PENGARUH UPAH KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN PADA HOME INDUSTRI JENANG "MILAH" DI KABUPATEN PONOROGO Safrida Riana Candra

The purpose of this study was to determine the prevailing wage in the home industry porridge “MILAH”, to determine the productivity of the employees home industry porridge “MILAH”, as well as to determine whether or not the effect of wages on employee productivity at home industry porridge "MILAH" in Ponorogo. The samples in this study using a sample that is saturated all the employees home industry porridge “MILAH”, amounting to 22 people. Data collection using documentation and interview. In analyzing the data used for regression testing method examines the hypothesis proposed in this study. The results showed that wages have relationships and a positive influence on employee productivity at home industry porridge “MILAH” in Ponorogo. It is obtained from the correlation test showed the value rhitung 0.867 whereas rtable 0.423, on the other hand Sig(hit) is 0.000 while the magnitude Sig(prob) 0.05. This means that the value of rhitung >= rtable (0.867 >= 0.423) or Sig(hit) <= Sig(prob) (0.000 <= 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which shows that wages have a relationship with employee productivity at borne industry porridge “MILAH” in Ponorogo. Further test results were also obtained Fisher, Fhitung value is 60.542 while the value Ftable 4,351, on the other hand is Sig(hit) 0.000 while the magnitude Sig(prob) 0.05. This means that the value of Fhitung >= Ftable (60.542>= 4.351) or Sig(hit) Sig(prob) (0.000 d" 0.05) meaning a rejection of H0 which indicates that there are significant wage on employee productivity at home industry porridge “MILAH” in Ponorogo. Also obtained results of the t test, thitung is 7,781 while ttable of 2,086, on the other hand Sig(hit) value is 0.000 while Sig(prob) 0.05. this means that the value of thitung > ttable (7.781 > 2.086) or Sighit< Sigprob (0.000 < 0.05) meaning a rejection of H, which shows that there are different effects on the productivity of the employee wages at home industry porridge "MILAH" in Ponorogo. Results R2 of 0.752 indicates that 75.20/0 of the variable productivityof employeesaffectedbywagelabor,whiletheremaining24.8%isinfluencedby

The purpose of this study are to determine member participation at Bintang Sejahtera cooperation, to know Growth of Capital at Bintang Sejahtera cooperation and to know different influences member participation for Growth of Capital. Sampling technique that is used is satified sampling. The samples are all member in Bintang Sejahtera cooperation that to number 56 member. Observation used to know of background Bintang Sejahtera cooperaation, Interview used to know of member participation, and documentation used to know of Growth of Capital. In analyzing data the researcher use the methods of statistical analysis t test ( t test ) to test the manual calculation. The results so that before to be member participation average cost is 1292.71, while after to be member participation average cost is 1905.96. For the t test values obtained that there are different influences on the member participation of Growth of Capital. This means that for analysis t test, there are value obtained thit is -143,232 while ttab is 1,673. This Ho is rejected, meaning that there are different influences on the member participationn of Growth of Capital at the Bintang Sejahtera cooperation.

Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School shows that there are problems in decision making carried out by prospective students to continue their education in Karangrejo 1 Middle School. This study aims to analyze: the partial and simultaneous influence of education costs on parents' socio- economic conditions on the decision of students to choose schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School 2017/2018 academic year Descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study show that: (1) there is a significant influence between the cost of education on the decisions of students choosing schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.693)> t table (1.987). (2) there is an influence there is a significant influence between the socio-economic conditions of parents on the decision of students to choose schools in Karangrejo 1 Public Middle School with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.352)> ttable (1.987). (3) there is an influence there is a significant influence between the cost of education and the socio-economic conditions of parents on the decision of students to choose schools in SMP 1 Karangrejo with a tcount of X1 Against Y worth tcount (3.352)> ttable (1.987).

