Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya promosi pada musim semi KSP Artha Mandiri, dan ingin mengetahui peningkatan jumlah pelanggan pada musim semi KSP Artha Mandiri, dan ingin tahu apakah ada efek pada biaya peningkatan jumlah pelanggan Promosi pasa musim semi KSP Artha Mandiri. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode desain penelitian deskriptif korelatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel purposive teknik sampling dengan pertimbangan khusus. Sedangkan teknik wawancara yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan dokumentasi. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya promosi memiliki hubungan dan pengaruh positif pada peningkatan jumlah pelanggan. Terbukti dari hasil analisis regresi dinyatakan sebagai Y = a + bX, hasil Y = 110,928 + 0,044X, yang berarti bahwa jika biaya promosi akan meningkat sebesar 1%, akan ada peningkatan jumlah pelanggan sebanyak 0.044%, jika faktor-faktor lain tetap konstan. Dari hasil yang diperoleh bahwa nilai korelasi adalah 0,744, sedangkan nilai rhitung rtabel pada N = 15 adalah 0,514. Ini berarti bahwa rhitung ≥ rtabel (0,744 ≥ 0,514). Sedangkan uji F diketahui bahwa nilai F pada 16 138, nilaiFtabel dengan DF1 = 1 dan residu atau DF2 = 13 di 4,667. Pada hasil uji t diperoleh pada 4, 015, sementara ttab pada tingkat nyata 0,05 pada 1771. Hal ini dapat dikatakan thit> ttab (4,015> 1,1771) atau Sighit <sigprob (0,000 <0,05). Dapat disimpulkan, ada biaya promosi yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan di KSP musim semi Arta Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of the product at home eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun, to determine customer satisfaction in restaurants "Lesehan 88" Madiun, and to know is there any effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun.The samples in this study using a quota sample of 100 people, based on the characteristics of customers who have made a purchase at least once. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing the data used statistical method to test the product moment correlation is valid whether or not the instruments used and the method of regression tests for testing the hypothesis put forward in this study.The results showed that the quality of products have an influence a positive relationship to customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun. It is derived from the value of 0.752 while the value rhitung rtabel 0.195 (0.752 ≥ 0.195). On the other hand Sighit value of 0.000 and the value Sigprob at 00:05 (0.000 ≤ 0.05) with the Ha acceptable means quality products have a relationship with customer satisfaction in restaurants "Lesehan 88" Madiun. It also obtained the F test value, while the value Fcount Ftable 3.938 127.623 (127.623 ≥ 3.938). On the other hand Sigprob Sighit of 0.000 and 0.05 (0.05 ≤ 0.000). It means that there is rejection of H0 which indicates that there are significant between product quality to customer satisfaction in the eating "Lesehan 88" Madiun. Also obtained regression coefficients (t test) with tcount 11.297 1.660 while the value ttable (≥ 11.297 1.660). On the other hand sighit value of 0.000 and Sigprob value of 0.05 (0.05 ≤ 0.000). By this means Ha received no difference between the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction in the restaurant "Lesehan 88" Madiun. R2 of 0,566, results showed that 56.6% of customer satisfaction variables quality of the product, while the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah yang pertama untuk mengetahui harga kripiksingkong Karunia di Desa Macanan, Kecamatan Jogorogo, Kabupaten Ngawi, kedua untukmengetahui volume penjualan pada industri kripik singkong Karunia, ketiga untukmengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap volume penjualan pada industri kripik singkongKarunia di Desa Macanan, Kecamatan Jogorogo, Kabupaten Ngawi pada tahun 2012-2013.Populasi dalam penelitian ini berupa harga dan volume penjualan pada industri kripiksingkong Karunia tahun 2007-2013 atau 72 bulan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 24bulan yaitu tahun 2012-2013. Variabel bebas yaitu harga diambil dengan metodedokumentasi, dan variabel terikatnya adalah volume penjualan yaitu diambil menggunakanmetode dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linearsederhana, teknik analisa ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap volumepenjualan pada industri kripik singkong Karunia di Desa Macanan, Kecamatan Jogorogo,Kabupaten Ngawi pada tahun 2012-2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hargamempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap volume penjualan pada industri kripik singkong“Karunia” pada tahun 2012-2013. Hal ini diperoleh dari uji korelasi yang menunjukkan hasilnilai rhit adalah 0,660, nilai rtab sebesar 0,404. Hal ini berarti bahwa rhit > rtab (0,660 > 0,404).Dapat dikatakan bahwa H0 ditolak artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan harga denganvolume penjualan pada industri kripik singkong “Karunia”.

