Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini untuk melihat dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Dimana sampel yang dijadikan responden yaitu sebanyak 50 karyawan PT. Sepuh Energi Alam. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada respoden. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana. Dimana hasil penelitiannya adalah budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, yang berarti bahwa jika budaya organisasi baik maka produktivitas kerja karyawan akan baik, begitu pula sebaliknya. Dengan demikian, budaya organisasi yang baik akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, produktivitas kerja, karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand equity terhadap repurchase intention konsumen pada produk nescafe classic baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel bebas yaitu brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty terhadap variabel terikat yaitu repurchase intension, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t-hitung brand awareness sebesar 2,341, nilai t-hitung brand association sebesar 3,085, nilai t-hitung perceived quality sebesar 2,827, nilai t-hitung brand loyalty sebesar 3,330 > nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,987. Dan dari hasil analisis linear berganda Y= -4840 + 0,144X1 + 0,309X2 + 0,188X3 + 0,285X4 + e, nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) 0,660 dengan demikian besarnya pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality dan brand loyalty terhadap repurchase intention adalah sebesar 66,0%. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,0% adalah di pengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti brand image, brand trust, brand ambassador, dan brand personality yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan secara simultan brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, dan brand loyalty terhadap repurchase intention. Abstract

Abstrak Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang bersifat multidimensial, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan yang lengkap dan terpadu untuk mengatasinya. Tujuan dilakukan penelelitian ini yaitu guna untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari pengangguran terbuka, upah minimum, investasi dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap tingkat kemiskinan yang ada di Provinsi Sumatera Utara tahun 2019-2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Sumber data didapatkan dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM). Variabel bebasnya yaitu tingkat pengangguran terbuka, upah minimum kabupaten, investasi dan indeks pembangunan manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh tingkat pengangguran terbuka, upah minimum kabupaten dan investasi terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Di sisi lain, terdapat pengaruh dari indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Kata Kunci : Pengangguran; Upah; Investasi; IPM Abstract Poverty is a multidimensional problem, so a complete and integrated approach is needed to overcome it. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of open unemployment, minimum wage, investment and human development index on the poverty rate in North Sumatra Province in 2019-2021. The research method used is panel data regression analysis. The source of the data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). The free variables are the open unemployment rate, the district minimum wage, investment and the human development index. The results showed that there was no effect of the open unemployment rate, district minimum wage and investment on the poverty rate. On the other hand, there is an influence of the human development index on the poverty rate. Keywords : Unemployment; Wages; Investment; HDI

Abstract

Abstract Fraud is an act carried out intentionally by an individual or a certain group to obtain a personal or collective advantage. Fraudulent financial reporting can be done by manipulating and falsifying important information in the financial statements. Collusion is the existence of an illegal contract or secret cooperation that is contrary to applicable law but seems reasonable with the aim of gaining mutual benefit. This study aims to determine the effect of collusion factors including political connections, related party transactions and state owned enterprises on financial statement fraud. Manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020 constitute the population in this study of 193 companies. The resulting sample is 57 companies using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is logistic regression using SPSS 26 software. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the independent variables of political connections, related party transactions and state owned enterprises have a significant effect on fraudulent financial statements simultaneously. While partially related party transactions have a positive effect on the detection of fraudulent financial statements. Compared to political connections and state owned enterprises, it has no significant effect in detecting fraudulent financial statements. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung variabel pendidikan, upah minimum, dan tingkat kesehatan terhadap Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja perempuan (TPAK) di Kota Makassar, pengaruh langsung variabel pendidikan, upah minimum, dan tingkat kesehatan terhadap kemiskinan di Kota Makassar, pengaruh langsung variabel Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja perempuan di Kota Makassar dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung variabel pendidikan, upah minimum, dan tingkat kesehatan terhadap kemiskinan melalui Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja perempuan di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode path analysis atau analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh langsung signifikan dari upah minimum terhadap TPAK perempuan, adanya pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dari pendidikan dan kesehatan terhadap kemiskinan, tidak ada pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dari TPAK perempuan terhadap kemiskinan, adanya pengaruh langsung yang signifikan dari pendidikan, upah minimum dan tingkat kesehatan terhadap kemiskinan, adanya pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan dari pendidikan, upah minimum dan tingkat kesehatan terhadap kemiskinan melalui TPAK perempuan. Kata kunci : Kemiskinan, TPAK Perempuan, Pendidikan, Upah, Kesehatan. Abstract This study aims to determine the direct effect of the variables of education, minimum wage, and level of health on the female Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR) in Makassar City, direct effect of education, minimum wage, and health level variables on poverty in Makassar City, direct effect of women's Labor Force Participation Rate variable in Makassar City and to determine the indirect effect of education, minimum wage, and health levels on poverty through the Labor Force Participation Rate of women in Makassar City. and to determine the indirect effect of education, minimum wage, and health levels on poverty through the Labor Force Participation Rate of women in Makassar City. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of conducting this research was due to the discovery regarding double check analysis when making a Purchase Order at PT.X, the evidence obtained within the company was that frequent revisions occurred during the Purchase Order process. Delays in the arrival of goods and procurement that is not on schedule result in a production process that is not optimal. Accuracy is needed in making a Purchase Order, so that there is no revision of the Purchase Order, the purchaser must carefully double check when making a Purchase Order so that there is no revision of the Purchase Order. In order to achieve this goal, one way is to establish this policy to make it easier for purchasers and vendors to process Purchase Orders. because the results of doing a double check analysis when making a Purchase Order can affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the Purchase Order process in the company. The motivation for doing an analysis of doing a double check when creating a Purchase Order at PT.X is to better manage the flow of Purchase Orders. If there are frequent revisions to Purchase Orders it causes a lot of risk for the Purchaser in the form of the risk of late arrival of goods, asking for approval from management 2 times, goods that arrive wrong and not as requested. Abstract

