Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the founding of Child  Prisoner  in  Class  2B  of  Prison  in  Padangsidimpuan,  and the constraint and solution of the jailer to the child prisoner. The method  used  was  descriptive  method  with  analysis  approach qualitative  descriptive  while  the  technique  of  the  collecting  data through observation, interview, and document analysis.  Moreover, the result of this research can be concluded that the   founding   of  Child   Prisoner   in   Class   2B   of   Prison   in Padangsidimpuan  is  still  far  from  the  expectation,  it  showed from  2  programs  in  class  2B  of  LAPAS  Padangsidimpuan  that were  not  running  well.  There  was  some  founding  that  were  not executed   successfully   for   child   prisoner   such   as   the   self management  and  behavioral  founding.  They  only  have  religion founding.  The  constraints  of  the  founding  are  the  lack  of  facility  to support  the  founding  program  and  also  the  lack  of  official  to guide  the  prisoner.  To  solve  the  problem,  LAPAS  start  to  build the  facility  and  renovate  the  whole  infrastructure  of  Class  2B Lapas Padangsidimpuan and make some agreements with Satpol PP Padangsidimpuan to back up the lack of the official in Lapas Padangsidimpuan.

Abstract

Educational problems faced by the Indonesian nation today, among them are: 1) the low level of equality to get education, 2) the still low quality and relevance of education; 3) the weakness of management education, in addition to the realization of the benefits of science and technology in academia and independence.                         The issues that the authors want to discuss in this paper are: 1) What is Integrated Quality Management (MMT) ?; 2) What are the Principles and Advantages of Integrated Quality Management (MMT) in Islamic Education ?; 3) How is the implementation of TQM and indicators of success In Islamic education ?. Then From the problems that the authors select, the purpose of this writing is: Explain the definition of Integrated Quality Management (TQM), Explaining Principles and Benefits TQM In Islamic Education and Identify indicators - success indicators of TQM implementation in the field of Islamic education. Total Quality Management (TQM) in the field of Islamic education the ultimate goal is to improve the quality, competitiveness of output (graduates) with indicators of both intellectual competence and skills and social competence of students / high graduates. In achieving these results, the implementation of TQM within the Islamic education organization needs to be done in a truly not half-hearted manner. Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out is there any significant effect of headmaster’s leadership to teacher’s activity at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan through quantitative method. The population used in this study was less than 100 people and the data was analyzed by using statistic while the instrument in collecting data used Likert scale. Based on test of hypothesis, there was no significant effect of headmaster’s leadership to the teacher’s activity in MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan, it showed from α = 0,05 dan n = 67 formulates into dk = n-2 = 67-2 =65 and the result is 2,72 3,99. Actually the teacher’s activity has influenced of other factors besides of headmaster’s leadership.

Abstract

Madrasah is one of the educational institutions in Indonesia that has animportant role in the development of Madrasah education is generally established by the community, where the managers and support communities that determine the vision and mission whether the educational institutions have a desire to move forward. Madrasah is also a kind of education that gives attention and once makes the teachings of Islam as knowledge for the study program that held it. Madrasahs are educational institutions born from, and to the community. Complaints about the quality of education in madrasah are always not about lack of religious education, but rather the lack of general education that is not commensurate with public schools and has no social effect in society.Keywords: Madrasah, Islamic Education Agency

Abstract

This study discusses the problem of teacher competence in managing learning Al-Qur'an Hadist in MAS Sheikh Ahmad Basyir Parsariran Batang Toru. Researchers chose this title because the researchers saw the weakness of Al-Qur'an Hadist teachers in managing learning. The formulation of this research problem is how the competence of teachers in managing learning Al-Qur'an Hadist in MAS Sheikh Ahmad Basyir Parsariran Batang Toru and what efforts of teachers Al-Qur an Hadist in managing learning in MAS Sheikh Ahmad Basyir Parsariran Batang Toru. The purpose of this study is to know how the competence of Al-Qur'an Hadist teachers in managing learning in MAS Sheikh Ahmad Basyir Parsariran Batang Toru and To find out what efforts of teachers Al-Qur'an Hadist in managing learning in MAS Sheikh Ahmad Basyir Parsariran Batang Toru . The research method used by using descriptive qualitative method while the techniques and data collection tools used are interviews (interviews) and observation and documentation, while the analysis of data in executed by compiling and mengola data, then describe it systematically. After collecting the data, processing the data and analyzing the data from the research that has been done, the researchers get the result that the competence of teachers in managing learning Al Qur'an Hadith in MAS Sheikh Ahmad Basyir Parsariran Batang Toru, is in the low category, because it is still less in megadakan pretest, lack of use of learning methods, neglect of learning objectives (TPK), lack of media use, and lack of follow-up learning. Efforts are made in the formation of teacher competence in managing the learning of the Qur'an Hadiśt in MAS Sheikh Ahmad Basyir Parsariran Batang Toru is the background of teacher education by suggesting continuing education to a higher level, attending seminars or training, fostering teacher creativity, following the workshop upgrading. Read the relevant books, and will continue education to a higher level, and hold a dialogue with more experienced people to increase their knowledge.

Abstract

This paper provides a brief overview of the development of Islamic  education.  One  thing  that  is  interesting  that  the transition   of   civilization   of   the   Islamic   world   to   the European   part   can   occur   through   the   development   of Islamic  education  in  stages,  making  European  civilization can  rise  up  to  this  day.  The  progress  of  the  European world  to  date  has  a  very  dynamic  history.  This  is  seen  by the many scholars who can trace the progress through the process of in-depth review. Therefore, it can be stated that the  existence  of  Islamic  educational  process  in  Spain  can provide   influenced   by   the   opening   of   the   realm   of philosophy as one of the main keys in the birth of various disciplines in Islam.

