Jurnal ULTIMATICS merupakan Jurnal Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Multimedia Nusantara yang menyajikan artikel-artikel penelitian ilmiah dalam bidang analisis dan desain sistem, programming, algoritma, rekayasa perangkat lunak, serta isu-isu teoritis dan praktis yang terkini, mencakup komputasi, kecerdasan buatan, pemrograman sistem mobile, serta topik lainnya di bidang Teknik Informatika. Jurnal ULTIMATICS terbit secara berkala dua kali dalam setahun (Juni dan Desember) dan dikelola oleh Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Multimedia Nusantara bekerjasama dengan UMN Press.

English has become the international language now used in almost all areas of global life and connect to transfer knowledge to the whole world, for the mastery of the English language allows a person to expand interaction in the international world. To help in learning English to primary school students, especially in class 3-5 primary school will be built learning module applications. In order to teach English well, better know the methods used in the process of learning English in primary school is the grammar translation method (GTM), which is a method of teaching grammar to the main characteristics focusing on translation (translation) and to memorize verb forms. This application is intended as an alternative to learning to enhance students’ understanding of the material about the translation and pronunciation of English interactive fun, the application is built using the Android operating system. Business Card is the most efficient, effective and appropriate tool for every business men no matter they are owners, employees, more over marketers to provide information about their businesses. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to bring and manage business card in large numbers also to remember the face of the business card owner. A Business Card application need to be built to solve all those issues mentioned above. The Application or software must be run in media which can be accessed anywhere and anytime such as smart phone. Kuartu is as business card application run in mobile devices. Kuartu is developed using object base modeling for mobile sub system. The platform of the mobile sub system is android, as it is the most widely used platform in the world. The Kuartu application utilizing NFC and QR Code technology to support the business card information exchange and the Chatting feature for communication. Based on the experiment and test using black box methodology, it can be concluded that Kuartu application makes business card owner to communicate each other easily, business card always carried, easy to manage the cards and information of the business card owner can be easily obtained. Instagram is the most famous pictures and videos media sharing based on the web & mobile application. Instagram users can have picture posts that can be commented by their followers. Indonesian public figures such as actors, actresses, musicians use Instagram to promote their activities to their followers. Unfortunately, there are a lot of spam comments in Instagram that need special attention and have to be removed. This research grabs Instagram comments and builds the dataset from Indonesian public figures who have more than one million followers. By using preprocessing (tokenization, stop words removal, and stemming), TF-IDF weighting, and supervised learning, Naive Bayes method is used to detect spam comments in Indonesian. Naive Bayes produces 74,31% accuracy rate on unbalanced datasets and 77,25% accuracy rate on balanced datasets. This result shows that Naïve Bayes can be used to build an automatic Indonesian spam comments detector on Instagram with high accuracy rate. The novelty of this research is that Naive Bayes can be used to detect spam comment on our Indonesian Instagram comments dataset. This paper describes about the design and development of UMN scholarship decision support system using Profile Matching method. At Universitas Multimedia Nusantara (UMN), there are scholarships for students in order to ease the burden of education costs. There are achievement scholarships, scholarships for students whose parents died, and non-academic scholarships. Decision support systems play an important role in the termination of the final decision, and therefore this application is built by implementing the method of Profile Matching to aid in the selection of the scholarship decisions for students whose parent were died and non-academic scholarship. Profile Matching is a method that aims at taking decisions by assuming that there is an ideal level of predictor variables that must be met by the subjects studied, instead of the minimum rate that must be met or passed. From the results, it can be concluded that this method successfully implemented into applications that can help in decision making process. Result of user satisfaction level for this application is 72%, the result of manual calculation with the application calculation results is not much different so that this application can assist in supporting the UMN scholarship decision. Audio forensik merupakan cabang ilmu digital forensik dengan metode ilmiah berupa proses penganalisaan data yang digunakan untuk menyelidiki dan membangun fakta – fakta di persidangan. Subyek suara dapat menunjukkan identitas seseorang melalui metode voice identification dengan teknik komparasi data. Jika hasilnya identik dengan suara pelaku maka barang bukti rekaman suara dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu penegakkan hukum di pengadilan. Perbandingan data suara, dilakukan melalui analisis statistik pitch, formant, bandwitdh, spektogram dan likelihood ratio untuk mendapatkan data kuantitatif dan data visual dari subyek suara yang di investigasi. Audio forensik menggunakan dua metode utama untuk menganalisa keaslian barang bukti rekaman suara yaitu metode analisis formant bandwidth dan metode analisis likelihood ratio. Analisis formant bandwidth menggunakan metode Anova. Selain menggunakan metode Anova, analisis dengan metode likelihood ratio dilakukan untuk menentukan nilai skor rekaman suara. Penggunaan analisis ini merupakan metode yang dapat membantu dalam menentukan identik atau tidaknya suatu rekaman barang bukti . Sehingga dapat menjadi tolak ukur keakuratan analisis formant bandwidth yang memiliki tingkat kebenaran 95%.

