PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya terus melakukan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan melakukan pemasangan baru sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan. Kecepatan pemasangan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya melayani penyambungan listrik Tegangan Rendah (TR) dan Tegangan Menengah (TM). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan ditemukan adanya kendala yang dialami perusahaan sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan penyambungan menjadi lama. Hal ini ditemukan pada layanan Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari yang dibutuhkan diatas target 100 hari. Lamanya proses pelayanan mengalami kendala dari sisi eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisa mendalam dengan metode tertentu agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan ditahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini meneliti atribut reliability dan responsivness menggunakan metrik Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) dan Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) dimana diperoleh nilai POF 97,52% dan OFCT 27,56 hari. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor perizinan dan ketidaksiapan pelanggan menjadi alasan utama keterlambatan pemasangan listrik Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and organizational commitment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable in the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Bima. This study's population is 55 Civil Servants at the Bima City Education and Culture Office, of which all employees are the research samples. Measurement of variables is using a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis. The results showed that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, but motivation does not mediate competence. In contrast, organizational commitment does not significantly influence employee performance. The author suggests that the City of Education and Culture Office of Bima improve employee performance by increasing employee competency by providing employees opportunities to improve their education levels and involving employees in various education and training programs the primary function.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of competence in management department lecturers, the long waiting period for graduates of 2017 alumni in entering the workforce, the suitability of 2017 alumni's educational background with current occupations, the ability to create their own jobs or just waiting and looking for work, graduate competencies in his work, and contributions from the Management Department of Economics and Business Faculty in shaping the competencies of the graduates. The results of the study are the competencies of the Faculty of Management FEB Lecturers in terms of three aspects: 1) The percentage of lecturers who received certification allowances,  FEB lecturers majoring in management as many 96.67%had received lecturer certification, the remaining 3, 33% have not yet received lecturer certification, this means that most have qualified as competent lecturers. 2) In terms of the work behavior of Management FEB lecturers, 95.08 percent behaved very well, and the rest behaved well. 3) a kind Functional Position of Management Department Lecturer.  1 person in Professor, 19 people on Associate Professor, 32 people Position of Lector, and Position of Assistant 9 people. Level of Education FEB lecturers has fulfilled the existing provisions, with the condition that 38.33% have master degree, the remaining 61.67%, 34 people have master degree. For the waiting period of FEB Management alumni in entering the workforce and got jobs before graduating, 23.46% with an average waiting period, 5.8 months before graduating, while 76.54% got jobs after graduation with an average waiting period of 4.58 months. In addition, as many as 19.8% of respondents stated that between their educational background and the first occupation that were occupied very closely, 30.9% stated closely, 21% stated quite closely, 9.9 percent stated less closely, and the remaining 4.9 percent stated not at all.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence of Leadership, Job Characteristics and Career Prospects on the work motivation of sub-section general employees and staffing on the agency's scope of government in East Lombok district. The research method is used with an associative method by using a sample of 51 respondents taken by random sampling with Slovin formula scattered throughout the general sub-division and staffing in the East Lombok district government agencies. Data collection method using questionnaire and documentation method, the type of data used is Primary data taken from respondent and secondary responses. The analytical tool used is multiple regression with F-test and t-test and partial determinant test, validity, reliability, and classic assumption test. While the results show Leadership, Job Characteristics, and Career Prospects have a significant effect on Work Motivation, while leadership, work characteristics, and career prospects have a significant partial effect on work motivation. The dominant test with the partial determinant test seen dominant is the Job Characteristics.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya Main Distribution Unit continuously improves services to customers by conducting new installations following the targeted time. Installation speed is one of the factors that influence the function and customer perception of the company. PT PLN (Persero) Jakarta Raya Distribution Main Unit serves the connection of Low Voltage (TR) and Medium Voltage (TM) electricity. Based on the identification carried out, it was found that there were obstacles experienced by the company, causing the connection work to belong. This is located in the Medium Voltage service pattern of 100 days required above the 100-day target. The length of the service process is experiencing problems from the external and internal sides of the company. Therefore, there needs to be an in-depth analysis of certain methods to achieve the targets set the following year. This study examines the attributes of reliability and responsiveness using the Perfect Order Fulfillment (POF) and Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) metrics. The results showed that the licensing factor and customer unpreparedness were the main reasons for the delay in installing the 100-day Medium Voltage electricity pattern.