Abstract

In the teaching Read aloud the Qur'an, there are several methods to achieve the ability to read the Qur'an. Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah Muhammadiyah Bonan Dolok Padangsidimpuan carries out the teaching of Al-Qur'an Reading. The problem is that students who enroll in Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah Muhammadiyah Bonan Dolok Padangsidimpuan, not at the same time. So that teachers face difficulties uniform subject matter to students. It also influenced the educational background of the students. who has ever learned to read and write Al-Qur'an and partly derived from State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah which teaches to read Al-Qur'an since class I. Some others have never studied Read Al-Qur'an.Iqro 'method was chosen to be applied at Madni Diniyah Awaliyah Muhammadiyah Bonan Dolok. Hopefully, this method is able to answer the problem of the Qur'anic Teaching and Learning Program at Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah Muhammadiyah Bonan Dolok Padangsidimpuan.Research results show that teachers use iqro 'book in teaching reading al-Qur'an. The teacher uses Iqro's book in introducing the Hijaiyah characters, introducing the dignity, weeding the letters Hijaiyah, bacan mad (long) and also in teaching the law of tajwid law (rules of rules applicable in reading the Qur'an). In addition, teachers also use the characteristic properties of Iqro 'books in teaching students to be able to read the Qur'an. Teachers often give home reading task which is the nature of CBSA (Active Learning of Students), the teacher gives more assignment to read directly from lecture method, the teacher directs the students to pay attention to the friend who read as application of the nature of the book of Iqro ', the students feel the ease of learning as proof of the practical method of Iqro ', the students also do not easily bored in learning with the nature Iqro' varied.The ability to read the Qur'an of MDA Muhammadiyah Bonan Dolok students shows that students know letters, makhraj, harkat, mad reading and stringing letters Hijaiyah. Besides that also obtained picture that student MDA Muhammadiyah Bonan Dolok also able to read al-Qur'an with correct tajwid.Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there is influence of Iqro 'method implementation to the reading ability of the students of MDA Muhammadiyah Bonan Dolok Padangsidimpuan. Keywords: Implementation, iqro 'Method, Influence, Ability to read Al-Qur'an

Abstract

Prophet Muhammad SAW is the greatest person that inspired all people in the world by his methods in teaching. The major points of these methods are love and solution thathe offered to all of his students.Particularly in teaching speaking, there are six methods that lecturer can apply in facing the introvert students, they are: (1) exemplary method, (2) systematic method, (3), Discussion Method, (4),Experimental Method, (5) Situational Method, (6) award and punishment method. Through theseall methods, it hopes that the introvert student who is close, shy and quiet person can speak freely and active in the class especially in speaking class.

Abstract

Researchers applying education management especially in the field of curriculum at Kindergarten of Islam in Padang sidimpuan city. Then made a comparison between the application of curriculum management in order to know the similarities and differences between the two models of kindergarten.To reach the goal, the researcher uses qualitative approach with natural background as the source of data. To collect the necessary data in accordance with the question focus and research objectives, the researcher uses observation, interview and document review techniques. Further data obtained were analyzed by interactive analysis model.The findings of researchers directly related to the management functions are in each kindergarten. Starting from curriculum planning, pengorgaanisasian, implementation, and supervision of the curriculum. The equation found is mostly in the planning of the curriculum, because each kindergarten has a curriculum planning reference issued by the agency and the depag. Likewise with the supervision of both done by the school as well as the city education office and department of Religious city of Padangsidimpuan. The difference lies in curriculum development, which has directly distinguished the organizing and implementation of the curriculum.If associated with the opinion of Islamic education management experts then Kindergarten Al-Quran is categorized as RA because early childhood education is formally and under the auspices of religious ministries named with RA, while the TK Islam Terpadu and Islamic organizations. Thus the Islamic Kindergarten in the city of Padangsidimpuan must apply the principles of management manipulated by public schools characterized by Islam, because it is under the auspices of the curriculum education office.This research is practically expected to open a new understanding for the head of kindergarten, especially about urgency of Islamic education management known and applied in every educational activity. So that managed education really applies the principles of education that have been studied and studied by Islamic education management experts.

Abstract

The background in this study is the lack of the use of learning media  in  a  matter  of  prayer  so  that  the  learning  achievement is  less.  The  method  used  in  this  research  is  a  class  act. Collecting  data  in  this  study  with  observation  and  interview methods.   In   the   data   analysis,   the   authors   used   data reduction, data display, tentative conclusions and verification. Results   of   this   research   is   student   interest   to   learn   the prayers  in  public  primary  schools  Pir  Trans  Sosa  0713  I  A after using media images has increased. In the pre-cycle to the first  cycle  students'  interest  increased  by  92.6%.  After  using media images of student achievement Elementary School 0713 Trans Sosa Pir I A increased from the first cycle to the second cycle  as  much  as  98.3%.  Students  who  have  not  yet  reached pre-cycle  KKM  on  as  many  as  13  students  and  reaching  the KKM  many  as  18  students.  In  siklusI  students  who  have  not reached  the  KKM  as  6  students  and  has  reached  the  KKM many as 25 students. In the second cycle students who have not achieved as much as 3 KKM KKM students and achieve as much as 29 students.
