Abstract

The background of the problems in this research are many young people in Aek Tampang District looked bad attitudes, it seemed from their social development which are more likely can damage the environment, even from the religious aspects, they avoided doing it. The single parent mothers are expected the main cause of the problems, where they are busy in financing their families. The purposes of this research are to find the role of single parent mothers in educating and developing their children, to know the social development of the young people and the religious behaviours, and to identify the effects of economic life to their mental health. It has been done qualitatively, by using interviews and observation as the instruments. Then, analysed it descriptively. The result shows that the single parent mothers are busy to earn money for their families, so, the have less time to handle, to educate, and to control their family. Although they have given their time to educate and controlled them, it looks that their children did not follow their parents. It is also found the young people are easier to be influenced by their environment, by their friends, then by their parents, and it made they also are far from the religious side

Abstract

Pembelajaran PAI di sekolah mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar sampai ke tingkat lanjutan atas bahkan pembelajaran agama di perguruan tinggi, umumnya lebih berorientasi kognitif. Peserta didik lebih ditekankan untuk mengetahui ajaran agama, sementara aspek penghayatan dan keterampilan/pengamalan terabaikan. Hal ini menyebabkan peserta didik tau tapi tidak mengamalkan ajaran agama. Untuk memperbaiki kekeliruan tersebut peneliti berupaya menawarkan strategi pembelajaran yang berorientasi afektif yaitu strategi pembelajaran reflektif dan transinternal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X 5 SMA N 3 Padangsidimpuan dengan siswa berjumlah 39 orang yang keseluruhannya beragama Islam, 17 laki-laki dan 22 perempuan. Adapun rancangan penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Sedangkan jenis data yang akan dikumpulkan adalah sikap, kesadaran rasional dan keluasan wawasan siswa serta perasaan dan penghayatan siswa terhadap nilai-nilai ajaran Islam. Analisis data secara naratif dan juga menggunakan analisis  statistik deskriptif dalam bentuk tabulasi frekuensi. Dalam pelaksanaannya, strategi reflektif maupun transinternal  telah berhasil menumbuhkan sikap mental, kesadaran rasional, keluasan wawasan, perasaan kagum akan kekuasaan Allah, empati terhadap sesama makhluk Allah, terdorong untuk merubah perilaku yang kurang baik dan meningkatkan perbuatan baik.

Abstract

Attitude is the most important aspect in human life because it relates to all the action and human character like good character or bad character with Allah and human. Attitude is one of the three basic from Islam religion and also has important position. So using the telling the story in Islam method can improve the students’ attitude.  Formulation of this research is how is the learning process done by using telling stories method of Islamic pictured book in teaching attitude of students in SDIT Bunayya Padangsidimpuan? How effective of telling stories method with Islamic picture book in teaching attitude for students in SDIT Bunayya Padangsidimpuan? The result of research in learning process use telling stories method of Islamic pictured book in  teaching attitude of students in SDIT Bunayya Padangsidimpuan with values of religion by the aims can teaching the students’ attitude. Actually, telling stories method of Islamic pictured book can teach the students’ attitude because by telling the story method, the students can understand what the teacher said.

Abstract

The authority of MUI Padangsidimpuan in function theoretically is as container deliberation, silaturrahmi the scholars, zuama and Muslim scholars in protecting the people, develop and practice the teachings of Islam, raising ukhuwah Islamiyah in Islamic life. As a container representing Muslims in the relationship and inter-religious consultations and giving fatwas to the Muslims and the government, whether requested or not requested. The authority of MUI Padangsidimpuan to deal with globalization, liberalization, institutions that have authority, other Islamic religious social organization. For that function should be developed according to the quality and quantity of life issues are growing. While the role of the authorities practically have shared with agencies that have the authority and the authority that created pure, so the authority was scattered and terfungsikan by other agencies

Abstract

Low application of religious activities of the societies were the main problems of this research. It is also seen in the major muslim societies, they did not apply the muslim attitudes based on Islamic teaching. Many of them did not do Islamic activities asked by Islam, such as did not do shalat at the time, and Islamic norms are still increased. This research was qualitative research to show the religious norms in doing praying together and in joining the Islamic preachings. It is shown that the Muslim societies still have low performance in doing together praying and joing preaching in the Mosques in North Padangsidimpuan. It is caused of some reasons, such as religious awareness, economic sides, having busy in working, and the weakness of Islamic knowledge and faith

Curriculum 2013 for SD / MI Basic Competence organization is done through an integrated approach .  Integration approach  aimed at shaping the character of the character super grateful for all that has been bestowed by Allah to develop their potential to be better . Learning science in SDIT Bunayya a thematic learning , which integrates several subjects are interconnected . With reference to the national education curriculum and the curriculum SDIT itself . Internalization of values Tauhid in science subjects can be seen in the ongoing learning process , where a teacher with a thematic system integrates the values of Tauhid in any material submitted .

