Abstract. Seiringin dengan perkembangan teknologi yang berkembang pada era ini membuatsesuatu menjadi lebih cepat dan mudah untuk didapat, informasi-informasi yang didapat lebihakurat, serta dapat dikelola untuk kepentingan lainnya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Pelayanankesehatan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam sebuah instansi kesehatan. Pelayanan yangbaik harus di terapkan pada masing-masing instansi kesehatan diantaranya yaituklinik.Pelayanan dalam klinik khususnya pelayanan dalam pendaftaran pasien, pemeriksaandokter, pengambilan obat, dan pembayaran merupakan hal yang lumrah pada setiap apotek.Karenanya perlu manajemen yang baik dalam mengelola sebuah apotek. Pentingnya hal itumaka diperlukan perancangan sistem informasi pelayanan klinik menggunakan model antrianfirst in first out.Pada perancangan ini penulis menggunakan program vb 6.0, model antrian firstin first out mudah untuk diterapkan karena berdasarkan kedatangan terlebih dulu yang akandilayani,namun terdapat kelemahan dari model antrian first in first out diantaranya tidak bisaditerapkan untuk penanganan korban kecelakaan yang membutuhkan pertolongan danpenanganan secepat mungkin.Keywords:teknologi, pelayanan kesehatan, first in first out

Abstract

Companies, business entities, and institutions—both private and government—need archival activities because they are very important. To do it well requires improvement and refinement to achieve goals. All organizations, both government and private, must have complete and accurate data and information, knowing how important archiving is to assist leaders in making decisions or dealing with problems at the Larangan District Office, Tangerang City. Especially in the general section, archiving and document activity processes are still conventional, so it take a long time to complete. Because data is spread across many places and uses many formats, the process of selecting and reporting data is difficult to process well. This web-based electronic archiving system will be created using the Laravel framework and implementing the MVC(Model-View-Controller) architecture as a powerful and widely used software design pattern that encourages separation of concerns, code reuse, and maintainability enabling the archiving of incoming mail and mail. out serves as a data storage location. Therefore, the new e-archive system is expected to reduce errors when processing data, make the search process faster, and make reports that are in accordance with existing data.

Abstract

The city of Tangerang is a new area resulting from the development of the Tangerang Regency of Banten province. Tangerang City develops and shows itself as a supporting metropolitan city of the capital city of Jakarta. The Tangerang City Government has a large program to build a livable city, worthy of investment, worth a visit, and a smart city that is currently familiar with Tangerang Liveable, Investable, Visitable, E-City (LIVE). The purpose of this study is to introduce the Tangerang City government program. The benefits of this research are as a medium of information and promotion. The method used is by way of field observation and literature study. The problem approach is making analysis, story boards, shooting, video editing and rendering. In the making of this video using Adobe Premier Pro CC 2018 software and the results of the profile program LIVE Kota Tangerang program made in mp4 format then uploaded on youtube social media with the aim of being seen by the wider community, especially the citizens of Tangerang City. Abstract

CCTV is a video camera device that serves to display and record an event at a time and place wherever the device is paired. CCTV stands for Closed Circuit Television. Cctv seing is used for the security system of a place whether it is office, shop, street or housing. This device becomes reliable when many cctv manufacturers are issuing the latest cctv output technology. Such as motion recording mode, auto line, alarm detector and many more. Therefore this device can be the most popular security tool nowadays. One company that uses cctv device as its security support is PT. Jet Technology Express. Almost all agents of PT. Jet Technology Express already installed cctv. Many benefits that can be obtained from the company with the cctv, among others, to monitor employee activities, monitoring the packet and its main function is to security agents spread across Indonesia. Abstract

Ultrasonic sensor is a device that is often used in industrial companies. Ultrasonic sensor has a function as a detector and distance measuring. Ultrasonic sensor work is the sensor will emit ultrasonic waves on the surface and then catch it back, so the results obtained in accordance with the original state. Some car companies use this ultrasonic sensor on the car as a means to measure the distance so as not to collide with other vehicles. This sensor is very suitable for designing a water level gauge, because in addition to effective sensors also provide accurate results. From several experiments conducted, it was generated that ultrasonic sensors were quite effective in measuring at a distance of 1 cm - 300 cm. from the design of ultrasonic sensor-based water meter this results obtained will be displayed on the 16x2cm lcd screen as a giver of information and some led lights to provide restrictions of the height and buzzer as a warning sign that the maximum water level. Abstract

Knowledge about ideal body weight at this time is very much discussed, ideal body weight is certainly a good thing for health in themselves and appearance, For women and men weight is one thing that is often the main focus for health, those that are does not care about his weight so that he does not control his food patterns or irregular eating patterns, then see developments in this digital age all things are easily accessed through digital applications, with that basis we combine the android system with the calculation of ideal body weight, to find out body weight through the application certainly makes it easy and includes a fast way with it we made an android-based application to calculate whether the weight is ideal or not, so not only is a calculator, we also provide tips in it, with many methods of calculating body weight we chose to use the method Brocca and MIT App Inventor tools in making the application, because this method is simple enough to be used as a reference in the calculation, we hope that by making this application can facilitate the public in calculating the ideal body weight.

