Abstract

The study aims to 1) Knowing whether the use of number card media can inprove students’ ability on the subject matter of counting and reducting analysis of 5th grade integers at SDN 24 Temmalebba. 2) To know the improvement of students’ ability on material count arithmetic operation and reduction of integer through media of number card in class V/A at SDN 24 Temmalebba. This research is a classroom action research conducted in class V/A. Data collection tecnique which in conducted observation method, documentation, interview and test. Data analysis conducted in this research is decriptive analysis that is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research indicate that: 1) By using the number card media, the students’ ability on the learning of the counting operation of the sum and reduction of the integers of grade students can increase. 2) Improvement of students’ ability test result on learning of sum and integer counting operation every cycle has increased, it can be seen from the average of student’s learning result that is less categorized prasiklus less that average value equal to 52 or klasikal equal to 14,29%, in te first cycle is categorized enough from the average value of 62,3 or by classically 42,86%and on cycle 2 is categorized very well from the average value of 83 or by classical 88,57%. Therefore the number card media need to be used as a reference by the teacher in the activity of calculating the operation of counting and the reduction of integers in primary school..

Abstract

The research by using the method of debate aims to improve speaking skill on the students of grade V SDN 09 mattekko. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects were teachers and students of class V SDN 09 Mattekko Kecamatan Bara Palopo city which amounted to 24, 10 men and 14 women. Research kurt lewin model has four stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection using objective test method, that is by measuring students' speaking skills and observation method using observation sheet which aims to observe student activity and guidance. Qualitative and quantitative approaches are used to analyze collected data. From the research result of debate method can improve speech skill of class V student SDN 09 Mattekko. This is addressed by an increase in the average value. The number of students reaching the minimum criterion score (MCS) on the preeclosure test is 29.17%, the first cycle is 58.33%, and the second cycle is 95.83%. While the average value of pratindakan 63.75, 68,09 cycle I, and cycle II 77.33. Success in this process can be seen from the liveliness and enthusiasm of students in following the process of learning activities, in this case, students have dared to issue ideas and respond to any existing answers and questions from opposing groups. Keywords:

Abstract

This research reveals the application of picture and picture learning model by determining the subject matter which become the focus of the study, namely the activity on students' speaking skill. Thus, the purpose of this study to determine the ability of students 'speaking skills in the learning process using the media images in class III MI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua'. The implementation of research using quantitative and qualitative approach. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) designed through three cycles. Each cycle lasts for two meetings. Subjects in this study were third grade students MI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua, which amounted to 18 students consisting of 10 men and 8 women. Data collection techniques conducted in this study, namely interviews, tests, and observations. This research uses qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Qualitative data was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis technique, ie categorization, data presentation, and data reduction, while quantitative data was analyzed by using percentage formula. The results of this study indicate that the average value of activity in students' speaking skills increases in each cycle. In the first cycle with a mean score of 68.05, it increases in cycle II with the average value of 71.52, and increasing again in cycle III with the average value of 84.72. Thus, it can be seen that the use of modelpicture and picture can effectively improve the students' speaking skills in the class IIIMI Al-Mawasir Padang Kalua.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa pada proses pembelajaran dengan  menggunakan media gambar yang ada pada lingkungan siswa sehingga mudah untuk berbicara. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini dilakukan 2 siklus, setiap sisklus berlangsung selama dua kali pertemuan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V di SDN 24 Temmalebba Kecamatan Bara Kota Palopo, yang berjumlah 35 siswa terdiri dari 19 orang laki-laki dan 16 orang perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, tes dan pengamatan. Penelitian ini dapat menggunakan sebuah teknik analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu cara teknik pengolahan data dengan cara mendeskripsikan hasil data kualitatif meliputi hasil observasi dan catatan dilapangan. Sedangkan data kuantitatif  dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik dalam bentuk perhitungan rata-rata (mean). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata keterampilan berbicara siswa meningkat pada tiap siklusnya. Pada prasikls yang nilai rata-ratanya 2,13,meningkat pada siklus I yang nilai rata-ratanya 3,04, dan semakin meningkat pada siklus II yang nilai rata-ratanya 3,77. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu dengan menggunaan model example non example maka keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V di SDN 24 Temmalebba Kec.Bara Kota Palopo dapat meningkat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the improvement of beginning skill through big book media on the students of class I SDN 24 Temmalebba Palopo city. This research uses the qualitative and quantitative approach with Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is designed through two cycles. Research subjects, students of SDN 24 Temmalebba class I which amounted to 28 students. Data collection techniques used, namely observation, documentation, and tests. The research data obtained were analyzed by using descriptive statistic formula (percentage) to express descriptively the research result. Furthermore, to discuss and explain the results of research that is quantitative descriptive then used the technique of data reduction analysis, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The research results found that in precycle stage, with the average value of reading skill beginning is 51,5 with mastery learning classical 25%. After implementing the learning by applying the big book media, in the first cycle, the average score of reading skill is 66.71 students with 57.14% classical learning completeness. Furthermore, in cycle II with the average score of simple writing skill is 75.21 with 89.28% classical learning completeness. Thus, the initial reading skill in class I SDN 24 Temmalebba Palopo City by applying the big book media conducted from the first cycle to the 2 show significant results. Therefore, the big book media needs to be referenced by the teacher in the activity.

