Abstract

Untuk menjalankan operasinya, perusahaan membutuhkan dana yang besar baik untuk investasi atau untuk produksi. Kebutuhan dana yang besar tidak hanya dipenuhi dengan modal sendiri, tetapi modal asing (hutang). Hutang yang dimiliki perusahaan harus dikelola agar pada akhirnya tidak menyebabkan kerugian. Rasio hutang dalam laporan keuangan menunjukkan seberapa besar asset yang dibiayai oleh hutang. Rasio ini menekankan pada peran penting pendanaan hutang pada perusahaan dengan menunjukkan prosentase aktiva perusahaan yang didukung oleh hutang.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan Likuiditas terhadap likuiditas perusahaan Manufaktur sektor konsumsi periode tahun 2013 ? 2017.Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar  di Bursa Efek Indonesia  periode  2013 ? 2017. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini  ada  14 perusahaan. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan arah negatif antara Perputaran Kas terhadap Likuiditas dan terdapat pula pengaruh signifikan arah positif antara Perputaran Piutang terhadap Likuiditas. Demikian juga terdapat pengaruh signifikan arah positif antara Likuiditas terhadap Profitabilitas.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work experience, education level, and work discipline on employee performance at the Wuryani Convection company in Grobogan City.The population in this study were 30 employees of Wuryani Convection in Grobogan City. The instrument used in this study was in the form of a questionnaire, by testing it using multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis methods in this study include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis t test, and coefficient of determination.The results of this study indicate that work experience has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The profile of SMEs in the Bugangan subdistrict environment is on a small business scale. SME business actors have a low level of understanding of financial reports in accordance with SAK-EMKM, where during the process of running their business, the actors still mix business finances with household finances, so there is no separate recording, so the level of business profit cannot be seen. As a follow-up, the solution offered is that the Lecturer Team at the Faculty of Economics, University of Semarang will provide training in preparing simple financial reports according to SAK EMKM using Basic Accounting Equations, Profit and Loss Reports, Changes in Capital Reports, Balance Sheet Reports and Statements of Cash Flows. Community service activities are carried out using lecture, training and discussion/question and answer methods. The work procedure for service activities is carried out through several stages including the identification stage, the preparation stage, the implementation stage, the monitoring and evaluation stage, the reporting and publication stage. The community service activity program will be held on Saturday, June 8 2023. The community service activity will be held at Balai RW 07 Jl. Serayu I, Bugangan Village, East Semarang District. This activity is carried out for 1 (one) day from 11.00 to 14.00 (1 x 3 hours). Service participants were very enthusiastic in participating in training activities. Service participants felt greatly helped by the training activities.

Abstract

One of the economic policy packages issued to stimulate the economy in this country is tax, which is one of resource that is needed to finance the state s economy. In 2015, the amount of revenue from personal income taxpayer was very low and still depended on the corporate income taxpayer. As a result, this dependence will affect the nation s economic fluctuation. Therefore, the government in 2016 will focus on personal income taxpayers. The fact found in the field is that people have not using the E-Filling. The population in this study was people in the Tegalsari Sub-District of Candisari District, Semarang who have aTINand the number of sample is 82 respondents.The results showed that based on simultaneous test, it is found that the perceived usefulness, taxpayer s compliance, Quality of Information and Technology, Quality of Service variables simultaneously affect the taxpayer s interest in using the E-Filling. Based on the partial test, it is noted that the perceived usefulness and Information Technology Quality variables do not significantly affect taxpayer readability in using E Filling to report their tax obligations while Taxpayer s compliance and quality of service variables significantly influence the taxpayer's interest in using the E -Filling to report their tax obligations.

