Businesses increasingly globalized trade with the technology in the application of product marketing . By using the internet, consumers are able to purchase goods or products freely without attachment time. The form of marketing on the Internet is known as e - commerce or electronic commerce. E commerce or electronic commerce is spread, purchasing, sales, marketing goods and services over electronic systems such as the Internet or television, www, or other computer networks such as the social media one. The more rapid development of e-commerce today is strongly influenced by the people's confidence in e â€“commerce.This study aims to determine consumer confidence ( ablity ,benevolence and integrity) of the purchase intention fashion products on the Facebook social media on student S1 FISIP Undip Semarang .Based on a simple regression analysis showed that the ability ( ability ) sellers a significant effect on consumer purchasing intention of fashion products , benevolence ( kindness ) shop online seller does not significantly influence consumers' purchasing intention of fashion products , integrity ( integrity ) shop online sellers a significant effect on purchase intentions consumer fashion products . The results of multiple regression showed that ablity , benevolence and integrity towards purchase intention poduk fashion on the Facebook social media simultaneously significant effect .Advice can be delivered in this study is an online shop needs to use some social media other than Facebook, need to pay attention to product quality, conformance with product photos, and timeliness need to be considered in serving the wishes of potential customers, need to improve in terms of honesty transaction.

In 2010, one of the policies at Semarang Government is to the arrangement of the cadgers with the concept of the food court at Simpang Lima area. A number of shelter used as a culinary center grouped by type of business. This condition is apparently an impact on the development of the business has been run by cadgers. Therefore this study aimed to determine differences in business development both before and after the relocation of cadgers in the area of Simpang Lima Semarang. The study was conducted in the city of Semarang with a sample of 45 traders who occupy the shelter. The research method used was a comparative study. Further variables that all indicators have met the validity will be tested using different test Paired Sample T- Test.The results showed that there are differences in the development of business both before and after the relocation of cadgers in the area of Simpang Lima Semarang better on the indicators of turnover, profit/gain levels, the extent of effort, comfort, venture capital, number of employees and number of consumers. From the factors of business growth can be seen that the factor turnover, profit/gain levels, the extent of the business, venture capital, number of employees, the number of consumers and the number of productivity by traders felt better when compared before relocation than after relocation. Meanwhile as for the comfort factor by merchants considered to be in good condition at the time after relocation.Recommendations can be given the necessity of the payment made at one door/cashier using the concept that each customer can buy in any shop without fear that the buyer does not pay for the food they buy itâ€™s . This concept can be done with the dealer manager agreement with the merchant so good between the consumer and the merchant is not harmed.

As institution, FISIP would not go well only relied on existence of instructor staff (lectures) and students without employees. The position of staff administration as an hardware was strategic enough for processing learn to teach. This research aimed to descripts the communication between head of faculty and employees also the spirit of employees in FISIP Undip. This research population description type with qualitative description method. The research population were all of FISIP Undip employees and the sample technique intake used totally of sampling. Data in field was obtained from interview technique that used questioner. The result of this research was descripts that the head build condusif communication climate with aspiratif communication model in bottom up communication characteristic.

Minimum service standards hereinafter abbreviated SPM is a provision of the type and quality of basic services that are obligatory area obtained every citizen is entitled to a minimum. Minimum Service Standards health sector Health hereinafter referred SPM is a benchmark performance of health services, held the Regency / City. Health decentralization in Indonesia has been implemented since 2001. Basic health services Pekanbaru City can not be said to be good. Total availability of medical personnel and doctors are not proportional to the population. Distribution of medical personnel and doctors uneven per-districts in the city of Pekanbaru. Besides the availability of health centers, polyclinics and sub Per-districts are also uneven. Pekanbaru city has not had a referral hospital, although their Arifin Achmad.

Student brawls occur continuously in various cities, especially in theÂ Jakarta, the attention of many people, and did not escape the attention of the media. Framing Kompas is a mayor concern in this study.The study conducted by taking a sample 0f 37 news, between 2008 to 2012. The paradigm used is the paradigm of constructivism. The method used is the analysis of the model Entman framing.The results that the Kompas student brawls see that the problem is complexs issue, and not ordinary deliguency, but it leads to crime, a form of deviance. Student brawls, agroup behavior, and other problems caused by unclear, revenge hereditary, in solidarity with friends, as well as maintain the good name of the school, violence derived from the senior students to yunior. Recommendation are offfered to prevent and fight is, sanction, both preventive and repressive, conducted formal and nonformal.

