TAZKIR: Jurnal Penelitian ilmu-ilmu sosial dan keislaman published in 2015 with P-ISSN: 2442-7004, and E-ISSN: 2460-609X is A peer-reviewed journal that is published by the LPPM IAIN Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatera, Indonesia. The journal an effort to provide forums for academicians and researchers who are interested in the discussion of current and future issues on Islamic studies. The journal is dedicated to the scholarly study of all aspects of Islam and of the Islamic world. Particular attention is paid to works dealing with history, geography, political science, economics, anthropology, sociology, law, literature, religion, philosophy, international relations, environmental and developmental issues, as well as ethical questions related to scientific research. Abstract

Waqf plays a very significant economic and social position in Islamic history. Waqf acts as a source of financing for worship, education, social and public services. Many developments in the Islamic economic sector or Islamic banking are related to waqf, not least in 2017 the Government together with the OJK initiated the existence of a Micro Waqf Bank as an effort to answer the problem of poverty, in collaboration with Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. using primary and secondary data using descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this research prove that the term Micro Waqf Bank was chosen because the government wants the core of the funds distributed to the community to be maintained in principle without reducing the benefits, not only that it is called Micro Waqf Bank because the BWM operation is located in a boarding school area. Throughout the development of this BWM, using the term micro waqf bank in naming the institution, but from the legal basis and the form of the legal entity it is very far from the name. The legal entity of BWM is a cooperative, on the other hand, the business license of BWM is a sharia microfinance agency, so its supervision is under the Financial Services Authority. The involvement of Universities in the context of community service for community empowerment is very strategic in order to carry out complete human development, and in the context of community empowerment and Micro Waqf Bank instruments have the potential for community economic development, especially in the pesantren environment, to create an empowered, independent and independent society

Abstract

The religious moderation campaign for millennials faces many challenges. The facts on the ground show that the phenomenon of radicalism is deeply rooted. The moderation program offered by the government has lost its reputation with the radicalism movement which is packaged attractively and in accordance with current trends. Through a qualitative approach and a radical paradigm of humanism, this study then tries to explore the root cause of the strengthening of radicalism and how complexities are faced by the discourse of religious moderation. This study then found several conclusions including, First, the moderation movement has been less fast and less attractive to millennials compared to the opposite movement. Second, the geneological roots of moderation and radicalism are not finished and are related to the relationship between religion and the post-independence state. Third, the influence of transnational radicalism. Fourth, socio-political-economic factors, including poverty, state violence, legal injustice, political instability, racial issues, militarism and so on. The only opportunity that the discourse of religious moderation has is the pre-independence cultural roots, through strengthening cultural values, Islamic treasures (intellectual Islam) and the welfare economic movement. If such opportunities are not utilized, the movement and discourse of religious moderation will run aground in the middle of the road.

Abstract

Anthropology is the science of humans, especially about the origin, various colors of physical form, customs, and beliefs in the past. Epithemologically, anthropology studies various things about humans empirically in their relationship as biological beings and as social beings (in the sense of living in society). The method that is more appropriate with the anthropological approach is the holistic method. This means that seeing a social phenomenon must be examined in the context of the totality of the studied community culture. Meanwhile, the most appropriate data collection techniques are involved observation (observation) and in-depth interviews, that is, directly mingling in the community being studied.

Abstract

The research focused on students’ writing ability on Islamic narrative text topic at XI grade students MA An-Nur Padangsidimpuan. It was done through quantitative research. There were 11 students as samples of the research. The students’ ability was measured by giving them essay test in writing about Islamic topic such prophet story. The data was analyzed by calculating students’ mean score to decide students’ ability category. Based on the result of research, students’ mean score was 75.09. It means that, the students’ ability categorizes into good category.

