Abstract

Abstrak: Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Literasi keuangan, Inklusi keuangan dan Gaya Hidup Hedonisme terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dari sumber data primer dengan teknik kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form, kepada 75 responden dengan menggunakan Teknik probability sampling dengan metode stratified random sampling  Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Literasi keuangan (X1), dan Inklusi keuangan (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pengelolaan Keuangan mahasiswa manajemen. Sedangkan Gaya Hidup Hedonisme berpengaruh negative terhadap Pengelolaan keuangan (Y) Mahasiswa manajemen. Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan. Inklusi Keuangan, Gaya Hidup Hedonisme, dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Mahasiswa

Abstract

Current marketing strategies are growing and applied by various companies are marketing strategies that utilize the popularity of a celebrity. This has an effect on consumer purchase intention when buying a product as a result of effective advertising. Consumer attitudes on celebrity endorser become connecting and submission information to other consumers related to the effectiveness of celebrity endorsers. The purpose of this research is to determine the model, hypothesis, indicator, and determine the effect of attitude on celebrity endorser and attractiveness celebrity endorser to purchase intention with brand image as intervening variables on hand and body lotion Nivea consumers in Semarang City. The acquisition of data was taken from 150 respondents selected by purposive sampling method.The population chosen in this research is the user hand and body lotion nivea products domiciled in Semarang City. The consumer criterion is at least seventeen years old and has used a handy and body product at least one time usage. The data were analyzed quantitatively and structurally by applying Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and using Analysis Moment of Structural (AMOS) version 24 as the analysis tool. The results of the analysis showed that attitude of celebrity endorser positively and significantly on brand image and purchase intention, attractiveness celebrity endorser also has positive and significant on brand image and purchase intention, and the brand image is considered to have a positive and significant on consumers purchase intention on Nivea hand and body lotion.  Keywords: attitude toward the celebrity endorser, attractiveness celebrity endorser, brand image, purchase intention

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh rasio hutang dan laba terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2020. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan sampel berupa laporan-laporan keuangan dari 47 perusahan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2020 menggunakan purposive sampling dan data analisis menggunakan uji statistik destriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel rasio hutang berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel manajemen laba berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: 1. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuanganterhadap pengelolaan keuangan pada usaha depot air minum di ternate. 2. Untuk mengetahui danmenganalisis pengaruh sikap keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pada usaha depot airminum di ternate. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 responden depot air minum diTernate. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakanStatistical Package For Sosial Scientist (SPSS) 29 sebagai alat uji statistic. Hasil penelitianmenunjukan:(1).Literasi keuangan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuanganpada usaha depot air minum di Ternate. (2)Sikap keuangan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadappengelolaan keuangan pada usaha depot air minum di Teranet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of cognitive image, affective image and unique image on interest of visits and the impact on visiting decision. The population used in this study are tourist who had visited the Menganti Beach tourist attraction, Kebumen Regency, at least once. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The method of data collection is done through a questionnaire. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques with AMOS 22.0 analysis tool. The results of this study show that cognitive image has a positive and significant effect on interest of visits, cognitive image does not have significant on visiting decision, affective image has a positive and significant effect on interest of visits, affective image does not have significant on visiting decision, unique image has a positive and significant effect on interest of visits, unique image does not have significant on visiting decision, and interest of visits has a positive and significant effect on visiting decision.Keywords: Expectancy Theory, Cognitive Image, Affective Image, Unique Image, Visit Intention, Visiting Decision

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to learn how to carry out management recruitment of educators in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Yaqin starting from needs analysis, analysis of selection, determination of the right candidate, selection of the most appropriate method, choice according to needs, selecting new candidates for teaching staff, to the placement of new teaching staff, the results and supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses qualitative descriptive methods. From the results of this study, the data found can conclude that the implementation of management recruitment of educators in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Yaqin is done in a simple and familial way. The steps taken are analysis of needs, by analyzing the conditions of the madrasah environment into the vacancy of the existing position. Job analysis, by determining the general requirements of prospective educators to fill the required vacancies, such as S1 education qualifications. Determine the right candidate, through external sources (from outside) the madrasah environment. Choose the most appropriate method, through teaching staff or school staff and advertising on social media. Calling candidates who meet the requirements tailored to the needs of madrasah and Madrasah Head policies. Selecting prospective new educators through administrative examinations or application documents as well as a complete and easy interview process by the Head of Madrasah. Placement of new teaching staff is done directly to fill the position needed at that time in accordance with the decision of the Head of Madrasah. The results of the implementation of the management of recruitment of educators by the madrasah were declared good, because every stage had been carried out. Keywords: management, recruitment of educators, quality of education

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan dengan persepsi risiko sebagai variabel intervening pada usaha cafe di Kota Ternate. Objek penelitian ini adalah pada usaha cafe di kota ternate 2023. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan total usaha cafe di Kota Ternate adalah sebanyak 50 cafe. Sehingga jumlah sampel yang dipeoleh adalah 50dari jumlah populasi. Alat uji yang digunakan adalah analisi Partial Least square (PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS SEM (partial least square-Structural Equation Modeling)Hasil penelitianini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan, (2) literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap persepsi risiko, (3) persepsi risiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengelolaan keuangan, dan (4) literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan tidak memediasi risiko bisnis.Kata Kunci: literasi keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan, persepsi risiko

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return on Asset dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Harga Saham dengan Kebijakan Dividen sebagai variabel intervening pada perusahaan subsektor Batu Bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Asia Tenggara periode 2012-2023. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data sekunder dengan metode dokumentasi berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh 10 perusahaan sebagai sampel dengan total 120 data penelitian. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah SPSS 24. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Parsial dan Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menyimpulkan bahwa Return on Asset berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Kebijakan deviden berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Return on Asset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Kebijakan Dividen. Secara memediasi Kebijakan Dividen tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh hubungan Return on Asset terhadap Harga Saham dan Kebijakan Dividen tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh hubungan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap Harga Saham. Limitasi penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan sebagai berikut: cakupannya hanya mencakup perusahaan Batu Bara di Bursa Efek Asia Tenggara dari 2012-2023, data sekunder mungkin bias, sampel hanya mencakup 10 perusahaan, dan alat analisis terbatas pada regresi linier berganda serta analisis jalur.

Abstract

The food and beverage industry is growing rapidly. The attractiveness of this industry in Indonesia is very strong, this makes business opportunities in the food and beverage sector have mushroomed and are promising. Supported by the increasing number of franchise business offers that are quite easy to do and new types of culinary such as contemporary drinks, coffee shops, and so on. Old culinary types such as processed chicken, pizza, and other fast food also innovate unique flavors and appearances to attract the millennial generation's interest. One of them is Pizza Hut. According to financial report data, sales have decreased since 2020 and 2021, in addition, data on the Top Brand Index has decreased for 3 consecutive years in 2017, 2018, and 2019. In addition, there are inconsistencies in the results of research on the relationship of Product Quality to Purchasing Decisions. Because of these problems, this research was carried out. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work experience, education level, and work discipline on employee performance at the Wuryani Convection company in Grobogan City.The population in this study were 30 employees of Wuryani Convection in Grobogan City. The instrument used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire, by testing it using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis methods in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis t test, and coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