Local government leaders with good vision would have strong powers and new incentives for policyinnovation. In Surakarta local leaders have been playing crucial role in shaping new direction for urbandevelopment. In the name of political inclusion, they ask community groups as well business groups to involve inthe policy process. Based on a case study in Surakarta city, this report argues that the active role of localgovernment can be attributed as the broad explanation for the Surakarta cityâ€™s performance in urbandevelopment. This studyâ€™s findings suggest that government leadership is an important policy determinant that canshape the interests of the community and business. Vision â€œSolo Past is Solo Futureâ€ has been the rallying point ofthe local economic development. This vision has been able to be used to create cultural activities that has beendeterminant in bridging the interests of the society as a whole.

SMEs snacks in Gondangan village has the potential to be developed. The village has the potential to be Gondangan Agro-industry region, although it is still much that needs to be repaired and prepared.This study aims to determine the attitude of the public about the development of SMEs in rural areas Gondangan into Agro-industry clusters and how community participation in the development of SMEs in rural areas Gondangan to be Agroindustri. Respondents in this study were the leaders and local community leaders, citizens, snack home industry in the region.This study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The data of this study is primary data and secondary data consists of qualitative and quantitative data. Primary data were obtained with the interview and focus group discussion.The results showed that the attitude of the public, snack ho,e industri actor and local governments support the development of the region as an area of Agro-Industry cluster. In terms of participation, the government showed a high participation and support by facilitating a variety of activities to realize the region of Agro-Industry cluster, while the snacks businessman as the main actor of Agro-industry development of the area did not show a high level of participation.

The sources of social change are diverse; one of which is the social movement. The study of social movements is essential for understanding contemporary society and the direction of its movement. Whether or not a movement is massive does not hide the reality that social movements can change history, sometimes by causing significant changes. The emergence of social movements is not sudden but determined by various factors, such as political opportunities, mobilization structures, and framing processes. A new factor which becomes the focus of the present study is related to the complexity of the actors involved in a social movement. This focus is important, given the mapping of strengths and roles of actors who have networked in different spheres of power has its benefits in order to analyze the dynamics of social movements. This study aims to analyze the success factors of the fishers’ social movement and the roles of actors in determining the strategy of the movement, which can influence the results. This research used a mixed-method that involves a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results showed that actors in the social movement of fishers were divided into five layers with a hierarchical structure, while each layer had different roles and responsibilities. Furthermore, mobilized resources include moral resources, material resources, socialorganizational resources, and human resources.

This research had been done at fish processing small industry in Krobokan Semarang. It aims to : (a) identify the profile of small industries, (b) identify the characteristics of enterpreneurs, (c) measuring the level of bussiness success, (d) examine and analyze the influence of enterpreneur Â characteristics on the level of bussiness success, and (e) find variable which has dominant effect on bussiness success. Research conducted using the survey design. The primary data obtained through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. While secondary data was obtained by using documentationÂ method. Census method was applied with consideration of the number of small populations. The study concluded that : (a) the level of bussiness success is considerably good as shown on stable sales trend and slightly increased; (b) Personal Ability and Social Ability simultaneously have significant effect on bussiness success; (c) Social Ability and Personal Ability variable partially have significant effect on the level of bussiness success; (d) Social Ability has dominant influence to the level of bussiness success.

Indonesian political dynamics over the last 16 years since the Reformation movement initiated, the building shows the fragility of the Indonesian political experience. This can be seen how the level of community participation in the General Election in the Reformation era tend to decline until today. Election deemed not produce leaders who provide real change. This is exacerbated by the political system characterized transactional fraud. The purpose of this study was to look at the political behavior of society and give provisions regarding political education to the public ahead of the elections simultaneously in Semarang, especially in the Village Meteseh and Mangunharjo on December 2015. In this research use several theories: theory of rational choice and the theory of political participation.
