Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic proved to be a momentum for the Gemah Ripah Farmer Group (GRFG), even though with a small area of land, they were able to continue providing food through urban farming. They were able to inspire the growth of vegetable villages and received several awards for their contributions. This research aims to analyze the implementation of urban farming so that it can serve as food security and cash income during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted in Bausasran urban village, Danurejan sub-district, Yogyakarta province, Indonesia. The present study was conducted using a qualitative method with a case study approach, where data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, discussions, and documentation studies. The results show that the implementation of urban farming in the GRFG is effective as an alternative solution in providing and maintaining food availability during the pandemic, since vegetables and fruits are ready to be picked from the garden at any time. It reduces food expenditures and generates cash income for its members through the sale of processed urban agriculture products and educational tourism. This study provides an example of how innovative urban farming can help strengthen the economy of a community.

Abstract

The selection of partners at the Central Statistics Agency of Central Aceh Regency faces challenges because manual selection methods are considered inefficient and inaccurate. Therefore, this study aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the selection process by applying the Promethee (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations) method. This method is used as a multi-criteria decision-making technique and is implemented using the Python programming language for automatic and real-time data processing. The data used comes from the 2024 partner recruitment process at the Central Statistics Agency of Central Aceh Regency, consisting of candidates who have met the administrative requirements. The validity of the promethee method is tested through the calculation of an error percentage that reaches 10%, demonstrating the method's ability to filter partners according to the established criteria. In conclusion, the application of the promethee method has been proven to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the partner selection process, where the Python-based system developed can reduce the time and effort required in decision-making while producing more valid and reliable partner recommendations.

Abstract

Marine gravity anomalies are critical for various applications, including the analysis of oceanic faults, bathymetry prediction, and the development of marine geoids. These anomalies can be measured using shipborne and airborne gravimetry, both of which offer high accuracy and resolution but are limited by their spatial coverage. Conversely, satellite altimetry provides comprehensive global coverage, making it a valuable tool for studying marine gravity anomalies on a larger scale. This research investigates the effectiveness of satellite altimetry in generating marine gravity anomaly data for the eastern Indonesian seas (6°N-6°S and 115°E-135°E). The study employs spectral analysis of Sea Surface Height (SSH) data to identify dominant components and their spatial resolution. Subsequently, the SSH data is used to calculate marine gravity anomalies via the Inverse Vening Meinesz (IVM) method. The accuracy of these satellite-derived anomalies is validated against shipborne gravimetry measurements. Results indicate that satellite altimetry can produce marine gravity anomalies with an accuracy ranging from 4.130 to 9.547 mGal and a spatial resolution of 11.75 kilometers.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a household water quality monitoring system using the Internet of Things (IoT) by monitoring water quality parameters such as pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), turbidity, and temperature in real time. The prototyping method in the development of this system allows continuous interaction between developers and users to meet the needs of the system. Data is collected through literature studies and observations to support system development. The results of this study are that every 1 minute, the sensor data is sent to the server, and then the sensor data will be displayed on the web platform; if the sensor data value is not at the predetermined value limit according to Permenkes number 2 of 2023, the displayed value will be red. The data collected by the sensor is sent to the server built with Node.js and stored in the PostgreSQL database. The monitoring results will also be displayed on a 20x4 I2C LCD. The system successfully monitors water quality parameters in real time, with results displayed on a web platform that is easily accessible to users. The implementation of IoT technology in this system provides an innovative solution for increasing public awareness of the importance of clean water quality. With this system, it is expected to create a healthier and safer household environment for families.

Abstract

The development of the digital is inseparable from the convenience factor and greater benefits that can be obtained by users. Likewise in the business, with the development of digital platforms for product marketing activities, it will also have an impact on micro and medium businesses. This study wants to find out whether it is true that the use of e-commerce can improve the performance of MSME businesses. Factors that influence such as how technology, organization and environment will impact the adoption of e-commerce itself which will ultimately affect business performance in this case the MSME business. This study is an explanatory research that explains the causal relationship (cause and effect) between variables using SEM / PLS analysis. The test results show that technology and the environment have a positive and significant effect on the adoption of e-commerce and the organization has a positive but not significant effect on the adoption of e-commerce. As an intervening variable, namely the adoption of technology, it is produced that technology and the environment affect the performance of MSMEs through the e-commerce adoption variable and the organization has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of MSMEs through the e-commerce adoption variable. The overall results can be concluded that the increase in MSME performance is significantly influenced by technological factors based on the convenience, usefulness and ability to use it. Environmental factors, especially consumer behavior in utilizing technology and trends in utilizing technology in the online shopping process, also have a significant influence on the adoption of the technology itself, thus impacting business performance.

