Abstract

The price of share is difficult to be predicted because influenced by various factor, like inflation, rate of interest, industrial production, investor interest to risk etc. Specially for the inflation influence and rate of interest to share, this is be required to get attention by investor  when they wish to buy or sell share  The  inflation and  rate of interest always make a move to fluctuate and influenced by national economy condition. This matter  will influence national economy wheel. After this will represent a cycle  The inflation and  rate of interest influence  the climate and enthusiasm of investment,  cost and also the company earnings, because the  inflation and  high rate of interest will kill effort industrial and commercial sector.  So that,  this matter affect also at share price. While the inflation and  the  fair rate of interest will stimulate economic wheel movement because all sector needing capital to fund  their company. So that this matter will give advantage for investor This research aim to for analyzing the relation between the  inflation and the rate of interest at the price of share by partial or the whole. Data  analysis Technique  used is  quantitative techniques that is look for the level of correlation between the inflation and the rate of interest at the price of share joined by the hypothesis test. Beside that we also use  the qualitative technique  by using characteristics and facts.  Result of analysis show  ( 1) there are negative relation and weak between  the inflation and the price of share ( 2) there are positive relation and weak between the  rate of interest  and  the price of share (3) there are positive relation  and weak between the inflation and the rate of interest with the price of share.

Abstract

Pola perilaku ekonomi dari agribisnis sapi perah yang berkelanjutan didaerah pariwisata, dengan pendekatan model sistem ekonometrik 2sls panel data, memperlihatkan tingkat produksi sapi perahdipengaruhi oleh tingkat produktivitas sapi perah itu sendiri, harga susu ditingkat peternak dan permintaansusu segar oleh indutri akan mendorong peternak untuk meningkatkan populasinya. Meningkatnya ternakakan mendorong meningkatnya limbah ternak yang berdampak terjadinya penurunan wisatawan. Jumlahwisatawan akan mendorong meningktnya jumlah penginapan, namun besarnya pajak bumi dan bangunanakan menahan laju pertumbuhan jumlah penginapan. Bertambahnya jumlah wisatawan, jumlah penginapandan jumlah penduduk berakibat meningkatnya jumlah limbah sehingga daya serap lingkungan menurun.Perlu adanya upaya dari pemerintah untuk mengatasi limbah ternak maupun limbah dari pariwisata.

Abstract

This study aims at knowing respondents’comments on variables which were assumed as STIE Binaniaga fascination is factors, and to measure service performance attributed to factors taken into account by respondents, besides to look for relation between student’s ages, study program, and semester with the level of student’s satisfaction. The number of samples used was 103 respondents which represented all students from various study programs at STIE Binaniaga. The data were processed by using statistical analysis technique parametric and non parametric such as Factor Analysis, Chi Square, Spearmen’s rho and ImportantPerformance Matrix Analysis. The results of the study showed that there were 15 variables, that were used when the candidates students choose STIE Binaniaga, and all of them were successfully proceed. From 15 variables then consists of 4 components (factors): appearance excellence, promotion, and location. Index of student’s satisfaction at STIE Binaniaga equals 3.45 (quite satisfied) and from ImportantPerformance Matrix Analysis showed that the ordinate of importance and performance fell at second kuadrant (hight importance and performance above adequate)

Abstract

This study attempted to investigate the relationship between leadership style ofoffice of University Head and leadership style of office of University Head of with employeesperformance of the University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor. This study conducted by survey method. Target population is all employees of the University of Ibn Khaldun Bogor of 32 totally, whice of 29 samples taken randomly.Reseach instrument for leadership style of office of University Head and based on content validity.The mainstay is calculated by alpha cronbach formulation. Tes result indicates that each instrumentmainstay as follows : Instrument of employees performance is rxy = 0.349, leadership style of office ofUniversity Head and office academic affair, respectively 0.304.Quantitatively, data analysis conducted by descriptive statistic and analysis technique of productmoment correlation and regression method.Test result conclude following items: firstly, there is a positive relationship between leadership styleof office of university head ( X1 ) and employees performance (Y) is with significance level is 0.05.secondly, there is positive relationship between leadership of office academic affair (X2) with employeesperformance (Y) is with significance level is 0,05. thirdly, there is positive relationship between leadership style of office of university head and office of academic affair with employees performance simultaneously,viz, with significance level is 0.05.Whereas, variable contribution of leadership style of office of university head with employeesperformance is and variable contribution of leadership style of office of academic affair with employeesperformance is.Kata kunci  : gaya kepemimpinan, kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Teh merupakan komoditas andalan bagi sebagian masyarakat petani di pedesaan JawaBarat. Walau dilihat dari data perkembangan luas areal tanaman perkebunan teh di wilayah ini selama duabelas tahun terakhir (1992- 2003 ) mengalami perkembangan yang  berfluktuasi. Selama kurun waktu tersebut perkembangan areal tanam lebih didominasi oleh perkebunan rakyat yang mampu tumbuh ratarata 5,61 %. Salah satu faktor pendorong kegairahan petani dalam melakukan budidaya komoditas teh adalah adanya kepastian harga dan pasar. Harga jual yang diharapkan petani senantiasa harga jual yang dapat menutupi kembali biaya dan adanya keuntungan yang diharapkan. Sehingga manakala hasil jual produk yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan keuntungan yang diharapkan, maka petani akan semakin bergairah dalam melakukan usahatani tersebut. Walaupun pada kenyataan tidak jarang berbeda. SLPHT yang merupakan salah satu program pemerintah dimaksudkan  untuk membantu petani  dalam meningkatkan pendapatan melalui usaha peningkatan produksi
