Abstract

Karawang merupakan kota yang dijuluki dengan kota lumbung padi dan industri. Kemajuan kota Karawang ditentukan dengan situasi dan kondisi kota yang terkendali. Banjir merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat memperhambat kemajuan kota Karawang. Dengan membuat model daerah rawan banjir, dapat mempermudah pemerintah dalam memprediksi daerah – daerah yang rawan banjir berdasarkan data – data yang telah diolah. Algoritma C4.5 merupakan salah satu metode dalam mengklasifikasikan dataset. Pembagian dataset dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode 10-fold cross validation dimana setiap bagian (fold) akan dijadikan data testing  sedangkan n-1 akan dijadikan sebagai data training. Data yang digunakan dalam pembuatan model adalah data banjir, kepadatan penduduk, ketinggian wilayah, jarak pusat daerah dengan sungai dan rata – rata curah hujan. Tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan algoritma C4.5 adalah 84.385%, sedangkan Recall dan Precision yang dihasilkan sebesar 0.95 dan 0.87. pohon keputusan yang dihasilkan dapat dijadikan sebagai aturan dalam pembuatan visualisasi WEB GIS.

Abstract

Computer vision is one of field of image processing. To be able to recognize a shape, it requires the initial stages in image processing, namely as edge detection. The object used in tracking in computer vision is a moving object (video). Edge detection is used to recognize edges of objects and reduce existing noise. Edge detection algorithms used for this research are using Sobel, Prewitt, Robert and Canny. Tests were carried out on three videos taken from the Matlab library. Testing is done using Simulik Matlab tools. The edge and overlay test results show that the Prewitt algorithm has better edge detection results compared to other algorithms. The Prewitt algorithm produces edges whose level of accuracy is smoother and clearer like the original object. The Canny algorithm failed to produce an edge on the video object. The Sobel and Robert algorithm can detect edges, but it is not clear as Prewitt does, because there are some missing edges.

Abstract

Lembaga XYZ telah membuat sistem informasi akademik agar proses akademik berjalan lancar, namun selama ini belum ada penilaian pada sistem yang telah dibuat, apakah sistem itu sudah sesuai dengan standar pengelolaan IT atau belum. Karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu standar tata kelola TI yakni Cobit. Cobit Apabila tata kelola TI sesuai dengan standar yang diakui, maka pengelolaan dianggap layak dipercaya, Sehingga akan meningkatkan kepercayaan pengguna.. Adapun pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang diperoleh melalui pengamatan (observasi) dan didasarkan pada penafsiran pemahaman peneliti secara subjektif. Hasil penilaian pada sistem yang diperoleh berada pada level 3 (defined). Artinya pemahaman pemakai (user) dalam menggunakan sistem belum merata dan terdapat masih ada kebijakan tata kelola IT yang belum lengkap.

Abstract

This study focuses on the visitors of Pohon Cinta beach tourist area. This beach is one of the potential tourism objects in Pohuwato Regency. The main problem that frequently occurs is that many visitors cannot directly convey their impression when visiting and enjoying the beauty of the Pohon Cinta beach. The government needs to know the level of visitor satisfaction to attempt to improve and develop the Pohon Cinta beach tourist attraction. Thus, to solve the problem above, a method that can help predict visitor satisfaction is needed. This study aims to measure visitor satisfaction through predictions using the Backpropagation algorithm and PSO feature selection to assist the government in developing tourism potential in Pohuwato Regency. The method used is the backpropagation algorithm for prediction and Particle Swarm Optimization which is considered effective in overcoming optimization problems. This algorithm is considered capable of solving problems in the backpropagation algorithm. The accuracy value of the backpropagation algorithm model is 84.67%, the accuracy value of the PSO-based backpropagation algorithm model is 85.00%, and the difference in accuracy is 0.33. The results of the application of the Backpropagation algorithm and Particle Swarm Optimization can increase the predictive accuracy value of visitor satisfaction at the Cinta Tree Beach tourist attraction.

Abstract

At this time, Google Play Store is not providing API that can be used for accessing datas from applications on it’s application store. With that plenty application’s data, it could be used to make it a good research object, specially on data mining field. In this research, the system that is built is the system that can retrieve that applications’ data. For multiplatform’s purpose, web services are used for being an interface between client and server. Finally, the built system is working as expected. The system can retrive data from Google Play Store and it is suitable from requirements of data analysis stage. It can also integrated with REST web service to provide multiplatform access.

