Abstract

Along with the development of times, artisan cakes are increasingly in demand by the public to celebrate special days or as a gift. Online artisan cake is a cake shop that uses social media like Instagram and Facebook to sell their cakes. The current cake ordering process is still done manually which is done through two stages. First, customer sees and chooses the type and design of cakes through Instagram or Facebook. Second, he or she places an order on the cake selected before via Line or WhatsApp. The need of two different media makes the ordering system less efficient. Apart from that, customer who want to make special or custom requests can only deliver their request through messages via Line or WhatsApp, so there are often misunderstanding and inaccuracies caused by either customer or cake maker different picture of request. Therefore, an information system is needed to support the order process and cake design at online artisan cake shops using Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development using prototyping. System modeling is developed by using UML 2.5, namely use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and entity relationship diagrams. The final result of this final project is a website that supports ordering process and cake design at online artisan cake shops that can simplify the ordering process and order customization on the design of the ordered cakes. The website created has gone through the test phase and is ready to use.

Abstract

E-money adoption can lead to faster ecommerce business development in the country. Unfortunately, e-money adoption percentage in Indonesia is still very far behind developed countries. Therefore, more studies about e-money adoption determinant factors in Indonesia are needed to improveadoption. Sample of this study was 422 Go-Pay users in Indonesia, taken by online form. The data was analized using SEM technique by Lisrel. Result shows that use intention of e-money is determined by hedonic motivation, social influence, habit and price value. Performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and facilitating conditions were found not significant factorsof use intention of e-money. Interestingly, the real usage of e-money is not determined by facilitating conditions but still significantly influenced by habit and use intention of e-money. Result of this study are useful for e-money entrepreneurs who need to improve e-money application usage in Indonesia by focusing on providing features and incentives for user enjoyment and social influence.

Abstract

BBWS Cimanuk-Cisanggarung is a technical implementation unit at the Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Pekerjaan Umum and Perumahan Rakyat which has the task of carrying out water resources management in the river area. As for the background of this study is the difficulty of river field officers to notify the announcement to the people who will be affected by the flood due to overflowing rivers, because the announcement is still a simple medium that is using sirens and hoaxes or electric poles. Geotagging technology and Fire Cloud Messaging Technology (FCM) is one of the ways to help field officers make public announcements through smartphone media, namely notifications that include river photos and locations. The difficulty of the people who are close to the Cimanuk-Cisanggarung watershed to get information about evacuation places before the flood occurs, because many people choose a place of refuge with their own choice. This is what makes the government more extra to provide assistance to unknown refugee camps. Google Maps technology can help people get to refugee camps recommended by the government. This research method consists of identifying problems, methods of data collection, system analysis, system design, system implementation, testing, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that river field staff and the community can be used as a notification of the river that will overflow and provide information on the place of refuge.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the user acceptance to Garsupati system so that system development feasible executed. One approach to the theory of acceptance and use of a technology that is Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology (UTAUT). UTAUT is one of the technology acceptance models developed by Vankatesh, et al. (2003) by combining eight previous technology acceptance theories. UTAUT has four main constructs: 1) performance expectancy, 2) effort expectancy, 3) social influence, and 4) facilitating conditions. This research will further explain about the relation of factors influencing acceptance and usage of Garsupati system using UTAUT model. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to students and interviews with lecturers. The sample size in this study amounted to 394 Undiksha students, analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) performance expectation, business expectation, social factor have positive effect to interest of utilization of Garsupati system (2) facility factor and interest of utilization have positive effect to user behavior. Abstract

Quality Management System is crucial for companies to improve the quality of products and services produced by the companies. Therefore, companies need to gain international recognition to make the companies has a quality and good system in accordance with predetermined standards. This study uses ISO 9001:2015 as the international standard on quality management and applies in Intikom, whereas Intikom has never conducted an evaluation of the quality management system and found the employee performance is decreased recently. Due to these problems, it is necessary to evaluate and make recommendations that can be used as a guide. Evaluation of the quality management system refers to clause 4 to clause 10 of ISO 9001:2015. The used data collection technique is performing interviews to IT managers and quality management system staffs and distributing 107 questionnaires to 50 respondents for 10 divisions. The results of questionnaire were processed using the Likert scale the overall result is processed using the maturity model. The results obtained from this study of using ISO 9001: 2015 as quality standards find out that Intikom is at 4th level, which represents managed and measurable. Intikom has reached the desired target. Intikom it is ready to apply ISO 9001: 2015 and needs to improve the employee performance and products and services in order to increase to the 5th level.

