Abstract

Pada perkembangan  di sebuah perusahaan terletak dalam sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Proses supaya menerima sumber daya manusia yang unggul diperoleh menggunakan proses penyeleksian pegawai. PT. Indosplice adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang Wirerope Supply, Rigging,  Lifting buat industri Minyak Gas, Pertambangan, Kelautan dan Konstruksi. Untuk memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang sesuai maka dilakukan seleksi penerimaan calon pegawai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan oleh divisi. Agar proses dapat dilakukan bisa sedikit cepat serta untuk meminimalkan penilaian secara subjektif, perlu di buat sistem pendukung keputusan agar mempermudah bagian HRD mehasilkan sumber daya manusia yang dibutuhkan perusahaan. Solusi dalam kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan saat ini dapat dibuat pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode weighted product (WP). Sistem dapat dibuat berbasis website serta menghasilkan perangkingan dari masing-masing alternatif menggunakan metode weighted product dengan menghitung jumlah nilai vektor v terbesar dari masing-masing alternatif yang nanti akan menjadikan sebuah pertimbangan perusahaan melakukan proses seleksi calon pegawai baru. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan metode blackbox testing, output yang ditampilkan oleh sistem telah sesuai dengan inputan yang diberikan oleh user.

Abstract

The design of a web-based package delivery system at PT Sicepat has used an automatic method. An application program used for sending packages at PT Sicepat has been in use for a old time, but there are still many problems with using application. Such as system maintenance when unwanted, some bugs or errors occur in the database. Managing package data collection is an important part of organizations and agencies working with other parties who have an interest. Which is carried out qualitatively, can provide an overview of the condition of the object of observation based on the available information. Data collection techniques used in direct interviews, data observation, data documentation, document analysis, and drawing conclusions are effective ways to collect information. System for receiving and sending packages. PT Sicepat Ekspres already has a desktop-based application-based computer system. A program will be proposed to support people sending packets through a web-based programming application. This application is expected to improve the delivery system which still does not meet the company's needs, by using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The analysis and design method uses an object-oriented software engineering approach.

Abstract

Attendance of absences are very important activities in the employee recitation process. Companies in Indonesia have a lot of employees. Employee is a very important variable. Every company must always control every employee. Given the number of companies and employees will always increase from time to time, controlling employee attendance is very influential on a company. Many companies still use manual attendance, especially in small companies. In addition, another problem that arises is the lack of control over employee attendance, manual attendance systems can be easily manipulated and not very effective which can hinder the company's progress performance. when you come and go home. The system designed must be able to meet user needs such as the problems that have been described. In addition, the application must be able to collect data on incoming and outgoing employees to control attendance. This attendance system was created using Waterfall and implemented in Android devices. In addition, a system is also created to control employee attendance, employee discipline, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the attendance system. In this application, employees can check in and check out to control attendance.

Abstract

Penelitin bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai inflasi bulanan yang terjadi di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang sumber dari BPS dan Bank Indonesia. Sampel penelitian diambil mulai periode Januari 2010 sampai April 2021. Metode analisis data dengan model ARIMA.  Dalam proses analisis data dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu data training (Januari 2010 – Desember 2020) sebagai data bangkitan untuk membangun model dan data testing (Januari – April 2021) untuk menguji hasil prediksi dari model. Dari analisis data diperoleh hasil pemodelan ARIMA (3,1,2). Uji validasi model dengan parameter RMSE (Root Mean Square Error)  sebesar 1.076, nilai MAE (Mean Absolute Error) sebesar 0.696, dan MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) sebesar 220.68.  Uji validasi hasil prediksi dengan uji rata-rata dan varian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian dari kedua metode tersebut mempunyai nilai probabilitas yang lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai aktual dengan nilai prediksinya. Mengingat model ini mempunyai keterbatasan, maka disarankan untuk meningkatkan akurasi model prediksi dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode lain, misalnya naive bayes atau metode jaringan saraf tiruan (artificial neural network).

Abstract

In recent years due to the uncertain economic conditions and situation of a country, many employees with a certain level of education, work experience, countries with different levels of development and income per capita of the country and several other factors, causing many employees tend to change places of work. Due to the various factors that cause employees to change jobs and advances in information technology, it is also difficult to predict what factors influence employee decision making to move to a new place. Therefore, it is necessary to know what factors and conditions are in employees so that they have a tendency to change jobs, this is necessary so that companies can prevent, anticipate and immediately find other solutions as early as possible if this condition should occur to their employees. Based on the problems and objectives that have been described, this study predicts the classification of employees who have a tendency to change workplaces by integrating the Naive Bayes algorithm and Decision Tree. The aim is to identify the dominant factors that influence employees to change places of work. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that there are three (3) dominant factors that influence employees to change jobs, namely employees with STEM (Science Technology Engineering Mathematical) expertise, company size and education level as well as the highest level of accuracy from the Naive Bayes Algorithm 80.79 and the highest AUC from the Decision Tree Algorithm. 0.822.

