Abstract

Bank Syariah with the all products and services in running its business generally also guides to the banking provisions and other provisions as well, such as agreement of fiduciary warranties that arranged by the constitution of the republic of indonesia No 42 of 1999. It was abaut fiduciary guarantee (UUJF), financial murabahah is one of the enough-developed in Bank Syariah. Therefore, in its bonding, financial murabahah often uses fiduciary because its loading considered simple enough, relatively fast, and easy.This study aims to find out how the practical development of financial murabahah by using fiduciary guarantee from 2015 to 2016 in Bhakti Sumekar BPRS of Sumenep, and it also aims to find out  how islamic perspective about fiduciary guarantee.The result of this study reveals that the practical development of financing murabahah in using fiduciary guarantee from 2015 to 2016 was increasing because it was from side offer of Bank Syariah. Accordingly, financial murabahah is rated to have minimum risk than type of financial profit sharing.

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines the influence of internal and external factors to Return On Equity (ROE), study on sharia banks 2010-2014 period. The effectiveness of the management of Islamic banks in the operations will affect profit and equity of the bank. Return On Equity (ROE) describe profitability of an entity. In the theory of profitability there are 2 factors that affect the profitability of the bank, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors in this research is the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) and external factors in this study are the exchange rates and inflation. While profitability in this study using a proxy Return On Equity (ROE). This study uses secondary data with samples of most Islamic banks are seven Islamic banks in Indonesia period 2010 to 2014. The results showed that the CAR, BOPO, FDR, EXCHANGE negative and significant effect on ROE. NPF negative but insignificant effect on ROE on Islamic Banks in Indonesia. While the inflation variable and not significant positive effect on ROE on Islamic Banks in Indonesia.Keywords: Return on Equity (ROE), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO), Exchange Rates, Inflation, Sharia Banks

Abstract

Leadership is an important force in the effective management of managers. The essence of leadership is essentially the followership of the willingness of others or subordinates to follow the leader's wishes, that is what causes a person to become a leader. In other words, the leader will not be formed if there are no subordinates. The success of a school or madrasah lies in the efficiency and effectiveness of the appearanceof a principal or a madrasah. Yukl categorizes the success of the principal is always emphasized on three basic skills that need to have, namely: technical skills, interpersonal skills, and conceptual skills.Efforts made by the principal in improving the quality of human resources, especially in improving the performance of educational personnelis to include teachers in upgrading activities, seminars, workshops, or trainings that can provide additional knowledge of teachers' knowledge. Likewise with the staff at the educational institutions are given various training how to plan, implement, and evaluate the activities of administration in educational institutions. With the various efforts of the principal in improving the professionalism of educational personnel performance, it is expected that the quality of educational institutions can be more excellent and always experience improvement continuously (kaizen) and can be competitive.

Abstract

The emergence of various movements or militant groups who are on behalf of the current da'wah is not small, it destroys the image and face of Islam. Da'wah should be interpreted as an effort to ground the messages of goodness, peace, and be a solution to all mankind's problems. Da'wah harakah or da'wah movement narrowly defined the activities of da'wah movement that demands total change by involving physical without compromise. In fact, the word harakah contains two insights that besides means movement but also means renewal effort to bring people to a better life. This paper, attempts to discuss how the later misunderstood harah dutwah, and gave birth to radicalism. This paper also tries to provide the da'wah map solution needed to reduce the misunderstandings developed in the community about da'wa and Islam.

Abstract

Education has a very important role in the development of human capital. It affects the economic growth of a nation. Moreover, education is not only affect the productivity but also the creativity of the society. In improving the quality of Indonesian people, the government should be able to stand in a synergized system with the private sector and also the society itself, especially the parents. The relationship between government, private sector, and the parents is an integral part in improving the equality and quality of education. The classic problems that are often encountered by the educational institutions in this country are the equality of education and also education funding which are not optimal enough in its realization. The education funding is one of the important components that affect the quality of the education itself. A survey revealed that: the implementation of education could not run properly without the cooperation of the central government, local government, and the society in behalf to provide the optimum education funding system.

Abstract

The Qur'anic verses that speak of a plural society are numerous. The existence of this verse signifies that God Himself does not want any uniformity among his creatures. Plurality is a fact that must be accepted and addressed appropriately. This is because Islamic teachings not only belong to a certain nation at a certain time but it is a universal teaching. And da'wah should be propagated to all objects of da'wah. As the object of da'wah, human plurality requires the missionaries to always preach according to the condition of each object of da'wah. Awareness of this plurality also indirectly has a great correlation with the method used to preach to every object of da'wah. In this study it is found that the Qur'an provides guidance in preaching to be gentle, to say persuasive words, to give good advice, to invite dialogue, and not to force.

Abstract

Wakaf management errors are not uncommon in the community. This is sometimes due to a lack of understanding about the jurisprudence of wakaf. Among the mismanagement of waqf management that is not uncommon in the community is the implementation of wakaf istibdal. Fukaha agreed basically that wakaf should not be traded. But when the waqf is not useful then according to some fukaha may be sold to be replaced with the like with it. Similarly also according to some jurists may istibdal wakaf to the more useful and maslahat of the diakadkan, but kekemaslahatan should be based on the government's perspective or Wakaf Board of Indonesia.
