Abstract

Industry 4.0 tidak hanya membawa peluang besar namun juga berpotensi membawa imbas negatif bagi perkembangan industri di Indonesia. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk membangun taksonomi strategi penerapan Industry 4.0 di Indonesia melalui pemetaan 33 sektor manufaktur di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan berdasarkan statistik kinerja sektor industri besar yang diukur berdasarkan tujuh variabel yaitu: jumlah perusahaan, input, output, nilai tambah, biaya tenaga kerja, dan perubahan modal. Dengan menggunakan analisis klaster, kami mendapatkan bahwa penerapan Industry 4.0 di Indonesia dapat dibagi menjadi 4 strategi utama, yaitu: automasi, kolaborasi, biasa, dan bisnis model baru. Taksonomi strategi ini relevan bagi perencana kebijakan publik dalam menerapkan Industry 4.0 di Indonesia.

Abstract

Break-Even Analysis is an important step to be considered in the design process of a product. In order to facilitate this cost analysis in the framework of unmanned aerial vehicle design, a numerical algorithm is proposed and implemented on an in-house software. The developed algorithm adopts the cost components of Modified DAPCA IV Cost Model. It aims to calculate the number of units to achieve Break-Even Point and its corresponding unit price, as well as the obtained profit margin. Three example cases are employed in the assessment of the outcomes of the proposed algorithm, whereby reasonable results and good agreements with theoretical trends are concluded.

Abstract

Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma University (Unsurya) needs to improve the information system for the students. So that it needs to do a software quality test in SIAKAD and to ensure the feature and the function run well. It has a goal to know the quality of a software by testing from functional suitability, performance efficiency, compatibility, security and maintainability standardized by ISO/IEC 25010. It is done to improve the quality of academic information system to be better. This research analyzed the software quality insurance of academic information system in Unsurya by testing the aspects from main menu such as transcript, study plan, lecturer?s evaluation of learning activity, the print out of exam card, the consultation of academic supervisor, consultation from Head of Study Program and student?s financial. Based on the suitability functional and efficiency performance testing using black box in Unsurya SIAKAD system, it runs well although some functions don?t work well. The result for compatibility in SIAKAD Unsurya, it works in line with the browser in the desktop or mobile.  Based on the security test using audit system, it results the value 90 (B) with 1 medium risk and 9 low risk.   Based on the maintainability test, it results SIAKAD which is able to give a system needed by the students.

Abstract

The development of communication is increasing in the last decade, so that new infrastructure and technology emerge. The technology used to realize this time, is not only by using multi antenna technique, but also used orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM). But on systems that use OFDM will be sensitive to the effects of Doppler shifts and will result in inter carrier interference (ICI). To compensate for the influence of the Doppler shift on the HAPS communication system with ricean canals, a modified jakes model is needed. Based on the simulation, the ricean canal (HAPS communication system) has a small slope width so that it has characteristics close to LOS. The calculation of the Doppler shift in this study showed that the higher the speed, the greater the Doppler shift value while the greater the K factor, the smaller the Doppler shift value. So that the higher the K factor, the communication system is getting closer to LOS, the damping and noise values are getting smaller.

Abstract

Daerah penelitian termasuk dalam fisiografi Pegunungan Kulon Progo sebelah timur, tepatnya di Sungai Niten, Kecamatan Giripurwo, Kulon Progo, DIY. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi struktur geologi dan hubungan stratigrafi Formasi Andesit Tua dan Formasi Sentolo. Metode penelitian meliputi pengamatan data struktur geologi meliputi data kekar dan sesar sedangkan data stratigrafi menggunakan metode pengukuran stratigrafi (MS) yang dilakukan di Formasi Andesit Tua bagian atas dan pada Formasi Sentolo bagian bawah. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, sesar utama pada daerah penelitian adalah Right Slip Fault, dengan besaran rake yang didapat 5odan net slip N 340 oE. Bidang sesar utama memiliki arah dan kemiringan N 335o E / 55o. Arah gaya utama sesar diperoleh dari pembacaan (?1) pada sesar utamayaitu didapatkan 50o, N 220oE,sesuai dengan arah umum extensional fracture yang berarah timurlaut ? baratdaya. Pengaruh struktur geologi berupa sesar mendatar Mengkanan Niten, memotong satuan Breksi Andesit dan Batupasir Tufan karbonatan. Intepretasi pada peta geologi daerah penelitian terdapat offset pelamparan bukit di timur Sungai Niten. Offset bukit tersebut dikontrol oleh pergerakan Sesar Mendatar Mengkanan Niten. Hal itu didukung dengan sebaran satuan Breksi Andesit melampar hingga ke selatan di sebuah bukit kecil, sebelah timur Sungai Niten.

