Abstract

KPPN Medan II is one of the government organization units at the Ministry of Finance. Where leaders and employees who work at KPPN Medan II always carry out official trips between cities and outside the city. With these conditions, making SPPD documents experiencing the intensity of official travel activities carried out by employees of KPPN Medan II can be said frequently. So that in making SPPD in KPPN Medan II is still using the manual method that is recording through Microsoft Word which in the sense is less effective and efficient. In naming employees who get official assignments, officers manually entering employee data that receives official travel letters are prone to being lost because data is manually written. The web-based SPPD application is built by applying this prototyping method which is expected to facilitate SPPD KPPN Medan II management officers in making SPPD that is effective, efficient, accurate, time-saving, and not prone to losing SPPD data of KPPN Medan II employees who will has made official trips due to the existence of a special database to accommodate all SPPD files.

Abstract

Abstract The development of e-government is a long program planned by the Indonesian Government to be contained in Presidential Instruction number 3 of 2003 concerning national policies and strategies for e-government development, this is intended to realize or implement a bureaucracy that is reliable, professional, productive in excellent service to the community the purpose of implementing good governance, it must also be carried out by local governments such as the City of Pagar Alam, to achieve this desire management systems and work processes must be developed or utilized using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) facilities as needed, in this case Information Technology is the foundation the main support is that later all information systems will be able to provide services for the needs, for this expectation needs to be made good infrastructure planning, in this study used the TOGAF framework (The open group architecture framework) as a framework that there is a reference to the design of the information technology infrastructure of the Pagar Alam City Government, the results are: (a). 28 candidates were proposed to be developed, (b). It was concluded that the connection to each SKPD must be connected to fiber optic fiber using Metro-LAN or Metro-MAN, (c). Obtained the latest concepts and online community service systems, (d). From the analysis, it is known that the application and technology gaps must be repaired or replaced, which ones need to be maintained or integrated using the appropriate system.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif hasil ketercapaian pembelajaran siswa/siswi SMK N 1 INTAN, yang diajar menggunakan bantuan gambar, audio visual (media), dan hasil belajar siswa-siswi yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa-siswi kelas 12 SMK N 1 INTAN mata pelajaran Teknik Komputer Jaringan pada tahun 2018/2019, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok coba (eksperimen) dan kelompok kontrol. setiap kelompok terdiri dari 17 siswa-siswi (8 laki-laki dan 9 perempuan) dan kelompok control 16 siswa-siswi (9 laki-laki dan 7 perempuan), yang ditetapkan secara random (acak). kelompok coba eksperimen yang menggunakan bantuan gambar, audio-visual, sedangkan kelompok kontrol yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional (teknik menghapal). Prestasi siswa dalam belajar Teknik computer jaringan (tkj) dievaluasi dengan menggunakan tes kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa hasil pembelajaran teknik computer jaringan siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan alat bantu gambar audio-visual berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, sedangkan siswa yang diajar dengan pendekatan konvensional berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil pembelajaran teknik computer jaringan siswa yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan media audio-visual dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajarkan menggunakan metode konvensional, di mana hasil belajar siswa diajarkan dengan menggunakan media gambar, audio-visual ( 16.25) lebih tinggi daripada hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional (9.25) implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa metode pembelajaran yang diajarkan guru tidak harus terimplikasi hanya pada catatan, ceramah, dan lks. Guru harus memungkinkan untuk menerapkan media berbasis teknologi dalam pengajaran, sebagai bantuan gambar, audio-visual (media), powerpoint, diskusi. sehingga hasil belajar secara optimal, terutama untuk pembelajaran bidang teknik computer jaringan Kata kunci—Audio-visual, kognitif, TKJ, efektivitas Abstract This study aims to determine how effective the results of learning achievement of students of SMK N 1 INTAN, who are taught using the help of images, audio visual (media), and learning outcomes of students taught using conventional methods. The subjects of the study were 12th grade students of INTAN VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 1, Computer Network Engineering subjects in 2018/2019, which were divided into experimental groups and control groups. each group consisted of 17 students (8 males and 9 females) and a control group of 16 students (9 males and 7 females), who were assigned randomly. the experimental group used the help of images, audio-visuals, while the control group was taught using conventional methods (memorization techniques). Student achievement in learning Computer network engineering (tkj) was evaluated using cognitive, affective and psychomotor tests. Based on descriptive analysis shows that the results of network computer learning techniques students who are taught using audio-visual image aids are in the very high category, while students taught with conventional approaches are in the high category. The results showed that there were significant differences in the results of student computer network learning techniques compared to students taught by using audio-visual media compared to students taught using conventional methods, where student learning outcomes were taught using picture, audio-visual media (16.25 ) higher than the student learning outcomes taught using the conventional method (9.25) the implication of the findings of this study is that the learning methods taught by the teacher do not have to be implicated only in notes, lectures, and texts. Abstrak Penulis mendapati bahwa permasalahan yaitu belum ada sarana sebagai media informasi bagi peserta yang mau ikut pelatihan, dan belum adanya sistem yang mampu mengelola data agenda dengan baik. Tentunya hal ini mempersulit peserta yang berada di luar kota Lubuklinggau.Metode, yang digunakan dalam sistem informasi E-Goverment di Kantor Badan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kota Lubuklinggau Berbasis website menggunakan metode Object Oriented Programming (oop), serta untuk mengetahui sistem yang sedang berjalan, menggunakan metode Object Oriented Programming (oop), dengan menggunakan beberapa alat bantu seperti UML, Use Case, Skanario, diagram activity, seguence diagram, dan class diagram,. Perangkat lunak pendukung yang digunakan adalah Xammp, Adobe Dreamweaver cs6, database MySQL sebagai pendukung serta dokumentasi program dan laporan.. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi E-Goverment, Web. Abstract

