Abstract

Proses identifikasi merupakan bidang teknologi yang sedang menjadi perhatian untuk dikembangkan. Salah satu cara dalam proses identifikasi seseorang antara lain dengan menggunakan pengenalan suara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mrngukur kinerja MFCC sebagai ekstraksi ciri sinyal suara dengan Support Vector Machine (SVM) sebagai algoritma klasifikasi. Sampel suara yang digunakan adalah bacaan dari AL-Qur’an yang terdiri dari 4 surah yaitu, Surah Al-Baqarah ayat 255 dan 256, Surah At-Thalaq ayat 2 dan 3, Surah At-Thariq ayat 1-3, dan Surah Al-Ghasyiyah ayat 17-19. Hasil transformasi sinyal suara menggunakan ekstraksi MFCC dan unjuk kerja SVM pada pengujian masing-masing surah menghasilkan nilai true yang berbeda. Nilai akurasi tertinggi diperoleh pada surah At-Thariq ayat 1,2, dan 3 sebesar 70%. Nilai akurasi terendah diperoleh pada surah Al-Ghasyiyah ayat 17, 18, dan 19 sebesar 56%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran kinerja ekstraksi MFCC sebagai ekstraksi sinyal suara dengan SVM sebagai algoritma klasifikasi dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam pendekatan pengenalan suara.

Abstract

Pengaduan adalah bentuk ketidakpuasan pelanggan atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh suatu lembaga. Kontribusi pengaduan dalam rangka perbaikan kualitas pelayanan pelanggan, menuntut lembaga untuk serius dalam pelaksanaan penanganan pengaduan (complaint handling). Untuk memperoleh kepercayaan pelanggan melalui penanganan pengaduan, keluhan atas permasalahan listrik pelanggan di PT PLN (Persero) ULP Krueng Geukueh Aceh Utara perbulannya selalu meningkat atas kasus yang sama, dikarenakan tidak ada data pengaduan pelanggan yang bisa direkap perbulannya maka perbulannya terjadi banyak keluhan yang tidak terkontrol. Dalam penelitian ini pengembangan Sistem Pengaduan Pelanggan Berbasis Website pada PT PLN (Persero) ULP Krueng Geukueh Aceh Utara perlu dilakukan, dimana sistem ini dapat membantu karyawan terutama bagian pelayanan agar dapat mengurangi keluhan yang sama perbulannya. Maka perbulannya karyawan bisa merekap semua keluhan guna untuk menangani dan mengurangi permasalahan pelanggan. Sistem Pengaduan Pelanggan Berbasis Website ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa PHP, CodeIgniter sebagai Framework dan MySQL sebagai penyimpanan data.

Abstract

One of the challenges faced by young people in rural areas is the lack of ability and creativity that can improve their standard of living in the digital era. The increasing number of university graduates and the lack of job opportunities provided by the government have the potential for a high number of unemployed people of productive age in Indonesia. This can be overcome by increasing the creative abilities of young people of productive age in creating independent business opportunities, one of which is their ability in the field of graphic design. This community service activity aimed to increase the creativity of youth in Banda Masen Village, Banda Sakti Sub-district, Lhokseumawe City in using graphic design software to develop independent business opportunities. The method used in this activity was by training and skills development approach. After identifying the needs and level of understanding of participants, graphic design training was carried out. This training focuses on introducing graphic design software, basic graphic design techniques, and applying creativity in design. The result of this community service activity was an increase in young people's skills and creativity in using graphic design software, so that they can apply these skills to open up independent business opportunities. Increased creativity and independent business opportunities provide positive economic and social impacts. Developments in the use of technology and skills at the village level can make a positive contribution to the development of society as a whole.

Abstract

Managing operational goods manually leads to slow and inefficient work performance, hence the design and implementation of an information system that can efficiently manage operational goods needs to be done in a structured manner and work optimally. Analysis of operational goods needs is conducted through observation and interviews with relevant parties to discuss the problems faced and identify the required features. Some key features implemented in this system include complaint management for operational goods needs, which can be managed and utilized for effective procurement or requests for goods according to requirements. This system is designed using the PHP programming language with the Codeigniter framework and MySQL database for database management. With this system in place, it is expected to assist in the more effective and systematic management of operational goods needs at the Career Guidance and Entrepreneurship Center of Malikussaleh University.

Abstract

Data alumni salah unsur yang paling penting dalam peningkatan mutu perguruan tinggi. Alumni menjadi perpanjangan tangan sebagai pembentuk jaringan kerja yang diharapkan dapat membuka relasi instansi untuk memudahkan para mahasiswa dan alumni  saling berbagi informasi dalam dunia kerja dan ilmu pengetahuan. Sebagai upaya pengembangan dan peningkatan sistem manajemen informasi alumni diperlukan sebuah sistem pengelolaan data yang bisa diakses dengan waktu yang tidak terbatas sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pengembangan sistem berbasis web dengan menerapkan Codeigniter berbasis php dengan menerapkan konsep  MVC. Codeigniter menjadi sebuah toolkit yang diminati ditujukan kepada pengembang aplikasi web dalam bahasa PHP dengan berbagai macam library yang disediakan yang dapat mempermudah dalam pengembangan aplikasi web. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diterapkan pada penelusuran data alumni dengan sistem manajemen data alumni berbasis web yang terkomputerisasi dan terstruktur dapat memudahkan program studi maupun universitas dalam mengelola data dan informasi para lulusan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design and build an employee e-recruitment information system using the simple additive weighting method. There are three types of data collection methods in this research: observation, interviews, and literature study. The system development method used in this research is the OOAD (Object-Oriented Analysis and Design) method with the rapid application development model, while the tools used in object modeling are UML (Unified Modeling Language). From the discussion that has been described, the following conclusions can be drawn: This e-recruitment information system was designed and built using the RAD system development method and the SAW method for calculations in decision-making, using the PHP and MySQL programming languages as the database, and tested with black box testing. By using the e-recruitment information system to recruit employees, the HR and general divisions have a reference for selecting which prospective employees most closely match the predetermined criteria. This e-recruitment information system can reduce the possibility of human error occurring during the selection process, and with the value of each applicant calculated in the system, it will become a reference for HR staff in selecting employees more objectively. The administrative selection process, which takes one month, can be reduced to a maximum of seven working days. With the e-recruitment information system, selection results that were previously reported via message can now be seen directly in each applicant's account at a predetermined time.