Abstract

This initial study explores the importance of trust in Aceh tsunami evacuation. Drawing upon the cultural theory as theoretical basis, this research classifies people in Aceh based on their trust level and identifies the significant factors influencing them to trust to different sources during tsunami. To accomplish the goals, an offline survey to 62 respondents in Aceh who experienced tsunami was conducted. From this survey, it found that most of respondents tend to be more trust to their self (individualist) and family/neighbor (egalitarian) than trust to government (hierarchy) and religious leader (traditional). On the other hand, (1) self-efficacy, (2) evacuation knowledge and (3) trust level to non-government people are indicated as the significant factors influencing people to trust in different sources during tsunami evacuation. This initial result will be benefit to develop a predictive model of trust using Agent-based model and simulation (ABMS) for the further research.

Abstract

Along with the increasing use of the internet in Indonesia, the threat to messages in image media has increased. The confidential data that will be sent requires security so that it can be read by the recipient of the message. For this reason, it is necessary to design a security system for this picture's media message by encrypting and decrypting it then then hiding the message. The algorithm used by combining various cryptographic algorithms and steganography techniques using the LSB method. The test results show the security of the message on the image media, especially in protecting the copyright rights of the image. The original original image measuring 242 kb in the .jpg format will increase in value after adding secret data with a size of 536 kb using the .png format. This system successfully displays secret messages in the image and does not change the cover of the image.

Abstract

This research focus on consideration of stochastic demand in deterministic Vehicle Routing Problem with Compartment (VRPC) model. VRPC in this research consider split delivery, multi product, and time windows characteristic. Stochastic demand in this research is handled using scenario-based approach. The demand is modeled by constructing discrete scenarios then implementing it in the deterministic VRPC model. The change of customer demand over time is considered as normal probability distribution. Stochastic VRPC model then solved using robust approach by looking for the highest demand under each scenario to be solve, therefore the solution generated deals with the minimum probability of unmet demand.

Abstract

Low pressure filter web (LPFW) is one of the components on KT1-Bee aircraft that has been damaged 18 times during March 2016 to April 2017. The LPFW damage that occurred must be anticipated by planning the inventory of components, so when the same damage happens, it can be replaced immediately. Life limit of LPFW by manufacturer is 375FH. However, from the calculation with the weibull method it showed the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) only reaches 347,248FH. MTBF values that are smaller than the life limit component require early inventory planning. Through the Poisson method with a confidence level of 70%, the value of x = 5 is obtained. Then if the value is calculated in the recommendation based on the passion distribution with x-1, it will reach 4. From these results, the recommendation of the number of LPFW spare parts that must be prepared to avoid unserviceable aircraft is 4ea.

Abstract

The scarcity of blood that is still happening today is the result of a combination of high blood needs and the difficulty of recruiting and maintaining donors. There is no research discover the substitute that can replace the role of blood, therefore the only source is from donations or blood donors. Approximately 80% of total blood donations collected by American Red Cross are come from blood drive events. Because blood has 6-hour spoilage time, donated blood at various donation locations must be collected and sent to a blood center for processing in less than 6 hours. This research study the Maximum Blood Collection Routing Problem (MBCRP). This problem is the extension of Vehicle Routing Problem with Time-Window (VRPTW) by considering the spoilage time limitation in blood. A mathematical model with objective to maximize total blood collection is built to cope with this problem. The mathematical model will be tested for verification and validation. The model is written in a computer programming language using AMPL software and is solved using the CPLEX solver. Furthermore, the results of verification and validation tests will be evaluated to see the applicability of the model.
