Spirits journal is also expected to be a space for the development of Ki Hajar Dewantara ideas on psychology in Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research are want to know about the relationship between self concept and police’s interpersonal communications at Polres Bantul, and want to know the effective support fron the self concept to police’s interpersonal communications at Polres Bantul.There are two variables in this research. The independent variable is police’s interpersonal communications and the dependent variable is self concept. The subject’s characteristic are (1) the police at Polres Bantu; (2) man or woman; (3) have 2 years minimal eksperient work at Bantul. The population are 157 police. Random sampling use as a technic to choose the subject. There are two scale in this research, communication interpersonal scale and self concept scale. The method for analysis is the correlations of product moment.The conclusion there are the relationship between self concept and police’s interpersonal communications. The higher self concept will make the communication interpersonal be higher too. The hypothesis can accept, it’s the mean there are the relationship between self concept and police’s interpersonal communications. The effective score for self concept to interpersonal communication 25,8%. It’s the mean 74,2% interpersonal communication variable is support another variable for examples are perception and memory. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the correlation between the intensity of use of online games with violent content and aggressive behavior in students in Wonosobo. Subjects were 100 secondary school students in Wonosobo. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling. This research method using quantitative methods. Data collection instrument using the scale of aggression and intensity scale online games use violence content. Analysis of the data by using the technique of Pearson product moment correlation using SPSS program for Windows 17. The results showed no relationship between the intensity of use of online games berkonten violent and aggressive behavior in students in Wonosobo. The correlation coefficient (r xy) -0.184, p = 0.067, rules that are used in testing the hypothesis is p <0.05, so the hypothesis is not accepted.Keywods : intensity of use of online games with violent content, aggression behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the self identity in terms of adolescent attachment to parents in SMKN 4 Yogyakarta. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 130 students of class X SMKN 4 Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The analysis of the data used in this study is the Pearson product moment correlation Results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between attachment to parents of adolescent self identity in SMKN 4 Yogyakarta. In a correlation test on adolescent attachment variables to adolescent self identity, there is a significant positive correlation. It can be seen from the coefficient of r = 0.599 with p = 0.000 (p <0,05). For variable self identity among young women and men there was no difference between the two. This can be seen with sig t 0.211 which means> 0.005. and independent simple t test.  Keywords: self identity, attachment to parents

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job performance and achievement motivation in employees. Subjects in this study were employees PT.Cipta Mandiri Perkasa Yogyakarta. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is Product Moment by Karl Pearson.Results of data analysis variable performance with achievement motivation variable indicates the value of r 0.750 p = 0.000 (p < 0,05). Based on the results of the correlation can be stated that there is a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation with the work performance of employees.Correlation test results showed that achievement motivation variables with job performance determinant coefficient has a value of 0.563. Means of achievement motivation variables contribute effectively to the work performance of 56.30 % , while the remaining 43.70 % is influenced by other factors such as job satisfaction, stress level, physical working conditions, compensation systems and job design. Keywords : Achievement motivation, work performance of employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to find out the relationship between customer satisfaction and the intensity of using prepaid cards such as Simpati,Mentari,Pro XL and Im3.The subject of this research are 40 students of Faculty Y State Universities in Yogyakarta, the range of the age between 18-26 years old, assuming they have gadget. Data collected by using consumer satisfaction scale, the intensity using demographic, and interviews. Unfortunately the result show there is no relationship between customer satisfaction and the intensity of use of prepaid cards.Key words:consumer satisfaction, the intensity of the use of prepaid cards

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine adolescent attitudes towards trust Marapu in Sumba Timur Waingapu Nusa Tenggara Timur. This study uses qualitative methods. Three research subjects who are teenagers in Waingapu City, Sumba Timur. Data was collected through interviews and observation. Data analysis was performed using the technique of thematic Phenomenal Phsykologi Empherical procedures (EEP). Adolescent attitudes toward trust Marapu Waingapu City Sumba Timur, Nusa Tenggara Timur based cognitive component is known that most adolescent do have a fairly good knowledge about Marapu beliefs , but this does not affect the views and beliefs of the trust Marapu . Most of the youth in the region have a negative outlook and confidence to trust Marapu . Therefore , most of the teenagers are less interested in teaching Marapu . However , they argue that the trust actually Marapu not against religion and government regulations . Based on the affective component is known that the majority of adolescents do not attend the event and participate in the establishment Marapu teaching Marapu teachings. This does not make them feel guilty for Marapu teachings contrary to their religion . However , there are also adolescent who attended the event as well as participate in the establishment Marapu teachings Marapu teachings . There is a sense of guilt if not attended school Merapu because if not present then he was not able to understand Marapu teachings and values of the prevailing culture. Keywords: trust marapu, adolescent, attitude

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study is to investigate the hardy personality of pasca stroke sufferer. Hardiness was first described by Kobasa (1979) as a cognitive appraisal processes composed of three characteristics: challenge, commitment, and control. There were 4 women participants who stroke sufferer during 0-6 years. Results indicate hardiness of pasca stroke sufferer we able look at their behaviour. They still giving interest to do something are relate environment and another people. Beside that, support from family is material, morality, and information could be helping subject to appear the hardy personality. Defended good relationship with another people was method of subject to increase hardiness. Key words : commitment, control, challenge.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is purposed to determine the relationship between knwoledge of  reproductive health and adolescent sexual behavior in SMA N 1 Imogiri. The samples used in this study is 100 students of class X SMA Imogiri, with purposive sampling technique. The analysis of the data used in this study is the Pearson product moment correlation.The result of this study showed  the coefficient of  r=-0,939 with p=0,000, there is a negative relationship between  knowledge of reproductive health  with adolescent sexual behavior in SMA N 1 Imogiri and hypothesis was accepted. If the reproductive health knowledge goes high, making the adolescent sexual behavior  low, apply instead.Keywords: knowledge of reproductive health, adolescent bexual behavior
