The In everyday life, watering plants is a very important factor in maintaining and caring for jasmine plants. Water itself is a basic resource that supports the life needs of jasmine plants. If there is no water, the growth of jasmine flowers will be hampered, and the plant can even die. In general, watering plants is done conventionally, this is considered impossible to do in a short time, not to mention when the plant owner is far from where the plants are. In this case, an automatic device for watering jasmine plants was created using a pump controlled by the Arduino Uno, as well as using a soil moisture sensor to provide analog data to the Arduino Uno to regulate the on and off of the water pump based on the humidity that has been set and the use of the LCD module. I2C to display soil moisture, to make it easier for jasmine plant lovers to care for their plants in terms of watering. This research method was adopted from the prototype development method. The results of this research are that the pump can water plants when the humidity is < 30%, and the pump stops watering when the humidity is > 50%.

Brake pads are equipment that uses synthetic friction resistance and is then used on a rotating machine to reduce or stop speed. It is necessary to develop brake pad materials that are more environmentally friendly and can be commercialized. Clamshells containing calcium carbonate (CaCO3), cardboard waste, and orange peel containing cellulose can also be used as alternatives in developing brake pad materials that are more environmentally friendly compared to asbestos brake pads. This research aims to determine the optimal composition for developing reinforcing polymer composites for brake pad materials. The methods used in this research include microscopy test analysis, degree of swelling, and tensile strength. The test results show that variation II shows a clearer surface appearance with a low degree of swelling of 0 – 0.17%, so variation II is appropriate for application as a brake pad material. The tensile strength test results show a maximum tensile strength of 6.521 Mpa

Cocopeat is a binder between coconut fibers in coconut fiber. Cocopeat has high lignin and cellulose content and is resistant to bacteria and fungi. The aim of the research was to determine the mechanical characteristics of cocopeat mixtures with various dosage ratios of 20%, 40%, 60% to 80%. Mechanical characteristic testing is carried out by applying a load to specimens that have been made in accordance with ASTM D 638-03 standards. The maximum load given is 980N. The test results show that the highest stress value is found in the 40% cocopeat mixture composition, which is 8.1902 Mpa and the highest elastic modulus is found in the 20% cocopeat mixture composition, which is 13.8x10-3 Gpa, while the lowest tensile stress value is found in the 60% cocopeat mixture. and the lowest modulus of elasticity was found in a composition of 80% cocopeat mixture, namely 5.12 x 10-4 Gpa. Thus, more and more cocopeat powder is added to composite materials made from polyester resin. This causes a decrease in the value of stress and modulus of elasticity.

Valley Bukit Calincing Housing Exchange RT. 04 RW. 08 Bogor City is a housing complex that requires every resident to pay monthly waste fees. Payment of waste fees is payment of waste fees made by the treasurer who visits residents' homes to collect by giving a payment card to each resident and recording it again in the ledger. For reports, we still use Microsoft Excel. Because payment recording still uses Microsoft Excel, files on the laptop or PC can be lost or even accidentally deleted. Meanwhile, if it is recorded in a book, the book could be damaged/lost. The method that will be applied for this research is using Waterfall which has sequential stages starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and supporting stages, but in this research it only reaches the testing stage. Meanwhile, for the system development method using the OOAD method, a web-based application was created which is the right choice to simplify the treasurer's work in managing and managing waste fee payments. With this system, it can make it easier for residents to pay waste fees on time and reduce residents who like to pay past due dates because they are always reminded via email notifications sent by the treasurer so that the treasurer does not need to come to residents' homes to collect the waste fees. And with this waste fee payment information system, it makes it easier to manage the treasurer's waste fee payment reports.

Porous asphalt is an asphalt mixture with more voids than other asphalt mixtures of a surface layer of a typical flexible pavement structure. Porous asphalt mixtures have several advantages, namely the voids contained in the porous asphalt mixture function to help drain water vertically and horizontally, providing greater skid resistance. In addition to these advantages, the disadvantage of porous asphalt mixtures is the low stability value caused by the large number of voids in the porous asphalt mixture. Because porous asphalt mixtures have many advantages, to increase the stability value of porous asphalt mixtures, one of the methods used is by adding gilsonite. The method used in this research is an experimental method with a labortorium scale. The tests carried out in this study were in the form of skid resistance tests. The porous asphalt mixture in this study used 2 gradations, namely Japanese and Australian gradations. The test specimens used in this mixture are mixtures with optimum asphalt content and 0% gilsonite content. While the modified porous asphalt pavement is a mixture of gilsonite and pen 60/70 asphalt with gilsonite content and optimum asphalt content of 5.5% each. The results showed that the functional performance improvement of the modified asphalt pavement for Japanese and Australian gradations was 14.5% and 2.7%, respectively. Thus, there is an increase in the magnitude of skid resistance values from 55 BPN to 63 BPN and from 75 BPN to 77 BPN or by 8.0 BPN and 2.0 BPN for Japanese and Australian gradations, respectively. This increase in skid resistance value will provide a better level of safety for vehicle users.

financial reports issued by the finance department Problems that often occur at PT. Suka Maju is the whereabouts of fixed assets that are unknown, whether they are still in the warehouse or have been moved to another outlet/center. This is because sometimes the company opens a new branch or the head of the outlet needs fixed assets, then HR/GA moves the fixed assets from the warehouse to the outlet. Without communicating/reporting with central management so that central management does not know the position of the fixed assets. This results in central management not knowing the position of these assets and fixed asset reports not being in accordance with actual conditions. The main objective of this research is to design and develop a system that can manage company fixed assets effectively and efficiently by utilizing web technology. This system is expected to be able to increase accuracy and speed in the process of recording, tracking and managing fixed assets at PT Suka Maju. The research methodology used includes the needs analysis, system design, development and testing stages. At the needs analysis stage, interviews and observations were conducted to identify the needs and problems faced in managing fixed assets in the company. The results of this analysis become the basis for system design which includes database design, user interface, and system functionality.