Abstract

How the consequences of Service Quality, Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty as a Mediating Variable to Consumer Loyalty to purchasing decisions in Pempek Ny Kamto Majapahit Semarang. Respondents wore non-random sampling illustration methods. This illustration is wearing Purposive Sampling method, minimun once tasted Pempek Ny Kamto Semarang and the last time had arrived at Pempek Ny Kamto Majapahit Semarang. Methods of collecting information by wearing questionnaires and have been tested for validity and reliability. In testing variable Service Quality, Product quality, Consumer satisfaction with research Purchasing Decisions using multiple linear regression analysis. There are also results showing if Qualiy Service, Product Quality, Consumer Loyalty have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that influence teacher performance, namely the influence of technology,work motivation and implementation of supervision by school principals in improving teacher performance at the Husnul Khatimah Foundation. The method used in this research is quantitative research with data collection techniques through questionnaires with a sample of 48 respondents and using purposive sampling. The results of the analysis show that the variable knowledge of technology has no positive and significant effect on teacher performance. High or low technological knowledge possessed by a teacher cannot affect the results of teacher performance at the Husnul Khatimah Foundation. The variables of work motivation and principal supervision have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In improving teacher performance, it is necessary to provide guidance by the principal in the form of coaching activities and training programs on a regular basis and build the motivation of each teacher. The coefficient of determination (Adj R²) is 0.777 which means that the teacher's performance variable can be influenced by the variables of technological knowledge, work motivation and school principal supervision by 77.7%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model studied.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work environment, compensation, and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variabel for Kopi Nuri employees. This research is included in quantitative research because the approach used for research proposals, processes, hypotheses, fieldwork, data analysis, and conclusions up to writing uses aspects of measurement, calculation, formulas, and certainty of numerical data. The population in this study was all Kopi Nuri employees. While the sampel in this study was all Kopi Nuri employees, totaling 96 employees. These results indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no significant effect on employee performance, the workload has a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, compensation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, the workload on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh tingkat literasi keuangan, sikap individu terhadap minat investasi saham.Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang berasal dari kuesioner yang disebar kepada mahasiswa S2 Magister Managemen Universitas Semarang. Total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 74 responden mahasiswa yang aktif pada semester berjalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat statistik regresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat literasi keuangan mengenai investasi saham berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap individu dan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 7,7%, sisanya sebesar 92,3% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. Sedangkan variabel sikap individu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi saham.  Kata Kunci : literasi keuangan, sikap individu, sosio demografi, minat investasi saham

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara dengan penduduk muslim terbesar, setiap tahunnya memberangkatkan jumlah jamaah umroh yang terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Data kemenag RI menunjukkan selama 1439 H/2018 M total jamaah umroh Indonesia mencapai 1,050,000 jamaah, bahkan data berjalan sampai dengan April 2019 ini jamaah umroh sudah tercatat 849,000 jamaah (sumber: laman kemenag.go.id). Hal tersebut mendorong   semakin bertambahnya biro perjalanan atau tour dan travel yang ada di Indonesia .PT. Madinah Iman Wisata Cabang Kabupaten Semarang salah satu travel Umroh tidak bisa secara konsisten menangkap animo umroh yang terus meningkat ini.Tahun 2019 penjualan turun drastis hingga 50 % .Hal ini lah yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini, penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor citra merek Biro Umroh , inovasi produk paket perjalanan umroh, kesan kualitas jasa dan motivasi konsumen terhadap keputusan pembelian paket umroh dan haji di PT.Madinah Iman Wisata cabang Kabupaten Semarang.                           Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh alumni jamaah PT. Madinah Iman Wisata Cabang Kab.Semarang yang diketahui secara pasti sedangkan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling yang menghasilkan sejumlah 95 responden jamaah dan alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel citra merek, inovasi produk paket perjalanan, kesan kualitas jasa dan motivasi konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian paket perjalanan umroh di PT. Madinah Iman Wisata cabang Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil nilai adjusted R square pada model regresi diperoleh sebesar 0,518 yang artinya 51,8 persen kualitas jasa dan motivasi konsumen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 48,2 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.  Kata kunci: citra merek, inovasi produk paket perjalanan, kualitas jasa, motivasi konsumen dan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Salah satu tulang punggung revenue Go-jek adalah transaksi pembayaran Go-pay. Berbeda dengan bank di mana nasabah bisa dengan mudah menemukan kantor bank tempatnya menaruh uang; pada aplikasi Go-pay konsumen bahkan tidak tahu di mana kantor Go-pay. Mengapa para konsumen tersebut bersedia menaruh uang di aplikasi Go-pay tanpa mengetahui di mana kantor Go-pay bahkan juga tidak mengetahui bagaimana prosedur dan ke mana harus komplain bila sewaktu-waktu uang mereka di aplikasi Go-pay hilang?Melalui pendekatan kualitatif penelitian ini menemukan bahwa trust atau kepercayaan bukanlah faktor utama yang membuat para konsumen tersebut bersedia menaruh uang di aplikasi Go-pay melainkan ketidakbernilaian (worthlessness).  Kata Kunci: Go-jek, Go-pay, trust, ekonomi digital.