Abstrak Masalah yang ada pada penelitian ini adalah sistem pencatatan stok barang bangunan pada Toko Nanda masih rentan terhadap kehilangan data, karena sistem pencatatan stok barang pada toko ini masih manual, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan nota-nota setiap pembelian nya. Di era modern seperti sekarang ini sudah seharusnya Toko Nanda menggunakan teknologi yang ada sebagai media pengamanan data tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data, dengan cara pengamatan langsung pada objek yang diteliti (Observasi), melakukan tanya jawab langsung pada sumber (Interview), dokumentasi dan perpustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi keamanan data inventory barang berbasis web, dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database menggunakan MySQL, sedangkan untuk keamanan data nya menggunakan metode kriptografi vigenere cipher, dan dapat disimpulkan bahawa aplikasi ini dapat membantu Toko Nanda dalam mengamankan data serta dapat mengetahui jumlah stok barang yang tersedia. Kata Kunci : Keamanan Data, Inventory, Kriptografi, Vigenere Cipher, Abstract The problem that exists in this study is the system of recording the stock of building goods in Toko Nanda is still vulnerable to data loss, because the system of recording the stock of goods in this store is still manual, namely by collecting the notes for each purchase. In the modern era, as now, Nanda Store is supposed to use existing technology as a means of securing the data. This study uses data collection methods, by direct observation of the object under study (Observation), conducting question and answer directly to the source (Interview), documentation and library. The results of this study resulted in a web-based inventory data security application, using the PHP programming language, and a database using MySQL, while for data security it uses the vigenere cipher cryptographic method, and it can be concluded that this application can help the Nanda Store in securing data and can find out the amount of available stock. Abstract

Abstrak Putranusa Pilar Sejati merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak konsultan pembangunan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ditemukan bahwa pengolahan laporan keuangan masih menggunakan teknik pembukuan yang menyalin nota-nota ke buku besar, kemudian disalin menggunakan MS. Excel sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan terlambat dan kurang akurat. Untuk itu penulis mengembangkan sistem dengan mebangun aplikasi laporan keuangan berbasis web menggunakan metode air terjun (waterfall) yang terdiri dari analisa kebutuhan perangkat lunak, desain, pembuatan kode program dan pengujian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Sistem yang dirancang menyediakan fasilitas sesuai dengan level yang terdiri dari admin & kepala keuangan dan direktur. Admin & kepala keuangan dapat mengelola kelompok akun, detail kelompok akun, akun, data penerimaan kas, data pengeluaran kas, mengakses jurnal umum, buku besar, laporan laba rugi dan laporan neraca. Sedangkan direktur dapat mengelola data pengguna, mengakses jurnal umum, mengakses buku besar, mengakses laporan laba rugi dan laporan neraca. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja pengolahan laporan keuangan pada PT. Putranusa Pilar Sejati. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that the processing of financial statements still uses bookkeeping techniques that copy notes to the ledger, then copied using MS. Excel so that the resulting report is late and less accurate. For that the authors develop a system by building web-based financial report applications using the waterfall method, which consists of software requirements analysis, design, programming and testing. Data collection techniques used consisted of observation, interviews and literature. The system designed provides facilities in accordance with the level consisting of admin & chief financial officer and director. Admin & finance chief can manage group accounts, account group details, accounts, cash receipt data, cash expenditure data, access general journals, ledgers, income statements and balance sheets. While the director can manage user data, access general journals, access ledgers, access income statements and balance sheets. Abstract

