid. Data retrieval is done directly in the form of operational data directly and also through manual book. Calculation of effectiveness is done by using the method of Number of Turbidity Unit (NTU). From the calculation of the effectiveness obtained before the cleansing of 83%, while after cleaning by 85%, here with the cleanup gives an increase of PHE effectiveness by 2%. The generating system of the Absorption Refrigeration Trainer with Solar Cell Panel Unit (RBA-ART-S) is one type of cooling systems. Working principle that exist in absorption system one of them using heater, while in vapor compression system, heat is discharged by condenser to environment. If the refrigerant in the absorption system gets additional heat from the condenser in the vapor compression system it will accelerate the heating of the refrigerant present in the absorption system. From the above statement, the authors do research on absorption machine with variation of heat source by using the heat from LPG gas and also with the addition of heat calorific source from the condenser of the vapor compression system, so that the heat from the condenser can be utilized. The parameters taken in this performance test are temperature. Based on the test results obtained niali COP in the absorption system by using LPG gas of 5.781 while the value of COP for the utilization of heat of condenser with LPG gas is 5.941. Thus the process of utilizing condenser heat and LPG gas (combinations) has a higher COP value, in other words there is an increase in performance with the utilization of exhaust heat from the condenser. The planning of the air system is intended to calculate the cooling load in the Hall of SMKN 1 Sekayu. So that before the AC was installed in the SMKN 1 Sekayu had an overview of the amount of AC capacity needed to condition the air in the hall with dimensions of 18 m x 16 m x 6 m. To obtain these results, the authors used the CLTD (Cooling Load Temperature Difference) calculation method based on ASHRAE GRP 158 Cooling Load Calculation Manual. Which consists of calculation of Extenal and Internal cooling loads. Calculation of cooling load based on primary and secondary data which then results are adjusted to the type of air system. After calculating the cooling load, the maximum load results are obtained at 237013,1917 Btu / hr, thus the AC capacity needed is 26 Pk with the Direct Refrigerant System, AC Floor Standing system.Keywords: Planning Of The Air System, Cooling Load, CLTD methode

Nails are hard pointed metal, generally made of steel, used to attach two materials by penetrating both. Nails are generally blown on materials using a hammer or nail gun that is driven by compressed air or a small explosive impulse. Attachment by spikes occurs in the presence of friction forces in the vertical direction and force of force in the lateral direction. The tip of the nail is sometimes bent to prevent the spikes coming out. One of the purposes of making this tool is as an alternative tool that has been used only to open the axle, bearing and the other but can be used to remove the spikes with little modification. From the results of the discussion and can be the force of the tensile rod on the spikes F = 4.5 kg), shear stresses that occur in the shaft thread (tg=0,542 kg/cm2), Initial shear Stress (tg=30,5 kg/cm2), yield bend that occurs in the rotary lever (sb=42,993 kg/cm2). then the modification of the nail-pulling device on the wall of the building can be used properly. The pulverization of cassava sago is one of the main of traditional aruk rice.To get a chewy and very chewy level of sago requiresto pulverize ± 50 minutesfor 1 kg cassava sago. To speed up the pulverization process, it was designed a sagopulverization machine with a 0.5 HP electric motor power. The design method uses the French method, with the pulley and v-belt as atransmission system to actuate the eccentric shaft so that the pounder will move up and down. The fixed variable is time and it will set for 10 minutes and 12 minutes with result analysis using visualization method to 10 respondents. The force that generated by eccentric shaft and transmitted to the pounder of 1.010 N produce the chewy level of sago at 10 minutes to pulverization process with capacity 6 kg / hour and the very chewy level at time 12 minutes with capacity 5 kg / hour.This machine will reduce time of pulverization process until 76-80% compared to the manual process. he purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the addition of reflectors to increase energy production and simultaneously to determine the change in temperature of solar cell as a result of the addition of the quantity of incoming sunlight. Capacity of the solar cell module is approximately 50 Wp, where the test is done from 9 am to 3pm for three days.The reflector's slope angle used is 1000, 1100, and 1200. The results of this study indicate an increase in output power of the solar cell module an average of 2.59% (with 4.42% at maximum).The side effect is the increase in maximum temperature of the solar cells by 0.60 C(or 1.59%).
