Abstract

ABSTRACT The Indonesian nation has traditionally known natural coloring to cloth, food, cosmetics and handicraft materials. Natural dyes are very popular because they produce a beautiful and distinctive color effect that cannot be obtained from synthetic dyes. Therefore, it becomes a very valuable aesthetic support for exclusive products and high artistic value. In addition, it has a power to gain a certain market segment. The reasons of why natural dye is not popular among people because they do not know how to make natural color from plantsand what particular plants are compatible to make natural colors. By making natural colors from some parts of plants, Indonesia has a special feature such as speciality and uniqueness produced by Indonesian people. The method used in this research is an experimental method. Experimental research can be interpreted as a systematic, objective and controlled study to predict as well as to control phenomena. The biodiversity of Indonesia can be used as natural substances to make natural color maximally if it is exploreddeeply. Then, Indonesia people independently produce natural color substance and they can reduce import of chemical color substance from other countries. Besides, by establishing entrepreneurship in natural coloring means many opportunities are open for Indonesia people in this field. In other words, unemployment can be reduced and human resources can be increased. Keywords: batik, dye, synthetic, natural, coloring ABSTRAK Bangsa Indonesia secara turun-temurun telah mengenal zat pewarna alam untuk memberi pewarnaan pada pakaian atau sandang, makanan, kosmetik dan bahan-bahan kerajinan. Pewarna zat alam sangat digemari karena menghasilkan efek warna yang indah dan khas yang tidak dapat diperoleh dari zat pewarna sintetis, sehingga menjadi daya dukung estetis yang sangat berarti bagi produk eksklusif dan bernilai seni tinggi sehingga mempunyai daya untuk mendapatkan sekmen pasar tertentu. Namun kurang dikenalnya bahan pewarna alami ini karena masih banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang belum mengetahui bagaimana membuat bahan pewarna alami buatan dan bagian tanaman apa saja yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pewarna alami Dengan dibuatnya bagian tanaman sebagai bahan pewarna alami maka akan membuat warna yang unik, identik dan menjadi ciri dari warna-warna yang hanya mampu dihasilkan oleh bangsa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental. Penelitian eksperimental bisa diartikan studi yang sistematis, objektif dan terkontrol untuk memprediksi ataupun mengontrol fenomena. Keragaman hayati Indonesia apabila dieksplorasi lebih dalam mampu dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan pembuatan zat pewarna alami apabila digunakan secara maksimal maka ketergantungan bangsa terhadap impor zat pewarna kimia dapat dikurangi. Dengan adanya usaha di bidang pembuatan warna alami juga akan membuka lapangan kerja, sehingga mampu meningkatkan SDM dan dapat mengurangi pengangguran. Kata kunci: batik, pewarna, sintetis, alami

Abstract

Jepara is the largest furniture industry city in Indonesia. There is a history since it was governed by Queen Kalinyamat (1521-1546), Jepara city was already known as the city of carving. The development of craft art in Jepara is increasing rapidly since R.A. Kartini. She also took part into art especially crafting art. She also helped to develop arts in creating new designs that have never been created by Jepara carving artist artists especially in making product of Architrave. But time by time the Architrave industry in Jepara is less developed due to the limitations of industry players to create new designs and only produce Architrave products that already exist in the market. After understanding the processes that occur in various types of Architrave industry in Jepara, then the authors do the design process using the method of exploration and incorporate element of Jepara culture and the symbol of the Palace of Yogyakarta. So it can bring new designs to compete in the growing architrave industry competition in the world. Jepara ornaments are ornnaments Nusantara which is often used for all kinds of Architrave for Jepara ornaments when carved unlike other ornaments. Leaf shape, niches, fruit when carved concave and convex very valuable aesthetic high, so from that many art lovers often use Exploration of ornament Jepara. Architrave is an ornament on the skin layer of both sills which provides aesthetic value added so that a room seemed beautiful to achieve the architrave must be based on research and a very deep study and takes a fairly long time, therefore architrave must be completely conceptualized

