Abstract

Management arsip digital saat ini sudah menjadi pilihan baik pada instansi pemerintah maupun swasta. dikarenakan dapat mengefisienkan tempat penyimpanan, memudahkan pendataan, memudahkan penelusuran dan monitoring terhadap arsip serta lebih rapinya pengarsipan surat-surat atau dokumen yang ada pada institusi. Penelusuran arsip secara manual tentu membutuhkan waktu yang agak lama, dibandingkan dengan menggunakan sistem digital yang sudah memanfaatkan Database Management System (DBMS). Dalam hal ini, kantor Perwakilan BPKP Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung yang menjadi salah satu sasaran untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen arsip digital yang mana sistem yang berjalan saat ini untuk penelusuran dan penyimpanan arsip dari berbagai bidang masih menggunakan lemari arsip/menggunakan sistem yang manual. Meningkatnya volume arsip dari hari ke hari menjadi permasalahan yang serius karena dibutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk melakukan pencarian arsip yang diinginkan dan sulitnya memonitor arsip di berbagai bidang pada instansi. Sehingga sebuah management arsip digital berbasis web menjadi solusi atas permasalah yang ada. Metode analisis dan perancangan menggunakan Object Oriented Analisys and Design( OOAD) dan database menggunakan MySQL. Management arsip yang dihasilkan mampu mempercepat proses pencarian arsip dan memonitor pergerakan arsip dari berbagai bidang pada instansi.

Abstract

Virus corona merupakan wabah yang penyebarannya begitu cepat. Karena virus ini akan menyebar secara mudah melalui kontak dengan penderita. Salah satu daerah yang terdapak virus corona adalah Kota Cirebon. Untuk mengatasi penyebaran virus tersebut perlu mengelompokkan dareah yang berada di Kota Cirebon. Konsep data mining sangat cocok diterapkan untuk mengetahui penyebaran virus corona. K-means merupakan salah satu teknik data mining untuk melakukan pengelompokkan daerah yang terdampak virus corona. Parameter atau cluster yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 3 cluster yaitu tingkat penyebaran rendah (C1), tingkat penyebaran sedang (C2), dan tingkat penyebaran tinggi (C3), dengan 3 kriteria yaitu Kontak erat (KE), Suspek (S), dan Terkonfirmasi (T). Data yang diperoleh adalah 22 Kelurahan yang berada di Kota Cirebon dengan tingkat penyebaran virus corona. Hasil perhitungan menggunakan k-means didapatkan daerah yang terdampak virus corona dengan tingkat tinggi (C3) sebanyak 4 Kelurahan, tingkat sedang (C2) sebanyak 5 Kelurahan, dan tingkat rendah sebanyak (C1) 13 Kelurahan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjadi salah satu bahan masukkan dan dapat menentukan skala prioritas bagi pemerintah Kota Cirebon dalam menangani virus corona.

Abstract

Student Activity Unit (UKM) is a place where students gather who have the same interests and interests in a college. STMIK PalComTech is a private tertiary institution in the city of Palembang which has 5 UKM. When registering prospective SME members, they visited the UKM booths that were opened by the UKM management, besides that there were several other obstacles such as UKM STMIK PalComTech activities recorded manually only from the side PalComTech STMIK Student Affairs, which contains the name of the PIC, date of activity, number, name of UKM, place, start, finish, number of attendance, meetings to, information, there is also data material that is not neatly organized, and monthly report collection. In order to support the recording of activities in terms of attendance, members and material taught up to UKM member registration, the researchers created a web-based SME information system using the Rational Unified Process method and in this study using black box testing. RUP is a method that uses the concept of object oriented, and has activities that focus on the development of the model by using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results of this study are an information system that can be used, UKM members, and STMIK PalComTech student affairs that make it easy to collect attendance information, member data, activity data, material and announcements.

