Aircraft is transportation mode which in it operation refer to all operation procedure be valid. Although that, accident probability will be occur. To help human/analysts to find out and learn more about aircraft accident causes then black box installed in aircraft. Parameters which recorded by black box still in bynari data type, so it must to be processing using Flightscape software and Google Earth application in order to represented and understood by analysts to help analysis process. It so happens, main purposes from this research are to know stall speed value from aircraft A320 which analyzed. Methods which used to finished this research that is simulation method in Flightscape to get video/animation o f flight accident reconstruction, and analysis method as manually to get stall speed o f aircraft.Based on analysis result, be obtained that aircraft stall speed value is 348,0942 kts (when first stall warning) and 150,8151 kts (when three secons before crash).

The airport as flight network node is the starting point and the end of the movement of people/goods. The airport can also be a transit point before continuing the journey to the destination. The closure of the airport due to force majeure such as a disaster or terrorism may disrupt the national air transportation network. The effects of the closure of an airport to the national air transportation network depends on the level of connectivity of the airport. This study aimed to quantify the connectivity between two airports in the national air transportation network. Based on the connectivity data, it can be determined that appropriate mitigation strategies during an airport closure due to force majeure.

Interactive Edugame is an educational media are widely used in today, with interesting visualization, so that the public easily identify the information submitted. Interactive Edugame introduction o f the National Indigenous Apparel Indonesia can be a medium of learning and creativity, so that is making user easier to understand the National Indigenous Apparel. Interactive Edugame developed using Adobe Flash and action script programming language. The results already obtained from tests using questionnaires and calculated the Likert method is 74.1 percent, it can be concluded that the application interactive edugame introduction o f the National Indigenous Apparel Indonesia entered good criteria.

Concrete has high compressive strength that is capable of supporting a large and heavy structures. But concrete has a low tension strength and brittle nature (Brittle). The weakness of this concrete properties can be improved by providing treatment such as provide fiber. There are several fibers that can be used to improve the properties of concrete and one of them is the steel fibers. Steel fibers possess the strength and modulus of elasticity which is relatively high. Moreover steel fibers do not change the shape of the influence of alkali in the cement. Imposition in a long period o f time does not affect the mechanical properties of steel fiber. Bond in the composition of the mixture can be increased because fastening mechanically. The study used the steel shavings and fiber materials Harex SF. The aim of this examination was intended to determine the coefficient of concrete fiber orientation at the same time the value of flexural tension strength of concrete produced in the concrete mix wearing Harex SF fiber or steel shavings. Steel fiber used in this study using the percentage of 1 until 4 percent of the weight of the concrete mix and perform quality control for the split tension strength of concrete at 28 days. From this research, the percentage of 3 percent as the optimum value based on the ease of doing the concrete (workability) used for research flexural tension strength of concrete and fiber orientation coefficient of concrete in the concrete with steel shavings and concrete with fibers Harex SF. From the testing that has been done shows: flexural tension strength fiber-reinforced concrete Harex SF 3 percent of 5,037 MPa and flexural tension strength of concrete with steel shavings of 11,035 MPa and the coefficient offiber direction concrete well with fiber Harex SF and shavings o f steel both are between 0 and 1 (0 less than or equal to eta of phi less than or equal to 1) with an average value close to 0, which means both fibers are working properly so that is proven to increase the tension strength offlexural concrete.

Wind turbine is one of the technology to produce elctricity. Wind turbine consists of wind blade, nacelle, hub and tower. Hub is the structure which connect wind blade to the shaft of the generator to generate electricty.Nacelle is the structure that cover the generator from its environment. Nacelle is not design for strength, so there in no stress analysis for this structure. The purpose of this research is to design and make prototype for hub and nacelle. There are three models for hub, slot model (2 design) and lap joint design, and 1model for nacelle design. hub is selected by the simplicity of process of production and assembly, and by stress analysis. Then the lap joint design is the selected one, so that will be make for prototype. The prototype is made of composite sandwich structure, which is teak wood as its core. The composite sandwich structures is designed for its stiffness criteria.

Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) telah dikembangkan berdasarkan kriteria desain dan pertimbangan performa yang diinginkan seperti desain Darrieus dengan bentuk rotor-H, bentuk rotor-V dan bentuk rotor-Troposkein dan desain Gorlov dengan bentuk rotor-helix. Penelitian ini fokus pada modifikasi bentuk bilah rotor VAWT skala kecil yang telah dibuat sebelumnya dari bentuk lurus (straight shaped) menjadi bentuk puntir (helical shaped) untuk meningkatkan performa aerodinamika bilah rotor VAWT. Analisis performa aerodinamika rotor VAWT dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan model double-multiple stream-tube (DMS). Analisis dilakukan dengan variasi sudut puntir bilah sebesar 45o , 60o, 75o, 90o, 105o dan 120o. Hasil analisis performa rotor menunjukkan bentuk puntir bilah tidak mempengaruhi besar nilai koefisien power turbin angin yang dihasilkan rotor, tetapi torsi yang dihasilkan oleh bilah puntir untuk semua sudut putar memiliki arah yang sama yang dapat mempertahankan putaran turbin yang menghasilkan power yang konstan, berbanding terbalik dengan bentuk bilah lurus. Dari semua sudut puntir yang dianalisis, disimpulkan bahwa sudut puntir yang menghasilkan nilai torsi besar dan power konstan adalah sudut puntir 45o.

Break-Even Analysis is an important step to be considered in the design process of a product. In order to facilitate this cost analysis in the framework of unmanned aerial vehicle design, a numerical algorithm is proposed and implemented on an in-house software. The developed algorithm adopts the cost components of Modified DAPCA IV Cost Model. It aims to calculate the number of units to achieve Break-Even Point and its corresponding unit price, as well as the obtained profit margin. Three example cases are employed in the assessment of the outcomes of the proposed algorithm, whereby reasonable results and good agreements with theoretical trends are concluded.

Information security is very vulnerable to institutions if there is interference from other parties outside the organization or institution as a supply chain of services that can pose an information security risk. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology number 4 of 2016, the Electronic System organizers that operate Low Electronic Systems must apply the Information Security Index guidelines. Index KAMI are a tool in analyzing and evaluating the level of information security based on the criteria in organizations or in government institutions. The research objective is to measure the level of information security readiness that meets the requirements of the ISO/IEC27001: 2013 standard at the Central Government Institution Unit X. The results of the assessment with the index KAMI obtained an electronic system category score of 30, for the assessment of governance the score is 84, the risk management score is 35, the framework information security work value is 61, asset management 128, and the application of security and information technology has a value of 100, the level of information security maturity is level II+ with a value of 408, the results obtained up to the Compliance of the Basic Framework.

Biogas is an alternative energy sources as a substitute for fossil fuels in household activities daily, but there are obstacles in the use of biogas, namely the difficulty of arranging a flame that is stable and fuel consumption relatively less efficient biogas. So it takes a design development system that will produce a burning stove produces biogas-fueled stove fits the purpose of research, on the other hand biogas stove should be simple, cheap production price, maximum efficiency and safe to use. Stages in the study include: desk assessment, creation of objective requirements design, manufacture conceptual and basic design, manufacture real stove. As for knowing the performance of the stove carried stove performance tests are: test flame stability and efficiency. The results showed that the efficiency of the biogas stove design results in only 31 percent higher than the efficiency of biogas stoves old design, while the fuel consumption of biogas stoves new design is 16 percent lower when compared with fuel consumption of biogas stoves old design. In terms of manufacture and ease of repair and maintenance of gas cookers new design is more easily repaired and easy to make and simple in form compared with the old design biogas stoves.

Production facility have a significant influence on production process. CV. Jokudo Kamsa got a problem on water filling on rotary drum, it takes 120 minutes on tanning process. It causes the facility is not enough for this process. So, we need to build pipe installation to reduce material handling time, especially on water filling’s time. Feasibility study on pipe installation based on Benefit Cost Analysis Methode. We applied NPV, Payback Period and Return On Investment. Based on data tabulation we found Rp. 84,787,387,75 on NPV, 74,87 percent on ROI and 5.23 months on PP. And the most important thing we can reduce material handling time in 70 minutes on water filling with material handling cost as big as Rp. 139,804,9.