Abstract

ABSTRAK Iklan penjualan produk adalah satu unit bahasa, kekuatan, dan ideologi yang timbul di masyarakat. Kosmetik sebagai salah satu produk berhubungan dengan perempuan sebagai sasaran utamanya yaitu perempuan kelas atas.Namun, tidak dipungkiri jika kelas ekonomi menengah juga sebagai sasaran selama secara ekonomi bisa dijangkau. Pada penelitian ini, untuk mengungkapkan maksud teks iklan dan yang diinginkan pembaca agar percaya atau bahkan melakukan hal terhadap iklan suatu product kosmetik memiliki tujuan untuk mencapai sasaran pasar. Konsumerisme berkembang seiring dengan ekonomi, teknologi, dan kondisi budaya yang banyak berkembang di masyarakat saat ini. Dalam hal ini, bagaimana suatu iklan membangun komunitas konsumsi secara tidak langsung dapat dilihat dengan memahami beberapa kode sebagai strategi komunikasi persuasif Kata kunci: Periklanan, konsumerisme, diskursus, Analisis Diskursus Kritis ABSTRACT An advertising of product sale is one of the alliances of language, power, and ideology that emerge in society. Cosmetic is as a product that deals with women with a point target the high class women. But it is not denied that the middle class also become a target as long as it can be captured with economy foundation. In the study, to reveal what an advertisement text has in mind and what it wants the readers to believe or even act by advertising a product of cosmetics has the aims is to get a target of market. Consumerism grows out of set of economic, technological, and cultural condition that mostly develops in society today. In this case, how advertising construct consumption communities indirectly can be looking by knowing some codes as a strategy on persuasive communication. Abstract

National electrical energy is rising very fast. It happens due to the high electrical energy used by building, industry and factory. Besides, the use of electric energy in society is also very un efficient. Buildings which have many rooms often meet the lights with no people or no working hours, even sometimes until morning. It happened due to negligence of people and officer. This condition repeatedly would be wasting the energy of electricity. Therefore it needed solution to save energy efficiently and rationally by using the energy of lamp if it is necessary. One solution is by controlling and monitoring automatically by detector. Monitoring and controlling utilize internet and sensor technology , a wireless technology and internet technology . A wireless technology and the sensor commonly called a wireless sensor network ( wsn ) make use of wireless networks iqrf as communication data , where every room is fitted a sensor light control ( nodes ) censorship. The sensor nodes that are fitted in every room was related to one another set up a network. The advantage of this system is the use of free license. Each sensor control node then collected in a central system that server as a control and data processing. It will control every room in the building of the faculty of science and technology. Keyword : Wireless Sensor Network, Monitoring and Controlling, IQRF Kebutuhan energi listrik nasional terus meningkat. Peningkatan ini disebabkan pemakaian energi listrik yang besar pada gedung, industri dan pabrik. Di sisi lain, pemakaian energi listrik masyarakat juga sangat boros.Gedung-gedung yang memiliki jumlah ruangan yang banyak, sering kali lampunya tetap menyala padahal sudah di luar jam kerja, bahkan kadang-kadang sampai pagi. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kelalaian pengguna ruangan dan juga petugas yang harus mengecek lampu pada setiap ruangan. Kondisi seperti ini akan menyebabkan pemborosan energi listrik apabila terjadi berulang-ulang. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan adanya solusi untuk penghematan energi secara efisien dan rasional tanpa mengurangi penggunaan energi yang memang benar-benar diperlukan. Salah satu solusi penghematan energi adalah sistem kontrol dan monitor peralatan listrik secara otomatis dengan jarak yang jauh. monitoring dan controlling dapat dilakukan menggunakan internet dengan perpaduan antara teknologi sensor, teknologi wireless serta teknologi internet. Teknologi Wireless dan sensor yang biasa disebut Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) memanfaatkan jaringan nirkabel IQRF sebagai komunikasi datanya, dimana setiap ruangan dipasang sebuah sensor kontrol lampu (sensor node). Sensor node yang dipasang di setiap ruangan tersebut saling berhubungan satu sama lain membetuk sebuah jaringan. Keuntungan memakai sistem ini adalah digunakannya nirkabel IQRF yang bebas lisensi. Hasil kontrol lampu dari setiap sensor node kemudian dikumpulkan dalam sebuah pusat pengendali yang berfungsi sebagai pengendalian dan pengolahan datanya, sehingga terbentuklah suatu sistem kontrol lampu setiap ruangan pada gedung fakultas sains dan teknologi tersebut. Abstract

