Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to discuss the value of education and environmental conservation in the Islamic view. The discussion of environmental conservation is factual and contextual. This will be more interesting if viewed from the view of Islam. The environment in Islam with variants pivots the awareness that everything is God's and should be used for the purposes that God has set forth. This is indeed the essence of the manifestation of a servant's gratitude towards the favors given by the creator. Man as the holder of the mandate (khalîfah Allâh fî al-ardh) is commanded to use the mandate of the management of the earth and its contents in the framework of obedience to Allah subhanahu wata'ala. Keywords:Value Of Education, Environmental Conservation, Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the logical reasons for each student's social actions based on certain motives in the use of religiosity symbols in the form of skullcaps in all daily activities on campus and the surrounding environment. This research is a descriptive-qualitative study that describes the trends of reasons and motives for the use of religiosity symbols in the form of kopyah for students qualitatively. The results of the study obtained a number of reasons and factors that underlie the encouragement of students to use kopyah on campus. The dominant tendency towards what is done by a kopyah user is the psychological motive of fulfilling the need for comfort for a santri, the preventive motive is encouragement to guard against all immoral acts and other sins; in the form of encouragement to follow what was exemplified by a cleric who became a role model as a form of piety of a santri. In this case, kopyah becomes a certain identity characteristic inherent in itself along with the practice of its religiosity.Keywords:Motif, Symbol, Religiosity, Kopyah

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of PMR Extracurricular (2) The Role of PMR extracurricular aktivities in shaping the social skills of students (3) What Factors Support and in hibit PMR extracurricular aktivities in shapping skills of students in SMAN 1 Cikande. The research method Uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the subject of the study consisting of the pricipal, deputy headmaster of student affairs, coaches, speaker of PMR aktivities and PMR member of SMAN 1 Cikande. Data collections is in thefrom of interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the techinuques used to analyze data, namely the steps proposed by Miles and Huberman through data collections data reductions, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. To test and validaty of the data using source and technique triangulation. The Result of the study show that students social skills can be formed through PMR activities, namely first aid activities routina training, joint training (jungle camp), and KSR Untirta editing activities. Social skills that are formed in these activities are the development of PMR member’s emphaty by providing basic medical care for students who experience, fainting, and giddiness at school. Joint responsibility so as to create good cooperation for each member of PMR to achieve common goals, can communicate verbally and non verbally to pears and others, and has the basis of interacting tho share information, exchange ideas or experiences of fellow mwmbwers of the PMR. Supporting factors PMR extracurricular activities consist of school support, PMR member motivation in participating in PMR parents, KSR and PMI who pay attention to assist the development of PMR SMAN 1 Cikande. While the inhibiting factors is composed of inadequate infrastructure to support extracurricular activities and the absence of professional PMR trainers in the field of PMR.Keywords: Extracurricular, Youth Red Cross, Social Skill

Abstract

This research aims: (1) to improve social skill and learning outcomes of social studies of the eighth graders exactly Class E of SMPN 1 Randudongkal using TGT cooperative learning model with variations of the game. This research is Classroom Action Research that uses the model of Kemmis and Taggart. The Techniques of Collecting data used observation, interviews, test, field notes and documentation. The result of the research indicated an improvement of social skills and learning outcomes in social studies after the writer applied cooperative learning model TGT with variations of the game. The writer can proved there is the improvement of social skills. Before the action was done, the average of social skills was 46.88, after Cycle 1, there was the improvement in 72.66, in the end of Cycle 2, the average of social skills became 80.78. The improvement of the students’ learning outcomes can also be proved by the classical completeness percentage. The classical completeness percentage was 40.62% before the action. It was be 78.12% in the end of Cycle 1 and in the end of Cycle 2 improved to become 87.50%.

Abstract

Wonosoco Village has natural wisdom and culture based on local wisdom which has the potential as a tourist destination. However, the lack of understanding of the village community in developing tourism potential and the geographical conditions of the villages that are vulnerable to landslides and flash floods, is difficult to be promoted as a tourist village, so that people do not understand the essence of the village's local wisdom values. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential of tourist destinations based on local wisdom values in Wonosoco Village, Kudus Regency. Qualitative research methods are used through the phenomenology approach. The main informants were the village head, with village community support informants, Pokdarwis members, and tourists. Retrieval of data through observation and interview techniques by analyzing the data using the Spradley Model through the stages of analysis of domains, taxonomies, components, and cultural themes. The findings show that there are potential tourist destinations, namely natural resources, human resources, recreational facilities, and events organized by the government. This tourist destination essentially has the values of local wisdom in the form of spiritual values, social values, and cultural values that can construct knowledge to the community to be realized in everyday life, so it needs to be preserved in order to give a generation of values to respect the values of wisdom local culture