Abstract

The COVID-19 disaster, which was felt globally in all countries including Indonesia, has in general changed the series of business process arrangements in almost all fields, including the field of education. One of the affected areas of education is the Caltex Riau Polytechnic (PCR) campus. The impact of this disaster has forced the academic community (lecturers and students) to carry out the online lecture process since the Odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The online lecture process is facilitated by an electronic learning system (e-learning). Changes in the pattern of lectures, which previously were held face-to-face, then had to be conducted online using e-learning, gave rise to several usability problems. The usability measurement of e-learning PCR was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire, involving 196 participants. The results of the usability analysis of e-learning PCR obtained a score of 58.75. With the assessment criteria on the adjective, the rating is okay, the grade scale is D value, and the acceptable ranges are at a marginal low. This means that e-learning still needs improvement and evaluation of the utilization of the features/services provided, so that it can be used more efficiently, effectively, and satisfactorily for its users.

Abstract

Sensors are electronic components that have capabilities that are quite reliable and consist of many types, such as ultrasonic sensors, humidity sensors, and dust sensors. At present almost every electronic equipment is equipped with sensor components, such as the robot designed, equipped with humidity sensors and dust sensors. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the humidity sensor and dust sensor in detecting dirt and the sensor sends a signal to the microcontroller, Arduino Mega 2560. From the results of sensor performance research on Arduino-based floor dust and water dust detector robots the proximity sensor response time detects a barrier in a room worth 2 seconds, the dust sensor response time detects dust that is 2 minutes due to improper installation of dust sensors so that slow detecting dust. While the humidity sensor response time in detecting water is 3 seconds. For the performance of the robot on the humidity sensor clean the water on the floor as much as 1 ml for 10 to 17 seconds and to show the robot's performance on the humidity sensor to clean the water as much as 2 ml for 20 to 30 seconds.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan merupakan faktor yang menentukan didalam sebuah perusahaan. Kenyataannya pemanfaatan big data dalam sebuah pengambilan keputusan masih kurang efektif, salah satu contohnya adalah pemanfaatan big data perilaku belanja konsumen untuk menjadi sebuah pengetahuan yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan. Salah satu implementasi big data ini adalah pengambilan keputusan dalam penempatan barang pada rak toko buku. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini bertujuan mencari keterkaitan antara satu buku dengan buku yang lain didalam suatu set data dengan menggunakan teknik data mining, Penelitian ini memanfaatkan dua teknik data mining yaitu implementasi algoritma Apriori yang berfungsi untuk mendapatkan pola-pola item yang saling berkaitan kemudian algoritma CLHM (Centroid Linkage Hierarchical Method) untuk klasterisasi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel data 15 kategori item dari data belanja konsumen pada toko buku tahun 2014 selama 3 bulan. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah sebuah pengetahuan baru yang dapat dijadikan rekomendasi pengambilan keputusan dalam sebuah toko buku

Abstract

The compilation of lecture schedules is very important at universities for the continuity of the teaching and learning process of study programs. Such as at Andi Djemma Palopo University, Informatics Engineering Study Program. Frequently occurring alternate lectures to change course schedules is a complex thing considering the pre-existing schedule is well organized. But with the lectures, it is usually difficult to determine schedules, days, hours, rooms, and classes so that, no alternate lectures are coinciding with other subjects. so that in this Case Study, the researcher compared two methods namely the Fitness Method and the Taboo Search Algorithm to see the performance when determining the replacement schedule. The values obtained from the results of the implementation of the two methods above, are with using the fitness method is 40 while for the taboo search the maximum value obtained is 15, based on the order of the schedule of previous courses and courses that will be replaced. Thus, the value obtained by using the taboo search method is in the normal category compared to the changing fitness method. Thus, the researcher can conclude that the value obtained by the taboo search is smaller so that, it is good to be used to determine scheduling.

Abstract

Banyak jalan yang menghubungkan dari berbagai puskemas yang ada di Karawang menuju ke RSUD Karawang dengan jarak tempuh yang berbeda-beda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi kepada pihak ambulance untuk menentukan rute dalam pengantaran pasien ke RSUD Karawang dengan menggunakan algoritma Dijkstra. Algoritma ini digunakan dalam pencarian rute terpendek yang diharapkan dapat menjadi rute terefisien untuk mencapai tujuan dari lokasi yang diinginkan. Algoritma Dijkstra adalah sebuah algoritma rakus (greedy algorithm) yang dipakai dalam memecahkan permasalahan jarak terpendek (shortest path problem) untuk sebuah graf berarah (directed graph) dengan bobot-bobot sisi (edge weights) yang bernilai tak-negatif. Algoritme Dijkstra dapat diimplementasikan/digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam penentuan jarak efisien suatu daerah kedaerah yang lain dalam hal ini adalah penentuan jarak efisien pengantaran pasien oleh ambulan ke RSUD Karawang.
