Abstract

This study aims to determine the remuneration to the home industry Gamelan Mitra Jaya Magetan, to know the motivation of employees working at home industry Gamelan Mitra Jaya Magetan as well as to determine whether or not the influence of remuneration on employee motivation Mitra Jaya Magetan homeindustry. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods, data obtained from population samples were analyzed according to the statistical methods used then interpreted. In this research, data collection techniques used by researchers is a questionnaire or questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The population in this study is the overall employees who are in the home industry Gamelan Mitra Jaya Magetan the period March 2015 to May 2015. The sampling technique used is saturated sample in which all the population sampled, namely some 35 employees. These results indicate that the wage is given less good can be seen from the results of the average is equal to 30,31. This happens due to other factors that affect include: the ability of workers, co-workers, supervision, praise, the work itself. T test calculation results obtained tcount results (9.9076) ≥ ttab (1.66691) This situation can be said to be no different wage effect on employee motivation in the home industry Gamelan Mitra Jaya Magetan. It can be concluded that the wage effect on employee motivation in the home industry, Mitra Jaya Magetan.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research that aims at knowing the effect of micro teaching and guidance from trainee teacher towards apprentice student’s teaching ability of Economics Departement of STKIP PGRI Tulungagung. Quesionare is used in data collecting method. The result of data analysis using multiple regression shows (1) There is significant positive effect between micro teaching and the apprentice student’s teaching ability, (2) There is significant positive effect between guidance of trainee teacher and the apprentice students’ teaching ability. (3) There is positive effect of micro teaching and guidance from trainee teacher towards the apprentice students’ teaching ability. The volue of effect is 44,2% , meanwhile 55,8% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This research have a purpose to know organizational culture in SMK Neger 2 Ngawi Year 2014, to know performance learn SMK Country 2 Ngawi Year 2014 and to know is there any cultural influence of organization to performance learn SMK Country 2 Ngawi Year 2014. Determination of sampel in this research use saturated sampel that is all teacher in SMK Country 2 Ngawi Year 2014 amounting to 40 teacher. Data collecting use or enquette of kuisioner. In analysing data use statistical aid method and use linear analysis modestly to test hypothesis which is told in research. Pursuant to result of research obtained by the level of value of rhitung is 0,834 and rtabel 0,312, on the other hand the level of Sighitung 0,000. and Sigprob 0,05. Matter this means that value of rhitung ≥ rtabel ( 0,834 ≥ 0,312) or Sighitung ≤ Sigprob ( 0,000 ≤ 0,05). On the basis of correlation test, test F and test of t can be concluded that there is influence among/between Organizational Culture to Performance Learn In SMK Country 2 Ngawi Year 2014.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is (1) Effect on Teacher’s Competence towards Their Professionalism (2) Influence of School Organizational Climate on Teacher’s Professionalism, and (3) Attitude towards Teacher’s Professionalism. Sample in this research is all teachers in State MTS in East Balikpapan. Technique for collecting the data were using questionnaires and documentation. Results of this study are teacher’s competence, organizational climate and attitudes simultaneously influence professionalism of teachers in State MTS in East Balikpapan. We can conclude that School Organizational Climate has a dominant influence on the professionalism of teachers in East Balikpapan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the compensation provided in PG Rejo Agung Madiun, want to know the performance of employees at PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun and to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance in PG Rejo Agung Madiun.The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. The population in this study are all permanent employees of the PG Rejo Agung Baru Madiun numbering 104 people, while being taken as a sample of 50 people. For data analysis used a linear regression analysis, t-test, correlation and independent sample t test.The results showed that the regression Y = 43.534 + 0,276X, constants of 43.534, meaning if there is no variable compensation (X), then the employee's performance of 43.534 units and the coefficient of the variable compensation (X) of 0.276 means that if the variable compensation (X) increased by one unit, the performance of employees will increase by 0,276 units. Furthermore, from the results of independent t test results obtained -thitung< -ttabel (-2.247 <-1.9845) or Sighit< Sigprob (0.027 <0.05), meaning that compensation has different influence on the performance of employees in PG Rejo Agung Madiun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leadership and employee motivation on the taps Madiun and to determine whether there is influence on employee motivation leadership at Madiun taps. Data collection using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression analysis correlation test load, f test and t test using SPSS for windows 16.0. The results showed that the leadership have influence at the same time a positive relationship to employee motivation at PDAM Madiun. This means that the value of fhit ≥ ftable (49.921 ≥ 3.37 or Sighit ≤ Sigtable (0,000 ≤ 0.05), or it can be concluded reject H0, meaning no overall effect between leadership on employee motivation in PDAM Madiun. In addition, reliability test results obtained from the value of Cronbach's Alpha 0.859 and 0.944> 0.70. This means that the data collected is reliable (trustworthy).