Purpose of this study to find out the Analysis of Management Archives Coaching by Tangerang District Library and Archives Services. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews with 5 (five) informants, observation, and documentation. While data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study can be concluded that the activities of archiving guidance carried out by the Tangerang District Disperpusip begins with the stages of planning, coordination, preparation of materials for archiving development, and the implementation of archiving guidance activities which are divided into two types, namely technical guidance conducted classically to OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization) ) and direct assistance to the archives manager in the village. The technical guidance activity began with gathering archive managers from each OPD namely the Office and Agency after that the activity continued with the delivery of material classically with the theme "Dynamic Archive Management, That is Depreciation With the Focus of Moving Archives". In addition, the assistance was carried out by selecting archive managers from two to three villages and continued by providing direct training on how to organize files properly with the theme "Active Dynamic Archive Management". The obstacles faced in the activities of fostering archives are Human Resources and Archive management.

The leader is the most dominant figure on the effectiveness of achieving organizational goals. But on the other hand subordinates also have an important role so that leaders are able to achieve goals effectively by prioritizing collectivity. Leaders in their role in influencing subordinates are inseparable from their skills in positioning themselves in certain situations. Therefore, Reddin revealed that the situational dimension becomes important to consider, namely on the task dimension, relationship orientation and effectiveness. Furthermore, Reddin developed the three dimensions into 12 types of leaders through four basic types of leaders namely separated types, related types, dedicated types and integrated types. Each type is grouped into 8 types of leaders from less effective to more effective. The implications of Reddin's theory make it easy for leaders in achieving organizational goals that emphasize situational relationships with subordinates.

The problem in this study is the Performance of the Village Head in Infrastructure Development in Sidorukun Village, Randangan District, Pohuwato Regency and What are the inhibiting factors. As for the purpose of this study is to determine the Performance of the Village Head in Sidorukun Village Infrastructure Development, Randangan Subdistrict, Pohuwato Regency and its inhibiting factors. The design of this study the authors chose the type of descriptive qualitative research, using descriptive qualitative study methods that describe methods that are directed to solve problems by describing or describing what the results of the study are. Data collection techniques in this study use several ways, among others, observation, namely, to look directly at and find information that is related to research, interviews, that is, to obtain information directly from respondents through a two-way communication process, namely questionnaire, list of questions from researchers to respondents either directly or indirectly. Analysis of the data where the data obtained in the field will be analyzed qualitatively. Qualitative analysis is used to describe the efforts made in the form of the performance of the village head in infrastructure development in Sidorukun Village, Randangan sub-district, Pohuwato Regency. The results obtained show that the Performance of the Village Head in Infrastructure Development in Sidorukun Village, Randangan District, Pohuwato Regency. Seen in Coordinating community empowerment activities, Coordinating efforts to implement peace and public order and Coordinating the application and enforcement of laws and regulations is still lacking or not working as well as in village infrastructure development there is active participation of the community in development, the existence of a sense of community responsibility for development and community capacity villages to develop can be improved, this does not work and the inhibiting factors where the Internal Factors are Awareness or Willingness Factors and External Factors namely Government Leadership.

This study aims to explain and analyze empowerment-based poverty alleviation programs through the activities of assistance, facilitation and promotion and determinant factors of success in empowerment-based poverty eradication in Pohuwato District. This research method using qualitative approach, descriptive type to get a complete picture of problem of resource development of apparatus. The results of the research show that the assistance activities through training, consultation and technical assistance, and similar activities have not been coordinated with other supporting programs, making it difficult for the facilitator task as a program facilitator. Empowering the poor through the provision of facilities, has not been able to improve the capacity of the community. The low capacity and quality of service of government apparatus from the local level to the rural level, so that the provision of facilities does not allow the involvement of the poor. A highly centralized bureaucratic system and a highly authoritarian political system that has been practiced for more than four decades in Indonesia, brings out the weaknesses of the bureaucratic character. Promotion activities in the context of empowering the poor as an activity aimed at developing responsive services, the reality has not been effective in helping facilitate the poor to access various development programs that are beneficial to improving the welfare of the poor by earning productive employment. Activities that require synergies of cooperation between institutions / organizations (Government, Private, NGOs), difficult to realize because the dominance of egoism interests of each stakeholders in addressing every village development program. It is recommended to optimize training, consultation and technical assistance activities, as well as similar activities coordinated with support programs. Provision of adequate supporting facilities that can empower the poor on an ongoing basis, and streamline promotion to develop responsive services that enable poor people to access programs.Need to pay attention to communication factor, resources, attitude, and bureaucracy structure,so asnot tohinder the smooth implementation of poverty eradication program based on empowerment society.

One of the problems that continues to emerge in the Indonesian public sphere is religious intolerance, radicalization and terrorism. Religious intolerance, radicalization and terrorism are manifested in the prohibition of religious worship activities, the spread of hatred, religious based violence or the destruction of places of worship. In addition to increasingly diverse forms of intolerance, the area is also expanding. Early studies show that there is a strong geographical link between the growth of religious intolerance and the recruitment of terrorist groups and ISIS. Religious intolerance has occurred in almost all regions of Indonesia, as well as the radicalization of religion and terrorism. The purpose of this research is to provide an adequate and strong explanation related to the nature and causes of intolerance, radicalism and terrorism in Indonesia. This research specifically wants to find out more clearly and in depth about why and how some Indonesians have a tendency to turn into intolerance and radicals, or on the other hand, why and how some others can maintain the values of tolerance.

Land and buiding tax is the main source ini regional development. This study raised hoh people’s interest in ttheir obligation to the state. As for objectives to be achieved in this studi is to desceribbe the public perception of the obligation to pay taxes in subdistrict of Tilamuta and to find out what factors influence the formation of community persception. This type of research is quantitative descriptive survey research that is taking sampels from a population and using a questionnaire. Aims to explain condition, summarize the various conditions and situation and variables that arise in the community. Based on what happened thes raised to the surface of the character or description of condition of situation and its variables. The population of this research is community of Tilamuta sub-district whose sampels were taken from all villages using the frank linch formula with total of 100 sampel. The results of research data processing show that most respondents know about land and building taxes. The awareness of the community in paying Tilamuta land and building taxes is quite high, this cann be seen from the level of public education that began to improve. The socialization given by the regional government was also quite good but not yet maximized.
