PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya terus melakukan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan dengan melakukan pemasangan baru sesuai dengan waktu yang ditargetkan. Kecepatan pemasangan adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi pelayanan dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap perusahaan. PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jakarta Raya melayani penyambungan listrik Tegangan Rendah (TR) dan Tegangan Menengah (TM). Berdasarkan identifikasi yang dilakukan ditemukan adanya kendala yang dialami perusahaan sehingga menyebabkan pekerjaan penyambungan menjadi lama. Hal ini ditemukan pada layanan Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari yang dibutuhkan diatas target 100 hari. Lamanya proses pelayanan mengalami kendala dari sisi eksternal maupun internal perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya analisa mendalam dengan metode tertentu agar perusahaan dapat mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan ditahun berikutnya. Penelitian ini meneliti atribut reliability dan responsivness menggunakan metrik Perfect Order Fullfilment (POF) dan Order Fulfilment Cycle Time (OFCT) dimana diperoleh nilai POF 97,52% dan OFCT 27,56 hari. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa faktor perizinan dan ketidaksiapan pelanggan menjadi alasan utama keterlambatan pemasangan listrik Tegangan Menengah pola 100 hari.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukan faktor utama konflik pada kantor SAMSAT di Pulau Lombok. Desain penelitian ini adalah confirmatory research. Responden yang digunakan adalah pegawai SAMSAT sebanyak 181 orang, namun kuesioner yang kembali dan dianalisis 159. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Langkah awal yang dilakukan dengan menguji korelasi, KMO dan Bartlett’s, anti-image correlation dan matrix cmponents rotation.  Faktor konflik yang digunakan data input ada sebanyak 16  variabel, yang relvan membentuk konflik ada 10 antara lain beban kerja, deskripsi pekerjaan, persaingan sumber,ketergantungan pekerjaan, kekaburan bidang tugas, problem status, hubungan sosial, pengambilan keputusan, kebijakan personalia dan perbedaan tujuan. Faktor utama pembentuk konflik adalah deskripsi pekerjaan, persaingan sumber, ketergantungan pekerjaan, kekaburan bidang tugas, problem status, hubungan sosial dan pengambilan keputusan. Variabel tersebut terkumpul pada faktor pertama dengan kemampuan menjelaskan konflik sebesar 29,390 persen.Kata Kunci : Faktor Konflik dan konflik kerja

Abstract

This research examines the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) on firm value by using profitability as intervening variable.  Profitability is proxied by Return On Asset (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). This study used a quantitative approach and path analysis. The population consists of 35 firms that were listed in Banking sector of Indonesian Stock Exchange over period 2013 – 2015. There are 34 firms are choosen as samples which has published GCG composit index throughout observation years and has not done corporate action that could affect the stock price directly. The findings show that GCG has positive and significant direct effect on firm value. Furthermore, ROA has positive impact on firm value; meanwhile ROE has negative impact on firm value. The results also show that the better the implementation of GCG the higher the Return on Asset. Moreover, the indirect effect of GCG on firm value through profitability is not significant. Keywords: GCG, profitability, ROA, ROE, firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG)  terhadap profitabilitas perbankan melalui risiko kredit sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftardi Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel perusahaan sebanyak 39 perusahaan. Metode analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan model data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas tetapi berpengaruh terhadap risiko kredit dimana semakin tinggi proporsi komisaris independen semakin rendah risiko kredit, dewan direksi berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas dan risiko kredit dimana semakin tinggi jumlah dewan direksi, maka semakin tinggi profitabilitas dan semakin rendah risiko kredit, kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas tetapi berpengaruh terhadap risiko kredit dimana semakin tinggi proporsi kepemilikan manajerial semakin rendah risiko kredit dan juga ditemukan risiko kredit berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas dimana semakin tinggi risiko kredit, maka semakin rendah profitabilitas. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menunjukan risiko kredit dapat menjadi Variabel Intervening untuk GCG. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perbankan dan investor untuk lebih memperhatikan Pelaksanaan GCG yang tidak hanya dilihat dari kesesuaian mekanisme atau struktur pendukungnya tetapi juga memperhatikan kualitas penerapan GCG yang dapat  dilihat dari tinggi rendahnya risiko kredit yang dialami bank tersebut sehingga akan mampu mengoptimalkan laba perusahaan.Kata-kata Kunci: Komisaris independen, dewan direksi, kepemilikan manajerial, , risiko kredit, profitabilitas

