Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant relationship of individual characteristics, job characteristics, work environment either simultaneously or partially as well as dominant influence.This research is located in West Nusa Tenggara provincial hospital general administration section which consist of 60 people as respondent, research type used is associative research, data collecting method by questionnaire and interview and documentation with linear multiple regression analysis with f test and t test.The result of this research is significant influence of individual characteristic, work characteristic, work environment simultaneously influence to work stress, while partially individual characteristic and work environment have significant effect to work stress, while dominant influence is individual characteristic

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of individual characteristics on job satisfaction, the effect of job characteristics on job satisfaction, the effect of social support on job satisfaction in puskesmas in Ampenan sub-district, especially ampenan health center, pejeruk puskesmas and Karang pule puskesmas, using 62 respondents as samples in the study this. This type of research is a questionnaire, causal associative research, with primary data sources and with questionnaire methods, documentation and interviews if there are respondents' answers that are unclear and need a more detailed explanation, as a crosscheck. The results obtained are all valid and reliable questionnaires, and all independent variables namely individual characteristics, job characteristics, social support have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, because the r count obtained> r table, and social support variables are the dominant variables in the appeal variables of individual characteristics and job characteristics influence on job satisfaction. Suggestions that can be proposed on how to increase job satisfaction by increasing job characteristics especially, the need for better explanations of the demands and targets of work that must be done by employees so that they are better prepared to work, provide learning or training to complement work experience that is still lacking or still new, and once in a while approach the family, the community to increase social support at work, to increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant influence of Leadership, Job Characteristics and Career Prospects on the work motivation of sub-section general employees and staffing on the agency's scope of government in East Lombok district. The research method is used with an associative method by using a sample of 51 respondents taken by random sampling with Slovin formula scattered throughout the general sub-division and staffing in the East Lombok district government agencies. Data collection method using questionnaire and documentation method, the type of data used is Primary data taken from respondent and secondary responses. The analytical tool used is multiple regression with F-test and t-test and partial determinant test, validity, reliability, and classic assumption test. While the results show Leadership, Job Characteristics, and Career Prospects have a significant effect on Work Motivation, while leadership, work characteristics, and career prospects have a significant partial effect on work motivation. The dominant test with the partial determinant test seen dominant is the Job Characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh komptensi terhadap kinreja, pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja  , pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menegah Atas  se Kota Mataram., dengan menggunakan sebanyak80  responden sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal, dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder, alat yang digunakan adalah kusioner, di mana metode pengumpulan data dengan metode angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara jika ada jawaban responden yang belum jelas dan perlu penjelasan yang lebih rinci, sebagai kroscek.               Hasil yang di dapat semua kuisiner yang di gunakan valid dan realibel, dan semua varibel bebas yaitu kompetensi, komunikasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru ,karena r hitung yang di dapat > r tabel,serta semua item pertanyaaan di kuisioner valid serta realibel dan memenuhi syarat uji asumsi klasik yaitu notrmalitas, multikoleneritas dan heterokedisitas..            Saaran yang bisa di ajukan bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja guru dengan memperhatikan pemberian tugas-tugas yang sesuai dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan yang dimiliki oleh guru-guru, dan memberikan wadahatau media untuk komunikasi yang lebih lanvcar dengan sesama guru agar mereka bisa saling bertukar imformasi tentang tugas-tugas dan peneyelesaian tugas yang guru ampu, memberikan motivasi berupa penghargaan terhadap guru-guru yang berprestasi agar bisa meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the significant negative effect of self-efficacy on work stress, job characteristics on work stress, and the significant negative effect of the work environment on work stress on the medical staff at the health centers in the Sakra sub-district, namely the West Sakra Public Health Center, the Public Health Center, Ringsing and Lepak Health Center, using a sample of 78 consisting of doctors, nurses, midwives and pharmacists. The type of research used is causal associative with questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques complete with data collection tools, questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, where the variable X1 is self efficacy. X2 work characteristics, X3 Work environment with Y variable is work stress, which is equipped with t test, F test as a model test, determinant test,previously carried out the instrument test where all the tests carried out were met, both validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, namely normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Meanwhile, multiple regression results found all independent variables (self efficacy, job characteristics, work environment) has a significant negative effect on the dependent variable (work stress).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh live streaming terhadap pengetahuan produk subyektif dan minat beli konsumen. Demi mencapai tujuan tersebut, sebuah model yang mengitegrasikan variabel-variabel tersebut dikembangkan dan diuji. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan online survey terhadap konsumen muda wanita yang sering menonton live streaming dalam satu bulan terakhir. Link kuesioner disebarkan melalui media sosial Whatsapp. Apaun kategori produk dibatasi pada produk feysen yang banyak dipasarkan lewat live streaming. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya tarik penyiar, kualitas informasi dan interaksi sosial dapat mengembangkan pengetahuan produk subyektif dan menguatkan minat beli. Diantar tiga variable live streaming, kualitas informasi merupakan variable yang paling kuat membentuk pengetahuan produk subyektif. Pengetahuan ini menguatkan menumbuhkan minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial dan saran untuk penelitian yang akan dating.
