Digitalization, especially social media has been claimed to change consumer behavior with important consequences for companies, product and brands. Consumers use online service to browse, store and play mucis, send email access Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and applications with various connected devices such as smartphone, tablet, and laptop ultimately change the way to use internet access not just for information but alsi for business. This research contributes to the understanding of SME marketing practices by using digital marketing in the marketing mix of SME in the Muhammadiyah Economy & Entreprneurship Council in the Gresik Regional (MEK PDM).

Tujuan program KKN ini adalah memberikan Pengetahuan kepada para pelaku Koperasi Wanita (KOPWAN) di Desa Sonoadi, Kecamatan Karanggeneng, Kabupaten Lamongan, mengenai pembuatan laporan keuangan yang baik dan efisien sehingga dapat membantu dalam pengembangan Koperasi Wanita desa. Target khusus dari program KKN ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan bimbingan khusus dalam proses pembuatan laporan keuangan mulai dari pencatatan anggota hingga laporan akhir, serta menyediakan format laporan yang sesuai dengan prosedur koperasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam program KKN ini yaitu dengan melakukan pelatihan dan pembimbingan mengenai tata cara pembuatan sistem laporan keuangan, yang dimulai dari pemberian informasi umum dan pendampingan secara khusus kepada bendaharawan Koperasi Wanita. Kegiatan program KKN yang telah terlaksana terdiri dari sosialisasi program KKN, menyiapkan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pembuatan format dari sistem laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan prosedur koperasi, pelaksanaan observasi, pelatihan dan pembimbingan yang disesuaikan dengan format pembuatan sistem laporan keuangan yang telah ditetapkan. Rencana selanjutnya dari program ini yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi program untuk menjamin kelanjutan dan pengembangan dari program KKN.

Background - PT. NHR is one of the new arrivals in the world of the cement industry in Indonesia, which was founded in 2011. Increased efficiency can be done in various activities in the company, one of which is by controlling inventory properly. The method that can be used by companies to manage their inventory is the Just In Time method. Objective - This study aims to determine the factors that cause the accumulation of the main raw material for cement and to determine the implementation of Just In Time in the inventory of the main raw material for cement at PT. NHR. Design / methodology / approach - The type used is the type of qualitative research. There are 2 (two) studies, namely, key informants are the Head of the Warehouse Department, the Head of the Warehouse Operational Shift, and the Head of the Production Department. While non-key informants are Warehouse Operational Shift Staff, amounting to 3 (people). Determination of the informants was chosen by purposive sampling. Results and discussion - The results showed that the factors causing the accumulation of the main raw material for cement in PT. NHR, namely (1) Inaccurate measurement of the main raw material for cement, (2) Negligent and inaccurate workers (3) Weak visual control of workers in the field due to lack of labor, hot weather and declining health, (4) Purchase of raw materials main cement with large quantities. Conclusion - Implementation of the Just In Time system at PT. NHR has indirectly been implemented but is still not optimal because in the process of purchasing the main raw materials, cement is carried out in large quantities or not in accordance with the company's production plans.

Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities for companies, because the selection of suppliers is very influential on the quality of a product. One way to choose the right supplier for the company can be done using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the Analytical Hierrarchy Process method is a decision-making method developed to give priority to several alternatives when several criteria must be considered. Some things to consider in choosing suppliers such as: shipping, quality, service, past performance, payment. This research was conducted at one of Muhammadiyah's charitable businesses, namely at the Muhammadiyah Hospital or Clinic. This study aims to find out the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research approach. With the use of samples from this study is the decision making in the purchase of drugs and medical devices Clinic or Muhammadiyah Hospital. The results of the data analysis concluded that the indicators of quality, acceleration of service, credibility of suppliers are bets in determining the best suppliers for the procurement of drugs and medical devices clinics or hospitals Muhammadiyah. Whereas from the overall simulation results Supplier Q is considered as the best supplier for Muhammadiyah Hospital, because overall of all criteria Supplier Q has the highest value compared to other suppliers.