The highest of economic values in economy supports the increase of catching crabs that it overfishing. The estimation about crabs stock in Jepara is extremely minimal to be executed because the lack of data information regarding crabs. The purpose of research is to recognize characetristics and stock condition of crabs (Portunus pelagicus) in Indian ocean, Jepara. The sample collecting is Pengambilan sampel 96 from stockist of crabs in Demaan village. It is conducted by using Simple Random Sampling. The sample is by measuring the width of karapas and the weight of crabs. Data analysis manually and using software software FISAT II Ver 1.2.2 in 2005 by FAO-ICLARM including: the spread of karapas width frequency, the connection of width weight, growth parameter. Mortality and explotation speed as well as system of recruitment of crabs (Portunus pelagicus). The result is the characteristic of crabs in Jepara is using catching tool of fold ??jebak?, the most that can be caught is male with a size of width yang banyak 13,71 cm. The stock condition of crabs in Jepara is still categorized good because the speed of exploitation of crabs in only 0,10 per year. It was shown that the effort of catching has not broken the limit of maximal exolitation level, it is 0,5 per year. Keywords: swimming crabs, stock, trap, exploitation Tingginya nilai ekonomis rajungan dalam perekonomian mendorong peningkatan penangkapan di alam sehingga memicu terjadinya overfishing. Pendugaan stok rajungan di Kabupaten Jepara sangat minim dilakukan karena kurangnya informasi data mengenai rajungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan kondisi stok rajungan (Portunus pelagicus) di Perairan Laut Jawa, Kabupaten Jepara. Pengambilan sampel sebanyak 96 ekor dari pengepul rajungan di Desa Demaan. Dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel acak (Simple Random Sampling). Sampel yang didapat dilakukan pengukuran lebar karapas dan berat tubuh rajungan. Analisis data secara manual dan menggunakan bantuan software FISAT II Ver 1.2.2 tahun 2005 yang dikeluarkan oleh FAO-ICLARM. Mencakup: sebaran frekuensi lebar karapas, hubungan lebar berat, parameter pertumbuhan, mortalitas dan laju eksploitasi serta pola rekrutmen rajungan (Portunus pelagicus). Hasil penelitian ini adalah karakteristik rajungan di Kabupaten Jepara penangkapannya menggunakan alat tangkap bubu lipat ??jebak?, jenis yang banyak ditangkap jantan dengan ukuran lebar karapas 13,71 cm. Kondisi stok rajungan di Kabupaten Jepara masih dikategorikan baik sebab laju eksploitasi rajungan hanya sebesar 0,10 per tahun yang menunjukkan bahwa upaya penangkapan belum melebihi batas tingkat eksploitasi maksimal yaitu 0,5 per tahun. Abstract

