Abstract

Web applications that used to run on a desktop in recent years have received huge demand for this area to be more sophisticated and complex, not only that, but users also want web applications to run on mobile devices. Web appearance that is only designed for computer devices will make users difficult when opening a web page display on a different device. By using the CSS framework library, web developers will be greatly helped in making the program more responsive and can also be run on a variety of Open Source both Windows, iOS, and Android. Decision-making system that can determine the best front-end Framework can be an alternative solution for web developers to determine which front-end framework is easier and more convenient to use. Simple Additive Weighting is used to analyze and decide which the best alternative with calculations that take five main criteria in this research that is Preprocessor, Responsive, Browser Support, Easy to Use, and Template. In this study the highest prefects were obtained by Bootstrap 1,000 while for foundation and bulma get a large prefensie s 0.868 and 0.820.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pemenang dalam suatu konvensi atau kompetisi merupakan suatu hal yang cukup sulit dilakukan secara konvensional. Kesulitan akan semakin terasa dengan bertambahnya alternatif dan kriteria yang dimasukkan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) merupakan salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi kesulitan tersebut. SPK adalah sekumpulan prosedur berbasis model untuk data pemrosesan dan penilaian guna membantu para manager mengambil keputusan. SPK akan melakukan perhitungan dan menampilkan hasil berupa rekomendasi siapa pemenang dalam konvensi tersebut. Ada 2 metode yang diusulkan dalam penelitian kali ini yaitu Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Weighted Product (WP). Dari metode-metode tersebut akan dilakukan perbandingan metode mana yang lebih baik untuk diterapkan dalam SPK menentukan pemenang konvensi Quality Improvement Circle (QIC) yang dilaksanakan di sebuah perusahaan. Dalam pengembngan SPK digunakan metode pengembangan sistem atau System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Waterfall. Metode SAP dan WP dapat digunakan dalam SPK konvensi QIC dan hasil SAW bernilai tetap sedangkan metode WP memiliki nilai akhir yang berubah sesuai banyaknya alternatif.

Abstract

Land as the main factor in agriculture must be considered as well as possible in order to provide the expected results. One of them is by using computer and internet technology to monitor soil moisture. Soil moisture is one of the environmental factors that affect plant growth. One of the innovations in information and communication technology in agriculture is the use of the Internet of Things. By using the Internet of Things, it can be done to monitor soil moisture that is used as a planting medium for horticultural crops. knowing the value of soil moisture will be very useful to be able to determine the steps or handling of the soil. The test results show that the measurement of soil moisture using a soil moisture sensor can work well and display information on the value of soil moisture. Based on the results and analysis, it can be concluded that the results of monitoring the soil moisture monitoring system can already be used to monitor agricultural land. So that the results of this study are expected to help farmers in making decisions based on information about the value of soil moisture that has been obtained. The final result obtained from the reading of the sensor value is wet, moist and dry according to the set value of the Analog Data. That is wet condition when getting output with lower limit range of 150 and upper limit of 339, humid condition when getting output with lower limit range 340 upper limit of 475, dry condition when getting sensor value with lower limit range is 476 and upper limit is 1023.

Abstract

Computer-based technology has pervaded practically every aspect of human life in the modern era. Through diverse information systems, various fields have employed computer-based technology to build theories and their applications. Geographic Information System (GIS) technology is one type of computer-based system that is widely employed. Various disciplines can use Geographic Information System (GIS) technology to research and map flood zones. The research approach employed is the employment of ARC GIS 10.5 system technology to determine the flood zone's features. Pampang, Tamamaung, Sinri Jala, and Karuwisi Utara are four villages that are flood-prone locations that are included in the warning zone, according to the results of data processing using GIS software and data analysis illustrated from mapping the flood area in Panakkukang District. There are 1,985 hectares in the Rappocini sub-district, which is included in a vulnerable region, namely Bantabantaeng Village, and 145,709 hectares in Karunrung Village, Gunung Sari, Bontomakkio, Tidung, Kassi-Kassi, Mappala. Parts of the Manggala, Bangkala, and Borong regions, as well as sub-districts of Manggala, are included in the vulnerable areas. Tamalanrea Indah, Tamalanrea Jaya, and Tamalanrea sub-districts are the Tamalanrea sub-districts that have been designated as vulnerable zones.

