Sistem monitoring cairan infus sampai saat ini belum banyak ditemukan di rumah sakit ataupun institusi kesehatan lainnya tetapi sangat membantu perawat dalam melaksanakan tugas rutinnya dalam memantau kondisi cairan infuse. Makalah ini membahas tentang  perancangan system monitoring  yang dapat memantau kondisi cairan infus secara realtime menggunakan pc maupun smartphone. System ini bekerja mengatur tetesan infuse permenit dan memberitahukan kondisi cairan infuse yang akan habis. Hasil pengujan didapatkan pengaturan tetesan infuse kurang tepat, terdapat selisih yang bervariasi di tiap pengujian sedangkan pengujian kondisi cairan infuse bekerja dengan tepat, ini dibuktikan dengan alarm pada pc dan smartphone selalu berbunyi pada saat cairan infuse akan habis.

Social media has become a major part of society. But most of the time social media is used as a way people commit the crime. Due to numerous crimes that use social media, it is essential to design a framework to gather digital evidence on social media. This study develops the design of Framework by implementing Composite Logic Model. A logic Composite model can be used to determine the role model of any variable or pattern that need to collaborate. Composite Logic Model will produce a role model that has a role to produce patterns so that it can produce the same goal. A method of Composite Logic will collaborate with the Digital Forensics Investigation framework to produce a Digital Evidence Collection Framework on Social Media. Based on data and facts, this study has been producing a new framework of gathering digital evidence on social media. The framework has four main stages in the process of collecting digital evidence on social media including pre-process, collection, analysis, and report.

Telah banyak peneliti-peneliti termotivasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja performa prediksi. Support Vector Machine (SVM) metode yang berlandaskan pada teori pembelajaran statistic dan memberi hasil yang menjanjikan akan lebih baik dibanding metode lain. SVM bekerja juga dengan baik terhadap data yang berdimensi tinggi dengan menggunakan teknik kernel. Penentuan variabel yang relevan sangat dibutuhkan untuk dapat memberikan kinerja performa lebih efektif lagi pada suatu model. Pada penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengembangkan model prediksi dengan mengkombinasikan algoritma Support Vector Machine dengan Feature Selection, khususnya forward selection dalam memprediksi pembayaran pembelian bahan baku kopra. Model yang diusulkan dievaluasi menggunakan data time pembelian bahan baku kopra. Hasil eksperimen penelitian ini menunjukan dimana series pembayaran algoritma SVM dan Forward Selection memberikan kinerja performa yang terbaik dibandingkan SVM, SVM dan Backward Elimination serta BPNN dan Feature Selection.

In helping to develop technology in the field of education as well as bringing about a major change in competitiveness between individuals and groups, to be able to do so requires sufficient information and data to be analyzed further. In this case STT Wastukancana Purwakarta is under the auspices of Bunga Bangsa Foundation, seeing that STT Wastukancana Purwakarta students have several obstacles in their final project, one of which is difficult in determining the topic of the thesis title to be made so that sometimes the topic of the thesis title taken is not in accordance with their abilities each student. This problem can be overcome by applying the clustering method. The analytical method used is Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD). The method of grouping students uses the clustering method and the K-Means algorithm as a clustering calculation where the Clustering aims to divide students into clusters based on grades obtained from semester 1 to 7, so as to produce student recommendations in taking thesis topics. The tool used to implement the algorithm is Rapidminer. The results of this study are grouping students according to their expertise, which is obtained based on the cluster that has the highest score and is dominated by the most subjects according to the subjects that have been grouped by each expertise. So, the results of this cluster are used as a reference for students to take the thesis title topic.

Banyaknya tanaman kelapa sawit yang terserang penyakit tidak ditanggulangi sedini mungkin, akibat yang ditimbulkannya sangat besar mulai dari penurunan produksi sampai dengan kematian tanaman. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya petani yang belum memahami tentang bagaimana menanggulangi penyakit, disebabkan minimnya pengetahuan petani mengenai cara menanggulangi penyakit pada kelapa sawit. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang dapat digunakan oleh petani dalam memperoleh pengetahuan tentang penanggulangan penyakit sawit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan suatu sistem manajemen pengetahuan yang menggunakan smartphone berbasis android dalam mengolah pengetahuan, dengan menggunakan metode Knowledge Management System Life Cycle (KMSLC), dengan mengadopsi pendekatan usability engineering.

