This study wants to find out the role of digital-based services performed by Nadzir in carrying out waqf management activities. This research uses a case study at the Wakaf Bani Umar Foundation, a foundation that focuses on managing productive waqf. In analyzing data, researchers used a qualitative descriptive analysis. From this study three conclusions were obtained, including: 1). Management of waqf assets must be profit oriented, 2). Nadzir must provide the best service, 3). Nadzir must be consistent in using social media as a form of digital-based services.

Abstrak :Seiring dengan semakin tingginya kebutuhan dan semakin banyaknya penggunaan jaringan yang menginginkan suatu bentuk jaringan yang dapat memberikan hasil maksimal baik dari segi efisiensi maupun peningkatan keamanan jaringan itu sendiri. Berlandasakan pada keinginan-keinginan tersebut, maka upaya-upaya penyempurnaan terus dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak.The Dude merupakan software monitoring jaringan bawaan dari MikroTik.The Dude menyediakan beberapa fasilitas untuk melihat host yang aktif dalam suatu jaringan dan dilengkapi tampilan berupa gambar host beserta jaringannya, juga fasilitas lain seperti ping, traceroute, snmpwalk, scan, winbox, terminal, remote connection, torch, bandwidth test, dan sebagainya Kata kunci : The Dude , Monitoring, MikroTik, bandwidth. Abstract:Along with higher needs and higher usage of the network who want some form of network that can deliver maximum results in terms of both efficiency and enhance the security of the network itself. Berlandasakan on those desires, the improvement continued efforts made by various parties. The Dude is a network monitoring software built from MikroTik. The main purpose of unitilize Augmented Reality is to visualize an object virtually in the real world thought visual and verbal(dual-coding). Dual-coding theory, is done to visualize reading text by using augmeted reality. Integration of text and marker on AR, had purposed by four scenarios, as 1) marker was partly made and placed beside text; 2) text directly as a marker; 3) text with frame as a marker; 4) marker as a background of text and made transparently. After the development of application and try outusing AR by using reading text three-demension object could be showed as a marker to trigger the object display.aplication could also track. The text by four diffrent scenerios of marker with the best result is by adding the frame in the text as a marker

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the form of the waqf program of the Dompet Dhuafa foundation in carrying out productive waqf and the challenges faced in carrying out productive waqf. The waqf institution that is used as data in this study is Dompet Dhuafa which is a pioneer of waqf in Indonesia. The results showed that the Dompet Duafa Foundation is divided into cash waqf, immovable assets, movable assets. All models are distributed into 5 pillars, namely education, health, economy, social, and preaching and culture programs.Keywords : Productive Waqf, Productiv Waqf Model, and Dompet Dhuafa.

PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL DAN EKSTERNAL TERHADAP RETURN ON EQUITY (ROE) Ali Idrus

AbstractThis study examines the influence of internal and external factors to Return On Equity (ROE), study on sharia banks 2010-2014 period. The effectiveness of the management of Islamic banks in the operations will affect profit and equity of the bank. Return On Equity (ROE) describe profitability of an entity. In the theory of profitability there are 2 factors that affect the profitability of the bank, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors in this research is the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Finance to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Expenses Operating Income (BOPO) and external factors in this study are the exchange rates and inflation. While profitability in this study using a proxy Return On Equity (ROE). This study uses secondary data with samples of most Islamic banks are seven Islamic banks in Indonesia period 2010 to 2014. The results showed that the CAR, BOPO, FDR, EXCHANGE negative and significant effect on ROE. NPF negative but insignificant effect on ROE on Islamic Banks in Indonesia. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menambah khasanah pengetahuan siswa mengenai teori-teori kepemimpinan dan bertambahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mensimulasikan praktik kepemimpinan yang baik. Proses pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, simulasi, dan presentasi. Subjek atau peserta pelatihan adalah 20 orang siswa SMK Pertanian Pembangunan Negeri Jambi. Analisis data pelatihan ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengevaluasi program pelatihan ini adalah angket. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai teori-teori kepemimpinan. diketahui: (1) pada bagian pemilihan materi sebanyak 92% peserta memahami dan menguasainya dan yang cukup menguasai sebanyak 8%; (2) pada bagian penerapan terlihat para peserta memahami dan menguasai sebanyak 85%, cukup menguasai 10%, dan kurang menguasai 5%; dan (3) pada bagian penggunaan media 75% peserta memahami dan menguasai, cukup menguasai 15%, dan kurang menguasai sebanyak 10%.

Background: It is important to give children the opportunity to learn entrepreneurship early on so that they have the knowledge and skills needed. Therefore, parents and educators need to understand their children's interests and talents before deciding whether they should learn entrepreneurship early on. Purpose: This research aims to provide an understanding and overview of the importance of delivering entrepreneurship education from an early age, as well as recommendations for methods that are worth trying and using in early childhood education. Design and methods: Qualitative research is used. The data collection technique that researchers use is the literature review method to examine the topics raised. Results: The importance of improving the quality of entrepreneurship among the younger generation as one of the efforts to advance the economy and create jobs. This can be done through various means, such as the provision of training, curriculum development, and increased accessibility to resources and information on entrepreneurship. Other factors, such as providing encouragement and motivation to young people to take risks and develop creative ideas, are also important steps in creating a young generation that is a driving force in economic progress.

Background: The importance of entrepreneurship education in schools and colleges is also increasingly felt in this context. With entrepreneurship education, aspiring entrepreneurs can learn how to identify market opportunities, develop business ideas and manage the company well. With entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurs can also gain knowledge about marketing strategies and financial management that will help them increase the profitability of their business. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to describe the importance of starting entrepreneurship education in schools. Design and methods: This research is field research, which is research held in a field or scene with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SMA 1 Merangin. Results: The implementation of entrepreneurship education in schools can be done through various creative and interactive learning methods. For example, students can be invited to make a simple business plan, take part in a business simulation, or make visits to local companies. In addition, teachers can also invite successful entrepreneurs as guest speakers to share their experiences and knowledge. entrepreneurship education programs in schools have significant positive impacts. The evaluation conducted helps in identifying the weaknesses of the program and provides direction for necessary improvements.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the system, principles of improvement, and model of developing an integrated quality assurance system improve the quality of learning. Judging from the type, this research is library research including the type of library research. Library research is research, whose data collection is done by collecting data from various literatures. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach, which emphasizes its analysis of the process of drawing comparative conclusions and on analyzing the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena using scientific logic. The data were analyzed by data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that there are management procedures and tools for creating qualitative changes in learning quality. Starting from the input in the form of policies, systemized application processes, and outputs in the form of achieving the profile and quality of graduates.