ABSTRACT Presence of employees manually by using a signature on paper could give an opportunity to employees to cheat. In addition, an attendance list must be prepared every day can increase the budget of the company. Likewise, reporting presence of employees requires a relatively long time. This happened at Radio Voice of Kudus. To overcome this, the applications to presence freelancers isestablishe. The application is established by using language program of Java programming language and MySQL as DBMS. Likewise,the design is conducted by using by UML. Keywords: applications, presence, employees, java, MySQL ABSTRAK Presensi karyawan yang dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan tanda tangan pada kertas, dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada karyawan untuk berbuat curang. Selain itu, kertas presensi yang harus disiapkan setiap hari menambah anggaran yang harus dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Demikian juga, proses pelaporan yang dilakukan membutuhkan waktu yang relatif lama. Hal ini terjadi pada Radio Suara Kudus. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka dibangun aplikasi presensi karyawan freelance. Aplikasi dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman Java dan MySQL sebagai DBMS. Abstract

PT Pertani (Persero) UPB Sleman is a company engaged in the processing of seeds, especially seeds of rice plants. In this factory, seeds are divided into KS (Dry Rice Field), KK (Dry Dry) and KB (Dry Clean). The seeds are stored in a warehouse with a warehouse with size 30 meters X 18 meters and a capacity of 200 tons. And the distance of KK to production room is 15-20 meter, the distance of KS to production room is 4 meter, The arrangement of KB 2-2,5 meter with condition of layout less well arranged that it became obstacles for workers on path to production room. The method of research used Gravity Location Model (GLM). It is a branch of Supply Chain Management for facility location. This research aims to analyze the layout from each sector in PT Pertani (Persero) warehouse. The conclusion of this research is using the method with size and capacity to measure the farthest and the nearest used as consideration to design layout in the warehouse.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Prediction is one of the most important techniques in knowing the wind speed is generated. Decision in predicting is very important, because the predictions can calculate the amount of electrical energy generated by the amount of electricity needs and a good prediction is accurate predictions. The purpose of this study is intended to predict the magnitude of wind speed using neural network models to determine the large electric power generated. These results indicate that the application of Neural Network algorithm is able to predict the wind speed at the level of 0.378 +/- 0.200 prediction accuracy so that with this prediction may help to know a large electric power to be generated. Keywords: Prediction, Wind Velocity, Neural Network ABSTRAK Prediksi adalah salah satu teknik yang paling penting dalam mengetahui kecepatan angin yang dihasilkan. Keputusan dalam memprediksi adalah sangatlah penting, karena dengan prediksi dapat menghitung jumlah energi listrik yang dihasilkan dengan jumlah kebutuhan listrik dan prediksi yang baik adalah prediksi secara akurat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dimaksudkan memprediksi besarnya kecepatan angin menggunakan model neural network untuk mengetahui besar daya listrik yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan algoritma Neural Network mampu untuk memprediksi besar kecepatan angin dengan tingkat akurasi prediksi 0.378 +/- 0.200 sehingga dengan prediksi ini dapat membantu mengetahui besar daya listrik yang akan dihasilkan. Kata Kunci : Prediksi, Kecepatan Angin, Neural Network.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Administration management information system thesis registration document is an information system that utilizes information technology to help simplify the management of administrative documents relating to the registration of the thesis. The purpose of this study to make the administrative management information system design thesis registration documents. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach where research is descriptive that is to know or describe the reality of the incident is being investigated. Data collected through interviews to the person who is considered potentially to provide information on the administrative management of the registration document the thesis, as well as through observation, documents and so on until the conclusion. Results of the research is a management information system thesis registration document administration. Keywords: administration, thesis, documents, systems, information ABSTRAK Sistem informasi pengelolaan administrasi dokumen pendaftaran skripsi merupakan sistem informasi yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk membantu mempermudah dalam pengelolaan dokumen-dokumen administrasi yang berkaitan dengan pendaftaran skripsi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat perancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan administrasi dokumen pendaftaran skripsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif di mana dalam penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif yaitu untuk mengetahui atau menggambarkan kenyataan dari kejadian yang diteliti. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada orang yang di anggap berpotensi untuk memberikan informasi tentang pengelolaan administrasi dokumen pendaftaran skripsi, juga melalui pengamatan, dokumen dan sebagainya sampai dengan penarikan kesimpulan.
