Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to find out relationship between the meaningfulness of life and self-acceptance of shemale in Yogyakarta. Subject research is 70 of shemales at LSM of Kebaya in Yogyakarta. Data was analyzed by using correlation of product-moment pearson.Collecting data in this research using the meaningfulness of life scale and self-acceptance scale. Self-acceptance scale consisted of 63 items and the meaningfulness of life scale consisted of 53 items.Result of this research show the existence of correlation coefficient equal to 0,402 and mount the signiicancyp=0, 001 (p< 0,05). The hypothesis of this research is accepted, that there is a positive relationship between the meaningfulness of life with self-acceptance. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between job performance and achievement motivation in employees. Subjects in this study were employees PT.Cipta Mandiri Perkasa Yogyakarta. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is Product Moment by Karl Pearson.Results of data analysis variable performance with achievement motivation variable indicates the value of r 0.750 p = 0.000 (p < 0,05). Based on the results of the correlation can be stated that there is a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation with the work performance of employees.Correlation test results showed that achievement motivation variables with job performance determinant coefficient has a value of 0.563. Means of achievement motivation variables contribute effectively to the work performance of 56.30 % , while the remaining 43.70 % is influenced by other factors such as job satisfaction, stress level, physical working conditions, compensation systems and job design. Keywords : Achievement motivation, work performance of employees.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to determine the relation of job rotation with work motivation in POLRES Sleman. This research is conducted in quantitative approach, using two and Subjects in this study were staff of Turjawali POLRES Sleman. Data was collected with tour of duty scale and job motivation scale.  Data was analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Packages for Social Science) for windows release version 17.0.The result showed a positive significant relationship between tour of duty with job motivation in the case of staff Turjawali POLRES Sleman. The coefficient of determination () is 0,889 or 88,9%, this means job rotation can predict job motivation variable (Y) of 88,9% and the rest remaining 11,1% can be explained or predicted by other factors. So, the higher job rotation it would be impact to the higher work motivation to the worker, otherwise the lower of job rotation then the lower of work motivation staff.Keyword: Job rotation, work motivation

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara Self-Efficacy dengan Subjective Well-Being pada remaja SMP Negeri 1 Salaman Magelang. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah remaja SMP N 1 Salaman berjumlah 112 orang, berusia 11-13 tahun. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan skala Self-Efficacy dan Subjective Well-Being. Teknik pengambilan sample adalah Random Sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi Product Moment dengan bantuan program SPSS for Windows 16. Analisis data menghasilkan koefisien korelasi R= -0,419 dan p= 0,000 (p < 0,05) Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Self-Efficacy dengan Subjective Well-Being. Dalam uji korelasi pada variable Self-Efficacy dan Subjective Well-Being, terdapat korelasi yang signifikan positif, hipotesis diterima.Kata kunci:  Remaja., Self-Efficacy, Subjective Well-Being.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is intended to find out the relationship between adolescent tonomy and achievement motivation. The subjects of study are studentsr Sunan Pandanaran senior high school, Sleman, Yogyakarta. The amount r the students are 78 (seventy eight) students. In this study, researcher Fed correlation studies of Product-Momen Pearson. The researcher Fed purposive sampling to collect the data. Then, the researcher process ata used a scale of achievement motivation and authonimy. The scale of chievement motivation consists of 35 items and the scale of authonomy onsists of 41 items.The results of this study showed that there is a correlation coefficient in the amount for significance level, it is 0.645, and 0.000 (p <0.05). It means zat hyphotesis explained that the positive relationship between achievement iotivation and authonomy can be accepted The effectiveness of regression n the study is 41.6%, it means that 14.4% achievement motivation is etermined by authonomy and 57.4% is influenced by other factors. Such rs natural factors; birth order, gender, age, and environmental factors as ike; parent's education, culture, education and occupation.Key words: Autonomy, achievement motivation

Abstract

ABSTRACT  This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and lifestyle trends hedonism student of Psychology, University of SarjanawiyataTamansiswaYogyakart. The hypothesis of this study is that there are ties between the negative self-concept and lifestyle of hedonism on a college student.The subjects were female students of UST Psychology Yogyakarta, 18-22 years old, female, amounting to 87 people. Measuring instrument used was a self-concept scale and the scale of the lifestyle of hedonism. Analysis of data using Product Moment correlation with SPSS statistics program version 17.0 for Windows.Based on the analysis Product Moment correlation coefficient between the variables of self-concept and lifestyle trends hedonism is -0.382 with a significance level of P = 0.000 (p <0.05). This shows that the hypothesis that there is a negative relationship between self-concept and lifestyle of hedonism in coed acceptable. This means that the lower the self-concept, the higher the tendency of hedonistic lifestyle, otherwise the higher the self-concept, the lower the tendency of hedonism lifestyle.Keywords: Adolescent Self-Concept, Lifestyle Trends Hedonism.