Abstract

ملخصالكتاب المدرسي أحد من الشروط في تخصيل برنامج التعليم بسب أن كتاب المدارس الجودة تسهل الطلبة في فهم مجالات التعليم التي علمه المدرس. وكتاب المدارس يسمي به كتاب الذي سيتعلم الطلاب في وقت معين. كتاب اللغة العربية بين يديك وهو كتاب الذي تدرس المحاضرين في مركز تطوير اللغات بجامعة فدانغ سيديمفوان الإسلامية الحكومية في مجال التعليم اللغة العربية حتي يحتاج إلى المفاهيم الواضحة في تطبيقها لتحصيلة اهداف التعليم. هذا البحث هو بحث الوصفي لمعرفة تطبيق كتاب اللغة العربية بين يديك كتابا واجبا على الطلاب. الفرد من هذا البحث هو كتاب ومفروده تطبيقها عند الدرس اللغة العربية. والطريقة التي تستخدم في جمع البيانات مقابلة وملاحظة وتوثيقة تتعلق عن تطبيق الكتاب وأما في تحليلها بطريقة تحليل المضمون من البيانات التي جمعت في البحث. وجد الباحث أن إجراءات التعليم منظما ومرتبا مرجوعا إلى الأنشطة التعليمية الموجودة منها الأنشطة الإفتتاحية والأنشطة الإجراءاتية والختامية وكذالك لابد بالمهارة الأربعة وهي الإستماع والكلام والقراءة والكتابة. والمحاضرين لديهم الوقت الكثير لتعليم اللغة العربية بكتاب العربية بين يديك حتي يتمكنهم في أنشطة المتنوعة لترقية مهارات الطلاب في اللغة العربية.الكلمة الإفتتاحية: كتاب المدارسي، البرنامج، المهارات Abstrak Buku ajar adalah salah satu penentu keberhasilan program pembelajaran, karena buku ajar yang berkualitas menjadikan peserta didik menjadi lebih mudah memahami materi ajar yang di ajarkan oleh pengajar. Buku ajar juga di sebut sebagai buku yang harus di pelajari oleh peserta didik dalam waktu yang di tentukan. Buku Al-arabiah baina yadaik adalah buku ajar yang diajarkan pada program intensif learning Pusat Pengembangan bahasa IAIN Padangsidimpuan pada mata kuliah Bahasa Arab sehingga membutuhkan konsep penerapan yang jelas sehingga mencapai tujuan yang terukur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menjelaskan bagimana penggunaan buku ajar Al-arabiah baina yadaik ini sebagai buku wajib dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab di Pusat Pengembangan Bahasa IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah buku Al-arabiah baina yadaik, dan objeknya adalah penerapannya dalam mempelajari bahasa Arab. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen yang berkaitan dengan buku Al-arabiah baina yadaik dan penerapannya, dan Setelah mendapatkan data penelitian, kemudian di analisa dengan metode analisis konten. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran berjalan dengan pengawasan yang jelas dan tersistem, dimana ada beberapa unsur pembelajaran yang harus terlaksana di dalamnya yang terdiri dari kegiatan pembuka, kegiatan inti dan penutup, serta harus memenuhi empat maharoh kebahasaan yang terdiri dari istima’, kalam, kitabah dan qiroah. Kemudian keterjaminan ketercapian materi ajar dan pemahaman mahasiswa akan menjadi lebih terjamin karena proses menggunakan waktu yang cukup dan memadai sehingga pendistribusian materi ajar semakin matang dan para pengajar mempunyai banyak kesempatan untuk melakukan pengayaan yang variatif untuk menunjang pembelajaran bahasa Arab.Kata Kunci: buku ajar, program,maharoh.