The Academic Information System (in Indonesian often abbreviated as SIAKAD) is a system developed to manage student data that aims at facilitating online academic administration activities. It aims to provide academic information services in the form of web applications, where teachers can independently create student academic reports to synchronize data into the DAPODIK system, a primary education data system, and develop academic information systems using web assembly according to user experience (UX) and developer experience (DX). The research method consists of field studies and literature related to web assembly, primary education data (DAPODIK), and the Academic Information System (SIAKAD). This information system and database were built using the Convention Over Configuration paradigm. The design phase used a prototyping model to graphically represent the system workflow and used an experimental research approach. Moreover, the study used an integrated modeling language (UML), and a Database Management System using PostgreSQL, and alpha testing for model testing. The Client Application was built using the C# programming language for users to generate student academic reports every semester. Processing data transactions using web assembly took less time than the traditional web, which was less than 300 milliseconds.

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system designed to work with spatially-referenced data or geographic coordinates. According to data owned by Traffic Directorate of West Sumatra Police, the number of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra is 48 points. This leads to the need for a Geographic Information System of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra based on the web to describe the map of vulnerable area locations along with the information needed. Geographic Information System Application of Web-Based Accident Complex, with programming languages (JavaScript and PHP), MySQL as database and Google Maps API. The result of this research is the creation of a web-based GIS application that can present information about the location of accident-prone areas in West Sumatra in detail and can be accessed easily be used people.

One of the main functions of higher education is to develop personality abilities and shape the character of a dignified nation's civilization. One of the entry pathways for new student admissions at State Universities is the SNMPTN Path. While the number of participants who are accepted by looking at the quota on the SNMPTN line is only 20 percent of the capacity. Decision Support System as a solution that can assist policymakers in determining a decision. In this study, a decision support system was built using the TOPSIS method for selecting and ROC as a weighting for each criterion. Based on the results of the selection test for SNMPTN participants using the TOPSIS and ROC methods as weighting, it proves that it can display the cumulative ranking results of each alternative based on the criteria values owned.

General Data Protection Regulations (GDRP) regulation which is used to substantiate or individual data protection. the principle of gdpr is transparency where the application users have the right to make changes and access to personal data. so, companies are asked to be transparent about the reasons for collecting the data and the purpose of the data usage. GDPR has purpose to develop personal data protection and user privacy data by managing update data in the form of real-time notification. the method is used for Convention over Configuration paradigm. Prototyping model is used to describe application system workflow using graphics, DBMS management (using PostgreSQL). In Conclusion, prototype web application information system which applies data protection information using the principle of GDRP at user by managing data information updates in the form of real-time notification.

Perpustakaan umum Enrekang merupakan tempat yang didirikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi dalam bentuk media cetak yang bisa diakses oleh semua orang.Pengembangan sistem dilakukan karena sistem yang sebelumnya belum dapat memberikan informasi buku yang ada di perpustakaan umum Enrekang terutama bagi yang tempat tinggalnya jauh dari perpustakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi yang ada di perpustakaan umum Enrekang sehingga dapat diperoleh manfaat: (1) memudahkan mengakses informasi mengenai buku yang ada di perpustakaan umum Enrekang. (2) dapat melakukan pencarian dan booking buku kapan pun dan dimana pun di tempat yang terjangkau internet. Pada penelitian ini, pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu UML (Unified Modeling Language).Sedangkan pembuatan perangkat lunak dalam skripsi ini, penulis menggunakan perangkat lunak PHP, HTML,CSS, Java script dan untuk database menggunakan MySql. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut pada perpustakaan umum Enrekang, selayaknya di rancang sistem informasi perpustakaan yang berbasis web yang memberi kemudahan bagi pengguna untuk mendapatkan layanan yang diinginkan.Kualitas layanan perpustakaan sangat ditentukan oleh prasarana dan sarana yang mendukung pelayanan tersebut.Sistem informasi perpustakaan dapat membantu pengguna perpustakaan untuk mencari dan menemukan referensi maupun informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat.
