Jurnal ULTIMA InfoSys merupakan Jurnal Program Studi Sistem Informasi Universitas Multimedia Nusantara yang menyajikan artikel-artikel penelitian ilmiah dalam bidang Sistem Informasi, serta isu-isu teoritis dan praktis yang terkini, mencakup sistem basis data, sistem informasi manajemen, analisis dan pengembangan sistem, manajemen proyek sistem informasi, programming, mobile information system, dan topik lainnya terkait Sistem Informasi. <![CDATA[Research on the topic of influence on purchasing decisions on Lazada e-commerce has a purpose, including 1) to find out what factors of E-WOM influence purchasing decisions on Lazada e-commerce. 2) to find out how the overall influence of E-WOM factors on purchasing decisions on Lazada e-commerce. 3) what is the magnitude of the force of these E-WOM factors on purchasing decisions on Lazada e-commerce. The first research result shows that three E-WOM factors influence purchasing decisions on Lazada, namely the characteristics of the review, the features of the reviewers, and the characteristics of the website. The second research result shows that there is an overall influence of E-WOM factors on purchasing decisions on Lazada e-commerce. The results of the third study showed the magnitude of the E-WOM factors was large enough to influence purchasing decisions at 54%. Based on the three results of the study, it can be concluded that consumers currently entrust E-WOM as a trusted marketing communication and will continue to be used in obtaining information about products on e-commerce Lazada.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is focused on building some visualizations of crimes that occur in the Jakarta area in general, and specifically on drug problems. As the largest city in Indonesia, Jakarta faces the highest number of crimes throughout Indonesia. But unfortunately, there is a lack of geospatial visualization about crime in Jakarta. The visualizations are presented as some cluster models. These models show which parts of Jakarta with a high level of crime, the biggest crimes in Jakarta, and the types of crimes that occur in Jakarta. The biggest crime in Jakarta is also explained with some additional information such as the type of crime, age, and distribution. Clustering is divided into three, which are high, medium, and low. The grouping model was built using Tableau with the K-means algorithm. The results of this study can be used for the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta to make strategic plans to develop actions that can reduce crime rates in Jakarta.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on research conducted on FKUI Specialist Education Program Participants (PPDS) it was found that a system that was implemented had not used computerized technology in the process of its daily activities. PPDS participants are prospective specialist doctors who will become experts and consultants in their respective specialties. PPDS is faced with a variety of cases, through emergency patients, inpatients, and outpatients so that they have the ability to treat patients.The use of this application is expected to simplify and process the logbook recording process so that it is faster and easier in gathering and managing data into information that can be utilized by stakeholders to improve services. Observations from research conducted at FKUI, it is known that the recording system using paper media is a tool used to record any data in the medical record resulting in frequent errors in the form of missing and damaged medical records. Therefore, the construction of computerized system design in order to reduce human error in the process of making reports and recording processes and keep the data from loss and damage of data.]]>

<![CDATA[In recent years, the progress of the culinary business in the city of Semarang has increased. This is marked by the emergence of a lot of business creativity that follows consumer tastes. This creativity can be seen from the variety of culinary product variants sold by culinary entrepreneurs. From the research that has been done, there is still no research that filters and gives grade on food or drink in order to provide prices that are in accordance with the quality of food or drinks. Therefore to address the needs of culinary entrepreneurs, it takes an application of Culinary E-Business that can be a bridge for culinary entrepreneurs in the city of Semarang to receive orders online. It is expected that this application can determine food quality standards that will be marketed through this e-business application by providing grade A, B, and C. labels To determine food grade, this study uses the K-Nearest Neighbor method. By determining the price standards for similar foods, so there is no price competition for similar foods that can lead to the death of food entrepreneurs with small capital. So that it can move the people's economy by providing the means to expand the regional food marketing network, so that food entrepreneurs have a greater chance to develop.]]>

<![CDATA[Youtube is the most popular video platform in the world today. Successful YouTubers can create videos that are widely viewed by many Youtube users around the world. A lot of viral videos on Youtube came from the United States. But, making viral videos on Youtube is a tough challenge, both for seasoned YouTubers and especially for new YouTubers. This research focuses on discovering the properties of these viral videos by clustering them into distinct clusters. K-Means algorithm is used for the clustering process. The purpose of this clustering process is to look for patterns in the data that were previously unseen. The result shows that the videos are divided into three clusters which are built from 3 variables; views, likes and dislikes. The patterns and insights found in this study can be useful for aspiring video makers who want to achieve success as a Youtuber.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources are particularly important factor in any corporation to support the successful corporation. Employee recruitment is a thing that is not separated from a human resources management activity. To have employee fit expectation of corporation, the right employee recruitment system is necessary to have employee in accordance with his or her expertise. In the process of employee recruitment, a supporting decision system is required. Method used to make the employee recruitment system is using Profile Matching. In this study is raised a cases; i.e. seeking for the best alternative for the recruitment of employee in PT. Dinasti Motekar Group. The Profile Matching was chosen as it can establish weight grade for each attribute, then it is continued by the ranking process to be able to select the best alternative from other alternatives. The best alternative, therefore, might be acquired based on specific criteria as they were established by the corporation. <![CDATA[The guesthouse management process of PT PPA is done conventionally, the Group Leader (GL) and the admin coordinate face to face for data collection or changes in employee data on the homestead dwellers. Temporary data collection is done by paper, then entered by MS. Excel. Reporting on homesteads is done by MS. Excel. If there is a change in data, then the reporting of the guest house is invalid. The researcher's goal is to implement a guesthouse management application to accommodate real-time data collection by the Group Leader. Reporting on the residents of the guesthouse can be done based on the date of the guesthouse management transaction. Testing is done by black-box testing and user acceptance test (UAT). All test results are functionally successful, and the test is carried out by the IT department. Based on the UAT test, the mes management application has an attractive appearance, is very easy to use, is very helpful for room relocation, is very in accordance with the proposed design, is very well organized by employees' rooms, is very suitable for the data entered and passwords can be hidden very well. <![CDATA[Most teachers have difficulty in developing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) due to the large number of instruments in the RPP that need to be made and adapted to the standard format. Likewise, when evaluating students, teachers need to look back at the lesson plan before conducting an assessment. Teacher activities in making lesson plans and assessing according to lesson plans are very time-consuming. Therefore, the Learning Planning and Assessment System for Students (SPADIK) was developed. This new application aimed to ease teacher effort in making learning plans and assessments for students at TK Khalifah Banjarmasin II. The teacher always welcomes the existence of new technology that can help their work. However, if the teacher cannot operate this new technology, they will certainly be in vain. Therefore, evaluation of acceptance of the SPADIK system is required by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with six kindergarten teachers of Khalifah Banjarmasin II, where this system was implemented. Data from interviews with teachers then reduced to a short description following the variables in the TAM model. From the results of testing with the TAM model, it was concluded that SPADIK could be accepted and used well by the teachers. <![CDATA[One of the courses in D IV Informatics Engineering Department is Industrial Practices Work. This course is held to equip students of praxis in the world of software development. Unfortunately, so far the mechanism for implementing Industrial Practices Work is still in the conventional form. One of them is, for example, a student registers with the administration department of a study program, then requests a letter to be made to several software houses. In fact, sometimes the drafting of the request can be repeated in each group. This kind of process is very ineffective and slows down the performance of study programs. Therefore, through this research an information system was developed that could help to facilitate the implementation of Industrial Practices Work.