Abstract

This research uses classroom action research. The purpose of this study is to improve students' speaking ability in the learning process by using the speaking media card. Implementation of this research is conducted three cycles, each sisklus lasted for two meetings. Subjects in this study were students class V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 27 Lamasi, which amounted to 28 people. In this research used qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. Qualitative data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis. While quantitative data is analyzed by using statistic in the form of mean calculation (mean). The results of this study indicate that the average score of students' speaking skills increases in each cycle. In the first cycle with an average score of 2.03, it increases in cycle II with an average value of 3.18, and increasing again in cycle III, whose average value is 3.75. The conclusion of this research is by using the time token arends model hence speaking skill of class V student Madrasah Ibtidaiyah 27 Lamasi can increase.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a cooperative approach with the type of Team Games Tournament (TGT) model in SCIENCE learning in improving the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of Inpres Tidung Elementary School in Rappocini District, Makassar City. This research was carried out at SD Inpres Tidung, Rappocini Sub-District, Makassar City on September 5, 2011 until October 5, 2011. This study used a type of CAR (PTK) with the aim of knowing how to apply the Team Games Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Approach to SCIENCE learning in improving learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Inpres Tidung, Rappocini Subdistrict, Makassar City. The research target is children in class V in the academic year 2011/2012 odd semester as many as 34 children, totaling 11 boys and girls totaling 23 people. Data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and tests are analyzed through quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results show that there is an increase in children's learning outcomes in SCIENCE learning after getting learning through the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type. Learning activities in learning have increased in terms of cohesiveness in groups, asking questions during learning, children can solve problems encountered during learning, children can answer teacher's oral questions, children submit responses when learning takes place and are shown learning outcomes with test scores child.

Abstract

This study aims to find out that there is an increase in the use of teaching aids so that they are motivated to study in Grade III Islamic Elementary School Datok Sulaiman Palopo, To find out student learning motivation can be improved by using teaching aids in class III Islamic Elementary School Datok Sulaiman Palopo. (PTK) which consists ofB two cycles each cycle carried out 3 meetings with the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were Grade III Islamic SD Datok Sulaiman Palopo students in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year with 28 students. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. data obtained shows that the average value in class III before the use of props in prasiklus 53.39. In the first cycle researchers have used teaching aids and the results of the average student scores are 80.53, but in this learning there are still a number of students who have not been maximal and researchers plan to make improvements and continue to cycle II. Then the average student score reaches 89.82. Based on completeness criteria (KKM) in mathematics subjects have achieved results and researchers ended this study until the second cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of audio-visual media that can improve science learning outcomes in the third grade of SD 50 Bulu Datu. This research is classroom action research (PTK) with qualitative and quantitative research types consisting of two cycles each cycle 3 meetings, data collection techniques carried out by observing, testing, documentation with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. The results showed that: by using audio-visual media in science learning the learning outcomes of students increased, it can be seen in the data obtained which showed that the average value in class III in the first cycle reached 73 but there were still several students who are still lacking and the researchers proceed to cycle II, the learning outcomes of students increase with the results of the average score reaching 95 based on minimum completeness criteria (KKM) in science subjects have achieved results and researchers end this research until the second cycle.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of social studies for III grade students of SDN 50 Bulu Datu Palopo . There is also the problem formulation, that is : can the purpose of this study is that student learning outcomes can be improved by using picture media in class III SDN 50 Bulu DATU Palopo on subject IPS. held three times, with the planning stage act of observation and reflection. The subject of this research is class students III SDN 50 Bulu Datu Palopoin odd semester of school year 2018/2019 with a total of 23 students . The results of the show that : with the use of media images off class III  SDN 50 Bulu Datu Palopo students learning outcomes conducted in two cycles shows that student learning outcomes have increased,from the cycle I average value 72 with percentage of completeness 65%, while cycle II average value 92 with percentage of complete 100% and has fulfilled the value KKM that is 70.