Abstract

Every company engaged in IT Consulting is in need of an application that can help management control the projects they work on. This study examines the problems that occur when a company works on a project, aimed at analyzing the effectiveness of the application of project management applications in order to assist the company in presenting information about the project being undertaken or information officers and clients. The study used case studies at PT. Seatech Infosys Considering systems that still use simple data processing tools such as Microsoft Excel, ranging from data logging, data storage to report generation. Thus, it is possible to have errors in recording and less accurate reports are made. The development of the system with the method used is waterfall method. The result of this analysis is to declare that this application is one solution to overcome existing problems, to achieve an effective and efficient activities in supporting the project activities.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan teknologi membawa dampak terhadap peningkatan data untuk digunakan bagi setiap orang. Akumulasi data tersebut telah menciptakan pola data yang semakin banyak, namun perolehan informasi dari data tersebut masih minim. Oleh karena itu, saat ini diperlukan suatu teknik analisa data dalam mencari pola dari kumpulan data tersebut, salah satunya adalah data mining. Data mining merupakan proses pencarian informasi baru dari kumpulan data yang besar untuk menemukan informasi baru sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan di berbagai bidang, seperti bidang pendidikan. Dalam bidang pendidikan, banyak menghasilkan berbagai macam data, seperti data performa siswa dalam persiapan mengikuti ujian. Data tersebut dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) untuk menemukan pola dari data performa siswa tersebut. Penelitian ini berfokus pada proses integrasi data mining yang terdiri dari association, clustering, classification dan forecasting dengan kombinasi metode On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) pada data performa siswa. Penulis juga menggunakan bantuan tools Power OLAP untuk membantu analisa metode data mining. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penemuan pola baru dalam proses identifikasi kelompok data tersebut, seperti informasi mengenai rata-rata hasil ujian siswa berdasarkan persiapan ujian yang dilakukan dalam bentuk grafik sebagai alat pemodelan dari data, sehingga pengetahuan baru tersebut dapat membantu pihak universitas/sekolah untuk melalukan klasifikasi mengenai tingkat kelulusan dan dapat menetukan strategi dalam meningkatkan kelulusan siswa pada tahun - tahun berikutnya.

Abstract

Scheduling is a very important thing to do at school. The schedule, which is still being carried out manually at MTS Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, requires time to manage teacher slots, classes, subjects, and times where in MTS teacher hours have been determined by the department of religion so that it takes quite a long time to process the formation of the schedule. This study aims to utilize genetic algorithms in optimizing scheduling in a short time. The genetic algorithm is an algorithm that is effective in dealing with scheduling. The results of data testing were carried out with 15, 20, 25 and 30 subjects. Testing with 15 subjects took 19.56 seconds to form a schedule and there were no conflicting schedules, while with 20 data subjects the time to process the schedule formation took 42.15 seconds, 25 data with 94.07 seconds and 30 data with time 471.60. The average time required to process the data is 156.845 seconds.

Abstract

Every year, all the colleges hold new student enrollment. It is needed to start a new school academic year. Unfortunately, the number of students who resigned is considerably high to reach 837 students and caused 324 empty seats. The college’s stakeholders can minimize the resignation number if the selection phase of new students is done accurately.  Making a  machine learning-based model can be the answer. The model will help predict which candidates who potentially complete the enrollment process. By knowing it in the first place will help the management in the selection process. This prediction is based on historical data. Data is processed and used to train the model using the Adaboost algorithm. The performance comparison between Adaboost and Decision Tree model is performed to find the best model. To achieve the maximum performance of the model, feature selection is performed using chi-square calculation. The results of this research show that the performance of Decision Tree is lower than the performance of the Adaboost algorithm. The Adaboost model has f-measure score of 90.9%, precision 83.7%, and recall 99.5%. The process of analyzing the data distribution of prospective new students was also conducted. The results were obtained if prospective students who tended to finish the enrollment process had the following characteristics:  graduated from an Islamic school, 19-21 years old, parents' income was IDR 1,000,000 to IDR. 5,000,000, and through the SBMPTN program.

Abstract

SMK TI LABBAIKA provides scholarships every semester to students who meet the requirements. The selection process still uses the manual method based on the Headmaster's knowledge. The suitable decision support systems and methods are needed to minimize errors in decision making and get fair decision results. In this study, two decision support system methods were chosen, namely Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The SAW and TOPSIS methods were chosen because they have simple calculations. A comparison of the two methods is carried out to determine the best method for selecting scholarships. The criteria used in this study are student status, number of family members, parent's occupation, parent's income, and semester grades. The 20 alternative data is used for testing. Based on the results of testing the accuracy for the SAW method is 45% while for TOPSIS is 60%.

Abstract

Job competition is getting tougher after the implementation of the ASEAN Economic Community. Prospective workers are required to have competence at work and be skilled at communicating using international languages, especially English. Based on the results of the questionnaire on 100 data samples using google form, there are as many as 50% having difficulty when interviewing using English. So this study is proposed to improve English pronunciation skills during job interviews. Android Trainer is self-training using the Android Platform. It is designed using Google Speech API and Speech Recognition Technology. It is displayed using Audio Visual and the development method uses the Prototype method. The result of this research is the Android Trainer which is a smart solution to make it easier to practice independently at any time. So that it can improve English pronunciation skills. This is useful when going through the interview process using English at various types of companies during the employee recruitment process.
