TAZKIR: Jurnal Penelitian ilmu-ilmu sosial dan keislaman published in 2015 with P-ISSN: 2442-7004, and E-ISSN: 2460-609X is A peer-reviewed journal that is published by the LPPM IAIN Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera, Indonesia. The journal an effort to provide forums for academicians and researchers who are interested in the discussion of current and future issues on Islamic studies. The journal is dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with history, geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, environmental and developmental issues, as well as ethical questions related to scientific research. <![CDATA[This research begins from the reality of the existence of the provisions of the legislation Health which, according to the analysis of the authors has a dimension of Islamic law, so this research motivated the problem of the existence of Islamic law into national law and how Islamic law in the Law of health. The methodology was use a qualitative research, so that the analysis was use interpretative analysis, and comparative and inductive analysis. Results found is that Islamic law has existed in the legislation of health, seen from the passages that are similar to the context of Islamic law.]]>

<![CDATA[Bid'ah is mahdah of worship that is not prescribed, (al-mukhalafatus lissunnah) in the Qur'an described in Surat an-Nur verse 63 with language that is easily understood that (yukholifu 'an amri) meaning that those who violate the Prophet's command. Sentences of al-amru al-muhaddis al-ladzi lam yakun ‘alaihi as-sohabah wa at-tabi’un (the held command that is not practiced by his friend and tabi'in) described in Surah al-Hujurat paragraph 1 the term la tuqoddimu baina yadayil lahi wa rosulih (meaning that you do not precede Allah and His Messenger). That is do not be establish of worship material before coming Qur'an and the hadith decide. Means the companions of Allah's Apostle prohibited from making worship before there are verses and Hadith. In Sura al-Hashr verse 7 (meaning what Messengers given to you, then accept it. And what he forbids you, then leave)]]>

<![CDATA[This research is designed by quantitative aproach and correlational research. In this research, participants were students in third semester of english Educational Departement at Tarbiyah and pedagoy Faculty Institute of Islamic Studies Padangsidimpuan. The participant of research is TBI-1. They are 30 students. The instrument use in this research is a test. Then, the test analyzed by applying product moment formula to test hyphotheses. The calculating of product moment by getting correlation coefficients rxy = 0.53 The significant correlation level was done by locking rtabel (rt) on significant level 5% was 0.361 and on significant level 1% was 0.463. The hypnothesis in this research was accepted namely rcount rtabel. It meant there was significant correlation between students’ ability in identifying noun and adjective to students’ ability in analyzing compound noun and compoun adjective]]>

<![CDATA[Urgency business can not be underestimated. Businesses play a vital role (important) in the social life of all time. Where economic power has the same meaning with political forces, so the urgency of the business can affect all levels of individual, social, regional, national and international. Thus any economic system as long as it guarantees necessary to uphold justice must be human. The involvement of Muslims in the trade is strongly associated with their religious understanding of the principles of life that always put the stocking of mercy for all the worlds. In this context Muslim traders consider trading business in a noble work and the legitimacy of the prophet of Allah. Traders may do with the accounts payable system to market consumer goods. Accounts payable that do not contain elements of usury. Consumers should not neglect the payment of debts to merchants, so that no dispute. In determining the price of the merchandise, the merchant must provide the appropriate price to the market price of each consumer. Merchants must provide khiyar rights for consumers, according to the rules khiyar in Islamic law. <![CDATA[Custum has influence the Islamic Law ecpecialy related to merriage law. Key points where customary law, including the law of Islam is at the event making a proposal, the party walimah and household peorses dispute resolution in this case a husband and wife. Thus the intersection between customary law and Islamic law can be obtained in the process of grounding the Islamic law. Islamic law can not be earthed directly without a device equipped with the customary law. Attitude contradicting Islamic law with customary law as a whole will make Islamic law looks stiff and coused adherents have a narrow view of making it easier for the fire hostility.]]>

<![CDATA[Development of students that lead to the formation of Dai that the curriculum, and extracurricular activities. The curriculum used in boarding schools is twofold: National curriculum and curriculum of boarding school. The activity of Extracurricular are the activities carried out outside the hours of formal (school). The Implementation of activities supported by two factors: the factors supporting and inhibiting factors. A supporting factor are including cooperation leaders on with local communities, a factor against the development needs of students, students against pollutes obedience, the motivation of santri who have the talent. Inhibiting factors are the lack of facilities and boarding school facilities, Inhibiting factors is the lack and facilities of boarding school facilities, the lack of professional development, the different of factors education the number of activities imposed on boarding school.]]>