Abstract

The main focus of the research is to find out the effect of Estafet Writing Technique on writing Recount Text at Grade XI Pesantren An-Nur Padangsidimpuan in Covid-19 era. This research was designed with quantitative research with experimental method. The sample were XI 1 as experimental class that consisted of 11 students and XI 2  as control class that consisted of 10 students. The data were collected through pre-test and post-test in essay test form and analyzed by using t-test formula. The finding showed that the mean score of experimental class was higher than the mean score of control class. After doing T-test, the researcher found that tcount ttable (6.49 2.093). Therefore, alternative hypothesis (Ha) of this research was accepted null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. It can be concluded that there was significant effect of using Estafet Writing Technique on writing Recount Text at grade XI students of MA An-Nur Padangsidimpuan in Covid-19 Era

Abstract

Dayah BULISC is a new educational institution in the West Aceh region, but in a short time, the Dayah has been able to establish itself as one of the institutions that are in demand by the community. This fact is then interested to be investigated. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected using observation, interviews, and document searches. The results of the study show that Dayah BULISC has been able to apply the marketing mix (product, people, price, promotion, place, physical evidence, process) well in building the quality of institutions while increasing inter-institutional competitiveness. This can be seen. The product chosen by Dayah BULISC with the flagship program is the Tahfizul Quran. Dayah BULISC  has good resources and is supported by cheap and affordable tuition fees for the community. The location of Dayah is also very strategic with the condition of the building being quite good and complete in supporting the learning carried out. Dayah BULISC also conducts promotions using several media including social media so that messages about the conditions and programs that are carried out by Dayah can be conveyed in full to the community

Abstract

This study discusses the act of vigilantism (eigenrichting) carried out by a group of people in the community against men and women who are suspected of committing acts of khalwat in Aceh, such as persecution, beating, confinement, or other acts of hurt or distress. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, which studies in depth and holistically with the type of field research and uses a sociological juridical approach. Data obtained through observation and interviews conducted independently and controlled. While the data were analyzed using four components of interactive analysis, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results of the study show that, firstly, vigilantism is still practiced by the community against the perpetrators of khalwat, such as bathing with sewage water, hitting, parading around the village of the perpetrators of seclusion. Second, the Government through the Department of Islamic Law and Wilayatul Hisbah in Langsa City, Banda Aceh and Aceh Besar District has made various efforts to minimize vigilante treatment by socializing the provisions of the Jinayah Qanun related to procedures for resolving cases of seclusion

Abstract

This article describes the transformation of educational management in the disruption era. It could encourage school’s staff and other stakeholders to make improvements, changes, and innovations from traditional or manual systems to digitalization systems such as the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) application and AI (Artificial Intelligence) which could create convenience, relief, and acceleration of improving the quality of educational program. This study used qualitative method with descriptive approach through library research. The writing technique was carried out through several stages started from the data collection stage to data processing and analysis stage that was considered relevant and had relationship with the problems of the study. Based on the result, it shows that the transformation of educational management in the disruption era includes: 1) transforming educational management that is centered on the achievement of service quality and graduates, 2) leadership which has vision and mission that create concrete and transparent policies, 3) organizing the human resources who are capable of making improvements, changes and innovations, and 4) building a work culture that produces and generates the indicators of performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the transformation of the Dayah Salafiyah curriculum in Aceh with the research parameter being Dayah Salafiyah MUDI Mesra Samalanga. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, which studies in depth and holistically with the type of field research and uses socio-phenomenological and humanism approaches. This research is process-oriented, which has natural characteristics as a direct data source. Data were collected through interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The validity of the data was checked by using the method and source triangulation technique. While the data analysis technique used is a qualitative inductive analysis technique. The results showed that the curriculum at Dayah MUDI Mesra Samalanga had several components, including: knowledge content objectives, learning experiences, strategies and evaluations. The components of these goals are divided into several levels, namely national educational goals, institutional goals, curricular goals, and instructional goals. The method and education process consists of three levels, namely: Tajhizi, `Aliyah, and Takhassus. Changes in learning materials that have been made have had a very broad impact on the learning process in Dayah in general. Meanwhile, the transformation of learning methods includes two models, namely adaptation and adoption. In addition, in the process of integrating general material and religious material, Dayah is still looking for a new format that is able to accommodate religious knowledge as well as general knowledge, traditionality as well as modernity.
