This study aims to determine the internal factors that influence the outcome of learning material of adjusting entries on grade XI of Social class in 2nd State Senior High of Ngawi. Population of this study was 124 students. Using a quota sampling technique, 92 students were selected as samples. Data were collected by using questionnaires, documentations and interviews. This study was using quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the t test, this study concluded that there is health effect on students learning outcomes, there is intelligence influence on students learning outcomes, there is influence of students interest towards learning outcomes, whereas no effect of fatigue on learning outcomes of students . Based on the F test concluded that the health, intelligence, interest and fatigue simultaneously significant effect on the improvement of learning outcomes. Based on the conclusion, further research is suggested to be doing research for the improvement of learning outcomes with respect to adjusting journal material variables that influence learning outcomes on student material adjusting entries in accordance with the findings of this study.

The purposes of this study were to determine the effects of intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge, and personality on student interest in entrepreneurship. Population of this study were students from grade XII of the 12th State Vocational School of Surabaya, for academic year 2012-2013 with total of 578 students. 236 samples were taken using proportional random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentations. This study was using quantitative analysis with multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are simultaneous effects between intrinsic motivation, entrepreneurial knowledge, and personality on student interest in entrepreneurship. Partially, there is an effect of intrinsic motivation and personality on student interest in entrepreneurship, whereas there is no effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on student interest in entrepreneurship.

This study aims to determine the size of the influences of motivation, academic achievement, and job training on students creativity (Prakerin) for 3rd State Vocational School of Pamekasan. This study was using a quantitative approach with the level of associative forms of causal explanation. Population of this study was students from grade XII that take Prakerin class in academic year 2012-2013. Sample was taken by using purposive sampling for grade XII who follow the industry practice (Prakerin) in Production and Services Unit (UPJ) School with total of 68 students. Technique of data collection was using questionnaires technique, documentations, and observation sheets. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that creativity is influenced by motivation, academic achievement and job training by 44.9 % while the remaining 55.1 % are influenced by factors other than the variable motivation, achievement and training. This study aimed to determine the influence of organizational culture and socioeconomic status on the teachers professional competency. This study was an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population covers 59 teachers at the 13th State Senior High School of Surabaya. Sample was 51 teachers with two different classes which determined using proportionate stratified random sampling technique, with Slovin formula. The Data were collected using questionnaires and documentations. The Analyzed of the data were quantitatively using simple and multiple linear regression. The hypothesis was tested using the t test and F test technique. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: (1) There is a partial influence of organizational culture on teachers professional competency, (2) There is a partial influence of socio - economic status on teachers professional competency, and (3) There are simultaneous influences of organizational culture and socioeconomic status on the teachers professional competency.

This study aimed to determine influences of peer and economics learning achievement on students consumption behavior. This study is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population covers 192 students of grade X at Khadijah Senior High School of Surabaya. Samples are 130 students which determined by using simple random sampling technique, with Slovin formula. The data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed quantitatively using simple and multiple linear regression. The hypothesis was tested using the t test technique and F test with the help of SPSS software. Based on the research results, it was concluded that: (1) There is a partial significant influence of peer on students consumption behavior. (2) There is a partial influence of economics learning achievement on students consumption behavior, and (3) There are simultaneous significant influences of peer and economics learning achievement on students consumption behavior.

The purpose of the research was to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, socio-economic status of parents, and schoolmate social support in the understanding grade of accounting subject at SMK Negeri 2 Tuban. The population of this research XI class students accounting competence 2013/2014 consist of 86 students who were using proportional random sampling technique. This study used a quantitative approach to data analysis techniques through multiple linear regressions. The results of this study show simultaneously emotional intelligence, parents socio-economic status, and schoolmates social support influence to the the level of understanding of accounting subjects. But partially insignificant is the socio-economic parents status to the understanding level of accounting subject

This research aim to determine the effect of demand on high school outcomes. The results showed the economic, demographic, educational and social environment have a significant effect on the academics ability. Partially no positive influence of economic factors and academic ability but the effect is not significant, a significant positive influence factor is education of parents. The higher the parents 'education level the higher the students' academic abilities. further more significant negative influence of demographic, social environment while having no effect on students' academic abilities. Another finding no direct effect on the economic demographics, but no effect indirectly on academic ability

This study aimed to determine the effect of self-reliance, learning style and learning enviroment for accounting achievement in grade X of SMK PGRI 3 Sidoarjo for academic years 2013/2014. Sample was 107 students selected by using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentation method. The method of analysis in this study was a correlation research with quantitative approach analysis, multiple linear regressions. According to analysys and results showed there is a significant effect between : self-reliance to the student learning results, there is a significant effect between students learning style to the student learning results, there is a significant effect between learning environment to the student learning results, and there is a simultaneous effect between self reliance learning style and learning environment to the learning results on X grade of accounting students in SMK PGRI 3 Sidoarjo no particial effect on self-reliance to achievement of accounting, there is no particial effect on learning style to achievement of accounting, there is no particial effect on learning enviromentto achievement of accounting, and there are no simultaneous effect on self-reliance, learning style and learning enviroment on the learning achievement of accounting

The aims of this research are for Analyzing the influence of professional teacher competence, learning motivation, and learning styles of students for economic understanding of eleventh grades student of SMA Negeri 1 Gondang, Nganjuk. In this research, writer uses quantitative methods as a research methodology. Population in this research are eleventh grades students in SMA Negeri 1 Gondang who are 112 students. Writer uses Simple Random Sampling as a Research technique which consists of 88 samples. This study aims to analyze the influences of entrepreneurial knowledge and social family supports on students interest in entrepreneurship. Population of this study were students from grade XI, for academic year 2013-2014 with total 368 students. 191 samples were taken using simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires and documentations. This study was using quantitative analysis with multiple linear regresion. The results showed that there are Partially, there is no effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on students interest in entrepreneurship, and where as there is effect of social family supports on students interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneous effects betwen entrepreneurial knowledge and social family supports on students interest in entrepreneurship.