Abstract

The spread of fake news (hoax) through social media is currently quite difficult for the public to distinguish hoax or actual news. News can be categorized as actual if it comes from a trusted source and is supported by valid source clarification. Therefore, the news that has been spread needs to be clarified to check the truth. Currently, news checking sites are available, including turnbackhoax.id and kominfo.go.id. They have a detail of clarification data on the news classified as hoax or actual. Based on the number of online spreading hoaxes, this study seeks to create a Directory Fact Checker platform, which is a news analysis platform that can display distribution data in graphic form within a certain period of time. Exploratory data analysis was applied to hoax data in 2020. The results of the analysis show that Facebook is the first ranked social media that is often used to spread hoax news, followed by Whatsapp in second place. Meanwhile, judging from the categorization of hoaxes, Content Fabrication is the most widely spread category. Content Fabrication is a news category, 100% of the discussion is fake news. Then in the second rank, followed by the Misleading Content category, Misleading Content is a discussion of news whose contents are twisted with the aim of discrediting.

Abstract

During COVID-19, teaching and learning activities were carried out in online learning. One of the learning media used by a number of schools in these activities is application of video conference, Google Classroom. The use of this media is certainly very helpful for teachers in carrying out learning and it is easier for students to gain knowledge. This study aims to determine the planning of online English learning by using the Google Classroom application, the effectiveness of implementing online English learning by using the Google Classroom application and knowing the problems faced and how to solve them in online English learning by using the Google Classroom application in SMP Muhammadiyah Serpong, South Tangerang. This research was conducted through several stages, such as analyzing, compiling materials, collecting and processing data, and reporting research results. Google Classroom usage in online learning English  at SMP Muhammadiyah Serpong obtained quite effective results. The results of this study were produced from the average of data of the questionnaire given to the students of SMP Muhammadiyah Serpong.

Abstract

Banyaknya kuliner khas Kalimantan terutama di Banjarmasin membuat masyarkat seringkali kesulitan dalam memilih kuliner mana yang terbaik menurut kubutuhan dan keinginan, dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS dilakukan perhitungan dengan kriteria yang sudah di tentukan yaitu kriteria harga, rasa, kemudahan akses ke lokasi dan daya tahan makanan dimana setiap kriteria akan diberikan pembobotan. Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan TOPSIS didapatkan tempat kuliner Soto Banjar menempati urutan pertama dengan nilai preferensi relatif untuk setiap alternatifnya sebesar 0,669. Ketupat Kandangan dan Lontong Orari menempati urutan kedua, dengan nilai preferensi relatifnya adalah 0,555. Nasi Itik Gambut sebagai urutan ketiga dengan nilai preferensi relatif 0,33.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan bagian dari submer ilmu pengetahuan, Perpustakaan memiliki banyak pilihan buku. Perkembangan teknologi sangatlah pesat, begitupun dengan perkembangan dalam perpustakaan saat ini. Perpustakaan memiliki berbagai macam buku yang dapat dibaca untuk menambah pengetahuan, antara lain buku pembelajaran, cerita, dan majalah. Semua buku ini dapat dibaca di perpustakaan atau dipinjamkan untuk jangka waktu tertentu dan dengan syarat tertentu. Sistem informasi perpustakaan umum masih menggunakan cara manual. Pelaporan sulit karena belum ada aplikasi yang dapat mengolah data keanggotaan, data buku, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta menghasilkan laporan secara komputerisasi. Tujuan dari sistem informasi manajemen perpustakaan berbasis web ini adalah untuk membantu staf perpustakaan secara efisien dalam mengolah data keanggotaan, meminjam dan mengembalikan buku, serta menghasilkan laporan. Sistem informasi perpustakaan dibangun dengan menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, yang meliputi perancangan sistem, implementasi, integrasi, dan proses pengujian. Pemeliharaan rutin diperlukan untuk menjaga agar sistem berjalan dengan lancar. Manfaat menggunakan pendekatan air terjun untuk mengembangkan sistem ditingkatkan dengan menerapkannya secara bertahap diseluruh proyek, daripada mencoba fokus pada fase tertentu. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi perpustakaan yang terkomputerisasi dapat membantu pustakawan dalam berbagai aspek pendaftaran keanggotaan, peminjaman dan pengembalian buku, serta pembuatan laporan. Sistem menghitung denda secara otomatis, membuat proses penghitungan denda pada transaksi retur lebih cepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Income is a form of service that is given in an orderly manner to an employee for services and the results of his work. PT. Srikandhi Nusantara Jaya is an industry engaged in construction. With the information processing process that is still manual using the MS.Excel program, this leads to the formation of errors in calculating employee income, as well as the process of printing income slips which takes a long time. application is very meaningful to support the smooth payment of employee income. Therefore, a computerized data processing system is needed to meet the data needs of all those who need it and to prioritize the convenience of providing information quickly and accurately. ..The goal is to identify company issues related to the employee salary data system currently in operation. The current system processes employee information, which is done manually at the time of processing payroll. A web-based employee payroll information system will make it easier for companies to manage employee data for reporting and payroll purposes.When preparing monthly payroll, financial administrators must combine and separate payroll data for permanent and contract employees. This data is included in the monthly payroll report, so it is important to have a good digital management system in place so you can generate reports. This application was researched.
