Abstract

Internet and digital communication are substantial elements that drive the development of today’s marketing science and practice. These elements contribute largely toward the shifts in online products and services’ marketing strategies at the international level. The author assumes that the perceptions of ease, benefit and comfort are important elements for the post-graduate (here masters) student in Universitas Bakrie Jakarta to use Go-Pay, a digital wallet software embedded in Gojek application to complete online purchases. This research analys the impact of perceptions of ease, benefits, and confort on the purchase of of Go-Pay. Respondents were Masters students of Bakrie University who use go-Pay. The results showed that ease, benefit, and comfort, had positive and significant impacts on the purchase of Go-Pay. It is recommended that Gojek management, as the service provider, carry out constant evaluations and continuous developments on the basis of user’s complaints so that they become loyal customers

Abstract

The objective of this study is to examine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with regard to the company’s capability of making profits with corporate value as the moderating variable in manufacturers engaging in the basic industrial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study involved 6 manufacturing companies engaging in the basic industrial sector listed with the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2018 period as the uses purposive samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) application tools as the analytical method used. It found out that Good Corporate Governance has no correlation with profitability while Corporate Social Responsibility affects profitability. On the other hand, Corporate value is unable to moderate Good Corporate Governance towards profitability and Company value is unable to moderate Corporate Social Responsibility with regard to profitability as well.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since March 2020 has caused a recession in the Indonesian economy. Unlike the economic crises in 1998 and 2008 in Indonesia, the economic crisis in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic affected almost all sectors and threatened the existence of MSMEs. This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSMEs in DKI Jakarta, identify and classify MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic and provide alternative solutions and strategies for MSME actors in dealing with the economic crisis due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The study was conducted on MSMEs in DKI Jakarta with a total sample of 1,511 respondents. The research was conducted through qualitative and quantitative approaches with descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and SWOT analysis. The results showed as many as 83% of MSMEs experienced a decrease in business circulation, with the classification of a decrease in business circulation of up to 50% by 48%, and the remaining 35% experiencing a decrease in business circulation of more than 50%. As many as 83% of MSMEs experienced a decline in business circulation, which was dominated by micro-businesses in the trade, hotel, and restaurant sectors, with an average age of 0-5 years. The MSME recommendation strategy was prepared through a SWOT analysis and an in-depth assessment of internal and external factors referring to the MSME main recommendation strategy through a Cartesian diagram.

Abstract

Kunci memiliki peranan penting dalam sebuah sistem keamanan pada pintu yang merupakan akses untuk memasuki sebuah ruangan. Untuk membuka kunci pintu biasanya kita memerlukan anak kunci untuk membuka atau mengunci sebuah pintu. Tujuannya adalah dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan kemudahan dalam membuka atau mengunci pintu dengan sistem keamanan yang lebih canggih dan efisien dengan menggunakan smartphone. Sistem kerja kunci pintu elektronik ini dapat dibuat dengan menggabungkan komponen elektronik yaitu mikrokontroler dan aplikasi pada android ataupun ios dimana pada sistem os tersebut memiliki fasilitas wifi. wifi ini sebagai perangkat pengakses kunci elektronik secara nirkable dan accsess code sebagai akses untuk buka kunci pintu yang di aplikasikan ke mikrokontroler bersama fasilitas wifi smartphone anda.

Abstract

Customer retention is one of the key indicators in the service industry. One of the ways to increase customer retention is by improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This study was conducted to understand about correlation between customer satisfaction and customer retention in the B2C market. This study examined the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on retention in the banking sector, as these variables had not been tested simultaneously before. This study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze 150 samples from customers of Bank Central Asia (BCA) in Jakarta. The questionnaire have been distributed to respondents who have been selected through technique sampling purposive. The result showed that service quality give positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer retention in Bank BCA.

