Abstract

Spiritual-based education must be able to touch the innermost side of the learner or heart, so that learners know and realize that he was created by God, born into the world with the duty of worship, able to live grateful, loving fellow human beings and other creatures because Allah alone, diligent worship, caring for others, respect for parents and teachers. If spiritual values are embedded in the subconscious of the learners, their lives will always be colored with positive, proactive, productive, progressive, participative, and last but not least, humble attitude, tawadhu and taqwa attitudes.When we talk about Islamic education, we must look at both the formal and the non-formal with the understanding and have the principle of integration, balance, equality, lifelong education and the principle of priority to anticipate the misbehavior that can hinder the goal.

Abstract

This  study  is  an  effort  to  increase  learning  achievement  by applying  the  jigsaw  learning  method  on  Elementary  School  fifth grade  students  of  Rattan  Sogo  0701.  By  applying  the  jigsaw learning method is expected to improve the quality of teaching so that an increase learning achievement. Design of this research is the   subject   of   action   by   the   Elementary   School   fifth   grade students of Rattan Sogo 0701. Collecting data in this study done by  observation  and  written  tests  individuals  and  groups  at  the end  of  the  lesson.  Data  obtained  from  each  cycle  were  analyzed with  descriptive  qualitative  and  quantitative.  The  results  showed that  increased  student  involvement  which  have  an  impact  on student  achievement  has  increased  after  a  study  carried  out  by applying jigsaw learning method, with the following results: in the first cycle the average value of 6.21 grade increased to 6.72 in the second cycle and more increased again in the third cycle becomes 8.24

Abstract

Along with technological advances that are very influential on the development of education in schools, then the use of media (physical tools) learning must also adjust to the progress of these technologies. The use of media makes learning more effective and efficient. In addition, the development of education in Indonesia is increasingly changing and encouraging change efforts.Currently, learning in schools began to be adapted to the development of information technology. It causes changes and paradigm shifts in education. Learning that originally used only conventional or verbal lecture methods merely became a more active and enjoyable learning. Learning initially assumes students as passive objects accepting what they are from teachers, becoming learning that requires students to be active in the learning process. Active and fun learning requires a means that can be used as an intermediary in the learning process to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in achieving learning objectives, at least effective and efficient means in its form, its environmental components, its physical tools, and its communications.Similarly, Islamic Religious Education, especially the material (subject) Aqidah for High School Level Advanced First or more familiar with the title of junior high school. Psychological age students are psychologically early teenagers who start trying to recognize the identity and the opposite sex. So the planting of aqidah at this age should not be wasted. The role of teachers of Islamic Religious Education is expected to be active to make aqidah material is interesting and memorable to be studied and practiced in everyday life. For that dubutuhka variation of instructional media on the subject aqidah which can be material and reference for teachers to deliver aqidah material at the junior level. Of course the teachers must also understand and pay attention to the principles of the use of learning media first. Keywords: Principles, Variations, Learning Media

Abstract

Islamic culture of Batak Angkola Mandailing (BAM) is influenced by vocabulary absorption of Arabic Language. History has mentioned that Arabic language brought by Arabic, Gujarat and Persian merchant in order to spread Islam. The vocabulary  absorption of Arabic language has happened because there is no match vocabulary or word in BAM and to help the society to communicate and avoid the misunderstanding among them. Moreover, the society of BAM used it actively and becomes the part of their culture in daily communication

Abstract

The school committee is an independent body that embraces the participation of the community in order to improve the quality, equity, and efficiency of educational management unified education both in preschool education, school education path, and out-of-school educationThe establishment of a school committee is a body that replaces the existence of the Provision of Education Providers (BP3) through the Decree of the Minister of National Education. 044 / U / 2002. The renaming of BP3 to the school committee is based on the need for full community involvement in improving the quality of education. One of the objectives of establishing a school committee is to increase the responsibility and participation of the community in the implementation of education in educational units.The role of the school committee includes: 1) Considerations. 2) Supporters. 3) Controller. 4) Mediator. The role of the school committee as a supporter includes Resource Management, Facilities and Infrastructure Management, and Budget Management. The role of school committee supporters works with employers and sympathizers. Abstract