Abstract

The corona virus (COVID-19) has recently shocked the whole world, including Indonesia. even Indonesia is included in the 30 countries with the most spread of the virus in the world. The rapid spread of the corona virus (COVID-19) has made educational institutes stop imposing face-to-face learning, so students have to study online at their respective homes. In the new school year students who have graduated from the previous school must choose the school to go to next. however, many schools are still not ready to deal with the buildup of prospective new students and have not fully implemented the daily COVID-19 protocol. Therefore, a new online student registration system was created at SMK Miftahul Jannah Cikupa to avoid physical contact and the accumulation of prospective new students at the school location. In this study the authors used several research methodologies, namely data collection methods including observation, interviews, and literature studies, analysis methods using SWOT analysis, system design methods using prototypes, and testing methods using blackbox testing. The results obtained in this study are that new prospective students do not need to come directly to the school, simply access them via a smartphone or laptop at their respective homes to register online and fill out the forms that are available on the website, and upload the required files. Abstract

Desain Multimedia Interaktif (DMI) adalah suatu elemen yang tidak terlepas dari suatu unsur multimedia yang terdiri teks, audio, video, gambar, dan animasi. Mengapa demikian, karena DMI inilah yang menjadi bagian yang sangat kompleks dalam menghadirkan sebuah informasi dalam bentuk desain dan karakter yang menarik sebagai media presentasi yang komunikatif dan variatif. Namun sayangnya, permasalahan ini muncul pada salah satu sekolah SDN Poris Gaga 8 belum menerapkan sistem belajar interaktif karena minimnya fasilitas. Sebelumnya, SDN Poris Gaga 8 masih menerapkan sistem belajar tatap muka antara guru dan anak didik. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan segera sebuah perancangan desain multimedia interaktif. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian yang meliputi metode pengumpulan data, menganalisa perancangan media dan gambaran konsep tampilan layout media, seperti pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah presentasi yang berisikan tentang pembelajaran dasar pengenalan komputer. Sehingga diharapkan anak didik yang mempelajari media interaktif ini dapat menambah wawasan dalam penyerapan materi pelajaran dari gurunya.

Abstract

This study aims to assist PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia in improving the description of the employee work scheduling website. So far, several departments of PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia use an application called Microsoft Excel to process employee work schedules and save a file on a public server where each employee has access to open and perform data engineering. The solution to the indication of the problem is to create a new system design that functions to process data in the form of employee work schedules with a one-way input system. The website is one of the choices that companies need if they want to present information both internal and external. A website would be better if there is a database or what is commonly known as a data warehouse, for the basis of reference for decision-makers tomorrow. In this case, the design of an employee work scheduling information system using Bootstrap as its platform. To obtain the data needed in conducting research, several methods were used, including interviews, observation, and literature study. The data obtained were then analyzed and described using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) method. The final result of the research is the design of a Bootstrap-based employee work scheduling information system using Visual Studio Code as the code editor.

Abstract

Employee attendance discipline is the main indicator for knowing an employee's responsibilities. Based on observations at the Indramayu Regency Inspectorate, employee discipline in terms of attendance is still not optimal. Therefore, a policy of using electronic presence, namely an online application (Akku Mobile) has been implemented by all ASN in the Indramayu Regency Government, which is directly recorded on the BKPSDM server. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Online Attendance Application (Akku Mobile) on employee discipline at the Indramayu Regency Inspectorate. The research method used is an explanatory quantitative approach to see the influence of the Online Attendance Application (Akku Mobile) on employee discipline at the Indramayu Regency Inspectorate. The data source comes from primary sources through closed questionnaires. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence between the use of the Akku Mobile application on employee discipline at the Indramayu Regency Inspectorate of 0.004, while the correlation level is weak at 0.326 or only 32.6%, and the application usage variable (Akku Mobile) can only explain This relationship is 10.6% towards increasing employee discipline, while the remaining 89.4% is explained by other factors outside this research.
