<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the contents of multicultural schools with the religious behavior of students at SD Islam Al-Ikhlas Cilandak, South Jakarta. Data processing methods are performed using statistics to obtain data, research variables and values that include data on scores, medians, modes, standard deviations, and frequency distributions. Then for the purposes of the research hypothesis are inferential statistics with simple and regression techniques. From the research conducted, it can be concluded that: First, there is a positive and significant relationship between school culture and religious behavior, as evidenced by the assets of secret coefficient (ry1) of 0.962. Second, there is a positive and significant relationship between multicultural attitudes and student religious behavior, as evidenced by the assets of secret coefficient (ry1) of 0.969. Third, there is a positive and significant relationship between school culture and multicultural attitudes together with religious behavior, as evidenced by money (ry12) of 0.973 and the Fcount test of significance of 1099,684. <![CDATA[Some behaviors that deviate from students are already at a very alarming level, bad or deviant behavior from students is very troubling and can change the personality and identity of students, these people are left and difficulties in tackling torture behavior and morals of students will have a negative impact on the environment the student itself. Seeing various behaviors that arise regarding the behavior and morals of students so far, as well as discussing the learning process in schools, as a form of effort to cultivate personality, morality, and knowledge towards students, the roles that are greater than the delivery of education in schools, especially teacher as leader in class, success or failure Character education instilled in students is very dependent on the ability of teachers to manage the learning process in school. For this reason, the researchers wanted to know, study and analyze character education in schools, and also the readiness of teachers for education in schools, which would compare the readiness of teachers in management of education in public schools with special religious schools (Madrasa). The analysis uses inference analysis, namely analysis with simple regression techniques. From this study it was found that management of education has an influence on student morals, and also the ability and morals of students towards student learning in school. Thus, it can be said that the management of character education carried out in schools will be borne and the morals of students, this will be related to student achievement itself. Keywords. <![CDATA[Leadership is the main pillar in organizing an organization. The success of Islam as a divine religion will no be separated from the personality of a figure who has high integrity and capability. Muhammad as a figure, the Prophet and the Apostle is a rule model in managing (designer) teliabel all forms of life from family, community to head of state. In Jalaluddin Rachmat’s pint of view there are two forms in dealing with Islam: both textual and the second contextual. The conceptual Islam is Islam contained in the Qur’an as a revelation whose truth will be left when the interpreters are able to understand it in the present context. While the actual Islam is a smart and brilliant idea how to display the figure of Islam is cool, harmonious, and full of peace. Showing such Islam is an unattached portion of a reliable managerial figure in which the pattern of enforcement of juistice as the basis of the all-embracing idealism has been termed by Kunto Wijoyo in which the managerial arrangement of social, political, managerial directed to a transformative order in which Islam and management constitute a united whole in order to organize social life. <![CDATA[This research to find out the influence of teacher competence and motivation in teaching towards the effectiveness of learning at SMK Negeri 3 Serang City. This research used quantitative approach with survey method with 53 teachers as samples. The samples were taken by a saturated sampling technique in which the total population was sampled. Data analysis techniques use classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that: (1) Teachers professional competence influence the effectiveness of learning with the determination coefficient 0.189 or 18.9%. (2) Teaching motivation influence the effectiveness of learning with the determination coefficient 0.388 or 38.8%. and (3)Teachers profesional competence and Teaching motivation influence simultaneously toward the effectiveness of learning with the value of coefficient determination 455 or 45.50%. <![CDATA[This study aims to: (1) describe the great ways to manage archive at MTs Serang City, (2) describe the large-scale servive of educators in MTsN Serang District, (3) analyze wheter there are things related to archive management towards the quality of service of teaching staff at MTs Serang City and District. Analyze data by correlation method. Data was collected through a quetionnaires, interviews, documentations, and literatures. Population in this research is part of MTsN in Serang District and City, namely MTsN 1 in Serang City, MTsN 2 in Serang City, MTsN 1 Serang, and MTsN 3 Serang. The sample is 30 respondents from the sample with purposive sampling technique. Research result (1) the level of achievement of archival management of 83.45% is included in the excellent category; (2) the level of service quality of educators is 84.59% included in the excellent category; and (3) the contribution of archival management to the quality service of educatiors by using formula Product Moment is a 0.432. Determination coefficient of 19% which shows archives has an influence on the variable quality of service of educators by 19% and the rest by other factors such as facilities and infrastructure. <![CDATA[This paper discusses a curriculum design and comprehensive learning plan, in a school it is necessary for management to organize an organization and manage activities to be carried out, besides curriculum management is also designed so that planning, implementation and evaluation of the curriculum runs more effectively, efficiently and optimally in empower learning resources, experience and curriculum components. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies through a descriptive approach, in the form of words, writing or oral and description. Data analysis techniques are done through data collection, reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and steps to test the validity of the data using triagulation techniques.The results of this study reveal that: 1) Implementation of 2013 curriculum management at MTsN 1 Pandeglang so that teachers have more understanding of the curriculum. 2) Implementation of curriculum management programs or programs at MTsN 1 Pandeglang in the implementation of the activity committee and the division of tasks of the teachers who carry out their tasks and functions, so that school activities or programs can be organized. 3) Inhibiting factors and supporting factors for implementing curriculum management as a whole there are no school barriers from internal schools that complicate the implementation of planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum management, 4) Strategies or steps in overcoming these obstacles are by implementing the working meeting, there is also an evaluation on The Student Conference held in the middle of the year involving homerooms, field staff, and the headmaster. <![CDATA[The writing is based on research which describes educational quality management of MAN Insan Cendekia as one of madrasas which performs boarding school system focused on academic programs. The research findings are: The first, implementing quality management at boarding school begun with formulating strategic planning/school framework with certain steps: analysis, formulating program draft, socialization, budgeting, and documentation. The process also determines the school programs those are academic, studentship, boarding, facility and media, and networking. The second, the steps of implementation strategy are implementing and evaluating educational program quality. (1) Implementing educational program quality of boarding school begun with the procedures of socializing quality program plan, technical plan, implementation program, monitoring, supervising, and evaluation with bottom up-top down approach; (2) evaluating educational program quality systematically begun with the procedures of self-evaluation, quality internal audit, teacher’s competence evaluation, management evaluation, and external audit. The third, the supporting factors and the constraint ones in implementing educational quality management correlated with raw input, teachers, budgeting, leader’s commitment to quality, facilities, learning environment, and networking. The fourth, the strategic way to improving the educational qualities are integrating school program with boarding programs, formulating life directions, upgrading human resources and facilities/media, building school culture, and networking. <![CDATA[The objectives of this study are (1) to describe the level of extractive management effectiveness in Serang Junior High School 18; (2) to describe how much non-academic school achievement; (3) describes how much extracurricular non-academic school achievements. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a correlational approach. The population in this study were students who took extracurricular activities as many as 120 students, thus the study sample was 30 respondents. The data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The conclutions of the research results are (1) the level of extracurricular management effectiveness at Serang Junior High School 18 is classified as good with 59.19%; (2) the level achievement of non-academic schools in Serang Junior High School is classified as good with 63.41%; and (3) the contributions of the effectiveness of extracurricular management variables on the achievement of non-academic school at 38.44%.