Abstract

The aim of this study is to address the problem of learning in the classroom by using Course Review Horay (CRH) model. The problems of learning  in the class XI IPS 1, as a scope of this study, is very low level of learning activities in sociology which also resulted in low level of the learning outcomes. The measure of the success of learning outcomes is KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal/ Criterion for Minimum Completeness). The KKM of class XI IPS 1 SMAN 1 Gebog Kudus is 65. The design of this study is CAR (Classroom Action Research) or PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). This study was done in a cyclical way, using CRH learning model. The results of the research in cycle 1 show that the average of student’s activities in learning is 81.49% and is categorized as good. Student learning outcomes classically who reached the KKM amounted to 84.62% of the total students in the class, while the others 15.38%  have not reached the KKM. The classical mastery learning in cycle 1 has not been reached. The suggestions from supervisors and collaborators at the end of cycle 1 as a reflection inputs, will be used to improve the quality of teaching process in the next cycle. The results of the research in cycle 2 show that the average of student’s activities in learning process is 82.94% and is categorized as good. The classical learning outcomes show that 88.46% of the students reached the KKM, while 11.54% of the students have not reached the KKM. In cycle 2, the classical mastery learning has been achieved. The student’s responses show that 100% of the students are interested in learning model that is applied, or in K13, known as mastery learning. Students who have not complete or reached the KKM will take remedial learning test based on the achievement of learning objectives and indicators. While for the students who have completed study, we will conduct the enrichment.

Abstract

Character Education Strengthen (PPK), that consists of social care characther education, is applied at SMP 1 Karangtengah. The purposes of this study are: Describing the implementation of social character education in Social Science learning, how the school culture in implementing social care character and the obstacles in the implementation of social care character education in SMP Negeri 1 Karangtengah. This is a qualitative descriptive study. Researchers conducted observations, interviews, and documentation. Analysis date uses reduction data, display data, and conclusions. The technique of data validity uses triangulation technique and triangulation source. The results showed that: (1) the implementation of educational character of social care starting from preparation of learning, the implementation of learning and evaluation of learning have been going well. (2) The school culture implemented already supports the inculcation of social caring character in the students. (3) Obstacles experienced in the implementation of social care character education in the form of obstacles from social science teachers, differences in the level of understanding of students, and the influence of the outside environment.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the facts that causing lack of student diversity appreciation at SMPN 2 Jati Kudus. The next is to clarify that Social Science learning activities using synopsis media with multiculturalism aspect efectively to improve student diversity appreciation at SMPN 2 Jati. The research design used in this study is a qualitative research with a case study approach . Subjects researched are relatively limited , focus of research concerning variable and very broad social dimension because it involves students at once psychological dimensions that are influenced by social and civic life. Implementation of this strategy was observed in the social studies class IX with a synopsis media with multiculturalism aspect. Phenomena analyzed classes ranging from: syllabus, lesson plans, preparation of teaching materials or the use of media to arouse the interest of students to understand the concepts of multiculturalism. Students are also given a set of questionnaire contains an attitude scale that contains student opinions about the diversity of ethnicity, religion in the school and the outside. The data were obtained as follows : the causing factor of a lack of student diversity appreciation at the school because the quality of teaching and learning in these schools. The major factor is the weakness of quality and quantity of social studies teachers.  in addition to the surrounding community socio-economic factors behind most impoverished immigrant population. After learning social science with Media Synopsis students begin to understand what is the meaning of the multiculturalism concepts. Students want to hangout and work in group with no barriers of differences culture. When evaluation the results are satisfactory, an average score of 78.6, which means obtaining complete and almost students familiar of multicultural concepts.

Abstract

Sayyid Ja'far Sodiq or known as Sunan Kudus is a figure who has an important role in the entry of Islam in Kudus. The multicultural Holy Society has a unique typology in morals, science and economics, known as "Gusjigang", Bagus-having good behavior), Ji (Ngaji-good at reciting the Qur'an) and Gang (Dagang —good at trading). The identity crisis brings human consciousness to explore the wealth, wisdom and excellence contained in local culture, build and strengthen the identity and pride of the nation. Modernization or more accurately said as Westernization on the one hand is able to achieve rapid progress, but on the other hand it fails to achieve prosperity for nature and humans. This study reveals the influence and relevance of Gusjigang from Kanjeng Sunan Kudus in moderating Islam in Kudus in life with a unique format and typology that is able to become a new concept for the development of morals, science and economics (trade) so as to create a prosperous and prosperous society.

Abstract

Para pekerja usaha indutri rumah kerajinan batik di desa Bakaran Kabupaten Pati sebagian besar juga merupakan ibu rumah tangga. Kebanyakan suami mereka bekerja sebagai petani atau pekerjaan lain diluar pertanian. Kebanyakan para pekerja pengrajin batik lebih ditekuni oleh wanita karena membatik membutuhkan ketelitian, keuletan, dan ketekunan yang tinggi. Permasalahan yang terjadi para wanita pekerja adalah kurang bisa membagi waktu disamping harus membuat batik setiap hari, juga harus menyelesaikan pekerjaan-pekerjaan rumah tangga memasak, menyapu, merawat rumah dan mengasuh anak. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui interaksi sosial antara wanita pengrajin batik di desa Bakaran kaupaten Pati terhadap keluarga. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan data yang diperoleh dengan cara observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah interaksi sosial antara wanita pengrajin batik terhadap keluarga berjalan baik dan terkadang terjadi perselisihan. Wanita pengrajin batik saling mengadakan kontak sosial dan berkomunikasi dengan baik sesama anggota keluarga. Bentuk interaksi wanita pengrajin batik dengan keluarga merupakan interaksi yang bersifat asosiatif dan disosiatif. Bersifat asosiatif karena terdapat kerjasama dan kesepakatan dengan keluarga untuk mencapai tujuan. Bersifat disosiatif karena adanya pertikaian antara wanita pengrajin dengan keluarga yang terkadang terjadi sehingga menimbulkan konflik.
