Abstract

Narcotics, Alcohol, Psychotropics and Addictive Substances (NAPZA) are the causes of human anxiety disorders, a psychological, pedagogical and physical disorder that affects an individual's existence in social life. The presence of Islamic boarding schools is a forum for rehabilitating drug users spiritually which affects their spiritual and physical health. The purpose of this research is to find an effective drug rehabilitation model design through a religious approach in Islamic boarding schools as reference for policy makers in implementing the drug rehabilitation model. This research was conducted at Ar-Rahman Islamic Boarding School Palembang, Tetirah Dzikir Islamic Boarding School Yogyakarta, Al-Islamy Kulon Progo Islamic Boarding School, Hafara Yogyakarta Rehabilitation Institution, Ainul Yakin Gunung Kidul Islamic Boarding School, and Utsman Bin Affan Qur'anic Healing Riau Islamic Boarding School which implements the concept of a rehabilitation Islamic boarding school with religious power in it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The data sources used consist of primary data sources through in-depth interviews with managers of rehabilitation Islamic boarding schools, National Narcotics Agency, victims of drug users, communities around Islamic boarding schools. Secondary data sources are in the form of guidelines for the management of drug rehabilitation Islamic boarding schools and reports on the rehabilitation process. The data analysis technique refers to the concept of Miles and Huberman with the stages of domain analysis, tacsonomic analysis, componential analysis, discovery cultural themes. The results of this study indicate that religiosity power therapy is proven to be able to rehabilitate drug users through the stages of activities in it in the form of qur'anic healing, verbal-careful-deed dhikr, night prayers, congregational prayers, safar, pilgrimages, bathing in repentance, spiritual rituals, seminars and religious motivation. The sociopedagogical form of religiosity power therapy model practiced in these six Islamic boarding schools starts from the initial acceptance which includes registration, rapid test, urine test and service orientation of the intake program. Then proceed with the program orientation with detoxification or stabilization, exercise, rest, and health checks. In the next stage, the patient can join the program, namely joining the rehabilitation program from community therapy, spiritual therapy, psychological therapy, social therapy, and medical therapy. Or after the toxification is complete, you can also choose another alternative, namely outpatient care. The program then underwent a recognition period and program re-entry by providing skills, both soft skills and hard skills. And the last is the complete program determined by the counselor to be able to go home. Theoretically-practically, the results of this study contribute to the importance of collaborative therapeutic practice between medical, religious-practice, and pedagogical for drug victims. For policy makers, it can be considered as a way of providing moral and material support to educational institutions/drug rehabilitation institutes, so that these community institutions can function more in solving drug-related problems.

This research aims to describe the role of the madrasa head in improving the work ethic of teachers at MTs Al-Washliyah Tandam Hilir. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation studies methods. The results of this research show that the role of the madrasa head in improving the work ethic of teachers in teaching at MTs Al-Washliyah is by meeting the teacher's financial needs, then the madrasa head also gives rewards to teachers who are considered the most active in terms of attendance and discipline in carrying out their duties. Another thing that is done is providing training in curriculum development for subjects according to the field of study, in order to improve the professional quality of teachers, so that teachers can improve their work ethic in teaching. The obstacle faced is that there are still teachers who often arrive late and lack discipline in teaching. Then there are still some teachers who are not academically aligned with the subjects they teach. The solution offered as an improvement effort in overcoming the obstacles that occur is that the head of the madrasah provides punishment or administrative sanctions for teachers who are undisciplined and often come to school late. Discuss with the madrasa supervisors regarding policies for teachers who are not yet aligned with their academic fields.

Abstract

The establishment of Smart Society 5.0 is very important because society will continuously be required to develop the ability to solve social problems that occur due to the emergence of the industrial revolution 4.0. In society 5.0, industry becomes a very important sector where technological developments, especially in the aspect of information and communication, require people to produce new innovations continuously. This is a reason that society 5.0 must have intelligence in order to realize ideal conditions. In the digital era, artificial intelligence (AI) as a form of technology in society 5.0 has the ability to replace human work with the aim of providing a high quality of life to society. It turns out that not only does it cause negative things to human work that is starting to be replaced by AI, the character of the nation and state also begins to be influenced by outside culture. The influence of speed in accessing information makes the opening of foreign culture enter and begin to affect the character of Indonesian society. As we know that many theories that explain Civic Education are viewed from various perspectives, both with regard to culture, economy, social, politics, and religion derived from the civilization of the nation's cultural values.Civic education is a very urgent need for the nation in building a prosperous, safe, comfortable, peaceful, prosperous life. Openness in the current 5.0 era, access to communication, and information can be misused and have a negative impact if not accompanied by a good character. Misuse of information media will have an impact on prolonged social issues. Then the empowerment of Islamic communities through religious moral values is expected to be a pillar in navigating the development of the times that require people to become quality human resources in order to welcome the era of revolution 5.0. This research uses a qualitative approach because researchers want to understand and reveal the problems that are being experienced by research subjects in depth. Qualitative research is research by collecting data in a natural setting with the intention of interpreting phenomena that are happening where researchers act as instruments.

Abstract

Multicultural Education plays a major role in Indonesian educational institutions. Our cultural, racial, religious, socioeconomic, and other distinctions are seen as particularly strong selling points for the United States. Although God has blessed us with a wide variety of people and cultures, this diversity frequently leads to friction between different social groupings and even individuals. Integrating ethical and spiritual principles into the classroom is what's known as "Character Education." Multicultural approaches to teaching and learning in the social studies might help defuse the tensions and conflicts that have arisen as a result of SARA, particularly in Indonesia. Students will develop more empathy and acceptance of those of different backgrounds if they study multicultural social issues. The purpose of this research is to assess how well students' religious tolerance incorporates Multicultural-Based Character Values into their social studies curriculum. Researchers used a qualitative methodology and conducted case studies for this investigation. Interviews, field notes, and other forms of documentation are used. Reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification are the three methods of data analysis. The findings revealed that many children continue to have difficulties in communicating and interacting with both instructors and classmates as a consequence of linguistic and cultural differences. This causes several social behaviors in students, including low empathy, lack of mutual respect, and individualism. So, it is felt that there is a need to internalize multicultural values, especially the value of religious tolerance, togetherness, and mutual help, in the hope that students can coexist peacefully. The supporting factor is students' high motivation (internal and external motivation) and support from all Madrasah residents. In contrast, the inhibiting factor is the significant negative influence on students from the inappropriate environment.