Abstract

This study aim to determine the factors that influence Google Scholar services on college students use the IS Success Model. There are five developed constructs of Technology Acceptance Model consist of network externality, information quality, system quality, service quality and satisfaction. The study is causality using survey approach. The amount of respondents sample is 224 respondents from STMIK Widuri college students. The method of data analysis uses path analysis with sobet tests. The results of this research showed that: (1) network externality have a positive direct effect on the each construct of the IS Success Model is information quality, system quality and service quality; (2) merely system quality has a positive direct effect on the satisfaction college students; and (3) in addition, merely network externality also has a positive indirect effect on the satisfaction college students through system quality.

Abstract

Abstract— This research was conducted to design a web-based painting sales information system design in an art gallery. The research method used in this study uses descriptive methods, namely by explaining the phenomena that occur from data collected through observation and interviews. And using a structured approach method and for system development using the waterfall method. The results of this study are website-based painting sales application designs in art galleries. Currently the painting marketing process is still limited to certain areas, which makes it difficult to increase the sales volume of paintings when tourists visit a little, and consumers are required to come directly to the gallery to make transactions so consumers who don't have time to buy paintings in art galleries. Thus to improve the marketing process and make it easier for consumers to buy paintings anytime and anywhere, then design web-based marketing and sales information systems. The design of this marketing and sales information system aims to improve marketing by disseminating information about products to be sold and providing services to consumers to make purchases that can be done anywhere and ultimately will provide maximum service which will ultimately increase revenue from art galleries. polished.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design an application to provide information to parents of SDK III BPK Penabur students regarding the exam schedule, and student grades via SMS. The design method used is the System Development Lifecycle method. The application design is done using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language for designing application programs and interfaces and MySQL for designing the database. This application consists of several modules, namely the module processing data, processing values, processing SMS, and reports. The module is integrated to form a Computerized Value application and Value Access via SMS. In testing the application of Computerized Values ​​and Value Accessing Through SMS, white box testing and Black Box Testing methods are used. Tests are carried out at the module, program and system level. In addition, user testing is also done. The advantages of the application of Computerized Values ​​and Value of Access Through SMS help parents to obtain information about student learning outcomes, helping teachers to process student grades

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop a learning model by utilizing chatbot technology that was integrated with LINE's chat media for the Indonesian C-based PKBM package C program. The learning model that was built functioned as a support system for learning media to independently learn access to learning materials, discussion and work on the questions and discussion of National Examination exercises distributed from a content management system (CMS) through a program. The research method is composed using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The analysis is done by identifying the problems of the learning system business processes that are running. The results of this study are chatbot-based learning models that are integrated with the LINE chat application which contains the distribution of material, practice questions, discussion to an evaluation of student learning that will help the teaching and learning system in Indonesian-powered PKBM

Abstract

Adanya data yang melimpah maka untuk mendapatkan data training yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan menjadi sangat mudah. Data training tersebut biasanya dianalisis untuk menghasilkan pengetahuan baru dan informasi yang lebih bermanfaat menggunakan data mining. Perkembangan aplikasi pelayanan berbasis mobile yang semakin meningkat menyebabkan adanya keinginan untuk membuat aplikasi yang memberikan pelayanan pada masyarakat. Aplikasi ini memanfaatkan pohon keputusan dalam pencarian tukang yang sesuai dengan pelayanan yang diminta oleh pelanggan dan sesuai dengan posisi tukang, dengan memanfaatkan data training dari data transaksi dari transaksi yang telah ada sebagai data awal dalam pembuatan pohon keputusan dan menggunakan data mining sebagai data analisis. Beberapa macam metode yang bisa digunakan untuk pembuatan pohon keputusan diantaranya adalah decision tree dan random tree. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbandingan hasil tree antara decision tree dengan random tree dan merekomendasikan metode tree yang sesuai dengan aplikasi pencarian tukang. Decision tree memiliki parameter dan lebih kemungkinan lebih banyak dibandingkan random tree serta memiliki value 67% untuk max depth sebesar 20, memiliki value 77% untuk confidence sebesar 0,25 dan memiliki 71% untuk minimal gain 0,1. Sedangkan untuk random tree tidak memiliki value tersebut, sehingga decision tree lebih direkomendasikan untuk aplikasi pencarian tukang