ABSTRAK Sebagai daerah agraris, sektor pertanian menjadi mata pencaharian terpenting bagi sebagian besar masyarakat di kabupaten Musi Rawas. Untuk itu Pengembangan potensi lahan dan pemberdayaan pelaku usaha tani menjadi bidang garapan yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus. Dalam upaya tersebut, penyuluhan pertanian menjadi faktor penting, penyuluhan pertanian bukan lagi hanya sebagai faktor pelancar pembangunan akan tetapi sabagai pemicu sekaligus pemacu pembangunan pertanian (Dimas dan Djuaini, 2014) khususnya di Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Kendala terbesar dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan di kabupaten Musi Rawas yaitu faktor luas wilayah serta letak geografis Kabupaten Musi Rawas dimana kabupaten Musi Rawas memiliki luas daerah lebih kurang 2.256,44 km2 dengan kontur geografis perbukitan sehingga pelaksanaan pelayanan penyuluhan pertanian tidak dapat dilakukan dengan cepat, tepat serta menjangkau wilayah pelosok. SMS Gateway merupakan perpaduan antara teknologi komunikasi dan teknologi informasi. SMS Gateway dapat melakukan pengiriman dan penerimaan data melalui SMS yang dikirim oleh ponsel ke komputer atau dari komputer ke ponsel (Latief Noor Astuwaito, 2012). Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi tersebut maka para petani di kabupaten Musi Rawas akan lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi tentang tata cara budidaya tanaman pertanian, harga komoditi pertanian serta permasalahan tentang pertanian. Selain itu juga pelaksanaan kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian akan lebih mudah dan mampu menjangkau wilayah pelosok. Abstract

Penyediaan sistem informasi tentang penyakit Tanaman Jeruk di Kota Pagaralam masih bersifat manual sehingga tak berfungsi secara maksimal saat penyebaran informasi baik ke petani, penyuluh, & pengguna lainnya. Gangguan penyakit merupakan masalah penting yang dihadapi petani dalam usaha tani buah jeruk, selain menurunkan hasil produksi serangan penyakit juga menurunkan kualitas hasil. Oleh karena itu untuk mengetahui penyakit apa yang menyerang tanaman Jeruk maka dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi identifikasi penyakit pada tanaman buah Jeruk berbasis website. Dengan aplikasi ini diharapkan petani dapat terbantu dalam mendiagnosis hama & penyakit yang sedang menyerang tanaman jeruknya, sehingga bisa juga mengetahui penanganannya dan mencegah serangan yang lebih luas. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan pada pembuatan sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit jeruk ini adalah analisis situasi, koleksi pengetahuan, perancangan, testing & evaluasi, dokumentasi serta pemeliharaan. Sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode Euclidean Distance atau jarak terpendek dari setiap gejala yang ada terhadap serangan hama atau penyakit jeruk. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah sebuah sistem informasi identifikasi hama dan penyakit pada tanaman buah Jeruk berbasis website. Kata kunci : Hama, Jeruk, Pakar, Euclidean Distance Abstract Provision of information systems about Citrus Disease in Pagaralam City is still manual so that it does not function optimally when disseminating information to farmers, extension workers & other users. Disease is an important problem faced by farmers in the farming of citrus fruits, in addition to reducing the production of disease attacks also reduces the quality of yields. Therefore, to find out what diseases that attack citrus plants, we need a system for identifying information on diseases in citrus fruit based on a website. With this application farmers are expected to be able to assist in diagnosing pests & diseases that are attacking their citrus plants, so they can also know how to handle them and prevent wider attacks. The method of activities used in making this expert system for diagnosis of orange disease are situation analysis, knowledge collection, design, testing & evaluation, documentation and maintenance. This expert system uses the Euclidean Distance method or the shortest distance from each symptom that exists against pests or citrus diseases. Abstract

Food self-sufficiency is a government program that is currently being actively promoted, so that Indonesia can be independent in providing food by the end of 2019. Indonesia besides being a maritime country is also an agricultural country with fertile land with 2 seasons, namely the rainy season and the dry season. In the rainy season food plants usually do not need to be watered because they have enough rain water. Whereas in the dry season the plants must be watered regularly in accordance with soil moisture conditions. Farmers usually do not grow food in the dry season for fear that it will not grow well and crop failure. Dependence of farmers with the season causes farmer production to decline and becomes an obstacle in the success of the food self-sufficiency program. To overcome the constraints of the dry season and so that farmers can still plant crops in the dry season, we need an information and communication technology-based agricultural tool product in the form of a programmed chip mircrocontroller so that it can control watering plants automatically based on soil moisture that is detected using domestic soil moisture sensors . This tool will detect whether the soil where the planting is dry so that the tool can control watering automatically when the soil lacks the element of water. So farmers do not need to do watering manually. So that plants can continue to flourish even though it is the dry season. In addition to helping farmers this tool can also be installed on plantations, seedbed nurseries, urban parks, hotels, offices, and in homes that have parks or plants that need regular watering.
