Abstract

The use of technology is very important for updates in data management of an organization, especially in the current digital era. The development of information technology is happening very fast. Every time new technologies emerge that add value to existing technologies. Based on all the advantages that can be obtained with the existence of computer technology, researcher are interested to develop an application that will be used for management of organizational membership, and the activities of the work program scheduled. This application development utilizes java programming with a MySQL database. The system development method used in this study is to follow the stages of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). The author uses the waterfall model because the execution of a system is done sequentially or linearly. The steps taken in developing applications in this study are System Requirement Analysis, System Design, and Encoding. This study successfully developed a Desktop-based SWARA Organization Management Application (AMORA) that can automate the process of recording organizational membership data, divisions and organizational agendas so that it can facilitate organizational data management. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang berbasis komputerisasi mampu memegang peranan penting sebagai alat bantu dalam pengarsipan dokumen seperti surat masuk dan surat keluar, pengolahan data, serta dapat membantu memecahkan masalah yang kecil sampai dengan masalah yang sangat kompleks ataupun dalam penunjang keputusan. Pengarsipan merupakan cara penyimpanan atau pengaturan arsip secara logis dan sistematis dengan menyesuaikan abjad, nomor/numerik, huruf dan nomor sebagai identitas arsip yang terkait. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa sistem pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar yang sedang berjalan pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Tangerang. Proses pendataan dalam kegiatan pegarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kota Tangerang masih bersifat semi komputerisasi yaitu menggunakan buku agenda dan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Dalam melakukan pegarsipan masih sering terjadi masalah yaitu penomoran pada surat masuk dan surat keluar sering terjadi kesalahan seperti redudansi dalam penomoran yang terkadang tidak berurutan dan tertumpuk, serta dalam pencarian berkas membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan belum adanya ruang penyimanan yang aman, maka sering terjadi berkas hilang. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi, Study pustaka, Analisa (PIECES), Impelemtasi dan menganalisa prosedur pada sistem berjalan yang berkaitan dengan pengarsipan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Dari pengembangan sistem yang telah dilakukan dapat membantu staff dalam proses pengarsipan, serta dalam pencarian berkas yang dibutuhkan bisa didapat dengan cepat, tepat dan akurat dan ruang penyimpanannyapun terjamin aman karena hanya staff saja yang dapat mengakses aplikasi tersebut. Abstract

Sistem informasi inventory pemasukan dan pengeluaran barang ATK (Alat Tulis Kantor) memegang peranan yang sangat penting bagi proses pendataan pemasukan dan pengeluaran barang. Dengan adanya sistem tersebut dapat meminimalisir kejadian kesalahan pada penginputan Terutama pada kegiatan inventory pemasukan dan pengeluaran data barang ATK (Alat Tulis Kantor) yang ada pada Kelurahan Karangsari. Dimana sistem yang berjalan masih masih menggunakan sistem pembukuan tulis secara manual. Dan dikerjakan dengan cara memasukan satu persatu nomor perkepala dari setiap jenis barang ATK (Alat Tulis Kantor) yang masuk pada kelurahan Karangsari. Pengolahan datanya yang masih manual menggunakan microsoft Excel sering mengakibatkan kesalahan didalam penginputan data, begitu juga didalam pencarian barang yang menggunakan kode barang. Dengan kesalahan yang terjadi pada melakukan pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran barang mengakibatkan data jumlah barang tidak sesuai dengan data jumlah fisik. Dan masih di dapati data yang sudah ada sehingga terjadi pengulangan/redudance data dalam penginputan barang ATK (Alat Tulis Kantor) di Kelurahan Karangsari. Dengan kurang maksimalnya data yang dimasukan maka akan memperlambat terhadap pelayanan perihal dokumen identitas kependuduakan untuk masyarakat. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan observasi pada Kelurahan Karangsari selaku unit jasa pelayanan terhadap masyarakat dan menganalisa prosedur dan sistem yang telah berjalan yang berkaitan dengan barang ATK (Alat Tulis Kantor) serta menggambarkan dalam bentuk Unified Modelling Language (UML). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan suatu hasilan sistem informasi berbasis online untuk mengelola data dengan baik yang dapat memperoleh informasi secara akurat, cepat, tepat dan informatif untuk keperluan di kemudian hari. Abstract

CCTV is a video camera device that serves to display and record an event at a time and place wherever the device is paired. CCTV stands for Closed Circuit Television. Cctv seing is used for the security system of a place whether it is office, shop, street or housing. This device becomes reliable when many cctv manufacturers are issuing the latest cctv output technology. Such as motion recording mode, auto line, alarm detector and many more. Therefore this device can be the most popular security tool nowadays. One company that uses cctv device as its security support is PT. Jet Technology Express. Almost all agents of PT. Jet Technology Express already installed cctv. Many benefits that can be obtained from the company with the cctv, among others, to monitor employee activities, monitoring the packet and its main function is to security agents spread across Indonesia. Abstract