Abstract

Some of the vending machines currently did not have refund systems. Purpose of this research is building a control system prototype to refund the banknote IDR money on the vending machines using Arduino Uno. The sensor was used to detect the nominal and authenticity of money is TCS3200. Authenticity and nominal of money are detected based on the money color that entered in the money reader system. The results of money detection from the TCS3200 sensor then process in the Arduino Uno. Nominal of money has detected in this research is IDR. 20,000, IDR. 10,000, IDR. 5,000, IDR. 2,000 and IDR 1,000. The output of this system is controlling the mechanical machine using DC motor to withdraw the banknote IDR money out from the machine. The system will automatically process if the consumer entered the nominal of money is greater than from goods price on the vending machine.

Abstract

Penyimpanan data secara rutin dan terus menerus data alumni Fakultas Ilmu Komputer dapat menimbulkan penumpukan data. Seperti data quesioner alumni yang menjadi salah satu masalah dalam melakukan inputan dikarenakan terkendala jarak. Selama ini pihak fakultas harus mecari data alumni yang telah bekerja atau berada diluar daerah. Sistem yang berbasis website tersebut akan menggunakan data warehouse dan penerapan metode Online Analitycal Processing (OLAP) yang nantinya akan berfungsi sebagai laporan dari data alumni dalam bentuk grafik. Dalam penelitiannya ini data warehouse dirender kedalam metode OLAP yang menghasilkan laporan dalam bentuk grafik. Sistem berbasis website juga memudahkan staff kemahasiswaan dan alumni dalam melakukan inputan karena bisa dilakukan dimanapun dengan adanya koneksi internet

Abstract

There are currently many types of social media, but all of them are based on external servers. This causes communication data between users on social media to be stored on an external server. Retrieval of data without the permission of the owner is very possible. Therefore, we need a local server to store these data in certain companies or organizations. This research consists of several stages, namely designing a chat server topology, then configuring a chat server using Kamailio and finally testing the performance of the local network with parameters delay, packet loss and wireless signal strength (decibels). The results of this study indicate that the chat server implementation can be applied to the Faculty of Computer Science UMI based on observations of delay, packet losss and signal strength on the 1st and 2nd floors. On the 1st floor, the network access is quite good. WiFi is in the position of -50 dBm to -76 dBm and 0% packet loss and delays from 8 ms - 60 ms. On the 2nd floor, the WiFi network access is good enough, but at the 2nd location point, the second floor has a long delay of 563 ms, this shows bad access to the chat server, but the whole point shows that the second server's chat access is good.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah Mengoptimalkan algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan seleksi fitur Forward Selection untuk dapat meningkatkan hasil akurasi atau tingkat keberhasilan yang didapatkan dari prediksi pembayaran kredit.Data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Bank XY yang berada di Gorontalo. Data yang diperoleh berkaitan dengan semua aspek dari nasabah kredit termasuk informasi pribadi dari nasabah. Desain eksperimen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dataset nasabah kredit.sedangkan analisi yang digunakan adalah Model algoritma Naïve Bayes dengan seleksi fitur Forward Selection. Prediksi tingkat kelancaran pembayaran kredit menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes berbasis Forward Selection mampu memprediksi kelancaran pembayaran kredit ke depannya hal ini terbukti dengan perolehan nilai akurasi Naive bayes berbasis Forward Selection mampu mencapai nilai akurasi 71,97 %.

Abstract

A message is a form of conveying information. Various ways are used to secure the information conveyed in the form of messages either in encrypted form or in the form of applying a password in the message. Messages can also be encrypted and embedded in other media such as images (steganography). This research aimed to insert a message into the form of an image by combining the Modified Least Significant Bit (MLSB) method in encrypting messages and reshape modification technique to determine at which position the message encryption will be embedded in the image. Tests were carried out to obtain the quality of the encryption process using the parameters of Fidelity, mean square error, peak signal to noise ratio, testing on file type, robustness, and comparison of message contents. The results of the tests showed that the files that can be used are files with the image file type in the lossless compression category, the rotation can be done at 90, 180, 270 without destroying the message in it, and changing the pixel in the image file will destroy the message inside

Abstract

Hipertention is desease that happen to arteries that caused the supply of oxygen and nutrition that need by the body blocked. Hipertention often call as a silent killer, because it kind of disease that very harmful but come without awareness to it’s victim. People with hipertention in average is up to 40 years old and it happened all of his after life . In common hipertention caused by heredity, unhealthy lifestyle, and trigger by the more salty consumption, alcohol and stress. Expert system could be the solution to solve the problem because this system is worked just like an expert and created by naïve bayes method with the rule and basic system that same just like the hipertantiondesease. Through this application, user can do consultation with this system just like usually people consultation with the expert to diagnostic the sign that happen to user and find the solution of what happened to themselves.