Abstract

Indonesia Program, increase awareness, willingness, and ability to live healthy lives for everyone to improve their health status as high as possible. The healthy Indonesia program with a family approach is an effort to respond to these health development challenges. The results of the Healthy Indonesia Family Approach Program will be one of the references in planning the management of health centers. This study was to observe the implementation of the Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach and the performance of TAKASIMURAH at The Health Center of Labuhan Badas District. The method used is descriptive qualitative data collection techniques as interviews, observation, and study of documents. The results show, the Healthy Indonesia Program activities with the Family Approach optimally implemented, and the performance of TAKASIMURAH was able to increase program achievements according to 12 indicators set. The results of this study are expecting to be a reference by other health centers in improving services using the same innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand ambassadors on brand image and the decision to purchase Nike brand shoes in the city of Mataram. This type of research includes associative research because this study aims to determine the influence or also the relationship between two or more variables. The variables in this study are brand ambassador, brand image, and purchasing decision. The data collection method used is the survey sample method. The population in this study was the people of Mataram, aged >18 years who had bought Nike brand sports shoes at least once, and decided to buy Nike shoes themselves. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 100. Distribution of questionnaires directly to the location where the study was conducted. The data analysis tool used is Multivariate Regression Analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and assisted with smartPLS 3.0 data processing tools. The results showed that (1) brand ambassadors had a significant effect on brand image. (2) brand ambassadors have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to fill the research gap with the hope of contributing to the development of consumer behavior models that are part of Consumer Behavior lectures in the field of Marketing Management studies.The research method used is descriptive method with a sample survey approach in some populations. This Study population was tourists who had visited one of the natural attractions (Botanic Garden and Pancingan Market). There are 50 people in each location determined accidentally. The analytical approach used is model of the Consumer Matrix. The conclusions that can be drawn are; (a) Pancingan Market is in the East with low price perception (cheap) and high PUV (perceived use value), (b) Botanic Garden is in the West path with higher price perception (expensive) and PUV perception or perceived use value low, (c) Position of the Pancingan Market seen from the perception of price and perceived value of use to have a better position compared to the Botanic Garden, (d) All service elements in the Pancingan Market and Botanic Garden still do not provide good performance and need attention serious developing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji secara empiris mengenai pengaruh struktur kepemilikan institusional, free cash flow dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kebijakan hutang yang diukur dengan kebijakan hutang. Kebijakan Hutang dihitung dengan Debt to Equity Ratio. Kepemilikan Institusional diukur dengang membandingkan jumlah saham yang dimiliki institusional dengan jumlah saham beredar. Ukuran perusahaan diukur dengan proksi size Ln (total asset). Free Cash Flow di ukur dengan proksi FCF yaitu arus kas operasi dikurangi pengeluaran modal dikurangi perubahan modal kerja lalu dibandingkan dengan total asset. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dan dibatasi pada perusahaan barang konsumsi serta industri dasar dan kimia yang mempublikasikan laporan keuangan periode 2010-2018. Jumlah perusahaan non-keuangan yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian adalah 221.          Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model regresi berganda (multiple regression). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bshwa kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan artinya kepemilikan institusional dapat menjadi mekanisme untuk mengurangi persoalan keagenan (agency cost). Free cash flow juga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin sedikit free cash flow yang dimiliki perusahaan dalam mendanai investasi perusahaan maka akan semakin besar perusahaan akan menggunakan kebijakan hutang dalam mendanai investasinya. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan hutang. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa semakin besar ukuran perusahaan tidak akan mempengaruhi stuktur modal dalam suatu perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion strategies and WOM (word of mouth) on the purchasing decisions of woven products in Bima City. The type of research used is associative, research location in Bima City. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought a typical Bima woven fabric, the sample in this study amounted to 96 people with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data with research data sources, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the promotion strategy influences the purchase decision of woven products, WOM (word of mouth) influences the purchasing decision of woven products and WOM (word of mouth) more dominant influence the purchase decision of woven products in Bima City.

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine the factors that motivate women in entrepreneurship at SMEs of roasted crackers in Kwanyar District, Bangkalan Regency. The population in this study was female entrepreneurs in SMEs of roasted crackers. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, where data are collected through interviews with 45 women entrepreneurs. There are 3 factors that motivate women entrepreneurs: 1). Family Factors (Confidence Modalities), 2). Intentional Factors (Emotion Modalies), 3). Tension Modalities. Based on the results of the study it turns out that the Family Factor (Confidence Modalities) is a factor that motivates women in entrepreneurship, while the family factor in question namely heredity has an internal strength in supporting and motivating women in entrepreneurship. This condition is supported by a family environment that is very thick in the spirit of entrepreneurship so as to facilitate and succeed them in doing business.