This study aims to determine the quality control of Phonska NPK fertilizer using Statistical Processing Control method. Statistical Processing Control to analyze and identify quality deviations in Phonska NPK products. There were five people in this study. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Statistical Processing Control. PT. Petrokimia Gresik has Phonska NPK fertilizer products whose production has deviations but can be overcome using the SPC method (Statistical Processing Control).

In this research has purposed for knowing the implementation of increasing productivity Malcolm Baldrige Criteria levels and the influence of increasing productivity in PT PJB UP Gresik. Malcolm Baldrige Criteria that is observed include Leadership, Strategic Planning, Costumer And Market Focus, Measurement Analysis And Knowledge Management, Human Resources Focus, Process Management And Business Result. The implementation of Malcolm Baldrige Criteria in PT PJB UP Gresik had been successes, in this case, it is indicated that has a good effectivness levels, it means that every criteria at Malcolm Baldrige has a good effevtivity of increasing productivity in PT PJB UP Gresik. The assessment of effetivness percentage is according to general by using Malcolm Baldrige Criteria is PT PJB UP Gresik showed the beginning of approach that is systematic in answering the backgrounds of regulations from every criteria items. But there is a big gap that is enough in approaching and deployment in some criterias. Based on the result of multiple linear regression analysis is found that influence of Malcolm Baldrige Criteria’s implementation in increasing productivity at PT PJB UP Gresik is according to the simultaneous has influenced that is significant whereas according to the partial only leadership criteria that has possitve influence in increasing productivity of PT PJB UP Gresik, another from that criteria does not have influence that is significant in increasing productivity at PT PJB UP Gresik.

Background - Companies need good employees as one of the company's assets who have an important role in carrying out organizational activities. Employees who are needed are not only capable, competent and skilled, but most importantly they also have a high sense of loyalty. Loyalty is necessary so that these employees can work not only for themselves but also for the advancement of the company. Purpose – The purpose of this research is to analyze the loyalty of the ship crew (ABK) Pinisi Ship Fleet PT. Aswil Lautan Sejati. Design/ Methodology/ Approach - Using qualitative methods with a phenomenological study model. The informants in this study were ship crew (ABK) who had worked for at least 10 years (3 people), then the ship's captain and ship owner. Data collection techniques using interviews, with data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. Conclusion - The crew members are capable and responsible for carrying out work based on their position and the relationship between the ship owner and the crew is like there is no distance. Supporting loyalty in profit-sharing compensation is the best way for ABK to feel. Result and discussion - Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that the crew members are loyal to the company which is shown by their attitudes and behavior at work and towards colleagues and superiors even though there is no guarantee / insurance in doing their job. Research Implication- be a reference in strategies to improve employee welfare, not financial aspects, but also non-financial aspects such as health and safety insurance.

This study aims to determine the relationship between employee ability and leadership through commitment and motivation towards the employees’ performance at PT. X that are engaged in logistics. The results showed that the model placing organizational com- mitment as a construct proved to be better than the one measuring organizational com- mitment as a multi-construct affective commitment, continuous commitment, and nor- mative commitment. It also showed that between commitment dimensions are highly correlated with each other and therefore it leads to residues correlate with each other’s. Based on the path coefficient test on the modification model, namely placing commitment as a construct, it indicated as follows: Transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee work motivation, organizational commitment proved to have a significant positive effect on employee work motivation, work motivation proved to have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The employees’ ability proved to have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The research implication of this study is a form of human resources development in the company, especially in terms of performance by manipulating its internal leadership and commitment. In the future this can be one way to develop its internal HR.

Inventory data processing at the operational office of PT. BMC Logistics is still experiencing many problems because the process is still done manually, so it is not efficient and inventory control is difficult to do. This study aims to analyze how the Business Process Mapping contained in the company. The method used is using Business Process Mapping Notation and involves a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and data collection is done by direct observation and interviews. Informants were determined by purposive sampling. The results of the research will be the main design for office inventory management information system implementation that will soon be applied.