Abstract This study seeks to examine the impact of the Shopee paylater payment system's adoption on the company's brand image. Quantitative methods were used for this study. This study's data collection methods involved the distribution of questionnaires and measurement using a Likert scale. This research was undertaken with active Shopee paylater users or those who have utilized this transaction service. SEM-PLS was then utilized to examine the survey results. This study was conducted with 127 samples in the city of Bandung. The results indicated that trust, perceived utility, and comparative advantage are the factors that affect Shopee paylater usage. Thus, according to the findings of this study, the perceived ease of use has no significant effect on the desire to utilize Shopee paylater. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh determinan faktor dari adopsi sistem pembayaran Shopee paylater terhadap peningkatan brand image perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pengguna aktif atau pun yang pernah menggunakan Shopee paylater sebagai alat transaksi. Hasil Kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teknik Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Bandung dengan sampel 127. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa factor yang dapat mempengaruhi seseorang dalam menggunakan Shopee paylater adalah trust, perceived usefulness, dan relative advantage. Dengan begitu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini perceived ease of use atau kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat untuk menggunakan Shopee paylater. Abstract

This study aims to determine the collaboration of stakeholders in the recovery of the creative economy in tourist attractions in Polewali Mandar Regency. The research used in this study is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach design. In this study, we used library research methods and field studies through observation, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis used is the Moleong-style data analysis model which includes three stages, namely the data reduction process, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The stages in this study include the first stage of the orientation process, the second stage of reduction, and the third stage of selection. Then, the validity of the data will be checked using data triangulation techniques, namely source triangulation, technique triangulation, and time triangulation. Organizing carried out by the tourism office in terms of grouping, and regulating activities to achieve the desired goals by dividing the work in operational tasks from both Stakeholders, Creative Economy Actors and MSMEs, as well as destination managers have been actualized. behavior that a person is expected to perform. Abstract

Abstrak Pengelolaan dana desa yang besar tentu diperlukan pengelolaan yang baik agar dapat direalisasikan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat dan terhindar dari penyelewengan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pengelolaan keuangan desa yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 2021 dan mengetahui kesesuaian dengan Permendagri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 Kalurahan Bangunjiwo, Bantul. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, sementara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi serta wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan Keuangan Desa di Kelurahan Bangunjiwo telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Permendagri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 mulai tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban. Namun masih ditemukan celah yang menjadi potensi terjadinya penyimpangan yaitu dimana pencairan dana dari Bendahara kepada Tim Pelaksana Kegiatan (TPK) melalui Pengelola Kegiatan (PK) yang juga sekaligus sebagai verifikator pelaporan. Kata Kunci: Dana Desa; Bangunjiwo; Pengelolaan Keuangan Abstract The management of large village funds certainly requires good management so that it can be realized for the welfare of the community and avoid fraud. This study aims to find out how the mechanism for managing village finances has been implemented in 2021 and to determine compliance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 Kalurahan Bangunjiwo, Bantul. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach, while data collection was carried out by means of documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that the management of Village Finance in Bangunjiwo Village has been carried out in accordance with Permendagri Number 20 of 2018 starting from the stages of planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability. However, there are still gaps that are potential for irregularities, namely where the disbursement of funds from the Treasurer to the Tim Pelaksana Kegiatan mplementation Team (TPK) through Pengelola Kegiatan (PK) which also acts as a reporting verifier.