Abstract

The selection of partners at the Central Statistics Agency of Central Aceh Regency faces challenges because manual selection methods are considered inefficient and inaccurate. Therefore, this study aims to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the selection process by applying the Promethee (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluations) method. This method is used as a multi-criteria decision-making technique and is implemented using the Python programming language for automatic and real-time data processing. The data used comes from the 2024 partner recruitment process at the Central Statistics Agency of Central Aceh Regency, consisting of candidates who have met the administrative requirements. The validity of the promethee method is tested through the calculation of an error percentage that reaches 10%, demonstrating the method's ability to filter partners according to the established criteria. In conclusion, the application of the promethee method has been proven to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the partner selection process, where the Python-based system developed can reduce the time and effort required in decision-making while producing more valid and reliable partner recommendations.

Abstract

Purpose-The implementation of web-based virtual laboratories in physics education has significant potential to enhance students' scientific process skills and conceptual understanding of physics. The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze the impact of implementing an interactive web-based virtual laboratory in activitiy physics learning, and (2) to describe students' perceptions of the use of this virtual laboratory.Methodology-The research design follows a pre-experimental method with a one-shot case study approach. The population consisted of all twelfth-grade students, distributed across four classes with consisting of 24 students for the samples. Observations of students’ scientific process skills were conducted to assess the intervention's impact. A questionnaire was administered after the learning session to measure students’ SPS activities before and after the intervention.Findings—The results of the observational data analysis on scientific process skills revealed an average activity percentage of 90.3%, indicating that the interactive web-based virtual laboratory is highly effective in supporting virtual practical-based learning. Additionally, the analysis of students' perceptions showed an average perception score of 86.42%, categorized as "very good."Significance– These findings suggest that virtual laboratories can serve as an innovative solution in physics education. However, improvements in operational aspects are still necessary to overcome existing challenges.Keywords: Virtual laboratory Student activities Perception Physics learning Website

Abstract

This study aims to determine the nutritional status of toddlers in the Peulimbang sub-district using a clustering method that can group toddlers based on their dietary indicators, such as gender (jk), age (u), height (tb), weight (bb), and upper arm circumference (Lila). By using data analysis techniques such as K-Means clustering, this study successfully identified several groups of toddlers with different nutritional statuses, ranging from malnutrition to good nutrition to obesity nutritional status. The data for this study were taken directly from the Peulimbang Health Center, and as many as 765 toddler data were collected from 16 villages in the Peulimbang area. The programming language used in this study is PHP, which functions in web development and is often used to process data sent via web formula, interact with databases, and manage user sessions. Based on the results of clustering with the K-Means method using Euclidean Distance as a measurement between points, toddler data has been grouped into three Clusters, namely C1, C2, and C3. Cluster C1 covers 22.81% of 147 malnourished toddlers, C2 covers 48% of 323 well-nourished toddlers, and C3 covers 29.19% of 205 obese toddlers. Based on the clustering results, improving nutrition education programs for parents is essential, especially in areas with poor or lacking nutritional status. This program can include counseling on the importance of balanced nutrition, nutritious cooking methods, and choosing the right Food for toddlers. Thus, this study is expected to contribute to improving toddlers' nutritional status and overall public health in the Peulimbang District area.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan proses yang vital bagi pengembangan individu, dengan guru memainkan peran sentral dalam menentukan kualitas pendidikan. Kompetensi guru, meliputi kemampuan pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang efektif. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, pemanfaatan media pembelajaran digital telah menjadi metode yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Namun, hal ini masih jarang dilakukan oleh guru di dalam proses pembelajaran kepada peserta didiknya. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengaplikasikan media pembelajaran digital kepada guru di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Kota Lhokseumawe. Muatan materi yang diberikan kepada peserta kegiatan juga merupakan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang diberikan oleh pihak mitra berdasarkan kebutuhan sekolah. Kegiatan dimulai dari persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, serta evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, dari 6 hingga 8 Agustus 2024 dan meliputi presentasi materi, diskusi, serta praktik langsung. Selama tiga hari pelatihan, guru diberikan materi mengenai perkembangan teknologi informasi, pengelolaan kelas secara interaktif, serta media dan game pembelajaran interaktif. Materi yang diberikan antara lain adalah perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam pembelajaran digital, pengelolaan kelas secara interaktif dan media pembelajaran digital, serta media pembelajaran dan game pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan beberapa perangkat lunak, seperti produk Google (GForm, Classroom, Drive), Wordwall, dan Quizizz. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan peserta meningkat signifikan, dengan 89,5% berhasil menjawab soal evaluasi dengan benar dan 100% peserta mengumpulkan tugas yang diberikan.