Irigasi tetes adalah sebuah teknik irigasi yang berguna untuk menjaga kelembaban tanah dalam kondisi optimal dengan efisiensi pemakaian air sebesar 90 – 95%, karena dengan menggunakan teknik ini air yang digunakan sangat minimal untuk mengurangi evaporasi, aliran permukaan dan perkolasi, masalah utama dari teknik ini adalah jadwal pemberian air dan jumlah air yang diberikan sebab kebutuhan air setiap tanaman akan berbeda, ide dasarnya adalah membangun sebuah system irigasi tetes otomatis yang mengimplentasikan sensor kelembaban tanah. Sebelum membuat kendali otomatis perlu disiapkan sebuah jaringan irigasi tetes, ukuran emitter dan posisi penempatannya. Sistem otomatis kemudian diuji dalam rumah kaca dan merekam data-data yang diperlukan, setelah dilakukan pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sensor kelembaban tanah memiliki nilai korelasi 99.7% terhadap nilai kelembaban tanah teoritis, nilai efisiensi keseragaman irigasi (Cu) sebesar 96.01%, nilai keseragaman distribusi (SU) sebesar 94.85%, nilai koefisien keseragaman (CU) sebesar 93.01% dan dalam pengujian ini didapatkan bahwa 75% dari tanaman selada yang dipanen memenui standar dari Amazing Farm. Sewaktu sistem otomasi irigasi tetes ini diuji ditemukan pula bahwa sensor kelembaban tanah hanya bekerja baik selama 27 hari karena munculnya karat akibat terpapar oleh air.

Ornamental plants are plants that can meet psychological needs, improve the environment, and have the value of satisfaction as a hobby. Functionally, ornamental plants can help renew oxygen in the air, helping to reduce gas pollutants and noise. Then it takes an android application that can provide recommendations for ornamental plants using mobile sensor technology. The sensors used are humidity sensor, temperature sensor, and ambient light sensor, open wether map where the three sensors detect the level of humidity, temperature, and light intensity in the user environment then the application will recommend plants that are suitable for the environment, for Openweather as a sensor replacement if not supported by the sensor

Temperature control on air conditioner devices is still oriented to the target environment. This control mode ignores one's physiological condition. A person's thermal comfort varies when indoors. Thermal comfort is closely related to environmental thermal satisfaction conditions. EEG signal is a signal that can reflect brain activity. This research objective is provide classifier model for classifiying person’s thermal comfort based on eeg signal. This research used three conditions of room’s temperature. The features used by classfier are avarage frequency band, HFD, PFD, and MSE features. Classifier performance was assessed using ROC curve evaluation. The results of the classification of thermal comfort levels with EEG signals with the KNN classifier are obtained only by using the band frequency average feature, which is equal to 0.878 with a standard deviation of 0.022. While the SVM classifier gets the highest performance by using a combination of the average band + HFD frequency feature, which is 0.877 with a standard deviation of 0.013 in the linear kernel and RBF.

Abstract—The Banana (musa paradical) is one of the national superior fruit production which is rich in vitamins. The level of banana production in Indonesia is above other fruit commodities. However, one of the postharvest problems for bananas produced on a large scale or industry is in the sorting of bananas. During this time the banana fruit is identified by the level of maturity based on the analysis of the skin color of the fruit visually the human eye that has limitations. The identification process like this has several disadvantages including requiring more energy to sort, and the level of perception of fruit maturity produced can be different because humans can experience fatigue, not always consistent, and human judgment is also subjective. To overcome this problem, this study builds a system to identify the maturity level of bananas using the extractive method of statistical features based on the skin color of bananas. The statistical feature extraction method used in this study is the maximum, minimum, and mean values of pixels for RGB and HSV color spaces. The system built has been tested using 40 datasets of image of bananas and shows the results of good accuracy. Index Terms—enter key words or phrases in alphabetical order, separated by commas