Abstract

Many applications have emerged that providepayment transaction services digital, which are now growing rapidly with the increasing number of users, such as the Shoppe Pay, OVO, Dana, Go-Pay, andapplications Link Aja. The purpose of this research is to compare Customer Loyalty of users of theWallet Application Digital. This study was conducted on users of the Shoppe Pay, OVO, Dana, Go-Pay, andapplications Link Aja in the Greater Jakarta area. This type of research uses a comparative problem, namely comparing the existence of a variable in five samples. This study usesinstrument (questionnaire) a Likert scale as a study of 114 respondents. The instrument testing technique uses Validity and Reliability Test, the result is that each item of the instrument used is valid and reliable. The data analysis technique used is ANOVA analysis One Way. The result of the comparison data processing, there are significant differences.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan perusahaan memberlakukan kebijakan Work-From-Home sehingga setiap karyawan dan pemimpin dari perusahaan wajib melaksanakan pekerjaan dari rumah. Kebijakan WFH mengubah sistem kerja dari suatu perusahaan bergerak ke arah digital. WFH juga menciptakan dilema etika bagi karyawan sehingga karyawan yang menerapkan WFH perlu mengetahui tentang etika digital berupa pemahaman tentang batasan penggunaan teknologi dan media digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pentingnya etika digital dan urgensi penerapannya dalam budaya perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menyimpulkan pentingnya etika digital dalam berperan memberikan pedoman untuk berperilaku dalam lingkungan digital sehingga dapat mendukung perusahaan dalam proses digitalisasi dan juga berperan memberikan nilai moral, baik, dan buruk tentang teknologi digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine the impact of advertisement, sales promotion and brand image on repurchase intention. The respondents were the customers of Shopee, an online shopping platform. This study is quantitative in nature. A total of 200 questionnaires were distributed to the target respondents and 110 were returned. Various statistical analyses were employed to test the model. The result also confirmed that all the dimensions of the variables were good constructs. The finding found that the relationship between advertising, sales promotion and brand image and are significant.

Abstract

The Key Performance Indicator (KPI) method can be used to measure employee performance in a company. Key Performance Indicators for 2019 PT. Semen Indonesia Persero Tbk stil has a high percentage of not meeting the target, which means that there are factors that cause employee performance not be achived. it is suspected that work effectiveness are the cause of the employee’s not achieving performance. In addition, there are still inconsistencies in the results of previous studies with the results. So this thesis is the result of quantitative research that aims to answer the formulation of the problem regarding the effect of work design and work effectiveness on employee performance with a case study at PT. Semen Indonesia Persero Tbk either through partial or simultaneous testing. This research methodology uses quantitative research with causal research type. For the research sample, namely some of the employees of PT. Semen Indonesia Persero Tbk taken according to purposive sampling technique. The testing used is starting from testing the research questionnaire using validity and reliability tests. Furthermore, data analysis begins with the classical assumption test, multiple linier regression, t test, simultaneous test (f test) and the coefficient of determination test. In the testing phase, researchers used SPSS version 25 to test the statistics. The results obtained from the tests that have been carried out obtain the results that work design has no significant effect on employee performance, work effectiveness has a significant effect on employee performance. While the letter, namely simultaneously work design and work effectiveness have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Semen Indonesia Persero Tbk.

Best.Bre’s Medic merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak di bidang kesehatan yang menjual alat kesehatandengan kualitas yang terbaik tetapi dengan harga terjangkau. Produk kami  ditujukan kepada tenaga medis di rumah sakit ataumasyarakat yang membutuhkannya. Bisnis ini didirikan karena melihat keadaan selama pandemic ini sedang kekurangan alatkesehatan yang sangat dibutuhkan semua masyarakat. Rencana bisnis ini akan menjelaskan bagaimana Best.Bre’s Medicmengembangkan usahanya dengan menyediakan beberapa produk alat – alat kesehatan yang kualitasnya terjamin dan hargaterjangkau. Diharapkan rencana bisnis ini dapat membantu masyarakat, tenaga medis, Bangsa Indonesia untuk saat ini dan dimasa yang akan datang.