The emergence of technology and high business competition makes Small Medium Sized (SMEs) have a strong and clear marketing strategy to compete with their competitors. The aim of this research to analyze the marketing strategy implementation in SMEs to compete in digital era. Research method of this research conduct with qualitative approach by using structured interview with the owners or top level management of SMEs with numbers of sample are 31 respondents. Result of this research showed that culinary, fashion, and tour and travel industries implement the added value and differentiation strategy for their products and services, they also give competitive price strategy. Different for trading industry, they tend to use the pricing strategy to compete in market and select the niche market to develop their target market. Technology implementation also well-used by culinary, fashion, and tour and travel industries through website and social media to engaged and communicate with their customers and audiences

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and discipline to employee performance Notary in Pekanbaru Tambusai lord street. Data collected through questionnaires and conducted on 71 employees who are in the way Notary Tambusai lord Pekanbaru. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. In this study did not use sampling techniques since the sample studied is the whole of the population, or so-called census data and testing techniques used in this study include validity, reliability with Cronbach Alpha , classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the hypothesis penelitian.Hasil analysis shows that the leadership style of significant positive effect on employee performance, motivation of no effect and no significant effect on employee performance and discipline significant positive effect on employee performance

The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning model type student facilitator and explaining on accounting subjects in class XI Accounting of SMK 1 Dukuhturi. A quantitative approach with the quasi experimental design used in this research. The population is 180 students. The sampling technique used purposive cluster sampling and obtained two classes or as many as 72 students who were used as research samples. The t test is used to analyze data collected through observation, tests and documentation. The results showed that the calculation of the t test was 6.01 (tcount = 6.01).With degrees of freedom (dk) = 36 + 36 - 2 = 70, the significance level is 5% and the price is ttable = 2,000. This can be interpreted tcount > ttable , (6.01 > 2,000), so this research states that the cooperative learning model type student facilitator and explaining is effective to be used in accounting subjects in class XI Accounting of SMK 1 Dukuhturi. The effectiveness of using this model is one of the creative learning alternatives that can be applied in schools

This Research was conducted to analyze and know whether there is an effect of the enter reneurship learning and enterpreneurial motivation on the enter reneurial interest of IKIP PGRI Jember students partially and simulta. This type of research was quantitative research. Primary data was collected thought questionnaires distributedto the students of IKIP PGRI Jember Economic education department at 2016 and 2017 academic year. The population of this research was 121 students. The sample of thisresearch was 40 respondents of the economic education department at 2016 and 2017 academic year. Hypothesis test used multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis used t-test or partially that is between enterpreneurship learning obtained tcount (2,482) > ttable (2,021) with a significance of 0,018 so that there is an influence on student enterpreneurship interest. t-test data analysis or partially that is between enterpreneurial motivation obtained tcount (2,093) < ttable (2,021) with a significance of 2,093 so that there is an influence on student enterpreneurship interest. from the data analysis used f-test of simultareonly that is between enterpreneurship learning and enterpreneurial motivation.

Lack of knowledge about working capital management caused the sustainability of start-ups in UNNES area is still being low. It resulted that manager of start-ups are difficult to develop themselves. Therefore, it need for training to improve the skills in making good financial, so the sustainability of start-ups is reached. To increase of the existence and sustainability of start-ups are also required the reinforcement of working capital management by manager of the start-up. Then, focus of devotion is the owner and manager of the start-ups in UNNES area that gathered in HIPMI PT UNNES. Purpose of this devotion is improving and making good working capital management for the sustainability of start-up. Participants in this devotion 25 people. Procedure in this devotion is carried out by delivering of material on working capital management. In supporting of devotion, the dedication team arranges the module of working capital management. Outcome of this devotion is creating that the manger of the start-up can continue their start-up, so it can reduce the number of unemployment.

Second priority of devotion is achieving handling official letter, and helping to improve the internal and external of public quality. Agreement between partner and dedication team is doing the exposure material (socialization), training (technical guidance) and direct while mentoring practice. Socializing and training related about the knowledge, insight, and skills in handling official letter service. Mentoring related constraints that faced by participants in practice of handling official letter service.

This study aims to determine the hedonic lifestyle of students in terms of financial intelligence. Hedonic lifestyles are the patterns of life of people who rely on pleasure. Financial intelligence is a person's ability to manage finances. It is assumed that student financial intelligence influences the hedonic style of students. This research is quantitative research. The research sample was all students in Madiun who were still actively studying. This study was tested with SPSS. 17 with simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are hedonic lifestyles not influenced by financial literacy. Conclusions can be drawn from this study, although student financial intelligence can be said to be good, but with regard to lifestyle, students tend to choose what they enjoy for their lives.