Abstract

Pendidikan berfungsi menyiapkan peserta didik bagi peranannya dimasa depan baik sebagai individu maupun sebagai warga tenaga kerja, sebagai pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional, maka sekolah merupakan lembaga pendidikan dalam penyelenggaraannya harus menjabarkan pendidikan nasional itu dalam kegiatannya. Kepala sekolah mempunyai  tanggung jawab yang cukup besar dalam menerima dan memelihara serta melaksanakan sebagai peraturan dan program pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan Nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menganalisa kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan supervisi klinis, (2) dalam memberi dorongan guru untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya, (3) membantu guru mengatasi masalah, dan (4) kendala-kendala melaksanakan supervisi klinis. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subyek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi klinis denga cara memberikan dorongan, membantu memecahkan masalah, dan mengatasi kendala-kendala pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dengan mengikut sertakan guru pada pelatihan, mengutamakan komunikasi secara kekeluargaan, hati-hati dalam mengambil langkah, menggunakan jam istirahat, memberikan penjelasan kepada guru dan siswa secara persuasif

Abstract

The problem in this study is whether the self-concept, role of educational interaction of parents, and emotional intelligence provides a positive and significant influence on the independence of student learning in Tadris Matematika Padangsidimpuan IAIN either separately or simultaneously. The population in this study were all students of mathematics at IAIN Padangsidimpuan Tadris totaling 520 students. The sampling technique in this research is to use a simple random sampling technique. Data collection instruments used is by using questionnaires. Test the validity of the questionnaire item analysis using product moment correlation formula, reliability calculated using Cronbach Alpha. The data analysis technique used is the technique of multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test.Self-concept variables (X1) positive and significant impact on student learning independence by using the t test is tcount ttable or 7.778 1.987. Similarly, the role of educational interaction variables parents (X2), the result is also stated that there is a positive and significant influence on the independence of student learning using the t test is tcount ttable or 4.869 1.987. Similarly, emotional intelligence variable (X3), the variable is also stated there was a positive and significant influence on the independence of student learning using the t test is tcount ttable or 8.613 1.987. Simultaneously any self-concept variables (X1), the role of educational interaction of parents (X2), and emotional intelligence (X3) positive and significant impact on the independence of the variables studied mathematics majors at IAIN Tadris Padangsidimpuan (Y) using the F test is Fcount Ftable or 37.359 2.704. Student learning independence can be explained by the independent variables of 0,539 or 53.9%.

Abstract

Dari judul tulisan ini jelas terlihat bahwa bank perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi meningkatnya jumlah nasabah, hal ini perlu dilakukan dalam rangka menindaklanjuti keberlanjutan dan keberadaan bank itu sendiri. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam rangka memperhatikan seberapa besar pengaruh promosi dan lokasi terhadap jumlah nasabah produk  wadi’ah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh promosi dan lokasi keberadaan bank dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pada produk giro wadi’ah pada PT. Bank Sumut Syari’ah Cabang Padangsidimpuan dan untuk menentukan faktor mana yang lebih dominan diantara dua faktor tersebut. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel kuantitatif dengan angket sebagai instrumen penelitiannya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, asumsi tes klasik, koefiecient determinan dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.00. hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi Bank merupakan variable yang paling signifikan dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pada produk Giro Wadi’ah di PT. Bank Sumut Syari’ah cabang Padangsidimpuan. Hasil ini dapat dilihat berdasarkan nilai uji F yang dilakukan dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 0.05 yang berarti bahwa dari uji yang dilakukan pada kedua variable ternyata faktor lokasi merupakan faktor yang lebih dominan. Data ini beristribusi normal, tidak memiliki heterokedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan autokorelasi.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the effect of the seven major kinds of human intelligence identified by Howard Gardner (1983) on students’ ability to solve mathematical problems specifically in Algebra topic. This research involves about 115 participants randomly taken from whole tested population. Data collection was conducted by introducing test and questionnaire. The hypothesis examination resulted that hypothesis was accepted at index: Fcount 2.327 Ftable 2.09 in significance level α=0.05. By using the Scheffe’s formula, order of sequence of ability to solve algebra’s problems based on the intelligence types was: Logical-mathematics Bodily-Kinesthetic Intrapersonal Interpersonal Linguistics Spatial Musical.
