Abstract

Stroke is the deadliest disease in the world. Creating injury to this nervous system because of this requires special attention in its treatment. The development of the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0 technology and health science can collaborate to become something beneficial by using machine learning. Currently the benefits are used in predicting several diseases to be anticipated. In particular, stroke using adaboost optimization with naïve Bayes which can provide an accuracy of 0.986 has an Excellent classification diagnosis with 70/30 split data. The previous accuracy without using optimization is 0.976. The result of this accuracy is used by health experts in making good decisions in the field of nursing and medicine. In order to speed up the results of diagnosis to stroke patients.

Abstract

Preparing for a wedding is of course not easy, there is a lot to pay attention to so the event goes according to plan. There are several factors that must be considered, including the budget owned by the prospective bride and groom, because the budget decides what kind of concept the wedding organizer will give. There is a need for a system that can make it easier for customers to choose the wedding package that suits their wishes but does not take a long time. The SAW method is needed to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative in all attributes. To provide recommendations for the desired package, there are several criteria. The criteria are calculated using the SAW method. The results of the ranking obtained V3 = 0.683 and V6 = 0.706. With the results of this ranking, it can be concluded that V6 is the alternative package chosen as the best alternative for service users with the weight of each criterion determined by the service user. What is expected from this research is the design results of the wedding organizer package selection used by customers in determining the best package as desired.

Abstract

Universities in Indonesia already have academic information systems. This university in developing its academic information system is carried out individually according to conditions and needs. Currently there are no guidelines in providing direction for the planning, development, implementation and service of academic information systems based on information and communication technology in universities. In addition to this, it is based on the planning and development of an academic information system which is what will be planned and developed and how its development guidelines are not yet available. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance in building academic information systems at private universities that can be applied in South Sumatra Province. This goal needs to be done because in general the academic information system business processes and services as well as the need for information in each university have in common namely the acceptance of new students, academic management and academic release. The result of the research is an academic information system architecture as a guideline in planning the development of an academic information system according to the conditions of private universities in South Sumatra Province. This study uses the EAP method with the steps of activities including planning initiation, business modeling and survey of current institutions, systems and technologies, data architecture and application architecture. The results of this study are a guide in building a system in the form of an academic information system architecture that can be applied to private universities in Indonesia especially South Sumatra Province.This study uses the EAP / Enterprise Architecture Planning method with activity steps including planning initiation, business modeling and institutional surveys, current systems and technology, data architecture and application architecture.

Abstract

Internet Of Things (IoT) is one of the trends that is in demand to carry out various automation and control of devices or machines easily anytime and anywhere, the existing Internet Of Things (IoT) devices are of various kinds according to the needs of the One of the users is the Arduino Board. Arduino is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328P microchip which is used to control various electronic components. Analytical Hierarchy Process is applied in the selection of Arduino board in data calculation and analysis with the addition of Expert Choice software. Primary data collection is by suggesting the criteria used as variables in the assessment. Primary data is obtained from questionnaire data that has been filled in by each respondent. Giving weight of the assessment based on each respondent's data according to the criteria consisting of Cost, Clock Speed, Flash Memory, SRAM, Connectivity, and the number of input / output pins. The result of this study is that the connectivity criteria is the most important criterion for respondents for the Arduino Board assessment, which is 34.2%. For the priority order for the alternative Arduino board, the first is ESP32 of 25.6%, ESP12F of 20%, MCU v3 Node of 19.9%, WEMOS D1 mini of 18.9%, Mega rev3 of 9.9% and the last is uno R3 of 5.7%.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred to date has made learning activities that are usually carried out face-to-face, switch to networks by utilizing e-learning media. The transfer of learning activities to e-learning media has advantages and disadvantages so that it needs to be evaluated. This evaluation is carried out to see to what extent the service quality of e-learning media is used in learning activities. One way to assess service quality is using the e-service quality method. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of e-learning services. The service quality assessment factors used in this study are tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The research method used in this research is quantitative method and the data collection period starts from August 2020 to February 2021. 174 students was participated in this study, with the largest proportion being semester 7 students. The instrument used has good validity with a KMO value of more than 0, 5 and is reliable with a Cronbach's alpha value of more than 0.6. The final results of the study can be concluded that five factors measuring the quality of electronic services can be used to measure the quality of electronic learning services and the most influential factor is the assurance factor.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan karyawan pada PT. Srikandi Diamond Indah Motors. Hampir semua perusahaan mulai dari skala kecil maupun skala besar dalam melakukan kegiatan penerimaan karyawan mulai membuat keputusan dengan menggunakan metode sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menunjang kinerja perusahaannya. Dengan menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam perekrutan karyawan perusahaan akan lebih selektif lagi dalam memilih calon karyawan yang berkualitas guna menunjang kinerja dalam perusahaan tersebut.  PT. Srikandi Diamond Indah Motors adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang otomotif. Dari pihak perusahaan tidak ada menerapkan suatu sistem untuk menunjang sebuah keputusan yang terkomputerisasi dalam melakukan seleksi penerimaan karyawan, penilaian pada saat interview calon karyawan masih dengan tulis tangan pada berkas pelamar dan juga dihadapkan pada pilihan untuk menentukan karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan. Maka dari itu diperlukan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy proccess (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Hasil penelitian ini sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan karyawan baru menggunakan metode AHP dan SAW pada PT. Srikandi Diamond Indah Motors diharapkan dapat membantu dan mempercepat dalam proses seleksi penerimaan karyawan. Tujuan menggunakan dua metode ini adalah untuk membandingan hasil perhitungan antara metode AHP dan SAW. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dan perhitungan berjalan dengan baik dan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai, akan tetapi lebih direkomendasikan mengambil hasil perhitungan metode AHP karena perhitungan AHP lebih kompleks dibandingan dengan metode SAW.