Abstract

This study describes the effect of tax penalties to compliance of individual taxpayers in the Tax Office Primary Madiun. The method in this research is descriptive quantitative method while sampling technique in this research is incidental sampling technique that taxpayers in STO Madiun totaling 385 people. Collecting data using the method of observation, questionnaire, and documentation. In analyzing the data using simple linear regression analysis which includes validity, reliability, normality test, and to test the hypothesis proposed in this study using linear regression and t test. The results showed that the effect on the Taxation Penalties Taxpayer Compliance. It is obtained from the value t arithmetic amounted to 26.664 with a significance level of 0.000. Because 26.664> 1.966 and 0.000 <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

The result of the observation showed that the teachers have prepared lesson plansaccording to the Curriculum 2013 guidelines, however the lesson plans has not been quiteimplemented in the learning process, in addition to the lack of the availability of theinfrastructures to support the learning process. The objective of the study was to determinethe extent to which the implementation of the Curriculum 2013 learning and the obstaclesencountered in the Archival subject by the teacher and students of 10th Office Administrationat SMK Negeri 9 Semarang. It was a qualitative research using the CIPP model of evaluationmethod. The results of the study showed that: 1) the mechanism of the lesson plansimplementation in archive learning has been in accordance with Curriculum 2013guidelines and the phases were complete. However, there were some inappropriateness, suchas the undelivered information about the scope of the subject matter and the assessmenttechnique, the lack of student involvement, and the absence of archive laboratory to supportthe learning process, 2) the obstacles in the implementation of the lesson plans in archivelearning were from three sources, i.e. the teacher, the students, and the infrastructure.

Abstract

This study aimed  to determine  the effect of Management   of Forest  Resources With Society  (PHBM) program's,  especially  PHBM land's  on income of pesanggem  farmers in Sukowidi  Village  Sub Panekan  Magetan  District.  Determination   of the sample  in this study using  purposive  random  sampling  which  is based on characteristics   the Institute of The Forest  Village  Community  (LMDH)  Lawu  Suko Lestari  in Sukowidi  Village Sub  Panekan  Magetan   District.  The  study  using  a sample  of 55 people.  The  data  was collected   by  questionnaire,     interview   and  documentation.    In  analyzing   the data  used statistical  method  with linier regression  test and correlation  product  moment  test. Based on  the  results  of data  processing     and  simultaneous   testing  on  significance   level  5% shows  that land area of PHBM   significant  effect on tile income of pesanggem  farmers  in Sukowidi Village Sub Panekan Magetan District.  it is seen from the value of Fhitung (110,079) >= Ftabel (4,02). The influence  of variables  Management  of Forest  Resources  With Society (PHBM)  program's,   especially  PHBM  land's  on income  of pesanggem  fanners  it shows with R Square  = 0,822 it is means  that income  influenced  by land area 67,56%  and while the remaining   32,44%  is intluenced  by other factors. While  results of the T test variable of Management  of Forest Resources  With Society  (PHBM)  program's,  especially  PHBM land's  is partiaUy significant  effect on income  of pesanggem  farmers  in Sukowidi  Village Sub Panekan  Magetan  District.  where  variable  the land area of PHBM thitung (10,492)  >= ttabel (1,673).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan pada PT. Sederhana Abadanmitra, untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui loyalitas karyawan, adakah pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Sederhana Abadanmitra Kab. Madiun. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh pada PT. Sederhana Abadanmitra Kab. Madiun sebanyak 79 karyawan.Metode kuesioner digunakan untuk memperoleh data kualitas pelayanan kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan. Metode wawancara ditujukan kepada pimpinan PT.  Sederhana Abadanmitra  Kab.  Madiun  guna  memperoleh  ijin  penelitian.  Metode dokumen digunakan setelah diperoleh data berupa laporan kinerja dan standar operasional prosedur karyawan. Dalam menganalisis data digunakan metode statistik dengan rumus uji regresi linier berganda, uji r, uji F, uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Sederhana Abadanmitra Kab. Madiun. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil perhitungan regresi linier berganda sebesar Y= 10,329+1,014+0,204, yang artinya adalah apabila kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan kerja ditingkatkan satu kali akan terjadi peningkatan loyalitas kayawan sebanyak 11,548 apabila faktor lainnya tetap. Selain itu juga diperoleh hasil dari r hitung sebesar 0,512 sedangkan r tabel 0,220 yang menyatakan adanya penolakan Ho artinya kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan kerja mempunyai hubungan dengan loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu juga diperoleh koefisien regresi (uji t) dengan nilai dari t hitung yaitu 5,383 dan t tabel pada signifikansi 0,05 dengan uji dua pihak dan jumlah data dalam penelitian 79. Maka diperoleh t tabel sebesar 1,990. Hal ini berarti nilai t hitung > t tabel (5,383 > 1,990). Dari kedua uji tersebut menyatakan adanya penolakan   Ho yang artinya bahwa ada pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Sederhana Abadanmitra Kab. Madiun. Sedangkan untuk uji signifikansi f diperoleh hasil f hitung sebesar 144,168 dan f tabel sebesar 1,400 yang artinya bahwa f hitung > f tabel ( 144,168 > 1,400 ). Dari kedua uji tersebut menyatakan adanya penolakan Ho yang artinya bahwa ada pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada PT. Sederhana Abadanmitra Kab. Madiun.