Abstract

This study discusses the variables of taxpayer knowledge, awareness of taxpayers, social environment, SAMSAT Drive Thru system, and quality of service to taxpayer decisions in vehicle tax payments in the East Lombok region. The sample used is the vehicle taxpayer who was moved in East Lombok Regency and taken as many as 100 respondents using the Simple Random Sampling method. The results showed that taxpayers, taxpayer awareness, and the SAMSAT Driving system through positive and significant decisions on transportation tax payments in the East Lombok region, while the social environment and service quality were not significant in influencing taxpayer decisions. The government in this regard (BAPPENDA) can provide complete and scheduled outreach and education on tax regulations that require taxpayers in every environment, because related to the social environment, taxpayers are according to categories that are less conducive. In addition, BAPPENDA must improve its services by providing training and seminars for its employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of competence and organizational commitment on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable in the Department of Education and Culture of the City of Bima. This study's population is 55 Civil Servants at the Bima City Education and Culture Office, of which all employees are the research samples. Measurement of variables is using a Likert Scale. The analysis technique used in this study is Path Analysis. The results showed that competence has a significant effect on employee performance, but motivation does not mediate competence. In contrast, organizational commitment does not significantly influence employee performance. The author suggests that the City of Education and Culture Office of Bima improve employee performance by increasing employee competency by providing employees opportunities to improve their education levels and involving employees in various education and training programs the primary function.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Risiko Kredit Angsuran Sistem Fidusia Pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Praya Lombok Tengah”. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat risiko kredit angsuran sistem fidusia yang dihadapi oleh Pegadaian Cabang Praya Lombok Tengah selama lima tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2012 sampai dengan 2016.Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah metode studi kasus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif, dalam hal ini bagian yang akan dijelaskan/dideskripsikan adalah tingkat risiko kredit angsuran sistem fidusia pada Pegadaian Cabang Praya Lombok Tengah. Variabel yang yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Nilai Risiko (Value at Risk/VaR), Hasil Ekspektasi (Expected Return), Risiko Kredit (Total Risk).Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan VaR, maka hipotesispenelitian yang menyatakan tingkat risiko kredit angsuran sistem fidusia yang dihadapi oleh Pegadaian Cabang Praya Lombok Tengah tergolong tinggi dapat dibuktikan. Pernyataan ini didukung oleh temuan penelitian, yaitu nilai kerugian maksimum yang dihadapi Pegadaian Cabang Praya Lombok Tengah pada tahun 2016 dengan tingkat keyakinan 99 persen adalah sebesar Rp.115.317.868, dimana nilai relatifnya sebesar 14,19 persen masih lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan annual interest sebesar 13,80 persen

Abstract

The growing potential of large Moslem tourists has not been fully worked out by Indonesian tourism actors. This opportunity has been anticipated by several neighboring countries by developing seriously halal tourism. Therefore, efforts are needed to develop halal tourism destination in addition to existing public tourism destinations to attract tourists and foreign tourists. The potential of foreign tourists who have not been optimized is a homework that needs to be solved together by tourism stakeholders. This research is intended to examine the structural relationship between the image of Lombok Island as a halal tourist destination, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty. The study was conducted in Lombok Island which has been awarded as a halal tourism destination in 2015. Data collection was done through the spreading of questionnaires to 150 tourists who visited the island of Lombok during the period of research conducted. The research findings show the image of Lombok Island as a halal tourism destination affecting the satisfaction and loyalty of tourists who visit it.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important component of the quality of the work of the company that is realized from the work of the employee. A number of things that need to be considered so that employees have optimal performance is the company must pay attention to the factors that affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, communication and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted at BPR Balaguna Perasta, Klungkung. This study uses a saturated sample method, which uses a total of 36 Balaguna Perasta BPR employees as respondents. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaire collection. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that transformational leadership determines positive and significant impact on employee performance, communication has positive and significant on employee performance, as well as compensation has positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of competence in management department lecturers, the long waiting period for graduates of 2017 alumni in entering the workforce, the suitability of 2017 alumni's educational background with current occupations, the ability to create their own jobs or just waiting and looking for work, graduate competencies in his work, and contributions from the Management Department of Economics and Business Faculty in shaping the competencies of the graduates. The results of the study are the competencies of the Faculty of Management FEB Lecturers in terms of three aspects: 1) The percentage of lecturers who received certification allowances,  FEB lecturers majoring in management as many 96.67%had received lecturer certification, the remaining 3, 33% have not yet received lecturer certification, this means that most have qualified as competent lecturers. 2) In terms of the work behavior of Management FEB lecturers, 95.08 percent behaved very well, and the rest behaved well. 3) a kind Functional Position of Management Department Lecturer.  1 person in Professor, 19 people on Associate Professor, 32 people Position of Lector, and Position of Assistant 9 people. Level of Education FEB lecturers has fulfilled the existing provisions, with the condition that 38.33% have master degree, the remaining 61.67%, 34 people have master degree. For the waiting period of FEB Management alumni in entering the workforce and got jobs before graduating, 23.46% with an average waiting period, 5.8 months before graduating, while 76.54% got jobs after graduation with an average waiting period of 4.58 months. In addition, as many as 19.8% of respondents stated that between their educational background and the first occupation that were occupied very closely, 30.9% stated closely, 21% stated quite closely, 9.9 percent stated less closely, and the remaining 4.9 percent stated not at all.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini menguji tentang “Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang masuk dalam indeks LQ 45 selama 2011-2015. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel penelitan berjumlah 14 perusahaan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Test hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hal ini dapat diketahui melalui uji F dengan nilai signifikan yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,002 < 0,05) yang berarti diterimanya model ini (goodness of fit). Uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Keputusan Investasi (TAG) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Nilai Perusahaan. Sedangkan Keputusan Pendanaan dan Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Nilai Ajusted R-Square menunjukkan variabel independepen mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 16,3% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 84,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam model penelitian ini.Kata kunci :    Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan  Dividen, dan Nilai Perusahaan.
