Abstract

Competence is a person's ability to do a job where that person excels in that job. Work discipline is a person's work abiAlity which reflects a great sense of responsibility to comply with the rules that exist in the company. Job satisfaction is a form of attitude from employees regarding feedback that they get from workers in the company where they work. Performance is the result of tasks that have been completed by employees in accordance with the standards and criteria given by the superior. In this case, job competence, work discipline, and job satisfaction are independent variables, while employee performance is the dependent variable. PT Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan is a subsidiary of the BCA pension fund. Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan is engaged in the credit card marketing business. PT Danamas Insan Kreasi Andalan provides marketing services, sales services, customer service and human resource development for an exclusive client, namely Bank Central Asia (BCA). The research method uses a quantitative approach, the type of research is descriptive quantitative. Data collection was carried out by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The population in this study were all company employees, amounting to 100 people. The sample is determined by the formula used is a saturated sample where the total population is equal to the number of samples, namely 100 employees. sample and to test the validity taken 30 respondents outside the sample. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Work Environment and Compensation on UKM Alkijo Laundry in Sleman Regency, Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The research subjects are employees of Alkijo Laundry. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire with 15 respondents with saturated samples. Data were analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The results of the research on the T test indicate that the Work Environment Variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.002 and the Compensation variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.082. In the results of the F test the work environment and compensation simultaneously on the performance of the appointed employee with a significance value of 0.006

Abstract

Observation of the research results has a specific purpose to test any effect of the variabels Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, and Net Profit Margin on the share price of Coal Companies on the IDX for the 2015-2019 period. The population for this study used purposive sampling by using two analytical techniques used, namely multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Results The contribution of the three variabels is 25.5% and 74.5% is influenced by other factors. So based on the results of research tests there is a conclusion that the results of the Earning Per Share, Return On Equity variabel have no significant effect on stock prices, and Net Profit Margin has a significant effect on stock prices. Then the results of the three variabels Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, Net Profit Margin have an effect on the domain or simultaneously on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant effect of the current ratio on profitability (1), Inventory turnover on profitability (2), and size on profitability (3). In manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The population used in this study is consumer goods manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was carried out by rondom. In this study, a quantitative research method was used to identify and measure more than one research variable. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling. The method used for data analysis used descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing either simultaneously or partially. The results obtained from this study are as follows (1) current ratio is not significant to profitability (2) inventory turnover has a positive and significant effect on profitability, (3) size is not significant and has no effect on profitability. Simultaneously, all variables (Current ratio, Inventory turnover, and Size) have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

Technological developments affect the way of learning in educational institutions. One of them is e-learning which has begun to be implemented in several higher education institutions. This study discusses the use of technology to improve reflective learning. This study uses quasi-experimental methods to measure reflective learning behavior between students who maximize camera features on smartphones when conducting e-learning and students who don't maximize camera features on smartphones when conducting e-learning. The subjects of the research contain ten classes studying statistics course. The experimental class consisted of 5 classes. The control class consists of 5 classes. Specifically, the teaching material in statistics courses used in the research is the size of the concentration of data and the size of data distribution. Results of the study aimed that the effectiveness of e-learning by using a smartphone camera is better than e-learning without using a smartphone camera. Students with high academic ability are able to show better reflective learning, both on self-reflective and peer-reflective. Students who use smartphone camera when conducting e-learning are able to understand teaching material. Students are able to review their answers, both self-answers or peer-answers, when giving comments on e-learning discussion forums. In addition, these students can enhance their focus on concepts and information provided during mobile learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the influence of current ratio, debt ratio and net asset ratio on the dividend payout ratio of enterprises of all industries and business sectors. business. Basic. 2019. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. The population of this survey is 72 out of all industrial companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Indonesia (BEI). Thirteen companies were selected using objective mining from this pool. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. In this study, it was found that the current ratio has no great influence on the dividend ratio, but the debt ratio has a large negative effect. It has a great impact on the dividend payout ratio of the listed chemical industry and the core industry. From 2015 to 2019 on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. According to the results of the competition, the current ratio, debt ratio and net profit margin have a significant impact on the dividend payment rates of major chemical and industrial companies listed on the stock exchange.

Abstract

Companies as profit institutions always have a way to increase the wealth of shareholders, one of which is by increasing the value of the company in the eyes of the public. However, to achieve this the company is required to demonstrate its performance through financial reports. This study aims to analyze firm value in the food and beverage business group by looking at the company's financial fundamentals, such as assets, capital and profitability. The research method uses quantitative with the concept of multiple linear regression statistical analysis. The data were collected purposively, namely the sampling technique which applies the requirements for the collection. The results showed that the company's financial fundamentals had a real contribution to the increase in firm value. Interestingly, the simultaneous model shows a positive direction. This means that the value of companies in the food and beverage business group is strongly influenced by the company's financial condition, particularly assets, capital and profits.

Abstract

This research examines the company's strategy to survive the product by using promotional media to increase sales in the midst of a pandemic by using the marketplace as a promotional medium. With the development of internet technology, the way of transacting and promoting changes. Transaction and promotion processes are carried out by utilizing internet media, one of which is using E-commerce E-commerce is a process of buying and selling through internet media that is able to streamline time, one of which is to improve the promotion process. The role of e-commerce has a positive impact, one of which is to increase the promotion process. Some of the e-commerce platforms that support are Lazada, Shopee. and Tokopedia. The method in this research is using descriptive qualitative method with the object of research is UMKM Jaka. On the other hand, the massive use of digital marketing has been made to increase sales in the marketplace. Marketplace as a manifestation of e-commerce is used as an innovation or change in sales methods. This research reveals that during the pandemic, consumers almost forgot about the brand, so the most appropriate communication promotion media to increase sales is through the marketplace. Digital behavior is driving the expansion of online consumers to increase sales amid the pandemic.

Abstract

The competition in the cosmetic industry business is getting tougher and more challenging for the perpetrators. To face this competition in order to continue to exist in the cosmetic market, business actors are actively hooking up customers by partnering with a number of celebrities. Business people are competing to like their cosmetic products by applying celebrity endorser services. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out how credible celebrity endorsers Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina are in promoting ms glow products and any effects on the buying interest of celebrity fans of the celebrity couple Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina have high credibility in endorsing ms glow products and are able to foster buying interest among fans of ms glow products as the products they promote.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Medan City, West Medan District to observe the effect of Brand Image, Product Quality, Price Discounts on Coffee Drink Purchase Decisions for Grab Food application users in Medan City. This research process uses quantitive research. The population in this study itself is the entire community in West Medan District as many as 73,536 people. The sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis technique used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The data collected was processed using SPSS for windows version 23. The results showed that partially Brand Image and Price Discounts had a Tcount value of 5,341 for the Brand Image variable, and 7,891 for the Price Discounts variabel which greater than the Ttable value of 1,984. This shows that Brand Image and Price Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. And simultaneously the variables Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price Discounts have an Fcount value of 70,165 which greater than Ftable of 2,70. This shows that the variables of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price Discounts have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions.