Abstract

One of the problems on the progress of educational level that is still a lot of basic education age children can no longer go on to secondary school level let alone up to the college level. Many factors affect the condition. The main factors that the ordinary is the reason the family is expensive tuition fees for middle school to College, so that parents are more likely to send his son to elementary education only. Most parents sent his son worked after graduating from SD and SMP, whether it be labor or help parents traveling etc. This happens on the fishing communities in the village a reality Puger Kulon, still many fishermen did not continue her studies up to College. This research is explanatory research classified as research i.e. research to examine relationships between variables that influence or hypothesized. A form of statistical analysis used was Multiple Linear Regression Models. The results of this research show that there are partial and simultaneous influence aspects of social and economic conditions against the interest of the child the family fishermen to continue their education into college. This is shown by the value standard of sig 0,00 < 0,05. The conclusion from this study is there is influence aspects of social and economic conditions against the interest of the child the family fishermen to continue their education into College in district Puger Puger Jember Regency of Kulon Village.

Abstract

Students  evidently  often lose sight of the essence  of planning  and controlling on learning  practice,  in spite of knowing  that they  are influential  against  their  learning achievement.   This  research  serves  a thorough  out-look  on tbe impact  of planning  and controlling  functions  on learning  practice  carried  out by the students  of Department   of Economy  Teaching,  IKIP PGRI  MADIUN.  The subjects  of this research  are students  of Department   of Economy  Teaching,  IKIP PGRI  MADIUN,  with 50 of whom  have been chosen  to be the sample.  The method  of the research  is co relational  descriptive  study posing  the relationship   among variables.  The data are drawn  by means of questionnaire and documentation.   The data analysis  is carried  out to have r-test, F-test and t-test aided with SPSS for Windows V L6.0. The analysis  shows tbat there is significant  influence  of planning  and controlling  oftbe  learning practice  against the students achievement,  which is proven  by l"count>    rtable by 0.356  >   0.279.  The contribution   of planning  and controlling functions  against  the students'   achievement  is 12.75%, while  the rest of 75.5% belongs to other  factors.  The overall  result  shows  that planning  and controlling  functions  have significant  influence  against the students  achievement,  The F-test proves that F > F  bl by 3.407 > 3.23 or Sigcoun >t Sigprobby 0.042 > 0.05. there is a different  degree of significance of the planning  and comtrolling  function,  which  is proven  by tCOlloIlft 2.434 while ttableat the significance  degree of 5% and N 50 is 2.021 resulting  in tcoun > t ttableby 2.434 > 2.021  showing  the different  influence  of planning  and controlling  variables  against  the students  achievement.   Computation   against  controlling  yields tcouuot f 1.553 while ttablaet the significance  degree  of 50/0 and N 50 is 2.021. this means  that teOlil <= ttableby  1.553 < 2.021  having  no influence  of the planning  function  against  the students'   achievement. The t-test  yields  equation  ofY=2414   + 0.029X -      0.020X which  means  that when  the function  increases  by  1% the learning  achievement   will also increase  by 2.29%  if other factors are considered  constant.  When  controlling  function  increases  by  1% the learning achievement  will decrease  by 2.0% if other factors  are considered  constant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the skin workforce training entrepreneurs in Environment Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan, to determine the amount of production in the skin entrepreneurs Environment Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan, and to find out how the influence of the number of workforce training leather production in the Environment Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan. The samples in this study used a sample of employers in the region aimed at the Lingkungan Industri Kecil (LIK) who attended training in UPT Industri Kulit dan Produk Kulit Magetan who are 32 employers. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. In analyzing the data in the study using the product moment correlation test, F test and t test. In analysis regression results in correlation values obtained for rcount0.668 > rtable of 0,349 or Sighit 0,000 < Sigprob 0.05 means training workers had skin relation to total production in the Lingkungan Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan. While the Fisher test values obtained Fcount 24.135 > Ftable 4.17 or Sighit   0,000 < Sigprob 0.05 means workforce training have an influence on the amount of skin on the production of Environment Industri Kecil (LIK) Magetan.