Abstract

Abstrak. Orang tua yang memiliki lebih dari satu anak berkebutuhan khusus mengalami berbagai permasalahan yang lebih instens. Orang tua juga dituntut untuk mengusahakan yang terbaik dengan keterbatasan yang dimiliki oleh anak mereka tersebut. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan oleh orang tua untuk mengusahakan yang terbaik bagi anak, dibalik permasalahan yang mereka alami adalah dengan bersyukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kebersyukuran pada orang tua yang memiliki lebih dari satu anak berkebutuhan khusus. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara. Partisipan penelitian berjumlah empat orang yang terdiri dari dua orang tua yang memiliki lebih dari satu anak berkebutuhan khusus. Prosedur analisa data menggunakan metode Moustakas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orang tua yang bersyukur ketika memiliki lebih dari satu anak berkebutuhan khusus, akan selalu mendoakan anak sebagai bentuk rasa syukur kepada Tuhan, menerima keadaan anak, mengusahakan yang terbaik untuk anak, memiliki afek yang positif dan merasakan kepuasan hidup, memiliki sifat prososial, mengalami peningkatan dari segi ibadah, mengambil hikmah dari kondisi anak dan mengikuti acara yang berhubungan dengan keterbatasan anak. Selain itu, orang tua juga akan belajar dari pengalaman pengasuhan terhadap anak yang berkebutuhan khusus sebelumnya. Kebersyukuran pada orang tua dipengaruhi oleh faktor religiusitas, dukungan sosial dan kondisi anak.Kata kunci : Anak berkebutuhan khusus, Kebersyukuran, Orang tua

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine with more certainty on the smoking behavior of young women in terms of conformity, so as to provide an overview and map the sequence of events underlying the young women who smoke.Subjects in this study of young women aged 12-17 years who had a smoking behavior. This study used a single subject as a teenager and using a phenomenological approach, and using the techniques of data collection using interviews and observations.The research results of this study at the beginning of the subject smoking because seeing parents who smoke, when the subject of interest because the subject feels when parents smoke looks very calm and relaxed. So there is no effect of conformity, because the subject knows his friends when the subject had smoked. Keywords: Smoking Behavior, Young Women, Conformity

Abstract

Abstract. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan”bagaimana kualitas hidup pekerja alih daya di PT. Angkasa Pura Support Manado?”  Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara terstruktur pada 3 subjek. Syarat subjek yang gunakan adalah pekerja alihdaya yang telah bekerja lebih dari 2 tahun di PT. Angkasa Pura Manado.  Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah, pertama, keyakinan akan nilai-nilai kehidupan yang dikembangkan dari pola budaya dan keyakinan religius, ternyata mampu memberikan peran besar bagi pekerja alih daya dalam memahami dan menarik makna atas kejadian kurang mengenakkan bagi kehidupannnya secara umum. Kerangka kualitas hidup juga terbantu ketika pekerja alih daya mampu mengembangkan kepekaan terhadap humor, yang setidaknya bisa membangkitkan suasana hati positif, serta modal menjalin hubungan baik dengan orang lain. Pekerja alih daya, dengan preferensi budaya dan nilai sosialnya cenderung membangun keyakinan bahwa bekerja keras akan menghasilkan konsekuensi logis berupa kesejahteraan dan ketercukupan, namun ternyata belum dicapai. Kedua, penelitian ini berhasil mengungkapkan afek-afek negatif yang dominan pada pekerja alih daya, yakni ketidakberdayaan, ketidakpastian dan rasa tidak aman. Yang mana hal tersebut merupakan dampak langsung dari sistem kerja alih daya saat ini. Menghadapi afek-afek tersebut, pekerja alih daya ternyata juga memiliki faktor penguat kualitas hidupnya, yakni faktor sosial yang diwujudkan dalam bentuk dukungan sosial dari keluarga maupun dari orang-orang terdekat, juga adanya peran relasi atau jaringan sosial dalam memberikan”sedikit” rasa aman.  Kata Kunci: kualitas hidup, pekerja alih daya, manado

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis study aimed to describe the evaluation of leadership skills of students in terms of the prophetic leadership. in addition, this study aimed to analyzethe problem in evaluating leadership qualities of students.Subjects in this study were active students at boarding school Raudhatul Muttaqien (PPRM) St. Cangkringan KM 14 Babadan Purwomartani Kalasan, Sleman, Yogyakarta academic year 2014/2015. These students attending Madrasah Tsyanawiah and Madrasah Aliyah Raudhatul Muttaqien, aged 12-18 years and active in the organization. This study uses data collection techniques using interviews and observations.Results ofstudies have provided an understanding that the process of learning the prophetic leadership students do not stop at the time at PPRM course, but the processs will continue until the end of life. In general, it is known that the learning process prophetic leadership has been going well, althoughthere areconstraints thatare found but it is not a significant problem.Keynote: Leadership Skills, Students , Prophetic Leadership