Based on the observations and interviews that the authors carried out in SMA Negeri 3 Kerinci obtained information on the average value of the semester odd semester of class X students is still relatively low, this is because students are not so interested in biology lessons, they quickly feel bored because the applied learning approach still does not provide motivation for students to more spirit in learning. Metacognitive skills also need to be mastered by the teacher so that students can have high metacognitive skills. Because metacognitive skills enable students to plan, keep track of, and monitor their learning. Type of research used is experiment. Population is the entire subject or a large group of research amounted to 47. Sample is partially or representative of the population under study using random sampling technique (randomly). From the final test result in the experimental class using bridging analogy learning approach, the grade averaged 79.57, while in the control class without using bridging analogy learning approach, the average grade was 70.00. After data analysis, obtained tcount = 2.65 and ttable = 1.68 turns thitung> ttabel. This means H0 is rejected and H1 accepted so it can be concluded that there is influence in the application of bridging analogy learning approach to improve students' metacognitive ability at 95% confidence level. Keywords: Learning Approach, Bridging Analogy, Metacognitive Ability.

Abstract

This  research  aims  to  determine:  (1)  the  improvement  of mathematical  communication   skill   and   disposition   of students  who  received  jigsaw  cooperative  learning  and conventional learning, (2) the interaction between learning model   and   prior   knowledge   of   the   mathematical communication   skill   and   student   disposition.   The research  conducted  in  SMP  Muhamadiyah Padangsidimpuan   city.   The   researchtype   is   quasi-experimental  pre-test-post-test  control  group  design.  The population  in  this  study  was  all  eighth-grade  students  of SMP  Muhamadiyah  Padangsidimpuan  city  and  sample was  30  students  in  class  VII-3  as  an  experimental  class and   30   students   in   class   VII-1   as   a   control   class. Sampling   was   carried   out   through   purpose   sampling technique.  The  research  instrument  used  is  a mathematical   communication   skill   test,   questionnaire, student  disposition.  The  hypothesis  testing  in  this  study usedtwo  way  ANOVA.  The  results  showed  that  (1)  the improvement  of  mathematical  communication  skill  who received   jigsaw   cooperative   learning   is   higher   than conventional learning. The average of communication skill improvementused  jigsaw  cooperative  learning  and conventional learning respectively 0.64 and 0.65, and the improvement of student disposition respectively 0.43 and 0.45.  (2)  There  is  interaction  between  learning  and  prior knowledge   of   mathematical   communicatin   skill   and student disposition.

Abstract

Implementation of teaching and learning process is inseparable from the components of learning, one of the components of the learning that is the evaluation / assessment. Assessments that match the application of the 2013 curriculum are authentic assessments that refer to a scientific approach. Authentic assessment is done comprehensively and based on the process of learning activities demonstrated by learners during the learning which is called performance assessment (performance assessment). Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo one of the schools that apply the performance assessment model in the learning of Qur'anic tahsin. The advantage of learning tahsin in Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo by using performance assessment model is by demanding learners to do related tasks of learning, and direct educator to give assessment when the learning process takes place, it is held every meeting in class. Learning tahsin in Pesantren Darul Mursyidi Sialogo including extracurricular activities, and take place every Saturday is held once a week. The existence of tahsin learning by using performance assessment model can improve reading skill of al-Qur'an learners according to tajwid rule. This is obtained based on the Qur'an reading test and learners' learning outcomes, from 269 students there are 20 unfinished learners.Keywords: Performance Assessment Model, Learning Tahsin Al-Qur’an

Abstract

friend of Prophet Muhammad SAW is a person that has a relationship with him in believing of Islam till die. People can figure out about the friend of prophet MuhammadSAW through mutawatir, musyhur and mustafidh, self confession by equitable person.The experts of hadist believed that all friends of Prophet Muhammad SAW was fair enough, some arguments denied this yet. Mu’tazilah believed that Rasulullah’s friendis all fair besides in Shiffin and Jamal war. As a human being, a friend of Rasulullah also has some mistakes and defactiveness that is why the expert of hadist stated thatthey still need to test and make a research about them.

Abstract

In the process of learning History of Islamic Culture, there are various kinds of learning models that can be applied. Most teachers in these subjects mostly use lecture and discussion methods. However, this method is sometimes constrained by time allocation which is very difficult to create material that will be taught in accordance with the planned in karnakan material of history of Islamic culture which is solid with the number of learners which is relatively many. Discovery Learning method is widely selected Master in MTs. Muhammadiyah 22 in the process of learning. One of them on the history of Islamic culture. Hopefully with this method, it can help Teachers explain the learning materials appropriately, students can also interact with each other, ask each other in groups that have been set. Keywords: Implementation, Learning Model, Discovery Learning