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the promotion mix at the Plant Engineering Industrial District Geger Madiun, to determine the volume of sales to the Plant Engineering Industrial District Geger Madiun District, as well as to determine whether or not Influence Between the promotional mix Against the volume of sales to the Plant Engineering Industrial District Geger District Madiun. The samples in this research is to use a purposive sampling (samples intended) is the result of five years of production at the Plant Engineering Industrial District Geger Madiun. Collecting data using the method of documentation, interviews and observasi.Dalam analyze data using statistical methods Product Moment to test the hypotheses put forward in the study tested the hypothesis using the test ..TO r, F test and t test. The results showed that the promotion mix has an influence on the volume of sales to the Plant Engineering Industrial District Geger Madiun. It is obtained from the correlation test showed that the value rhitung is 0.8476 while rtabel 0.648. In addition Sighit value is 0,000 while Sigprob 0.05. This means that the value rhitung ≥ rtabel (0.8476 ≥ 0.648) or ≤ Sighit Sigprob (0,000 ≤ 0.05). On the basis of the correlation test, we can conclude H0 is rejected, it means that there is a connection with the promotion mix sales volumes in the "Plant Engineering Industry" Kecamatan Geger Madiun.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the relationship between self-regulation and anxiety in facing thesis examination on the the students of Economics Education, Faculty of Teacher Training And Educational Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo. The research was conducted from January until June 2013 in Economics Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences Muhammadiyah University of Purworejo. Method applied in this research was survey method. Fifty students are taken as respondents in which they are thesis examination takers on period 2 and 3 in 2013. Variables observed are self-regulation and anxiety in facing thesis examination. Data were analysed by using descriptive analysis and rank spearman. Questionares were examined by using validity and reliability validity. From the correation analysis result (r), it is obtained correlation between self-regulation and and anxiety in facing thesis examination as much as - 0,606. This result shows there is strong relationship between self-regulation and and anxiety in facing thesis examination. While relationship flow is negative because r value is negative. This fact shows high self–regulation will result low anxiety in facing thesis examination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Supervision Leadership in Plant Engineering Industry, to know Discipline Employees in Industry Machinery Factory, as well as to determine whether or not Influence Between Monitoring Employee Discipline Leader Against the Machine Factory Geger Madiun County Industrial District. This research uses design conclusive studies. Data collection using questionnaires, observation, documentation and data analysis using linear regression correlation test, F test and t test. The results showed that the supervisory leaders have influence at the same time a positive relationship to discipline employees working at Plant Engineering Geger Madiun County Industrial District. It can be seen from the results of linear regression analysis of Y = 11.277 + 0.840 X. This means that if the leadership supervision increased by 1%, the discipline of employees will increase by 0.840% if other factors held constant. Based on the hypothesis testing results obtained from the correlation test showed that rhitung is 0.6727 while the value rtabel at N = 30 is 0.361. Thus H0 is rejected, meaning that there is difference between the effect of supervision led to the discipline of employees at Plant Engineering Geger Madiun County Industrial District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of implementation of entrepreneurship courses have a positive impact on the interest in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were all students who have exhausted FPIPS entrepreneurship courses. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help spss.16 for windows. Based on the analysis of data obtained by the regression equation Y = 7.121 + 0.421 x1 + 0,600 x2 + e. This shows that both the dependent variable, the variable application will provide the greatest impact to variable interest in air-entrepreneurs, it is because by implementing entrepreneurship courses, indirectly, students can foster interest in air-entrepreneur. Conclusions can be drawn from this study that: the implementation of entrepreneurship courses are explained by understanding the variable (X1) and application (X2) proved a significant effect on student interest variable air-entrepreneur (Y). This is because the understanding of the subjects of entrepreneurship trigger students to apply so as to foster interest among students air-entrepreneur FPIPS IKIP PGRI Madiun.