Abstract

In this digital age, technology can make everyday life easier, including finding and providing food for livestock and pets. Hilda Pakan Supplier is a business that provides various types of nutrition, such as feed, vitamins, and veterinary medicine. At the time of observation, some customers were often confused in determining the right feed, vitamins, or medicine for their animals due to the lack of information they had. Customers usually have to ask the shopkeeper, which can take a long time especially when the shop is crowded. To overcome these problems, the purpose of this project is to use the content-based filtering method to create a recommendation system for animal nutrition choices. This method was chosen because the recommendation process is simpler and does not require rating data from other users. The system can provide recommendations in accordance with the needs and preferences of animals. In its application, the cosine similarity algorithm is used to measure product similarity based on text descriptions. The results show that this recommendation system is able to produce 10 products with the highest similarity value, which is 0.331060048. In the future, this system can be further developed by adding more products to provide more accurate insurance results.

Abstract

In today's digital era, many businesses face challenges in managing and responding to customer feedback and suggestions contained in comments. Joglo Wifi Corner UMKM Business Center & Coffee experiences similar difficulties, where the lack of customer feedback management negatively impacts service quality and customer satisfaction. In this study, we aim to develop and implement a sentiment analysis system that is able to classify customer sentiment into positive, negative, or neutral. The process begins with data collection. customer comments from the official Joglo Wifi Corner website, which are then processed through a preprocessing stage including tokenization, stop word removal, and lemmatization. Then, a Logistic Regression Naive Bayes model is drilled using the processed data to classify sentiment. The evaluation results show that this system achieves an accuracy of 91.67%, with an average precision of 0.646, an average recall of 0.805, and an average F1-Score of 0.701. The implementation of this system provides valuable insights for Joglo Wifi Corner managers in making strategic decisions to improve service quality. By responding more effectively to customer feedback, Joglo Wifi Corner promises that this research can improve customer satisfaction and expand the company's market coverage and identify areas for improvement based on customer feedback, thereby strengthening customer relationships. This approach also uses Agile Development system development methodology to ensure iterative and responsive development to changing user needs.

Abstract

One outlet that offers various types of electric bicycles is EV7 Solo. EV7 Solo is a large shop that sells electric bicycles of various brands and types. The services provided by the team at the shop currently still work using traditional methods, where customers need to come directly to the shop to choose and buy products. The density of potential buyers coming at the same time makes the service from EV7 Solo slow and makes potential buyers feel uncomfortable. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a recommendation system that can help customers choose products. electric bicycle. This research aims to design an Electric Bicycle Product Selection Recommendation System using knowledge-based methods. The system development method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which includes the stages of business modeling, data modeling and process modeling. Knowledge-based recommendation systems have the advantage of prioritizing user needs for products by calculating the similarities between customer needs and electric bicycle product attributes. This knowledge-based electric bicycle product selection recommendation system model provides five search attributes for electric bicycle products, namely brand, price, mileage, color and maximum speed. By using 30 sample data, the results of the knowledge-based recommendation method modeling can provide recommendations for electric bicycle products based on criteria set by customers through calculating the similarity between customer needs and the attributes listed on the electric bicycle product. Product Data: Electric bicycle products with the highest similarity value will be recommended to customers, such as the Powelldd a400 Black electric bicycle product which received the highest similarity value of 0.795. The results of this research can serve as a guide for developing a recommendation system in selecting electric bicycle products.

Abstract

Many companies in the electronic field are competing in the business sector. One of them is PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Klaten branch which sells Indibiz products. Indibiz products are internet products designed for Small and Medium Enterprises. The variety of internet products available makes customers face difficulties in choosing internet products. Because of these problems, it is important to develop a recommendation system that can help customers. The researcher's goal is to design a recommendation system using the Knowledge Base method for internet product selection. Researchers use the Knowledge Base Recommendation method which has the advantage of being able to set a priority scale according to customer needs. Researchers also carry out a system development method using Rapid Application Development (RAD) which consists of 3 stages, namely business modeling, data modeling, and process modeling. In this modeling, internet product selection includes 4 search attributes, namely internet type, price, facilities, and internet speed. Based on the results of calculating the similarity value with 42 sample data, the system can provide internet product recommendations that match customer needs based on attributes. Internet products with the highest similarity value of 0.769 will be displayed in the recommendation system. With the design of this system, it can make it easier for customers to determine the selection of internet products needed.

Abstract

Global warming is a phenomenon that has widespread effects, particularly on environmental aspects. Globally, the impact of global warming is evident in the rising temperatures of the Earth. In April 2023, much of South Asia experienced a heatwave with temperatures exceeding 40°C. In Indonesia, the daily maximum temperature recorded reached 37.2°C in South Tangerang City. Global warming is caused by the increasing concentration of greenhouse gases in the Earth's atmosphere. This study proposes a model for predicting air temperature by considering the influence of pollutant levels and daily climate data in South Tangerang City. The prediction modeling in this study uses the Multiple Linear Regression algorithm with an 80% training data and 20% testing data split. Out of 8 trials, the sixth model is the best with a k value of 8 and features including RH_avg, RR, ss, ddd_car, ff_avg, no2, o3, and pm10. The evaluation results of the sixth model yielded an R² value of 0.72749, MAE of 0.55593, MSE of 0.50078, and MAPE of 1.99806%.