Abstract

The Local Indonesian government generates various legal products. This study aims to cluster the titles of regional regulations in Java. The data are collected from law repositories of all provincial governments in Java. The repository is called as JDIH. The analytical method used is clustering with the K-means algorithm. We divide 1849 regulations into ten clusters. 890 data are in the cluster related to motor vehicle tax, public health and safety.

Abstract

Proses penentuan siswa teladan merupakan proses penilaian siswa dari berbagai aspek yang ditentukan oleh sekolah. Penetapan siswa terbaik di SMK Telkom Purwokerto sangat penting untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa, karena penghargaan akan memotivasi prestasi belajar siswa. Penentuan perhitungan yang cepat dan akurat memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat menangani manajemen pengambilan keputusan untuk menghasilkan siswa terbaik. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa. Studi kasus dilakukan di SMK Telkom Purwokerto. Sistem informasi penentuan siswa berkualitas ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai sarana di SMK Telkom Purwokerto. Dengan sistem ini, sekolah dapat dengan mudah memilih kriteria dan menentukan siswa terbaik di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap segala aspek  kehidupan masyarakat khususnya pada sebuah instansi pemerintah. Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam instansi pemerintah merupakan upaya untuk mengembangkan penyelenggaran pemerintah dalam meningkatkan transparansi dan kualitas pelayanan, begitu halnya dengan Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten X. Penggunaan teknologi informasi bertujuan untuk mendukung visi, misi dan tujuan organisasi dengan tata kelola yang baik. Pengelolaan tata kelola yang baik memerlukan audit untuk mengetahui kinerja organisasi sesuai dengan tujuan dan visi misi. Audit merupakan suatu proses sistematis dan obyektif dalam memperoleh dan mengevaluasi bukti-bukti untuk mengetahui informasi yang berkaitan dengan kinerja suatu organisasi yang terlaksana dengan tujuan organisasi yang ditetapkan. COBIT 5 merupakan suatu panduan standar yang memuat prinsip dan praktek dalam membantu organisasi untuk meningkatkan pencapaian tujuan dalam aspek manajemen tata kelola TI. Hasil dari kegiatan audit, menunjukan bahwa capability level dari lima proses TI berada pada nilai yang rendah yaitu DSS02 berada pada level 1, APO06 berada pada level 1, EDM02 berada pada level 1, BAI04 berada pada level 1, dan APO04 pada level 1. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya GAP antara pencapaian yang diharapkan organisasi dan situasi saat ini. Rekomendasi dan saran perbaikan dari hasil yang telah diperoleh dilakukan menggunakan standar COBIT 5.
