Abstract

The HRMS (Human Resources Management System) Information System functions to process employee data related to the Human Resources Department. After running this HRMS Information System for several years, the leadership of PT MMC Metal Fabrication wanted to find out the extent of maturity and the shortcomings found in the HRMS Information System. To find out the extent of maturity of the HRMS Information System, an HRMS Information System Evaluation is needed. To adjust the standards in Indonesia, Information System Evaluation is made using the Index KAMI (Information Security). Index KAMI is an Information System Evaluation framework adopted from ISO 27001 that has been adjusted to the standards in Indonesia. The results of this study can provide the maturity level of the HRMS Information System along with the findings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sampiran pantun otomatis berbasis pencocokan pola dan menganalisis tingkat naturalness dari pantun yang dihasilkan. Pada tahapan awal akan dibangun database berisi template dan kamus istilah. Sistem ini memerlukan input dari pengguna berupa isi dari pantun sebagai kata kunci. Kemudian dilakukan penentuan template. Dari kata kunci yang dimasukan oleh pengguna akan diperoleh rima. Rima ini akan dicocokan ke dalam database kamus istilah dan mengambil istilah dengan rima yang bersesuaian. Langkah terakhir yaitu melakukan penggabungan antara variable pada template dengan istilah yang terpilih sehingga membentuk teks sampiran yang utuh. Untuk tahap evaluasi naturalness dilakukukan dengan memberikan survey kepada responden untuk menilai hasil teks sampiran dari aspek keterbacaan, kejelasan, dan ketepatannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode pattern-matching   dapat   digunakan   untuk membuat teks sampiran pantun secara otomatis sesuai dengan kaidah, baik secara jumlah larik dan rimanya. Hal ini sejalan dengan hasil evaluasi naturalness yang baik dari pengguna dalam aspek readability, clarity, dan general approriateness yang cukup tinggi masing-masing sebesar 95%, 93% dan 97,5%.

Abstract

Dalam rangka mendukung kebijakan pemerintah untuk menekan penyebaran COVID19, institusi pendidikan diliburkan untuk belajar tatap muka guna mendukung program social distancing. Ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi (IPTEK), khususnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), berkembang sangat pesat. Kemajuan ini pasti akan mempengaruhi semua bidang kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Hanya melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pendidikan otonomi dan globalisasi pendidikan dapat berhasil dicapai. Tren penggunaan media belajar daring dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat memiliki banyak fungsi, seperti: update berita, alat komunikasi, belajar online dan berbagi (data, gambar, dan suara) tanpa harus bertatap muka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih media belajar yang paling populer digunakan berdasarkan fungsi, minat, atau antarmuka. Abstract

Nowadays people have started to realize the importance of health. Everyone wants to quickly find out where the right doctor is if they want to get health services or have shown certain symptoms of illness. This research resulted in an application called "find doctor" which aims to be able to find the location and information of the doctor closest to the user while in the city of Padang. This study adopted stages of the Waterfall Model and was built using the Location Based Service method provided by Android. This application is built from two sides, namely the android client and the web server. This research produces an application that can find the location and information of the desired doctor's practice in the city of Padang. Applications that can be accessed using an internet browser (server) and android smartphone (client) with a minimum Android 5.0 operating system.

Abstract

Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung is a unit of the state institutions that carries out state power, particularly in the field of prosecution. Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung implemented an information system to intensify operational activities. Using a computerized tool that is FaceUnlock to record the attendance list of employees. The system must be able to manage, convey, and maintain information security properly. Then, an audit is needed to evaluate the governance of the current information system. In this research, the capability model is used as a measurement of respondent's answers from a questionnaire based on the COBIT 5 framework with the MEA (Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess) domain as a reference. Respondents who were involved in filling out the questionnaire were employees of Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung who carried out SIMPEG operations on daily. Based on the recapitulation of the answers from the respondents, the value of the current capability level is 2.4 in the range 1-4. To get the expected results, there some alternative to intensify SIMPEG's performance at Kejaksaan Negeri Kota Bandung in the future.