Ultrasonic sensor is a device that is often used in industrial companies. Ultrasonic sensor has a function as a detector and distance measuring. Ultrasonic sensor work is the sensor will emit ultrasonic waves on the surface and then catch it back, so the results obtained in accordance with the original state. Some car companies use this ultrasonic sensor on the car as a means to measure the distance so as not to collide with other vehicles. This sensor is very suitable for designing a water level gauge, because in addition to effective sensors also provide accurate results. From several experiments conducted, it was generated that ultrasonic sensors were quite effective in measuring at a distance of 1 cm - 300 cm. from the design of ultrasonic sensor-based water meter this results obtained will be displayed on the 16x2cm lcd screen as a giver of information and some led lights to provide restrictions of the height and buzzer as a warning sign that the maximum water level. Abstract

Every organization, be it an organization in the community, company or organization in the government environment, conducts activities or correspondence activities with each of its stakeholders. Correspondence activity is a communication activity that occurs between the organization and its stakeholders. Of course, this correspondence activity aims to ensure that the ongoing correspondence process can proceed as planned accordingly. The same is true of what happened at the Tangerang city land office. However, the correspondence system applied at the Tangerang city land office at this time, especially incoming mail, is still not integrated and computerized in terms of data storage, inputting, searching, and printing of disposition sheets and reports every month. This of course results in a process of inputting and reporting that requires relatively long time. So by doing this research, a correspondence information system design was made at the Tangerang city land office and the stages. The method used in this research is object oriented analysis and design. The programming language used in this study is with PHP and MySQL as the database and testing the system using black box testing. The results of this study are in the form of an information system design consisting of incoming letter input, disposition of the letter according to purpose, receipt of the letter by the intended person and the form of reporting. With the creation of a correspondence information system at the Tangerang city land office, it is expected to minimize the occurrence of errors during the data collection process, storage, data search and report generation that does not take a long time and is able to display report results in accordance with existing data. This correspondence information system can be presented to support and improve the performance of staff and other employees who are directly involved in it. Abstract

Media visualization of the digital era, is a significant development in the industrial and educational world. Where in packaging the results of the report are required to be a visualization that can be received quickly, briefly, and can be received efficiently to the recipient of information. In the application sector, processing data into information can be displayed with a graph model. This graphical model is able to help recipients of information to be able to capture various information quickly, efficiently, and provide information needed to determine future decision development. The use of business intelligence in implementing the viewboard on learning, supports the creation of complicated information delivery, so that it can be consumed and accepted easily. In the communication, the viewboard model becomes a link between data from Rinfo spreadsheets, to be displayed as a form of graphical information that can facilitate recipients of information in increasing the motivation to make decisions from the graphical information displayed. In processing data into Rinfo spreadsheet information, the calculation uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, in the process there is cluster division and weighting of values. The results will be used as decision support information on the graphical viewboard that is displayed attractively, will produce a decision making system of information that is faster, easier and more efficient. Abstract

PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic is a company engaged in the field of industry where technology is currently experiencing rapid progress and requires access to information systems that are fast, precise and accurate information to solve problems encountered as in the case of presentation of reports. As one of the leading textile companies abroad, PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic has a data input system that still uses different applications in each division or department. To input the data from the checking of computer equipment inventory in the Information System (IS) department at this time the computer equipment inventory system at PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic is still using a manual and slightly slow system where the checking of inventory is still recorded in the form and PIC or admin must come to the employee desk and computer equipment warehouse. Based on these problems, a website-based system was designed that would make it easier for PICs or admin to check computer equipment items without having to come to the employee's desk or to the inventory warehouse. PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic requires a computer-based system, especially in the manufacture of computer equipment inventory reports where the application for making computer equipment inventory reports is considered very important in the decision making process so that neatly arranged and stored data in a database are needed to be easily processed making inventory reports. This study aims to provide positive benefits in the work process of inputting computer equipment inventory and provide good and accurate results or reports on PT Indonesia Toray Synthetic. Abstract

Assessment of examiners is very important in giving a decision to every leaners. Raharja University as one of univesity that has concentration in the field of computer science have various system to support academic activities , one of them is system PESSTA+S2. PESSTA+S2 ( Trial thesis evaluation plus postgraduate) is an information system which provides convenience to students as media to fulfill the evaluation point of proposal trial. The problem this now is assessment of examiners in the trial proposal really need precision and wary of examiners in inputting values of students cause still us Ms.Excel. The purpose of this research is to designing a system assessment of examiners in order to access by online on the system PESSTA+S2, so the system can be integrated by national. In solving existing problems,researcher use SWOT analysis system method and literature review. The result from this researcher is in the form system of assessment examiners proposal trial inside website PESSTA+S2 bassed Yii Framework that be convenience to inputting assessment of examiners at the Raharja University. Abstract

In the computer system study program at Raharja University there are interfacing courses where the material taught is a microcontroller interfacing technique that uses three types of interface protocols on the microcontroller, namely SPI, I2C, and UART interfaces. The learning process at the practical session students must bring their own materials and components that must be arranged before use, in arranging practical materials which is quite a lot especially for some students who do not understand the concept of microcontrollers, this causes the learning process in interfacing subjects to be ineffective and efficient in terms of time and cost to achieve the objectives of interfacing subject learning. From these problems it is necessary to have a learning media in the form of a practical tool or trainer who can support learning and practical activities in interfacing subjects. This study uses prototyping methods, design and observation methods to observe the learning process in interfacing subjects. Thus in this study will produce a microcontroller interface trainer equipped with several supporting components that are interconnected in one circuit board that will be used as a practical tool for students to apply interfacing material to the microcontroller along with the components directly expected by students using this trainer will get a theoretical understanding and application.