Abstract

The Pandemic Covid-19  in Indonesia in 2020 had an impact on Termination of Employment (PHK), this has received various public opinions on social media. At a time when the poverty rate is high and unemployment increases every year, it becomes a factor of public disapproval of Termination of Employment (PHK). It is necessary to classify public opinion into a negative opinion or a positive opinion on this issue. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sentiment towards layoffs to determine negative or positive opinions using the Naïve Bayes algorithm by adding feature selection. The research stages consist of data collection, text preprocessing, feature selection, and application of algorithms. The testing process in this study uses the Rapid Miner application. The test results in this study using the Naive Bayes Algorithm, the accuracy value is 93.57% and for addition to the Naïve Bayes + PSO feature selection, the accuracy value is 93.71%. The best accuracy value in sentiment analysis of layoffs in the covid-19 pandemic is the addition of the PSO feature selection in the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, which is 0.14% better.

Abstract

The development of company's business area will have implications for the development of computer network infrastructure as a means of exchanging data and information between regions. As a company that continues to develop its business area, PT. Timur Raya Lestari requires a computer network infrastructure that is adaptive to the development of the number of branch offices. The company's computer network currently uses the Static Routing method in determining the interconnection path between Routers connecting the head office and branch offices. The development of a dynamic company must be accompanied by the development of a dynamic network infrastructure as well. Development of a network infrastructure that continues to develop requires Dynamic Routing Protocol. In this study, it was simulated the use of EIGRP as Dynamic Routing Protocol for PT. Timur Raya Lestari. From the simulation results using Cisco Packet Tracer software, it can be seen that there is a stable interconnection, both for existing networks plan and planning for adding networks on new branch offices.

Abstract

Pelayanan operasional teknologi informasi pada PT. Indonesia Nippon Seiki (PT. INS) merupakan tanggung jawab departemen IT atau Management Information System (MIS). Tugas ini adalah pelayanan terhadap pengaduan/keluhan dari user mengenai masalah kerusakan hardware, software dan jaringan dengan menerapkan sistem IT Helpdesk. Saat ini, manajemen pelayanan pengaduan masalah dapat dikatakan masih kurang bagus karena belum ada prosedur yang tersistematis dalam proses pengaduan kepada departemen MIS. Laporan kepada atasan tidak lengkap karena proses pendataan yang kurang baik. Hal ini disebabkan belum ada media atau sistem perekaman data yang baik. Pimpinan IT kesulitan untuk memonitor kinerja tim dalam menyelesaikan setiap keluhan dari user karena data tidak dapat dilihat secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi Helpdesk Ticketing berbasis Website pada PT. INS yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap pengaduan/keluhan mengenai masalah operasional teknologi informasi. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Prototype sebagai bagian dari metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Pemodelan proses bisnis sistem menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi komputer yang dapat diakses secara realtime sehingga user dapat melihat status penyelesaian dari kasus yang mereka sampaikan. Teknisi juga dapat lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya karena dapat dimonitor secara langsung oleh user maupun atasannya.

Abstract

The clinic is one of the public services engaged in the health sector which is inseparable from the development of information technology. Smart Medica Clinic in data processing is still done manually where information about the Smart Medica clinic is difficult to obtain, such as information about the doctor and also the doctor's schedule on duty while the Smart Medica clinic is one of the largest clinics in Sekayu Regency and also already famous and has many patients. With this situation, web-based information systems are built so that services to the community can be comprehensive and the Smart Medica Clinic can provide information that is needed by patients up to date and also patient satisfaction is fulfilled. This information system was built using the WaterFall method, using the PHP programming language and the My Sql database.

Abstract

DDoS attack (Distribute Denial of Service) is one of the weapons of choice from hackers because it’s proven it has become threat on the internet worlds. The frequent of DDoS attacks creates a threat to internet users or servers, so that requires the introduction of several new methods that occur, one of which can use the IDS (Intrusion Detection System) method. This study took advantage of Neural Network ability to detect DDoS attack or normal based on traffic log processed statistically using Fixed Moving Window. The DDOS attack scheme uses a network topology that has been designed based on the needs and objectives that are found in monitoring network traffic. In each DDoS data and normal consist of 27 traffic log with total numbers of dataset as much as 54 data along with each testing data as much as 10 DDoS data and normal. Data collection was performed using LOIC, HOIC, and DoSHTTP with 300 seconds of traffic monitoring. The result of the Fixed Moving Window processing is the extraction value that will be put in the Neural Networks have 6 input values, one hidden layer with 300 neurons and 2 outputs which consist of a normal dataset and a DDoS dataset. The results of this study showed that Neural Network can detect DDoS and Normal in a good way with accuracy value as much as 95%.
